I feel like I've complained about Tim's email situation in Gotham Knights before (edit: I have), but the truth of it is just so funny.

He's signed up for so many podcasts, video game streamers, and random news alerts; it's just a constant barrage of data going straight into his constantly whirring brain. Hell, he even floats the idea of the Batfamily having their own podcast as a way to correct misinformation about them (which Jason shoots down instantly), and it's made me realize something.

Timothy Drake would be a YouTuber.

In this universe specifically, Timothy Jackson Drake, the heir to Drake Industries and the foster son of the late Bruce Wayne would be a YouTuber.

Think about it. It'd be the perfect cover. Who would ever suspect that some 16-year-old nepo baby with a YouTube channel could ever be Red Robin? You'd have to be mad. I mean, look at him.

Red Robin just dropped out of literal thin air and garotted someone four times his size, and you expect anyone to believe that's the same kid who does 24-hour Minecraft charity streams and occasionally drops 6-hour video essays (his last one was on Lex Luthor's illegal bit mining operation on the moon)?

I think now is a good time to remind people of The Internet Archive which has a metric shit ton of shows and movies for free and won't give your computer any viruses cause it's not a pirate website.

Or Tubi, which has a metric shit ton of stuff free with ads, and you don't even have to make an account or download the app. Same with Pluto, although Pluto is pretty slow.

Even YouTube has a lot of free stuff, and I don't just mean the official YouTube movie channel. I mean, there's a bunch of channels that upload movies you can watch without having to click a link to some shady website. YouTube also has a lot of audio book uploads too.

So don't worry about not getting brand new shows because there's so much media out there's that you haven't even consumed yet.

Y/N sighed contentedly from her seat in the armchair in the living room of her house, with her new book in her hands open on its current page, having started it a few hours ago just when the triplets started their streaming session, deciding to read on the living room so as not to constantly appear in the background of her boyfriend's, Chris, camera, and also knowing that the sounds of his and his brothers' screams echoing from the headset would distract her.

The girl was so focused on the words in front of her that she didn't hear the sound of footsteps coming from the hallway towards her, the figure of Chris already dressed in his pajamas appearing from behind Y/N's seat.

The boy slowly walked around the armchair, feeling tiredness settle in his shoulders, taking Y/N with one of his arms under her knees and the other behind her back, lifting her and ignoring the surprised sound that escaped his girlfriend's mouth, sitting where she was previously and placing her on his lap so that he could see the page and her face.

"Hello my love, I didn't hear you coming, how was streaming today?" The girl questioned, moving one of her hands that was holding the book and placing it around Chris' neck, keeping her other hand supporting the book so that it wouldn't fall or close.

"It went fine, baby. The fans asked about you, I said you were being nerdy and antisocial, reading alone in the living room." He replied, smirking.

"Chris!" Y/N opened her mouth exaggeratedly, trying not to laugh. "As if you don't love being with me when I'm reading." She lifted her chin and turned her face away, holding back her smile.

"Watching you read is my favorite part of being alive." Chris whispered, bringing his face closer to his girlfriend's cheek, kissing there for a few seconds, before pulling away.

"You're so cheesy." Y/N laughed slightly, feeling her cheeks warm up. "I love you." She spoke softly, turning her face towards his, moving closer and sealing their lips together, sighing through her nose in pleasure.

"I love you more." He spoke back as they pulled away, pulling her closer, even though there was no more space. Chris brought his free hand to the loose side of the book, so that Y/N was holding one side and he was holding the other, keeping the book open.

The girl smiled in gratitude, kissing Chris' warm cheek one last time before focusing her eyes on the pages in front of her, returning to reading carefully.

Minutes later, a weight settled on her shoulder and Y/N slowly lifted her head, seeing Chris with his head resting on her shoulder and his eyes closed, his mouth slightly open while small puffs of air came out constantly.

The girl smiled big, suppressing the urge to squeeze him and shower him with kisses.

The sound of footsteps caught her attention again, looking up to see Nick passing by the armchair with a wrap of the sandwich that Y/N had prepared for everyone in hand, making vomiting gestures when he saw their position.

The girl rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue, watching him suppress his laughter and walk back towards his room.

Y/N exhaled, turning her face so she could lightly kiss the top of Chris' head, keeping her lips against her boyfriend's hair for long seconds feeling his body against hers and his smell filing her nose before pulling away and going back to reading, feeling more comfortable than ever.
