God has decided that I am his best warrior and he gives me the worst battles. So many people shipping Ekko and auPowder, as if they were separate people, is making me really believe it. The fics of Ekko staying in the au and stealing the life of the innocent auEkko and his entire family being perfectly fine with it. Or Powder leaving her universe to replace Jinx and Vi being perfectly fine with it. As if Jinx's fear of being replaced had never been a fundamental part of her character. It's hard to read fics now because I feel bad on behalf of my girl Jinx, I'm slowly falling into madness. Jinx and Powder are the same person, but so many people saying the opposite are making me believe it. I demand an AuEkko and Jinx fic to feel vindicated.

Chapter 2x7 was to give Ekko hope, he was always in love with Jinx, the things he admired about her, even when they were enemies. It was Ekko realizing that neither he nor she were the people they were once, Powder never died, she grew up, a product of her environment (Silco, Zaun)

I want to give my condolences for the terrible results of this year's American Election. And I even had some panic attacks before I went to sleep and the results were officially announced.

I don't know how to give solace to people I want to share with everyone with an eleven and a half minute song I know. It's from arguably one of the most popular Brazilian rock bands (to the point of them being considered overhyped) and it's something I play when despite the dark times ahead, we need to feel brave and resilient to face the said dark times. I even translated the lyrics for you guys, with the lyric timestamps.

Apologies for this, especially if it comes off as tone-deaf, I can understand, I just wanted to give a message of hope and resilience for you guys, because you're gonna need it in these next four years.

You know, of all the songs I thought would really give me the Jegulus spirit, it wasn’t Fallen Angel by Three Days Grace. Like screw me but up until this point Jegulus has been something that I’ve liked but not truly felt, you know? And for some reason this one song is just so fjvsjngbaljgb.

Like it just makes me think about Regulus finally, finally, breaking down for the first time ever and James just holds him and promises him he’ll be alright, that he can help, that he’ll be there. And it’s so soft and loving, and it’s just the most precious moment. James holding onto Regulus’ too thin frame as he collapses to the ground and Regulus is soaking James’ shit with tears and James Promises, he Promises that while he’s there, while he has Regulus he’ll do everything in his power to make it ok, to make it hurt less, to make Regulus realize he doesn’t have to hurt so much anymore. And James just holds him and it’s more than anyone has ever done.

It’s just this one song, and it’s the last one I expected it to be, but it just has a meaning to it that to me means James and Regulus.

What if Chay moves on from Kim and starts bringing over people from clubs and college parties to the minor family house ? He picks them carefully , he now knows how to , they're usually vaguely aware of who he is. They also know enough to not question the security surrounding him and his "house". He's learnt to protect himself from people who get close only with their selfish ulterior motives.

He's only young and in college once. He's gonna enjoy it goddamnit.

Except once when Kim comes over to the minor fam house at Kinn's request for "personally verifying the money leaks Porsche found out and see if he could update the security in any way possible while he's at it " , and he runs a *bit* late . Kim gracefully accepts Porsche's invitation to "crash opposite to Chay's room , that's where his friends stay over sometimes . Chay's my brother by the way, have you guys met?😄".

And Kim has to listen to Porchay and some ba**ard loudly make their way to Porchay's suite in what was so late at night that it was early in the morning , even by Kim's standards.

Pants , purrs . *Moans.* F#cking moans.

And thuds of flesh on the wall when they got too excited and tripped on the carpet. Laughs and giggles. Not a care as to who might hear.

Kim thought it would end once they got in the suite . Well he was wrong. He had to listen to every single whimper, shout and cry ; and finally understood why the maid explained how Khun Porchay prefers the entire floor to himself for his music usually .

He couldn't sleep even after it got fully quiet . He couldn't sleep for a long time after .

As for the song I've tried not to indulge in finding one because... one thing at a time... but I do constantly pick out songs that'd make for good animatics as I listen to my playlists, the animatic/animation grind cannot be helped 😔✊ A lot of Sleeping at Last songs make for wonderful rancher core (particularly, mayhaps, You are Enough) but I've been pretty deadset on Hideaway by Capstan ✨

Speaking to you with Vide Noir as my favorite album I will say that it sounds similar HOWEVER they had a lot of different sounding songs on Long Lost so like. As much as Who Laughs Last might have that kind of sound there's no way they'd just go and make a Video Noir 2 that would be boring as hell.
