Thank you @wehrlewise for your support and sharing! • • For dinner Monday night we had deep fried salmon fish collar!! My husband marinated it in the @vietkieusauce Spicy Lemongrass sauce, did a light flour batter and deep fried it for roughly 3 minutes per side. It had so much flavor and crispness!! And to think, this is the pieces most people throw away!
