Jay decides to pick up a dull edged katana, pouring what little of venom he had left, before picking his aching body back up onto his feet and dragging it back to battle. His right eye began to blur as blood continued to coat his eye, he lost his eye patch somewhere, but he didn't have the time to remember where and how. But that didn't matter right now. What mattered was for him to ram his blade through that bastard no matter what. It'll certainly not be a clean cut, but it'll certainly make it more painful. Was it a poor decision out of his hatred for the Djinn to feel every inch of the blade to pull and rip through his chest? Most likely. Well… it'll only be a poor decision if he doesn't succeed in stabbing the venom through him. But he won't. The bullet might've missed its shot… but his blade will certainly not… He'll make sure of it.

Not much of a writer ik (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠`⁠) but I kinda wanted to write something with this drawing so write I shall to satisfy my brain.

Should I stab Genesis some more? Mmm I’m gonna stab him:

Genesis has a complicated relationship with sleep. He sleeps deeply and he doesn’t wake up, but boy howdee is getting to sleep a chore. It takes anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours, his pillows are sometimes offensive, he gets too hot easily, and the fabric of his sheets can go from perfect one night to actual hell the very next night.

Nobody is as mean to Genesis as he is to himself. Genesis is not nearly as mean to other people as he is to himself. He struggles when communicating with people or being in social situations because he’s constantly swinging between the need to over share and the horrific noise in the back of his mind that tells him that nobody likes him nor cares.

He’s really bad at recognising when something has genuinely upset him. Small slights to his person? He’s all over it. Actual insinuations that he’s not as important to someone as he thought he was? Three weeks processing time and a sobbing fit caused by sad music.

Genesis has many many books. Has he read any of them? Mostly no. Does he feel like a steaming pile of trash for reading the same four Loveless fanfictions over and over again rather than trying something new? Oh yeah all the time.

Imposter syndrome? Of course

“Gosh Genesis, I always thought you were really confident!” This sentence is likely to make him shut down and have a crisis about coming across stuck up and codesending.

Doesn’t mean to snap all the time but has no control over his tone and is constantly painfully aware that he’s coming across as an asshole.

Needs strict meal schedules to function but can’t maintain them himself. Has been known to survive on three chocolate bars a day and two mouthfuls of water. Hasn’t passed out from it yet but it’s coming.

Festers A Lot. Angeal can snap at him once and Genesis will still be thinking about it months later. Lying in bed trying to figure out why he is the way he is and why he ruins everything.

Before the training room incident Angeal had been nagging him for months to go get diagnosed with depression. He still hasn’t done it.

Bucky’s muscles tensed as he felt the tip of a knife against his bare back, the slightest pressure with what was more of a warning. Bucky chuckled softly, going still against the ground. Zemo had taken him by surprise and that had honestly pleased him. “Is that the vibranium one?” He asked, stretching his hands out slightly in surrender. Challenging Zemo to a spar had been interesting but it had also been a welcome distraction, perhaps for the both of them. He couldn’t move without the knife pressing against his back so he just settled on the floor, catching his breath.
