Might be the last post I make about this show for awhile.

I understand that I can lead a horse to water, but can't make it drink. I can however encourage the horse to drink. I can explain to the horse that there's water right in front of it. The problem isn't that the horse won't drink. The problem is that the horse is looking me in the eye and insisting there's no water while berating me for not taking it to a water source.

When reaching this point, there's really nothing I can do. The horse will either come to it's sense or die of dehydration. Either way we're at a point where whatever happens is not the responsibility of myself or the water.

I will die one day and I don't want to think back on my life and realize I wasted all of my time arguing with a horse about whether or not there was water available. Frankly, that horse is a jerk with too much time on it's hands......or, um, hooves.

That horse can continue to rot in its own misery, but I'm not going to participate anymore. I'm going to drink deep and stay hydrated.

Well... what you've been talking about has finally happened. Not to bring iwtvtwt nonsense here, but a tweet lying about the show saying they're suddenly dropping Louis in favor of the white vampire was at 6k + likes last night. I haven't checked what it is now. It was talking about how popular/mainstream Sinners is and how the show should change S3 so it can be as popular as Sinners or something.

It's just disheartening to see a lie getting thousands of likes, trying to sabotage the show when Louis/Jacob is still one of the leads. It's frankly disgusting to pretend you care about Jacob, but then lie about his show and hope for it be cancelled when he is still one of the leads.

The whole Sinners vs IWTV thing is tiring. We will never have mainstream success like that movie is having. Unlike that movie, IWTV is very, very overtly queer and is a gothic romance. There was literally a twt from someone trying to get the audience from Sinners to check out IWTV and it was riddled with disgusting homophobic comments/slurs.

But yeah... I'm so tired. I'm tired of the lies and people trying to sabotage the show. The only thing that can make it better is when the show finally comes out and they can see that Louis hasn't been cut from the show like they keep saying.

Louis will stay, and in a bigger role than in the books - that's been said. But he simply cannot be in the flashbacks in s3 - duh.

But yeah, I saw those tweets... and the quotes. -.-

Tbh, I really don't get the ones calling for cancellation over any perceived slight - so they love their faves soooooo much that they want them... unemployed?! THAT is what they want? For these british actors to not have a job on a US TV show anymore? Get the exposure? And money? How... "good" that would be for said faves.... not.

I don't think they thought that through, have they - like those tweets, too, comparing apples with orange, and in the shallowest way, as mentioned. Without consideration of what IWTV is actually doing, and they ARE doing the books, as everyone has been pointing out since before it aired.

It is tiring.

One of the main reasons I think Ody3 is gonna turn into a triad is how Tristan is almost always in the middle. Its been confirmed by the director of Hot Tub Week that this is intentional. If it was gonna be poly-v surrounding Avery wouldn’t they put Avery in the middle a majority of the time? Not Tristan.
