Nightwing tosses firefly out of the burning building onto the street. Rick flips between the torrents of fire being shot at him and grabs a hold of firefly to hit him in the face. Before he can continue, the police start firing at them and dick uses firefly and his metal wings as a human shield. Dick is still shot in the thigh and knocks firefly out. He tells the police to hold their fire and not waste their time on the two of them because they arenāt with it. He then grapples away but is still shot at by the police. *its definitely not as common nowadays as it was back in like ~2018 but ill still sometimes see someone treating flowey and asriel like completely diffrent characters or say stuff like "my favorite character is asriel but not flowey!" which to me is just... super confusing? because honestly the fact that they're the same person is, to me, one of the most interesting parts of his character. whenever i am turning flowey around in my brain i cannot stop thinking about how theres still asriel in him, like when in the alarm clock dialoge toriel mentions that she woke up in her bed with a glass of water filled to the brim, like how asriel did it, next to her after passing out on the floor, or how emotional he is, quickly becoming frustrated being just how quick asriel was to cry. or even how he still looks up to chara. he tries to pretend asriel is "long dead" but he is still the same person. despite everything, its still him.
i dont know i just feel like seperating asriel and flowey takes away so much depth from his character

#literally had a dream that i was a 14yr old mexican boy who was kidnapped by a crime boss and worked for him#making my way up the ladders until i was his right hand man#until one day i got in an accident and the paramedic who found me stuck by me while the cops questioned me#bc like who is this kid why is he so malnourished who is meant to tale care of you#and then they were restraining me in the back of an ambulance and i was crying and trying to breathe my way out of a panic#attack and then managed to calm down and the paramedic (who looked like that guy from disco elysium. the one you play as)#started asking me questions about my life and i talked about how johnny was in charge and he wore half a black rabbit mask but upside down#so the singular ear ran down his throat. and i talked about other thing idk but then CRASH the ambulance is suddenly gone#(OH I REMEMBER. i talked about how there were these women (prostitutes) who were nice to me and would give me food and drink#that i wasnt supposed to have and they wouldnt let me drink what the men were having but thats okay it tasted nasty anyway#and how on my last mission i was shot in the leg and it delayed me a day and johnny punished me by locking me up#and i couldnt leave and i nearly starved to death that week but the women snuck me small amounts of food and drink#even tho they would have been killed if they were caught. anyway that was like two weeks ago and my leg still hadnt healed)#im tied up under the clothesline at the top of the stairs of my irl house while the paramedic is tied to a chair by the front door#johnny comes in and starts asking questions but upon receiving no answers he grabs a metal bat and breaks the paramedics knee#and im just crying and screaming for it all to stop scared out of my life and johnny asks if i want the beating instead#and the paramedic says ādont you lay a finger on him. I haven't been posting here as much cause. Idk. Might be depression? I keep thinking its cause I've been so busy, which also wouldn't be not untrue, but these past, like, 3 weeks I think so far? I've had some free time but I haven't cause. I dunno, then again, I haven't been doing too much in general? I gues, besides very mandatory things, hell I've even been lacking in my regular skyrim hours of playing.
That, and as said, I get super melancholic when I remember just how sad and bittersweet it is that t0h is. Actually legit over. The show and experience, that is.
Oh all that and also becuz my headphones broke! Fuck! That's like number 2 in my bare necessities for when I post, do almost anything really! It's seriously been painful this past month going without headphones holy shit. Dude I've been scratching at the bit for some relief for headphones, I NEED music legitimately. Even right now, as I'm typing this on my phone, my music is on low levels.
