Triad Anime Con is this weekend and I'm excited.

On another note, I've barely been able to sleep the last two nights.

#kingdom hearts #kh #khux #khux Skuld #kh skuld #kingdom hearts Skuld #skuld kh #Skuld kingdom hearts #got distracted from typing the tags by going to watch cutscenes with Skuld my friend Skuld in them #I love her #design notes: she got the scarf because it reminded her of Ephemer AND Braig #you can’t see it but under it she has a star necklace that reminded her of Player #this is based on the subject x Skuld theory! hence the scar. she got it either from just player or got one of the lines from fighting #darkness and the other from player idk #her coat was given to her by Braig/Luxu when he broke her out of radiant garden! it’s slightly too small for her now #she’s tall!!! to me. over 6ft. not quite Lea but still tall #her earrings are the only things that survived from her original outfit. everything else is new #she doesn’t have gloves because I forgo. then I was really happy with how I shaded the hand so I’m not putting gloves on her now.#but she probably does have them #she’s been living in Quantum for a while and is sorta tied up in some illegal shit but nothing really bad.#her and Strelitzia are friends!!! they met at a coffee shop when it was raining and Shuld was the only one with an umbrella #they didn’t realise they were both from daybreak until Skuld saw a painting Strez did and broke down crying.#her memory is still kinda fucked. when she first arrived in Quantum she didn’t remember her name yet and went by X.#she started collecting things that reminded her of the friends she couldn’t quite remember. she’s got a shoe box or two of trinkets #she also will get something if it reminds her of Lea/Isa because even if being in RG was hell she still misses them.#also Vanitas is there. he’s her terrible little brother who bites people. she loves him. he is the only reason she knows her own name #she found him and her heart recognised him as Ventus her brother Ventus. she knows he’s not all of Ventus now but it’s too late #he’s her little brother now. she’s trying to rehabilitate him like taming a feral kitten. he’s switching between ‘I want to be loved’ and #‘I’m evil fuck you’. she introduces as ‘this is my evil brother he is terrible and rude but we’re working on it and I love him.’#she would get along great with Sora I think.

just a few little bits from the past few days

#both the word count screenshots are from the same day - just different sections of the text. so that was like 4000 words in #one DAY.. huzzah!! (< making up for the fact that I did 0 words the 3 days before that lol.. so its not actually an accomplishment ghjjh)#In renpy I think you can have multiple separate texty cody whatever documents and still jump between them so long as they;re #labeled properly. Rather than like... having one extremely long 60.000 line file where in some places youre in a menu within a menu #within a menu within a menu within a menu within a menu within a menu jhbhj #But that was the way I started doing it lke 5 years ago when I actually made the base of everything so I feel like it'd be too much #work to change it all that dramatically now. But that means I cant just get the word count for the whole document I just have #to jump around to the few sections I worked on and highlight them to get the word count for only that portion #.. the one tiny fraction of the whole monster text wall. Though it is of course spaced out and organized into #clearly labeled sections within that because otherwise I have trouble discerning text on a screen. still.#Resuming a project that's been basically abandoned for 4-5 ish years is just always finding weird stuff like.. why did I do this that way..#why did I write that... why did I organize that in this manner... what the hell am I referencing in this note... etc. lol #Anyway... also......................cat with plum on his head.#everyone point and laugh at mr. plum head boy..!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:3c #I've been obsessed with Calico Critters' social media presence from afar (like how I mentioned one of my possible dream jobs would #be to be the person that sets the scenes and arranges all the toy animals at a tiny little table and etc. to take the type of pictures they #post on their facebook page and stuff) and I see all their photos of them posing the rabbits as if they're in a swimming pool #or on a nature hike or etc. etc. BUT I have never really seen them in person. Recently I was at a store (in a KN95 mask and not staying #very long still of course. wastewater covid levels are still high where I live (and most of the US truly)) and it just crossed my mind #to actually go to the toy section and see if I could find any....wow.... Its like meeting a celebrity.. the Latte Cats....#Of course I didnt buy them because they're like... very expensive?? like $25 - $40 just for one little pack of a few critters like #what is shown. but.... God I wish we knew more about what specifically was going thru Jason’s head after his fight with Bruce, because essentially his entire worldview has been collapsed. He’s spent the past however many years believing that Bruce is ultimately responsible for the pain that he feels, that the entire Batman thing does nothing but harm others, and that the only way he will “get better” is by killing Bruce.

Finding out that he was apart of Jokers plan all along, and that no, Bruce actually DOES care about him and regret what happened, and actively WANTS to make it right by working together with him has to be insanely difficult for him. By the time he shows back up in game to paint the red hood symbols and get ready to save Bruce, he’s figured out that Scarecrow is going to finish the plan and kill Bruce and that he actually…doesn’t want that. And from there on now Jason has to spend time trying to figure out who he is again.

Not only did Joker put ideas in Jason’s head, but Jason also has spend the past few years with one goal in mind, kill Bruce. As far as I know he hasn’t spent any extra time on a side gig or playing some video game that he likes lol. So he needs to find himself again and figure out how to trust his thoughts and ideas and try to free himself from the joker.

#I’m the dlc he’s obviously gotten himself a new outfit and is working essentially as a pre n52 red hood. though from the way Babs and Bruce #talk to Jason in game I feel he’d have a slightly better relationship with them #and by better I don’t mean besties with them or anything but that they are more sorta…tolerant of him?#like I think Arkham Bruce is weirdly more understanding of his villains and is capable of having a lot of sympathy for them and this #clearly extends to Jason given how even after all the fear gas and militia Bruce’s response to Jason is just: ur my son and I want to help #and Barbra is very willing to argue with Jason over what he’s doing but also still sympathetic and wants him to come home.#so anyway I think they are reaching out more with offers of help and genuine worry for him. but not only do their ideas of Justice conflict #but Jason is still Goong Through It and can’t bring himself to fully trust them again #and he also needs to figure himself out without any outside influence #and btw none of this is me saying Arkham Bruce is better than comics Bruce i think they’re both wonderful and interesting and I like both #Bruce’s responses to Jason in utrh and in ak. they r awesome and cool and interesting.#and they both suit the story they are in #I was kinda just rambling through this and idk what my point is 👍 but I love Arkham knight Jason #arkham knight #dc #my post
