Just to diversify the list of who doesn't like GO2, I'm an s1 fan who's never read the book, and I'm not even going to watch it after reading summaries. It would hurt too much. It sounds so totally OOC. I want to say the new "they knew each other" backstory makes me feel like Aziraphale was only 'with' Crowley because he secretly hoped he would choose religion again, which is a huge trigger for me in my own life...except Aziraphale wouldn't even choose Heaven himself soooooo..

I say 'with' because I love them as ace-sort-of-aros who are deeply attached to each other but wouldn't be dating or even wanting to do anything overtly romantic or sexual. They're each other's non-person person. They made me feel seen for the first time. I cannot watch that get trashed.

Oh anon, I'm so sorry. Yeah what I loved about their relationship is that they're an angel and a demon, on complete opposite sides, yet treat each other as equals, and Aziraphale would never try to "convert" Crowley because like you said, he also thinks that Heaven sucks. In fanart I've played with the idea of them being in a romantic relationship but that's also not necessarily what I want in canon -- like you said, their relationship is so special, and I'd prefer them getting that special relationship right rather than confirming that they're a couple or sth.

the idea of aziraphale’s eyes turning purple makes me so sick but it also makes sense. it was implied that it was something that came with the job when gabriel's eyes became normal when he resigned and momentarily got them back when he remembered. jkajsj anyway

Sit down, my friend, this will be an ESSAY.

Mostly, I imagine him how he is described in the books with a mix of the movie. I also own the illustrated editions of Goblet of Fire & Order of Phoenix illustrated by Jim Kay that I am yet to read in full but of course I flipped through all the pics and was very impressed with the way Kay drew Voldemort. I also am the young adult that grew up on the editions with the black-white US illustrations so those will have influenced my imagination, too. Then there are all the talented artists I follow here but my fav Voldemort artists are @leafiloaf, @nv-tumb and @golden-biro

Do I even have to describe why? Check them all out and you'll see why. I cannot screech over their art enough. Leafi captures Voldemort’s features perfectly. He is otherworldly and his eeeeyes 😍😍😍 (also, his eaaaaars, I luv them!) I think Leafi perfectly captured the "serpentine face" and "cat-like" eyes. I could look at Leafi's art for daaaays. They belong in a world-famous art gallery.

nv-tumb on the other hand, also has me staring at their Voldemort for hours — if you are wondering about nynn Voldemort's fingers, those would be the ones drawn by nv-tumb.

Now, and I am excited for this, in nynn I describe Voldemort’s eyes as 'red scleras, iris visible in the sclera because it’s more crimson, eyes snake-like and a fang for orbs' You know which picture inspired me to describe them like that?

As for the hands + fingers those are absolutely inspired by the illustrations in U.S. editions from 2000s because I am a 2000s kid.

Also, also, also — I love this depiction of him regarding his build and overall aura. It is from GoF Slytherin Edition 20th Anniversary. ⬇️

And, last but not least, another Illustration from the OOTP Illustrated Edition by Jim Kay. His face is good, his arms and fingers perfect. Except nynn Voldy’s teeth aren't sharp, they're normal white teeth. Also, I like the depiction that his body is sth stitched together by magic and you can see the bones etc. ⬇️

Oh, and this one. This one is very popular, I love how the artist drew Voldemort. I think this is the closest depiction of nynn Voldemort from my head ⬇️

In short, I have no answer for this, he's sort of a mix of all styles in my head, but hopefully the tumblr artists I linked and the art I shared will give you an idea of how I imagine nynn Voldemort and some of his features. Also, he mostly wears a hood with his cloak in public. (In the scene in the alleyway, he wore the hood the entire scene, as he did when going to locate the Dursley house.) He only has it off with Harry, or takes it off to scare the shit out of people. You know, give them heart attacks. I think poor Molly would have a heart attack if she saw him. Did you know that wizards & witches don't actually know how Voldy looks like cuz he wears a hood? The Aurors only know him as hooded, faceless figure.

uhm... jesus n judas... food as a common love language but judas got stomach problems

sth sth judas's grief at not being able to stomach the food jesus gives him while being very aware of it. judas's hatred of his body for doing this to him, of god for giving him such a cursed existence. why can't he just eat like a normal person why

sth sth jesus being supportive of him and tryna find other ways they can bond. cursing his Father in heaven why He made the one he loves have to suffer like this he is only human why why why. he is crying and judas is crying and they are both frustrated and tired and don't know what to do.

sth sth they can never get as close as they wish they were, there are other gestures of love but no other that they have in common. yearning to be in the state where there are parts of them in the other's body, the blood wine and meat bread goes untouched as they curled into each other, skin touching skin but never deeper. maybe if they close their eyes they would melt into one another sharing their bones and flesh and blood inseparable.

sometimes jesus wants to tear judas apart just to be able to reach his bowels and maybe fix him from inside and judas wants to tear himself apart just to be able to consume and keep some part of jesus when he is inevitably closed back up. and then they reel back from shame and never discuss their thoughts to each other because judas already made clear that he doesn't wanna be fixed (it's a long time ago he is waiting for jesus to ask him again) and judas is terrible at trying to reach out and ask for help (from shame from doubtfulness from whatever's going on inside his head)
