48hrs to the race. im feeling a bit crazy i can't lie. still haven't decided what train im taking back to town.... today going to pack my bag for the mini trip and i have to run out and buy a few things for my race fueling.... i thought there would be gels on the course but there won't be so i gotta carry whatever i want instead of just supplemental... I've been doing like cliff bar (=2-3x) + caf gel + swedish fish (2x) + occasional decaf gel for my long runs but idk maybe i should revert to all gels and more caffeine for the race (I've done both in the past but not rlly this training cycle).... urgh. I just don't want to mess this up...
