This was a quick grab as we made a hasty retreat for cover. The exposure was biased 2-1/3 stops darker for this one and as there was practically nothing colourful in the scene, the image was converted to black and white in post.

what is that thing and why did it come out of me: my experience as a first-time parent

i was thinking a bit about manticores being soo solitary that they barely even raise their kids. baby gets born tiny and premature, immediately goes into the pouch (they are marsupial), and emerges when its more or less ready to take on the world, oftentimes without the parent even noticing. but i think u would be pretty freaked out if you did notice

Ice Storm over Kosa grabbing Qedivar because i wanted to draw guys from my two different harpy settings together as an experiment to see how they'd look in contrast. Qedivar is (iirc) two and a half feet tall.
