Unpopular opinion but we’ve already seen El and Will get along. We’ve heard her talk about what he’s doing in her letter, we saw him supporting her during her heroes presentation, we watched them hug after she escaped Brenner. Now, to really prove they’re siblings, they should fight. The classic super-petty, we-do-this-all-the-time sibling fight, and there must be people there to see it, and freeze. (Except Jonathan. He’s seen/moderated this type of thing so many times.) I’m talking Suzie’s-house type stuff. Bonus points if they already both have powers.

And THEN turn around and stand together like nothing serious happened when an adult gets angry, or someone else tries to fight, or there’s an inside joke that needs to be made. Let them be siblings!!! The Duffers are brothers, and they clearly know how to write it, looking at Lucas and Erica. This is my Willel ST5 Agenda

Mr Clarke learns about the Upside Down and helps the kids

Will gets powers (Vecna showdown??)

anyways big part of my ST5 wishlist is seeing el wearing pink. not like the baby pink of her borrowed dress in s1 but a bright, neon, screaming fuchsia. i was just thinking about this bc of how much of el’s character and story is inspired by under the skin, even the whole aspect of the void (something that is exclusive to her powers) is a nod to the film.

i love how we kind of see the pink already coming through in the detail of her sleeves —how they are part of her “final” unshed layer in s4— n i always saw it as being representative of her gaining a footing on her identity.

i also love this idea bc if you’ve seen the end of under the skin, you know that come s5 el’s arc will officially stop being a reference to the film and instead become a response/continuation of that story, raising from the ashes n all that. that is if we get a happy ending for el a heem heem

what if argyle actually comes from a super prestigious family with a shit ton of money but he had to work at SBP because of reasons similar to steve's when he had to work at Scoops?

one day jonathan goes over to argyle's house because he's realised that he hasn't been to argyle's place ever. and when he arrives at the address, he is met with some mansion, and he wonders to himself, shit, this can't be it. no way does argyle live here. but when he rings the doorbell, argyle opens the door, and says "hey, byers! how's it going?" like he didn't just step out of a big ass house that he has never once explained

jonathan is absolutely stoned out of his mind, so when he can't find argyle's parents anywhere in the house, he says, "wow, argyle, did you buy this house with your surfer boy pizza money?"

I could picture Heroes (Bowie, not Peter Gabriel) playing as the epilogue song for ST5 but not in the kiss. Imo it just feels sort of like melancholic catharsis, as opposed to the euphoric catharsis it should be. As I’ve spoken about before, I feel like an OST would be perfect . But anyway, if Will is gonna be the main character we need tons of Bowie on the soundtrack for s5 regardless. Please Blue Jean, and Life on Mars, and As the World Falls Down. Might be wishful thinking but I’m calling it my music Wishlist for a reason
