Budget-Friendly Best STP Packers For FTM Trans Guys, And Others
Packing is a very common habit of FTM trans, non-binary, and others. The habit can’t make in a day. It takes years. While we start the FTM transition, we were so much about which STP packers we can use for daily life and which packers we can use for playing. Time changes. We start knowing and gathering the knowledge about how we trans guys and other guys can comfortably pack an STP packer for a…

PACKERS AND PACKING INFORMATION AND REVIEWS:
Cw: prosthetic male genitalia/penises for informational purposes only
I’m going to start this by first introducing myself so hello I’m Jackson I’m a plus size ftm trans teenager and I’m going to go over the best and easiest way to pack as a trans dude
You may be asking what a packer is? Well a packer is a gender affirming tool that creates or mimics a bulge or a penis which may seem like it’s a thing meant for adults but actually it’s very useful for everyone it helps with dysphoria or even just helps if your wanting to appear more masculine
Another thing that will be mentioned are STPs; STP stands for stand to pee device which do make it possible to as said stand to pee which can go from looking realistic or just being a cup with a tube
so I will be ranking my favorite packers/STPs/packing alternatives and will include where to find and price ranges and packing ability’s. If you have any questions either message me or comment them down below! Starting off strong with number one my favorite packer is
1. STP FREELY:
This is my favorite STP packer it’s 3.5 inches long and is a SOFT packer with a wide brim cup with a lip so no worry about spills or anything made with a skin safe soft silicone , definitely more of an affordable packer + STP it ranges from 45-50$ and it comes in 5 different skin tones! there is a XL Version of this packer that is 5 inches that I have not tried that is 50$ (you can also buy the XL rod which turns this into a pack and play “toy” for around 16$) and both xl and regular come with the option of being circumcised or non circumcised which I think is a neat feature! This packer also requires a harness ! I recommend the cake bandit packing harness it’s comfortable and not too tight. you can find both of these on TransGuySupply.com
Packing ability:9/10 definitely my favorite packer I’ve owned packs very well
Looks:9/10 nice weight, decently realistic but there are definitely better packers on the market but overall a wonderful packer
Stp ability: 10/10 very easy to get used too, big cup with a lip and semi realistic urethra hole
Can’t stress how much I love this packer will buy again
2. EZ bulge:
Here’s a cheap simple packing option for people who want to try out packing as it’s a foam insert made of a thicker foam material that you put In your boxers, these usually range from 5-10$ which isn’t bad the only downside is that they are stiff and if your bigger like me it will rub against your thighs and become uncomfortable and there’s definitely pros and cons for this packer like it’s latex or silicone free but it is kind of stiff and hard to position you can get this packer from transguysupply.com or Etsy!
Packing ability: 7/10 it works but is kind of uncomfortable and if not positioned right can look funny
Looks: 6/10definitely a more discrete option if you don’t get one with a dick imprint
3.HOMEMADE SOCK PACKERS
Omg I can’t express how much these save my life if I’m dyphoric these are a simple, cheap and easy way to pack I can’t express how much I use these on a daily basis, there are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to make these (kade cooks has a good tutorial on YouTube btw)
Packing ability:5/10 definitely a easy packing tool but can look kinda wonky if not made right and may take some trial and error
Looks: 2/10 definitely not a good looking packer but gets the job done
4.FOAM INSERT PACKER
Similar to the EZ bulge this is another foam packer insert but definitely is more comfortable, it’s a thin foam works well with most of the packing jockstraps, briefs, or boxers it’s about 5$ usually. I had one for a couple months then it started falling apart as the first layer of thin fabric came off of back but was a cheap and easy packer and is way more discrete option you can find this packer on transguysupply.com
Packing ability: definitely a solid 6/10 it works well but can fold or bunch up easily if you have bigger thighs
Looks:5/10 decently discrete looks similar to a bra cup
5.PACKER GEAR STP
this was my first ever STP or packer in general and can I say how much I hate this packer very small cup with no lip so spills are a big problem, it is almost physically impossible to use this as a packer this is the stiffest packer I’ve ever had IT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR HARD, the urethra and hole of this packer is massive and it’s unrealistic you will piss a stream the size of a no.2 pencil. One of its cons though is that it is the cheapest stp packer I know it’s 15$ and comes in two different skin colors, it is around 4.5 inches and can be found on transguysupply.com
Packing ability: 0/10 it’s trash
Looks: 5/10 it definitely tried to look realistic
Stp ability: 5/10 definitely not the best on the market but for how affordable it is it’s not too bad minus the firm cheap silicone and small cup
6. ANY FEMALE CAMPING URINAL
Such a honorable mention this fuckin thing well these can be found in most camping places, Amazon or anywhere online really. I can’t say I hate them but I can’t say I like them either but definitely work, they look mad dumb honestly and make me dysphoric lowkey but they work as STPs but unlike the other two options on this list this can’t be used as at a urinal but they don’t spill and are easily found and can be used by people who aren’t FtM or transmasc and usually range about 5-20$ online
Packing ability:0/10
Looks:0/10 mad Fucking ugly
Stp ability:10/10 definitely does the job
And that’s the end of my review folks I hope this can help out other trans people

CALEXOTICS STP
Color: Ivory
Size: 5 inches
Price: 16.80
Squishiness: meh
Comfortability: in a context yes
Rating: good start
This was the second stp that I bought myself. The first one does not exist anymore. I wanted something cheap and reliable. (I want to preface by saying I have only used an stp at home and have no interest in using one in public) as for packing I would not recommend. It’s hollow tube. BUT the cup sits perfectly between my legs. If you want something that will not fail you or a test drive in stps, this one is the one for you. I did not once miss the bowl or leak from the cup. It has a very tiny no spill lip but because the cup is even with the funnel anything you piss out is going to come out the other end because the pee hole is big. The only problem I had was backsplash but that is simply a skill issue. Also this stp does not get sticky so there’s no need to powder it.
I know this review is relatively short, but I feel as though I am ready and prepared to make more reviews so c ya next time

FtM Passing Tips Master List
Notes:
-All prices are in USD. There are free online calculators to change USD to Euros, Canadian Dollars, etc.
- These are from personal experience, YouTubers like Kalvin Garrah and Chase Ross, and research.
GC2B is a great place to get binders. For my gf and I, it’s one of the only places we trust.
Price: ~$30
Classic Packy aka Mr.Limpy from FtM Essentials. Cheapest packer money can buy.
Price: $12
These are more expensive than a classic packer, but I personally really want one: an STP (Stand To Pee). An STP is a packer that you can pee out of while standing. You can use public urinals and others would be none the wiser.
Price: ~$80
For Packing: You can buy packing underwear from many different sites. Fair warning: Packing underwear with rings can break some packers. Be cautious. If you can’t buy packing underwear briefs are tight enough to hold your packer in place
Price: Vary.
Boxers: American Eagle and Calvin Klein are good brands. I honestly LOVE TomboyX. They’re gender neutral underwear in many lengths and patterns. They’re super soft and pretty affordable.
Price: Vary
Equate Hair Re-Growth Treatment for Men. Apply to the areas you want hair on according to the directions, like your face, legs, arms, chest, and stomach. I’m planning on getting this for myself tbh.
Price: $25 on Amazon as of 12-4-18
Around Christmas time is the perfect time to buy cologne, men's deodorant, body wash, etc. Wal-Mart sells gift sets with one or all three of these for relatively cheap.
Price: $10-$30
Haircuts are an obvious one. What works for most people is short on the sides (you could do a 3-2-1-0 fade) and long on top. When getting it cut ask them to square off the sides as that is typically a more masculine thing.
If you can’t cut your hair beanies and snapbacks can be great for hiding your hair in. But be cautious, sometimes, it can bring out the feminine shape of your face.
Voice: Don’t force it! It will not sound natural and be a dead give away. Those posts saying to tilt your head only work for about 1 minute. Try stretching your neck, it can help. Also, try consciously lowering your voice little by little, eventually it will come naturally. Also, don’t talk super fast or be flamboyant. Try being more monotone.
Clothes: If you can’t bind, baggy clothes can help hide your figure. Hoodies too. Dark shirts are better than light shirts. Bigger pants. Skinny jeans will not help, especially if you pack (it might look like you have a boner 24/7) Baseball shirts can help your shoulders look broader. Patterned shirts can also help hide your chest.
-Finding Your Mens Pant Size: Pant sizes in men’s go by inches. It’s the inches around your waist and the length of your legs. For example, my pant size is 28”- 29”.
Binding: If you can’t get a binder, layering sports bras will help. You can layer NO MORE THAN 2!! As everyone says, do not use ace bandages! There is a company that makes binding bandages that are safe for trans people. I don’t know much else about them though.
-Binder Rules: Don’t sleep in a binder. Don’t wear for longer than 8 hours. Stretch often. Make sure you can take a deep breath. If you want to exercise or swim in a binder, you can (contrary to popular belief), just make sure that binder is one size bigger than your normal size. If you can’t fit it over your head and shoulders easily, it’s too small. Don’t force it on.
Posture and Walking: For your posture, slouching is good. Widen your stride and walk slower. Be more assertive with your actions. Women’s elbows are more flexible than men’s so women tend to swing their arms around more, don’t do that. When holding things, keep your arms to your side. Also, men have a certain bounce to their step and tend to not sway their hips. Just observe guys as they walk and try to imitate it.
Sitting: Man spread. Don’t cross your legs and don’t let your knees touch.
Shark Week: On your “shark week” don’t wear boxers (unless you use tampons). They do not work with pads. Wear briefs instead. Another option is to wear briefs or womens underwear with a pad on under boxers.
If you can’t afford a packer there are a few amazing DIY’s on Youtube by Chase Ross and HeyIt’sGrayson.
One tip to relieve dysphoria is to take off your shirt from behind and over your head. Like all those hot guys in movies.
T and Surgery Costs
Testosterone: $12-$26 per dose. Price Per Month: >$24-$120< depending on how often you get the shot. If you’re diagnosed with gender dysphoria by a medical care provider, insurance should cover the cost.
-Testosterone should be given every 2-4 weeks. Could be more or less.
Top Surgery: The price can range from $3,500 - $9,000 USD. May or may not include consultation fees. A down payment is normally required to secure a surgery date. This down payment can range from $500- $2,000 USD
Bottom Surgery: FtM Bottom Surgery can be more than $50,000 USD
-There are two different types of bottom surgery: Phalloplasty and Metoidioplasty.
Phalloplasty uses a skin graft to create a penis (usually from your arm). It’s done when your clit growth isn’t big enough to work with.
“Phalloplasty surgery can provide a sensate penis, with erotic and/or tactile sensation, as well as rigidity for sexual intercourse (usually with a penile implant) and the ability to stand to urinate.”
Metoidioplasty works off your clit growth if it’s big enough. From what I know, it is just used to make your clitoris growth bigger.
“Metoidioplasty it to increase the size of the clitoris.”
If you’re diagnosed, insurance will pay for most or all of the cost of bottom and top surgery and testosterone.
Foods that Increase Testosterone:
Oyster
Spinach
Eggs
Tuna
Almonds
Pomegranate
Asparagus
Honey
Bananas
Pumpkin Seeds
Cabbage
Avacado
Egg Yolk
Watermelon
Cruciferous Vegetables (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Garden Cress, Bok Choy, Broccoli, etc.)
Brazil Nut
Grapes
Citrus Fruits (Orange, Lemon, etc.)
Meat
Salmon
Ginger
Beans
Raisins

Hi there ^^ My name is Mercury and I'm a 27 yr old trans man. I'm writing to you today for advice on chest binders. What brand, in your educated opinion/experience, is comfortable enough to wear for an entire 8 hour shift of work? How does one go about properly measuring their chest for a binder? I've read several differing articles on the subject and I'm a little confused. Also, what prosthetic would give me a natural look/feel? I appreciate you taking the time to read & reply to this
Hi Mercury,
So this will be quite a long reply and I apologise if you are not much of a reader, but I have tried to make it as informative yet simple as possible.
GC2B have a very good explanation on how to measure your chest here, but I have written a guide for you myself.
How you should measure your chest:
Make sure you have some measuring tape available.
Stand up straight.
Place the beginning of your tape (the 1) just above your nipple, and wrap the rest around your chest and back so that it leads back to the beginning of the tape.
Make sure it is not super tight and that the back is not loose or falling down your back.
Also make sure you are not tensing and are relaxed.
Whichever number is at the end of your tape, that is the size of your chest.
After you have done this, click here.
You are now ready to buy your binder.
Whichever number your chest (or size) is, buy a size up. For example, if your chest is between 30-32 in (which is an extra small), buy a small.
Which binder is comfortable enough to wear for an entire 8 hour shift at work?
Binders (and packers) are very subjective to an individuals own experience and body type. What I believe is the best binder or realistic packer is not so great or realistic to another person.
I have been binding with Underworks binders ever since I came out as trans. They are a sturdy material, so you do not need to worry about it falling apart and have excellent compression. That being said, they are not particularly comfy.
After long use, they will cause chest and back pain. Therefore, if you are wanting to wear a binder for 8 hours straight, Underworks would not be the best idea. I wear my binder like this almost every day and it definitely is a strain on my body.
GC2B on the other hand, is very comfy particularly when worn inside-out if the inside material causes irritation, which it did for me. It is made of a soft and thin material, unlike Underworks, which is more thick. However, the GC2B is not that great at compressing. Therefore, I always wear a hoodie to hide this. I mostly wear my GC2B indoors or when I am in pain and cannot wear my Underworks.
I would not recommend any binder brand other than the two stated, simply because they are the top best and many other binder brands (although cheap) are not particularly safe. For example, many binders on ebay and amazon. If you are going to buy another brand not stated here, make sure you thoroughly research such as the materials they use and reviews.
Body shape has everything to do with how a binder will fit you. If you have a bigger body, structure and chest, an Underworks binder will likely be the best choice for you. If you are small, a GC2B binder would work; saying that, I was 33 inches last time I measured, 48kg and GC2B does not work with me at all, whereas Underworks does.
All I can suggest is to just try them both. No review or opinion will be able to accurately describe how a binder will work on your body. Begin with either an Underworks or GC2B binder and if one does not work out, sell or donate it and try the other.
What prosthetic would give me a natural look/feel?
Prosthetics are a very similar story to chest binders. Some guys like them big, some like them soft and some like them realistic. I personally have never packed; I used to desperately want to pack but I am able to ignore that area most of the time. Now, I have no interest in packing simply because it just is not a real penis and makes me focus on that area more.
I am familiar with different packers though, so if you are looking for a realistic packer, Transthetics, Peecock, Reel Magik and Freetom are available, which offer everyday packers, Stand-To-Pee packers and Play packers. The only negative of these packers are that they are very expensive and may only come in bigger sizes.
There are less realistic packers available on FTM Essentials, that are affordable. I would check those out and decide which one you would like to go for. Again, read and watch reviews but be aware that everyone is different. I recommend UppercaseCHASE1.
I hope I have helped,
Caleb

Do you know of any cheap and realistic STPs? Just pee and pack, I don't need play if that helps.
Considering some STPs were priced at like $200 & €400... Yeah I think these are nicer in pricing. Of course review the info yourself too (I'm not well-versed in this equipment).Good Luck, Peace & Love,Evehttps://www.numberonelaboratory.com/listing/225206352/slingshot-harness-for-stps-mature-ftm $22https://www.numberonelaboratory.com/listing/194463104/sport-stp-mature-platinum-silicone-ftm $72https://www.numberonelaboratory.com/listing/194475485/model-a-stp-mature-platinum-silicone-ftm $84https://www.numberonelaboratory.com/listing/277333304/model-e-stp-mature-platinum-silicone-ftm $60https://www.numberonelaboratory.com/listing/194476749/new-1-stp-soft-powder-finish-platinum $50https://ftmconnect.net/blogs/news/ftm-bathroom-use-and-stand-to-pee-stp-devices (referral article to more STPs).

Packing Guide v1.0
This is the second guide I’ve developed for DysphoriAid, a project meant to create simple and printable guides for transgender people on the topic of dysphoria-relieving items. This packing guide includes basics, where to buy packers, making your own, Do’s and Don’ts, and additional information. It was developed with the help of a coworker and friend Richard Cole.

As always, the original files may be requested for modification via an ask to this blog. If you download, please reblog!
The text can be read below the readmore, formatted in the intended reading order.

The Basics, What to Keep in Mind, and Where to Buy
A packer is an item used to replicate a bulge and occasionally other features associated with having a penis for those born without one. There are multiple reasons why someone would choose to pack, including lessening dysphoria, improving body image, and increasing personal safety in public places and for people who are expected to “pass” as a non-transgender man. Making the choice to pack can be very personal and not everyone who “could” pack will or wants to. Discomfort with or a lack of a need to pack doesn’t make anyone any less transgender or nonbinary, nor does packing make anyone more transgender or nonbinary.
The decision to pack starts with the decision of one’s price range and what one would like from a packer. There are three main times of packers: soft packers, pack n plays (packers that can also be used for sex via an insertable rod), and pack, play, and pees (packers that can be used for both sex and for peeing in a standing position). Usually, the ones with more uses are more expensive. Packers come in many different materials, sizes, and colors as well. Packers made from porous material and can easily soak up bacteria and dirt, which can cause urinary tract infections and skin problems, but can be more comfortable for the wearer. Silicone packers are more durable but still need to be cared for. When it comes to size, bigger is not always better. There are definitely large packers, as there are definitely people with large penises, but smaller packers give a more realistic look and are often more comfortable to wear. Finally, most packer companies offer a range of skin colors, but finding one to match your exact skin tone if desired may make the search for a packer take more time. It is possible to recolor some packers, look for a link in “Additional Information.”
Most people who own packers own a variety of accessories as well. Packers, especially the lower-end ones, do not stay in place well. Harnesses and special underwear can be used to keep them from falling out. Pack and plays cannot be used for the “play” function without a harness. Most packers can be cleaned with soap and water, but some companies and some materials warrant special cleaning solutions. Going to websites listed in the next paragraph and the “Additional Information” section can help you make an informed decision and show you what else you need along with a packer.
If everything written here sounds confusing and convoluted to you, there’s good news - transgender and nonbinary people have been packing for decades and companies are more than willing to help you understand their products. The Tool Shed (toolshedtoys.com) is an LGBT-owned business that focuses on sex positivity and safety and offers a good selection of packers in a clean layout, including the popular first-time-packer line Mr. Limpy / Softie. TranZwear (tranzwear.net) is a transgender-owned business that focuses mostly on packers and packer accessories. A note for TranZwear however: the site may be difficult or impossible to navigate for those with reading or sensory difficulties due to the general uncleanliness of the design. For the extreme end of quality and price, look at the transgender-owned Transthetics (transthetics.com).
Make Your Own / Packing Without a Packer
Sometimes, purchasing a packer is not feasible for any number of reasons. So, here are some alternatives! All the rules to regular packing - found in the “Do’s and Don’ts” section - should be followed even when not wearing an official packer. These methods are often helped by the use of the specialized underwear made for packers.
NOTE: Never ever use tape or adhesive to secure a packer of any type. Surgical glue is used in some cases, but only for prosthetic packers and only by trained medical professionals.
Second / Back Page
Option #2: Fill an unlubricated condom about halfway with some sort of gel, like hair gel, and tie it off tightly at the desired length. Place within another unlubricated condom or two, typing those off as well. Cover with a sock or other sleeve to reduce tugging and catching. Place in a jock strap or tight-fitting underwear. Watch for tearing and leakage, replace often.
Option #1: Roll a pair of socks into itself to create an oval-ish shape, manipulating the socks until a desirable bulge is achieved. Stick the faux-bulge into your underwear, securing it with safety pins if there’s concern of it falling out or losing its shape. Not always realistic-looking, but cheap and easy. Use thin socks to reduce heat.
The Do’s and Don’ts of Packing
Do
Wash your packer every day after wearing it with at least soap and water
Try out different placements and ways of securing your packer to find out what fits and feels comfortable
Look at examples of cisgender men and other packing transgender people online for placement reference, like underwear models
Listen to your body and make sure your packer isn’t overheating or hurting your genital region
Replace your packer if it becomes damaged, worn out, or cannot be cleaned properly
Look up reviews and videos on packing and specific packers and accessories before buying
Dust non-hommade packers with cornstarch before wearing to lessen the dirt and hair they pick up
Experiment if resources permit you to
Don’t
Leave your packer in a damp area or where bacteria is likely to flourish
Expect other transgender people to always feel comfortable talking about their packing experiences
Place tape or adhesive anywhere near your genital area
Trade your packers with other transgender people, especially if they are pack and plays or pack, play, and pees.
Feel discouraged if a popular packer isn’t right for you
Boil silicone / cyberskin / thermal gel packers, as they will melt
Ignore the directions of the manufacturer or seller - they know best!
Use non-skin-safe cleaning materials on your packer
Force yourself to pack even if you identify as a trans male or trans masculine

*While this info sheet includes both binary and nonbinary transgender people, a great deal of the online resources available for packing only includes language about transgender men. The information is still good for nonbinary people, but readers should be aware of this. Additionally, online guides and resources often include pictures of packers, many of which are very realistic. Keep this in mind when searching on a non-private computer, browsing in public, or if you are adverse to images of penises.
