hey you ever think about how its implied that you have to be turned into a nobody to get norted, like, every member of the real org13 who isnt literally xehanort or literally possessed by xehanort is a nobody (except maybe vanitas but *gestures* thats a . different can of worms), and the people who were recompleted had to then become nobodies again in order to be in the real org13 and serve as a vessel for xehanort, like perhaps your heart has to be removed in order to make room for another heart,

and then do you ever think about the one character who canonically got norted before becoming a nobody and is still norted even after being recompleted and thus canonically didnt need to become a nobody in order to be norted, and then lose your mind a little bit

this is really interesting to me because bella mentions the philospher's stone, which means that voldemort must have told her about his attempt to get it. which leads me to several questions.

first of all, did voldemort tell bella everything he'd been up to in the past fifteen years? ("uhhh yeah so albania was great fun honestly. have you ever possessed a snake bella? i highly recommend it. really helps blow off steam.")

second of all, was this like a serious debrief, because voldemort found it really important to tell all his inner circle of the interesting rocks he was hiding under for 11 years, or was it more casual, like a friday night gossip sesh over a few glasses of wine?

(the latter is obviously the correct answer. this is the part where they venture into narcissa's garden to find some snakes for bella to try possess. they're all black out drunk and in the morning no one actually remembers if bella succeeded. narcissa weeps because they destroyed all her gorgeous flower beds.)

i love how the last few minutes of the giggle mirrored the journey’s end memory wipe scene in such a beautifully subtle way.

In JE donna was begging the doctor to let her die as the doctordonna and stay in the tardis, far away from home. she did not want to go back to being “human” again, to be “no one”. and now in the giggle donna’s back in the tardis, but this time she’s asking him to come home with her and live with her family on earth. she’s asking him to let go of his “doctor” side and live like a human, like a “no one”. a role reversal but donna’s fixing his mistakes from 15 years ago

later in the backyard scene, when donna and fourteen have a talk, the first thing that comes out of her mouth is “you don’t have to stay here forever”- a reference to the way he forced her to let go of the tardis life and live without him “forever” (at least back then it was forever). she knows how miserable it can be to suddenly let go of something like that (even if she can’t remember it), and she did not want to make him feel the same way she felt for fifteen years.

s4 donna preferred to die than go back home to her family because she felt miserable on earth, while fourteen chose to go home with her and become an official part of the noble family. and he’s happier than ever.

i'm watching back the cucurucho confrontation from the french's first day yknow after dapper died to the code, but from etoiles pov, and it's really funny bc he does anything and i'm like YESSS THAT'S OUR ETOILES!!! like hyping the hell out of him. bro places a piston and i'm like YEAHHHH he does that thing where he crouches through a conversation silently and i'm like YEAHHHHH THAT'S OUR ETOILES!!!!! it's just rly funny to me bc i've been watching live since before that point, like i actually watched this stream live as the first thing i ever saw from etoiles, so it's like. i'm experiencing it with all the context of the last year, AND with the ghost of my first impressions, and it's really cool.
