Good morning, I slept only three hours bcs I went to the oral emergency cus of a toothache which has lasted for nearly a month now (I went to my dentist 2 times before this) and then I found out that not only did my molar need to be like opened up cus there was abscess, I also found out from my x-ray (which my dentists saw 2 times now!) that my WISDOM TEETH ARE GROWING OUT.

I'm 24 so makes sense.

Bad news?

They're growing horizontally. Toward my molars.

Which my dentist did not think important to inform me. So I am here waiting at my dentist. Again. Twice in a week. I got given antibiotics. I took Ibuprofen. I am by no means a pushover regarding pain tolerance, oh the pain tolerance I HAVE LET ME TELL YOU but this is too far.

I can't keep clocking myself with Ibuprofen every 6 hours for like 3 hours of peace only for the pain to start again the moment I eat sth solid (and that is without chewing on my right side)

So here I am waiting at the dentist's. With 3 hours of sleep. My sanity is gone at this point. Imagine having your right lower jaw and your right ear hurt constantly. While you work. While you try to sleep. You wake up from sleep with it hurting, clock yourself with a pill and hope it works work pls work.

Only thing keeping me civil is my upbringing.

Anyway, I'll demand that she gives me an appointment for another x-ray bcs I am now 90% another molar on the right before the BIG BAD MOLAR is also an issue. And for my wisdom teeth, all 4, to be taken out.

In short, I am the unluckiest mfr on earth

yo hey US people who sent in absentee ballots, they are tossing mail-in ballots for no reason. i just had to call my county board of elections and demand a cure for my ballot because north carolina didn't send out any notices of issues with ballots, and the issues are fake. if you voted by mail-in make sure your ballot was actually counted

I fucked up the measurements for my kitchen, the tiles are too low and too high and now the sink can't fit and IKEA workers don't want to set it up and now they've made new outlines and I just want to crash onto my bed and sleep for a week.

All the kitchen Ikea furniture is literally sitting in my house, I am not replacing it. Unfortunately they weren't very accomodating in telling me wtf is wrong. They said they'll do it all for free, and I am like 'you fckn better cus I already paid for all those services including the setting everything up service" so like... Yeah, I sure as fuck hope it is!

Good news.

The new chapter of nynn is at 7k, 3 out of 4 scenes are finished, so that makes it 75% finished.

I just found Harry's face funny in this edition I'm doing

Honestly I find "Voldemort as a super young hottie with no sign of aging!", "it was a glamour!" and "he does look that but he can glamour it away!" kind of galling and shallow. I don't think I'd mind that it was a popular trope it didn't keep jumpscaring me as a given for harrymort, like fucking that old snake man makes you some kind of deviant. So I'm the problem because I think he should have wrinkles and can dislocate his jaw at will, okay 🙄

The next nynn chapter is I'll say 50% done by plots I covered. It is currently at 6k words. There 4 scenes to cover, I finally fully wrote the second. Now for the other 2, though they sort of mingle into each other.

Hopefully I'll be able to update this week on the weekend if the motivation is good🤞🏻the 4th (last scene) is giving me the most trouble cus ugh DESCRIPTIONS

This is why I stopped reading YA fantasy novels. I'm so tired of this.

It's too fucking frustrating to see the fem protagonist choose some Chad when the author describes the encounters with the villain with romantic tension and chemistry and CONNECTION much bigger than the fem protagonist has with some Chad.

Hunger Games don't count, Hunger Games is a masterpiece and tackled romance great.

Tall, dark, handsome villain: Join me and I promise to love you and rule beside you forever and a glorious day

YA female protagonist: Never! This *points to some Chad* seventeen-year-old boy who lives next door to me is my soulmate
