Sweet Dream.
— Adult!Saint Trina x Reader.
CW: drinking blood (nectar.)
The taste of her nectar in your mouth is as sweet and comforting as her arms around your waist, her silken hair brushing your arms, her sweet voice humming her lovely lullaby. Trina is gentle, holding you to her as though you're the most precious thing in the world to her; as though the two of you are all that exists.
And in this dream world of her making, you are.
Her arms hold you closer, tighter; the warmth of her body contrasting beautifully with the coolness of the endless grassy field she's created for you. All three of her eyes peer down at you from amidst flowing violet strands, and when she smiles at you, you wonder for a moment if your heart has stopped.
It hasn't, of course. No, you are safe in your dreams; safe in the arms of the saint who holds you near. You feel so small next to her form, taller than that of any human; but it is not intimidation that you feel... no, it is safety, comfort, peace.
One soft purple-tinted hand rests upon the back of your head, as Trina so carefully brings your mouth to her neck. She is inviting you to drink from her, to take from her; she is giving, always giving, in a way that makes your heart ache with affection. Never does she ask for anything in return... and this, in itself, only makes you want to give her the world.
Your lips touch the skin below the slit that decorates the saint's delicate neck. A shaky breath escapes Trina then, and for a moment, you're worried that you'd hurt her; but her arms tighten around you and welcome you closer, her fingers hold the back of your head so tenderly.
It occurs to you then: you had not hurt Trina... you had pleased her.
A warmth spreads in your heart, and a smile catches your lips. Perhaps this is how you can give back to the sweet saint who guides your sleep...
Your lips touch her neck again, and once more. Nectar smears from your lips across her skin; and Trina chuckles softly, almost breathlessly.
"So this is the dream you wish to dream this night..."
Her voice, gentle as always, carries with it a certain note of... wonder. As if she is surprised. As if she had not expected to be treated in such a way; to be given to in return.
Your eyes meet her three, and you nod. Your tongue is just that bit more deliberate as you slowly lick up the nectar trailing from her wound; your lips are that bit more purposeful as you suck.
Trina's eyes flutter closed, her soft cheeks darkly flushed. She pulls you down to lay with her amidst the grass, beneath the stars; violet hair blanketing both your bodies as she leans over you, lips parted and gaze adoring.
Here in this dream world of her making, you know all at once that this is only the beginning of a very sweet dream.
And it is one where the two of you are all that exist.

Uh oh new fandom activated! Elden Ring (and Shadow of the Erdtree) stickers, badges and keychains are done and up on Etsy! I'm really happy with how these little guys turned out.
I just wanted to draw Messmer and then maybe a couple others and then all of this happened. Come find me fellow people who want to comfort Messmer and give him a little kiss!
Offering keychains is scary. I make the badges and stickers myself, but the keychains I have to commit to ordering from a manufacturer and have to order a set amount and hope I sell enough. This is probably going to be my last time risking selling keychains due to the loss of money if I only sell a couple. So I hope these do well! Reblogging and sharing always helps so much, if you can't or don't want to purchase, just getting the listings in front of more eyes is super helpful towards possibly getting sales.
I can’t link to my Etsy without risking Tumblr hiding the post from tag search results, but the link is in my pinned post, my carrd, I’m emptymasks on Etsy. Reblogs help support artists more than likes ❤️

This is to the Anon that wanted some Miquella x Reader x St. Trina fluff. Thank you for giving me an idea. I hope you like what I came up with. Sorry, I kind of self-projected in this because I needed to write some comfort but I hope you can still enjoy.
cw. fluff, slight emotional hurt, comfort, gender neutral reader, reader has long hair
“You must eat.”
St. Trina’s voice was as soft and as gentle as the breeze on a warm afternoon, the tone gracing your ears like a chime from a shimmering bell. Your gaze drifted towards her as she sat at your side, your hands folded in your lap as you tilt your head in her direction. The sweet scent of exotic fruits curled in your lungs as you took a deep breath, the tip of your tongue tingling as you stared at the delicate slice of fruit pinched between her dainty fingers. A soft smile played at the corners of her mouth as she offered you food; the patience of a saint radiating off her in waves and she waited for you to take it from her. Your eyes flickered away for a brief moment and your head naturally followed the movement.
“Must I?” you mumbled softly, chin tucked into your chest as your head drooped.
A soft tut was heard behind you before you felt a sharp sting prickle at the back of your scalp. You winced as a soft hiss of air whistled through your teeth, a pinch forming between your brow as the comb passing through your hair caught in a stubborn knot. Miquella quietly quelled you when you squirmed, whispering an apology as he tried to pass the ivory comb through your long hair once more. You had briefly forgotten that the kindly demigod was even sitting behind you, his touch ghosting over you and as soft as silk that you barely even felt it.
“Be still” Miquella said, his voice like a soothing balm to your rattled mind.
The pain that throbbed in the back of your scalp slowly ebbed as Miquella gently guided your head, the comb passing through your hair once more as the knot was teased out. A small huff of air breezed past your lips as you tried to remain still, your cheeks feeling warm under their scruntising attention as you were pampered. You would be lying if you say you didn't enjoy it. But there was always this annoying little voice in the back of your mind, gnawing away at you like a persistent swarm of insects as nasty thoughts burrowed their way into your skull. Such seeds that had sprouted into deep roots were hard to upheave and you wondered why kindly Miquella and ethereal St. Trina were even wasting their precious time with someone like you. It was hard to sway the negative thoughts when in the presence of such divinity. These horrible, wretched thoughts made your stomach curdle. Your throat bobbed as you swallowed thickly.
“Why?” you asked, your voice breaking the serene silence.
You could feel both St. Trina’s and Miquella’s eyes on you now. It was too late now, you couldn’t simply pluck the question back out of the air and stuff it back down your throat where it belonged. Your heart stammered in your chest, your ears ringing with the wildly fluttering pulse as you picked at the dirt under your nails. Miquella started to hum a soft tune as he twisted long strands of your hair around his fingers, wisps of your hair curling between the slender digits as he started to tie them into delicate braids. It was St. Trina who spoke as she shuffled closer to your side, placing her warm hand onto your thigh as giving it a soft, reassuring squeeze. Your gaze travelled to her soft, delicate face, her lilac skin glowing underneath the warm rays of light that the Erdtree exuded, bathing the lands in rays of honeyed gold.
“Do you think yourself unworthy of love?” she asked, delicate lashes fluttering over her round cheeks as she tipped her head towards you.
You pressed the seam of your lips together in a tight, thin line. The soft tune Miquella hummed continued to fill the void of silence as he diligently groomed your hair, weaving soft lilies of pale purple and unalloyed gold into the braids of your hair. You waited with baited breath for St. Trina to speak once more, her demeanour calm and serene like the gentle waves lapping at the ocean’s shore. A soft noise stirred in the back of her, her smile warm as he gave your leg another squeeze.
“You are worthy of love, my dear. Never doubt that.”
You blinked owlishly in surprise as she raised her hand that held the slice of fruit, pressing it to your lips before you could speak the words that lay heavy on your tongue. You could taste the sweetness of the ripe fruit on the shape of your mouth as St. Trina coaxed you into taking a bite.
“Eat” she gently encouraged.
She pursed her lips together and with a small huff of air puffed from your nostrils you mimicked her, lips parting as you finally plucked the food from her grasp. Her eyes shimmered with delight as you quietly chewed, mind already distracted by the sweet taste dancing along your tongue. You silently pondered on her words, repeating them over and over like a mantra in your head. You stirred from your thoughts as Miquella tied the last section of hair, the long braid sweeping over your shoulder as it gently swayed in the breeze. You welcomed his embrace as his arms circled around you, his chin hooked on your shoulder as he coddled you into his arms. Your heart was beating frantically again as St. Trina was next to join the fray, sweeping you into her loving arms as you were pressed between both of their unyielding love for you.
You could feel Miquella’s warm breath tickling your skin as he spoke, lips ghosting over your cheek as he whispered in a voice as soft as silk.
“No matter how many times you may shatter, we will always be here-”
“To pick up the pieces” St. Trina finished, lips pressed to your other cheek as she nudged her nose into the soft skin of your face.
This world could be cruel and unkind, but perhaps with such loving souls such as Miquella and St. Trina, the world could be made a gentler place.

Thiollier x male!reader head canons
Warnings: implied neurodivergent Thriollier, non sexual intimacy, insecurity, no beta reader (we die like men), DLC spoilers duh
Weak as a kitten and thick as two planks
⟢ Thiollier is very soft spoken and keeps to himself, so it’s not easy to get him to come out of his shell. He just wants to sell his poison and go to sleep.
⟢ his type is someone that will be patient with him and can relate to him. You wanna buy the poison perfume bottle? He might already be a little in love now.
⟢ courting him is easy. Flowers and words are enough to make him fold. He especially loves when you get him poison bloom. It shows that you actually care about his interests.
⟢ another important thing to do while courting him is to listen to him speak about his favorite ways to use poison. He still won’t speak much, but it will be the most talkative he’ll ever be.
⟢ just listen to him! Be attentive and engage in the conversation! Ask him questions! He really appreciates it since people just look to him to buy poison, but never to learn about him on a deeper scale.
⟢ he will not speak about St. Trina at this point of time, but you could probably piece two to two together and assume that she has influenced him. The poison? His constant drowsiness and sleepy voice? Doesn’t take a genius.
⟢ he’s very drowsy constantly! So it works very well to offer a nap to Thiollier. He will probably deny your offer, but he will not forget it.
⟢ he likes physical intimacy. While you’re courting him, he will notice and try to do the same. He’s not too subtle at all though.
⟢ a nice thing he likes to do is put himself inside your clothes. For example: if you two are making camp together and you sleep with armor that has long open sleeves, he will take off his gloves and put his arms up your sleeves to feel your warmth.
⟢ it might make you feel slightly uncomfortable physically since he’s very cold, but it’s like having a cat on your lap. If you do anything to disturb him, he will remove himself.
⟢ if you end up declaring your love for him, he will reject you the first couple times. He simply thinks you’re too good for him and that you’re waisting your own time.
⟢ he will eventually fold and give into your advances. He’s just too in love with you, how could he not?
⟢ my final statement is that he loves bathing with you. Physical intimacy and acts of service at the same time is perfect for him. He might let you wash his hair, but you will not be allowed to braid it.
⟢ He knows how he likes his hair and doesn’t want it to change even a bit. It needs to be done in a specific way that only he knows how to do.
⟢ just love him and be patient with him! Especially after miquella’s charm wears off…
A/N: my lovely Thiollier.. he’s my F/O, so this post is extremely self indulgent lol.

[slaps miquella on the back] this little guy can hold so many alter egos
ok. here it is. my gigantic tinhat thesis about Miquella and my belief that he is, in fact, like, just so many different guys. at the same time. or, well, mostly women, actually. diversity win!
Disclaimer: this post assumes in large part that you already know a fair bit of the “established lore”. Some things may only be mentioned in passing or glossed over for this reason.
lets fucking go
Miquella and St Trina
Relevant item descriptions:
“Candlestand torch that burns with a light-purple flame. The carvings depict St. Trina, but in adult form, somewhat unnervingly. The light-purple flame induces sleep.” (St. Trina’s Torch, found in the Consecrated Snowfield)
“Silver sword carried by clerics of St. Trina. Inflicts sleep ailment upon foes. St. Trina is an enigmatic figure. Some say she is a comely young girl, others are sure he is a boy. The only certainty is that their appearance was as sudden as their disappearance.” (Sword of St. Trina, found at the Forsaken Ruins south of the Divine Tower of Caelid) “Tree branch blessed with an incantation of unalloyed gold. Craftable item. Pierce a foe, using FP to turn them into a temporary ally. The Empyrean Miquella is loved by many people. Indeed, he has learned very well how to compel such affection.” (Bewitching Branch)
“A record of crafting techniques left by a man who was utterly captivated by St. Trina. He continued the search for her in his slumber. Acquire the knowledge to craft the following: - Bewitching Branch” (Fervor’s Cookbook[3], obtained from Gideon in Roundtable Hold after entering Mohgwyn Palace and resting at a Site of Grace)
This one was kind of a given, but is important to mention for subsequent tie-ins. Given these item descriptions, plus cut quest content from a character named Rhico, which was meant to end in the Consecrated Snowfield after helping him travel in dreams in his search for St. Trina (written below) it’s fairly easy to assume that Miquella and St. Trina were, at least at one point, the same person.
“You know, a holy personage was once abducted from these lands. Thus I am here in search of clues that might unravel the mystery. The abductor's bloody footprints are said to have disappeared in the Forest of Ancient Bowers. Finally, I have found it! St. Trina's, no, Lord Miquella's cadaver.”
Empyreans, as We Know Them
According to Ranni upon doing her quest, there are currently three (technically two, if you don’t count Ranni herself, which she does not) distinct Empyreans. Herself, Malenia, and Miquella.
“I was once an Empyrean. Of the demigods, only I, Miquella, and Malenia could claim that title. Each of us was chosen by our own Two Fingers, as a candidate to succeed Queen Marika, to become the new god of the coming age."
However, if you look deeper into item descriptions, you’ll find out there was a fourth Empyrean: The Gloam-Eyed Queen.
“Superior Black Flame incantation of the Godskin Apostles. Summons a circle of Black Flame pillars around the caster. Charging increases the size of the circle. The Gloam-Eyed Queen led the apostles. It is said that she was an Empyrean chosen by the Fingers.” (Black Flame Ritual)
Now, at this point it’s worth noting that there are only two required qualifications to be an Empyrean. You must be chosen by your own Two Fingers, and you have to be a direct descendant of exclusively a god. Ignoring the specifics of Ranni’s parentage (something to get into later, but not on this post), unless Marika and Radagon had additional children or there’s another god floating around, our options are very slim for who it might be.
“Remembrance of Malenia, Goddess of Rot, hewn into the Erdtree. The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader. Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes. Miquella and Malenia are both the children of a single god. As such they are both Empyreans, but suffered afflictions from birth. One was cursed with eternal childhood, and the other harbored rot within.” (Remembrance of the Rot Goddess)
The Gloam-Eyed Queen and Why She’s Important
The Gloam-Eyed Queen was an Empyrean who went toe-to-toe with Marika, which eventually led to Marika removing the Rune of Death from the Elden Ring and sealing it in Farum Azula, a realm separate from the Lands Between where time works differently. The Gloam-Eyed Queen presided over the Godskins, and more importantly, raised(/potentially birthed) them. She was eventually defeated by Maliketh, and Destined Death — alongside her and her disciples’ ability to kill Gods — was sealed away.
“Sacred cloth of the Godskin Apostles, made from supple skin sewn together. Successive attacks restore HP. The Gloam-Eyed Queen cradles newborn apostles swaddled in this cloth. Soon they will grow to become the death of the gods.” (Godskin Swaddling Cloth, found after defeating the Spirit-Caller Snail in the Spiritcaller cave, located in the Mountaintops of the Giants)
“Sacred sword of the Gloam-Eyed Queen who controlled the Godskin Apostles before her defeat at the hands of Maliketh. The Black Flames wielded by the apostles are channeled from this sword.” (Godslayer Greatsword)
“Robe made by sewing together patches of smooth skin. Worn by the Godskin Apostles. The apostles, once said to serve Destined Death, are wielders of the god-slaying Black Flame. But after their defeat by Maliketh, the Black Blade, the source of their power was sealed away.” (Godskin Apostle Robe)
So now that we know all of that, what’s so important about her? Firstly, she rose in direct defiance of the Golden Order: while we don’t know what her motivations were exactly, we know that she could wield Destined Death and could kill not only Marika, but would have been in a position to kill an Outer God, as well. As far as we know, Malenia had no intention to inherit the Elden Ring, and was fully in service to her brother. This leaves only two obvious possibilities (not including a third, which will be mentioned later): Ranni and Miquella, who both are clearly resentful of the Golden Order, though for different reasons. While it’s conceivable that Ranni could’ve been the Gloam-Eyed Queen, especially given her close proximity to Destined Death with the Night of Black Knives, something like that wouldn’t have been necessary for her to shed her body if she had control over Destined Death in the first place — she would’ve been able to shed her Empyrean flesh long before Maliketh sealed away Destined Death. This leaves Miquella.
Miquella’s Haligtree and His Purpose "... Only... a little further now... Show me the path, O gentle lights... the path to Elphael." (Lost Spirit NPC, Consecrated Snowfield)
Miquella’s Haligtree, hidden behind a waygate in the Albinauric town of Ordina, is presented to the player as a place those shunned by the Golden Order could turn to. You’re first made aware of it in Liurnia upon meeting Albus, who gives you the right half of the Haligtree Medallion and urges you to seek out Latenna, so that you might help her journey to the Consecrated Snowfield.
“A chosen land awaits us Albinaurics. The medallion is the key that leads to the city. It's only a quaint treasure, for we who cannot make the journey. But for dear Latenna, it is needed. To fulfill her purpose.” (Albus dialogue)
“Flanged iron cap adorned with a crown of unalloyed gold. Increases faith. Worn by foot soldiers sworn to the Haligtree. Who is that Miquella shall bless, if not the low and the meek?” (Sacred Crown Helm)
“Silver helm of Loretta, a Knight who served Miquella's Haligtree. Loretta, once a royal Carian Knight, went on a journey in search of a haven for Albinaurics, and determined that the Haligtree was their best chance for eventual salvation.” (Royal Knight Helm)
Upon arrival, you find Haligtree town full to the brim with Misbegotten, who are well-known to be oppressed under the Golden Order. (You’ll also find several Spirit-Caller Snails — this is important for later.)
This was not, however, Miquella’s original intent in creating the Haligtree. His initial goal was to cure Malenia of the affliction she’s suffered since birth: the Scarlet Rot, and later, free Godwyn from his half-life as the Prince of Death. Since this was something that wasn’t viable under the Golden Order, he split off to create his own Erdtree that could hopefully help in curing his siblings. This research led him to Unalloyed Gold, which, short of removing the Outer Gods entirely, is a way to stall their affliction. This is shown both in the case of Scarlet Rot (Malenia’s armor and prosthetics, Cleanrot Knight armor, Haligtree/Elphael Knight armor) as well as the Frenzied Flame (Unalloyed Gold Needle).
“One of the incantations of the Golden Order fundamentalists. A gift of gratitude to the young Miquella from his father, Radagon. Produces a golden ring of light and fires it across a wide area. Charging enhances range. And yet, the young Miquella abandoned fundamentalism, for it could do nothing to treat Malenia's accursed rot. This was the beginning of unalloyed gold.” (Radagon’s Rings of Light)
Before looking at how this all comes together, it’s also important to note that in Kale’s cut questline, we see that St. Trina would sing to the merchants to try and stave off the Frenzied Flame. This is the same song that some merchants can be found playing. Link to a youtube video containing the entire cut questline can be found here: https://youtu.be/LK_8F_XwLaE
Where Miquella and the Gloam-Eyed Queen Come Together
Let’s start with the obvious. All Godskins are weak to sleep — in fact, Godskin Duo is the only main story boss receptive to sleep past a brief stagger. Continuing on the sleep thread, all spirit-type enemies (Fia’s Champions, Niall/O’Neil adds, Spirit Soldiers in Castle Sol, etc.) are immune to sleep with the exception of the spirit versions of the Godskin Duo that you fight in the Spiritcaller cave and Spirit-Caller Snails. Despite the name, Spirit-Caller Snails are classified as Those Who Live In Death. Regardless, they are also the only enemy of this type not immune to sleep. As we know already, St. Trina is associated with sleep, and we have established for our purposes here that St. Trina and Miquella are one in the same, and given the fact that these are both outliers specifically because they can be slept, it’s hard not to draw a conclusion between the two.
(As a note, I don’t think Spirit-Caller Snails on their own are SUPER hard evidence or anything, but laying out that they are all either related by Mohg, Miquella, or Godskins even coincidentally is kind of important)
It’s also definitely worth mentioning that there are only three instances of Spirit-Caller Snails outside of the Haligtree. The first is the faux Godskin Duo who drop the Godskin Swaddling Cloth on defeat, as well as lesser Spirit-Caller Snails in the same cave who summon wolves and (more importantly) disciples of Okina. For those who may not remember, Bloody Finger Okina is the NPC invasion in Mountaintops who drops Rivers of Blood. The second instance is in the Leyndell Catacombs — you know, the ones at the bottom of the sewers, where you can find Mohg’s shackle. This Spirit-Caller snail is protecting the Haligdrake Talisman +1. Lastly, and least importantly (or maybe not, depending on how you feel about “the arbitrary number is the same so therefore it MUST mean something”), in Road’s End Catacombs there is a Spirit-Caller snail that summons Crucible Knights Siluria and Ordovis. On its own this doesn’t mean much, but overall there are seven illusory walls in the dungeon, which strangely enough matches up with the Godskin Noble Robe item description:
“Robe made by sewing together patches of smooth skin. Subcutaneous fat makes it plump and soft. Worn by Godskin Nobles, known for their seven-face aprons. Strengthens the Noble Presence incantation. Nobles are the most ancient apostles who are said to have assimilated inhuman physiology. Not unlike the crucible, the Erdtree in its primordial form.”
Now, let’s talk about the Black Flame Protection incantation. It’s given to you by Gideon after you arrive at the Haligtree and return to Roundtable Hold. This is the item description:
“A Black Flame incantation of the Godskin Apostles. Summons black fire within, increasing physical damage negation. However, sacred flasks and other such forms of HP restoration are impaired. The Apostles were all embraced by the Gloam-Eyed Queen, and the Black Flame was their armor within.”
Within the context of what and whom Miquella welcomed at the Haligtree — and the fact that this is given to you upon entering the Haligtree — it seems far from unlikely that he would turn away Godskins on his doorstep.
Other things that are interesting but inconclusive/not worth a full paragraph:
The location where you get the Sword of St. Trina is pretty close to the Divine Tower of Caelid, where you fight a Godskin Apostle for their armor set and the Godslayer Greatsword
Miquella likely has some type of connection to the crucible, or something similar spawned from the Haligtree, considering it was basically a “proto-Erdtree” and Miquella was trying to grow his own; this could have led to physical deformities in the Godskin Nobles if they were present
Black Flame Monks are just Flame Monks that abandoned the Giantsflame in lieu of Black Flame. Doesn’t really have much to do with anything other than proximity, since Giantsflame originates in the Mountaintops
Expanding upon this point, the Black Flame Monk Amon ashes are found on the Hidden Path to the Haligtree after defeating the hidden stray Mimic Tear. Item description states that he was the first of the Flame Monks to convert.
Millicent’s optional quest location that lets you summon her at Dominula (Windmill Village) to fight the Godskin Apostle. This is available only after giving her the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis at the Erdtree-Gazing Hill, which means her route from that Site of Grace to the DTS outside Leyndell (her next summon location) is much longer than necessary, and there’s no plot reason for her to have gone there.
What About Melina?
Disclaimer: very little of this is supported by actual in-game item descriptions or text. This is based almost entirely off of my own inferences and a few lore tidbits.
Earlier I mentioned that there was another possibility for who the Gloam-Eyed Queen could be. This is, of course, Melina. She’s an extremely popular choice for people’s depictions of the Gloam-Eyed Queen, especially since in the Frenzied Flame ending she’s shown to have one purple (“gloam”) colored eye, and she promises to deliver the Tarnished Destined Death.
“Lord of Frenzied Flame... I will seek you, as far as you may travel... To deliver you what is yours. Destined Death.”
She also has multiple burn scars that would be consistent with either Black Flame or Destined Death, and upon sacrificing herself to burn the Erdtree and grant the Tarnished entry into Farum Azula, she says,
“The one who walks alongside flame, Shall one day meet the road of Destined Death. Good-bye.”
She also brings up being “burned and bodiless” upon resting at a Grace in Altus Plateau for the first time, and later explains that she only has a physical body at the foot of the Erdtree, in Leyndell.
“The Erdtree...is close. Only a little further till the foot of the Erdtree, and the accord is fulfilled. It takes me back. I was born at the foot of the Erdtree. Where mother gave me my purpose. Though now, everything is lost to me. I...have to ascertain for myself. The reason for which I live, burned and bodiless.”
“My utmost thanks. For bringing me to the base of the Erdtree. Here, I can govern my own movement. And thus, the accord is fullfiled. I shall depart to ascertain the purpose I was given.”
Now, it’s not that I think Melina wasn’t the Gloam-Eyed Queen! Quite the opposite, in fact. It’s important to note here that we do not, for sure, know Melina’s parentage, but from context clues (born at the foot of the Erdtree, purpose given to her by her mother which she shirks upon getting to the Mountaintops, semi-corporeal form consistent with curses put on Malenia and Miquella) we can assume that her parents were Radagon and Marika. The problem is that she would’ve had to have been a hidden child, something that seems impossible to do, especially within the more omniscient scope of item descriptions that don’t even remotely mention a secret child but do mention other “secret” things, like Radagon/Marika being the same person, or the existence of Mohg and Morgott.
Truthfully, I’m not certain Melina exists at all. Or, at least, I don’t believe she exists in the traditional sense — her existence and consciousness are very real, but are probably more in line with, say, Radagon. Let me explain.
Miquella is the strongest Empyrean of all. This is stated outright by Malenia, and given what we know of him, there’s no reason not to believe her. He’s the spitting image of Marika, because he’s essentially a clone of her.
“Winged helm made of unalloyed gold. Worn by Malenia, Blade of Miquella. Malenia awaited Miquella at the foot of the husk. "My brother will keep his promise. He possesses the wisdom, the allure, of a god—he is the most fearsome Empyrean of all." (Malenia’s Winged Helm)
Of course, he’s not as strong as Marika, due to the birth defect that keeps him in a child’s body, which is why he chose to go into slumber in a cocoon — so that he might overcome his curse and ascend to godhood. Despite this, I do think he would be capable of splitting himself off similarly to Marika, though perhaps not in quite as solid a form, perhaps due to the fact that he’s in a “dream” state, so interactions with the “real” world may be fuzzier and less clear. This could also potentially explain why Melina was in possession of the Spectral Steed Whistle, which clearly belonged to Miquella prior to the events of the game. This is evidenced not only in the fact that the whistle is very similar in appearance to other unalloyed items, but also in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC art, he appears to be riding Torrent.
This would also provide an explanation on how Melina has so many clear memories of Marika without technically being her daughter, and why she’s able to stave off the Frenzied Flame in the Lord of Frenzy ending — she’s resistant by the same logic that St. Trina was when she attempted to keep the Merchants from joining the Frenzy Hivemind.
Of course, there’s not loads of evidence here either way. Melina is a mysterious character with very little actual lore to speak of, despite being a “main” character, but I do think her being split off from Miquella, especially as an instrument for him to work in the waking world, goes a long way to fill in inconsistencies left when you take her at face value.
If you’ve managed to make it this far, thank you so much! I’ve been brewing all of this in my head for months. I’m aware that a lot of it is VERY tinhat theory, but I do think there are solid leads that could amount to something. There are too many coincidences for them all to be coincidences, you know?
Once again, thanks so much for reading!

Elden Ring NG+ and realizing Enia (the finger reader in the round table hold) knows and tells you that Marika and Radagon are the same person.
“The demigods are each and all the direct offspring of queen Marika…”
Ranni, Rykard, and Radahn are Renalla’s kids, and the story is they became demigods after Radagon left their mother for Marika.
FromSoft has a history of gender fuckery (of variable intent and quality Gwendolyn in DS and the transing your gender coffin in DS2)
the entirety of bloodborne is basically a horror story based in part on the inherent trauma of birth. (Both the one being born and the one doing the birthing)
And idk how to take this bit in Elden Ring, because it’s never really expanded on, and people are hoping for DLC that might explain some of it. But this is outside the window of fromsoft’s usual DLC release, and GRRM probably has a different procrastination project going on rn.
Also miquella? A god eternally growing (forever a child) opposed to his sister eternally decaying (scarlet rot) being kidnapped by a guy who is his half brother to be a consort or something of the like? Who may also partake in his parent’s gender fuckery (it’s implied he might be St. Trina, god of sleep, also usually depicted as a child, a girl more often but some say they’re a boy)
And like I wanna KNOW!!!!!
Some people think Radagon and Marika used to be two separate beings and yeah, okay, that makes sense, but also this is a fromsoft game and things are janky and the idea of Marika and Radagon having been the same person before their “marriage” is smth that makes my mind crunchy.
Like… did Marika/Radagon run off to battle to forge their own path away from the greater will? Did Radagon leave Rennala in part because he knew Ranni killed Godwyn? Miquella had reservations about the greater will because his twin sister was claimed by the god of rot against her will and nothing seemed to be able to stop it!
It makes no sense but I want it to but it’s a from soft game and from soft has used the same rat models for every soulsborne game and can you tell I’m tired?

Went looking for a Dagger replacement for Tiche!Reader and I found this
Basically like St Trina's sword from Elden Ring if you found it yet :)
I was also thinking of her maybe having a Dendro vision.... 👀
But then I got side tracked and went looking for more, something to suit her style- xd
But I feel like she'd be that rare character to use any kind of weapon + her ballet dancing skills 💅🏾
Bow
Claymore
Regular sword
Polearm
Absolutely LOVED this weapon in Hellboy 2 🥰
Tiche with a Dendro Vision is some irony if ever I've seen it xd

i've never felt the need to respond to a tumblr post Ever, but this was such a lazy gut-reaction analysis of an character arc I personally found very emotionally affecting so here I am I guess. tl;dr: I don't believe Ymir is a transmisogynist stereotype and most of the analysis above is lazy and refuses to engage with the text of the game on anything other than the most banal and literal levels, which end up missing interesting and worthwhile ideas by a country mile.
(cw discussion of sexual assault/rape, transmisogyny, body horror)
let's explore this in four points. first, let's talk about Ymir's style and presentation.
Count Ymir was one of the first characters we got to see in the teasers, and when folks spoke about him, it was always referring to him as a woman. And it's obvious why: he cuts a very matronly figure, with the long fitted and the ruff around the collar and the headpiece (itself reminiscent of the Nox's silk hoods and crowns). In this way, if we compare his style to other Carian styles, like the gowns of the Preceptors for instance, it's obvious that Ymir's High Priest outfit is meant to be way more feminine than not, especially if you take into account the wrap underneath the crown, the collar, the bloomers under the robe.
I'm starting here because like, this isn't a mistake! Neither is this treated as a joke, anymore than any of the other characters in the game, DLC or otherwise. Like, it's interesting that we have a character present very obviously as ritually/ceremonially feminine, while still using a masculine title. Compare Ymir to another DLC NPC, Thiollier, who also cuts a very feminine figure, with the flowing hair-like hood and mask, and with the very soft voice (and his actual obsession with St. Trina). Moreso than at any point in the base game, the DLC has gone to lengths to introduce characters who play with, subvert and question norms of sex and gender. Women wear armor modeled gloriously off men's chests, men wear dresses and nun's habits, and every one of them is following a figure who is famously (for lack of a better phrase) genderfucky: Miquella.
And having mentioned obsession, let's move to point two: Ymir's dead son, Yuri.
I'm going to gloss over the frankly bizarre leap in logic that is required to see a transfem-coded character have a connection to a child and instantly jumpto "oh it's some pedo shit", though I'm still pointing it out.
"Obsession" is a very strong word to describe what has only been shown to us to be sorrow and grief. It's obvious that Ymir lost a child, and his moments alone in the graveyard are nothing if not tender. More than the pain of losing a child, there's also the pain of failed motherhood, which hit home to me as a trans girl. I think hearing that was the first moment the gravity of Ymir's story really hit me. It's sad! It's meant to be sad! It's a moment where we see that motherhood is not a metaphor or an eldritch theme or whatever, it's literal. It's someone apologizing to his dead child that he wasn't able to be the mother he needed to be. The grief is palpable. If obsession is found in Ymir's story, it's not an obsession for Yuri, but for what came after. It grew out of that grief, and makes Ymir that much more tragic for it. Cradling a dead fingercrawler is unnerving, but if anything it shows us what grief can make of us. To touch on it again: it is very weird to see this character arc and immediately, without any supporting evidence, jump to the conclusion that Ymir is sexually obsessed with this dead child. It's weird and just a bad take.
Which leads to my third point: the fingers.
Fingers have been all over the game since launch. Two Fingers, Three Fingers, Finger Maidens, Finger Readers, Fingercrawlers, and the DLC makes good on this through Ymir and the Finger Ruins. Fingers are a very important symbol in Elden Ring, and they're fascinating because the symbol is also extremely literal. When you meet the Two Fingers for the first time, it's kind of a shock because that's literally actually what they are. They're literally just two giant fingers sticking out of the ground. The metaphor is broken a bit because it ceases to be a metaphor. The fingers are literal. Hell, the players are called Fingers too in multiplayer! We are Fingers ourselves.
Fingers are many things in Elden Ring, but what they have never, ever, ever been are penises. This is like, bargain-bin level analysis, barely psychosexual in nature, to see fingers and assume they symbolize penises just because they are "phallic". One reply to this post said this kind of analysis says more about the reader than the text and I have to agree, because it ignores so much context and theming that's been carefully built up in the base game.
Fingers point, they guide, they embrace. Juxtaposing the Two/Three fingers as incomplete hands with the fingercrawlers in abandoned Caria Manor, grotesque severed hands adorned with jewelry with way too many fingers, gives us a fascinating idea: our reach exceeded our grasp. The fingercrawlers are emblematic of "an ancient act of blasphemy" (Ringed Finger desc.), so it's interesting that you find this ruined manor crawling with the things. It's a crystal clear sign: something terrible happened here. And when we arrive at the DLC, who do we find that's associated with Caria? Ymir, and so a question is answered, if obscurely. But the fingercrawlers in Caria have never been taken to mean "the castle is covered in penises". That's facile. It doesn't tell us anything about Caria, or the fingercrawlers, or the symbol of fingers in general. It's an easy leap to make but it's lazy and unmotivated.
Like, let's compare the Fingers as eldritch symbols of Outer Gods to another Fromsoft Outer God: Oeden in Bloodborne. The entire game he's talked about as formless, but when his coming down to earth is signalled to the player, how is that shown?
With a full too-bright moon (stereotypically feminine in myth, mind you). And it's formless Oeden who then goes around forcibly impregnating women in Yharnam. Like, if Fromsoft wants to write rape into their games, they'll do it. They did it in Elden Ring too: as an Outer God the Scarlet Rot forcibly makes Malenia into a mother! This is text! The Two Fingers help make Marika into a mother-goddess, sure, but that was pretty explicitly with Marika's consent. Same with Ymir: he seems pretty enthusiastically consenting to the whole "being made a mother" thing.
The reference to Gwyndolin is also very egregious. I won't sit here and say that Gwyndolin is perfect rep; it definitely strays into dubious areas of fetishization. However, once again, Gwyndolin's snakes are not a penis thing oh my god. Snakes are cunning, dangerous, alien; in Dark Souls in particular, snakes represent a failed ambition, the snake being unable to become a true dragon, stuck with its belly on the ground and always envious of its airborne cousins (Covetous Silver Serpent Ring). That extends to Gwyndolin: the son-daughter that was hidden away is envious of her bright and beautiful family, the ones who get to walk around and bask in the sun. The Moon aspires to be the Sun, but only manages to be an obscure Darksun. The snakes lend a monstrous, tragic quality to Gwyndolin, because even if he's the last spark of divinity left in deserted Anor Londo, even if he's the mastermind of the great plot to deceive humanity, he's still hidden away, left to watch over the empty tomb of a man who didn't think he was good enough. The snakes are not a haha penis thing. Again, Gwyndolin is far from perfect, but it's once again facile to assume that just because something is long and cylindrical that it must obviously mean it's a penis. It's along these lines that I reject an interpretation that the fingers under Ymir's robes are penises.
And if you want to talk psychosexual, taking a look at Berserk, which massively inspired the whole of Fromsoft's Soulsborne series, would be a good start. Phallic imagery is used to great and disturbing effect in that manga, because its use was thought through, intentional and highly explicit. in that case the penis means something: the violence of misogyny, the masculine dynamics of power, the trauma of rape survivors. If anything, when compared to the psychosexual hellscape in Berserk, Elden Ring comes off as a little sexless (though it's disingenuous to imply that Elden Ring isn't stuffed to the brim with weird sex stuff).
And this leads us to my fourth and final point: the dolls.
So I'll say something before I get to the meat of this point. Saying that the dolls in Elden Ring are a weird creepy sex thing that only represents rape ignores the few times that characters willingly choose to become dolls. One of these characters (Ranni) is also near-explicitly coded as trans (and a redux of Gwyndolin, in case we were wondering what Fromsoft thinks about her), and so her willingly becoming a disabled doll is fascinating and contextualizes what we come to know about dolls.
But, granted, yes. Most of what we know about dolls comes from Seluvis, who is a weird shitty sex pervert who is called an honest to god "dolly botherer" by Gideon at one point. His dolls are pretty straightforwardly acquired through deception; like, you have to trick/force people to drink a drug that turns them into dolls. It's violating, and the game makes no bones of that.
My point here is: Ymir's association with Anna's doll is suspect. The story of what exactly happened to Anna is ambiguous, as is the history of both Jolan and Anna and how they came to be in Ymir's service, but it's weird. But like, that's interesting? It's interesting and complicates Ymir's character even further. It lets us know that maybe he's not just a kooky sorcerer who has a weird finger thing going on, that his relationship with these two women is not as simple as knights and their lord. Additionally, it runs back into the base game too, because now the doll's presence implicates Caria as well. Rather than Seluvis being a standalone creep, there's an implication that dolls are a systemic part of Carian history, one that fits neatly with the game's thoughts on nobility as consuming and corruptive.
But this isn't like, anything new. Some of the game's most trans-coded characters are also its most complicated and morally dubious. The whole game is focused on how Marika's selfishness breaks the world and ruins the quasi-immortal lives of all her children, Ranni orchestrates a murder-suicide and actively conspires against her closest confidants, Malenia unleashes the Scarlet Rot, Miquella's grave misdeeds and wrongdoings are littered across the DLC, literally! It's flavor, it's intrigue, it's complicating the lives and stories of the characters we meet. No one is all good or all bad, and just as they are larger-than-life mythical figures, they are also people.
So why does Ymir have a doll of Anna? Maybe it is a weird sex thing, maybe it's an extension of his fixation on motherhood. Maybe from his perspective the two knights aren't just servants, but children. I don't know, and it's left ambiguous for us to decide.
And like, to that end I'll clarify something. A lot of hay is made about Souls games being "up to interpretation" or open to a whole lot of conclusions, how Fromsoft gives us the pieces and we're expected to put together an incomplete puzzle. I don't think is correct at all. I think these games often show us stories that are clear and unambiguous, and while some of the little details are left open-ended, the big picture resolves clearly once you apply a little critical thinking. The only thing you need to do is trust the story that they're telling you. That's why I think "Ymir is transmisogynist garbage" is a bad-faith read of a really fascinating character. It's not that I don't think the point should or could be made, I just think "the fingers are penises and also he's a pedophile" is flimsy and unimaginative grounding for such a point to be made. The game does have a lot to say about motherhood, but none of those things include "mommies can't have penises". You can find Ymir uncomfortable, unnerving, upsetting - in fact I guarantee that was a large part of his design from the get-go, but I don't think that is grounded in a read of him as a transmisogynist stereotype of a "man in a dress", anymore than any of the other transgressive designs in the game are secretly anti-tranny jokes.
No One Else Is Saying It So I'm Going To: Elden Ring DLC Is Transphobic As Fuck
The entire character of Count Ymir feels like Fromsoft was upset people weren't as disgusted by Gwyndolin as they were supposed to be, so they turned the transmisogyny up to 11 and made it absolutely unmissable how much hatred they have towards trans people. And most people on the internet are still fucking missing it somehow, so let's break it down, I guess.
Count Ymir is an NPC in the Elden Ring DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, and is the main character of his own questline in the DLC. He's an old man who sits on a throne and is only ever referred to with he/him pronouns, and he wears a 'priest's outfit' that involves a habit-like crown and a long, purple robe.
One of the first things you learn about Count Ymir is that he's somehow attached to a deceased child named Yuri, to the point where he starts calling tiny fingercreepers by his name. You can find Ymir at night sobbing over the gravestone, while during the day he cradles a tiny, dead hand and calls it Yuri. While giving him an obsession with an underaged boy who may or may not have even been his son is definitely sus, it's literally the least weird part of this quest. It's mostly there to set up unease and distrust with Ymir, because they player doesn't know how Yuri died, and suddenly this old man is treating creepy monsters as children and calling them by this dead child's name. Again, nothing incriminating on its own, but that's just the set-up.
Ymir gives you a "bell," which is a long, cylindrical object with a bunch of holes in it, one of those holes on the elongated tip, that the player takes to places called 'Finger Ruins' to unlock treasure. Finger ruins are large, grey deserts with giant stone fingers jutting out of the sand. These ruins are inhabited by fingercreepers, enemies from the base game that are spider-like severed hands, and these new enemies that are long, lamprey-like finger men that can grab the player and suck on their face. To use the bell Ymir gave you, you go up to a giant version of the bell and blow into it, the hole on the tip the size of the player's entire face.
As you go on these treasure hunts, you meet Jolan, Ymir's bodyguard, a woman who is protective of the old man for some reason. Ymir mentions that Jolan has a sister named Anna, and both of them are purehearted. Here's the thing, though. During the 2nd treasure hunt, you can find a secret room in a tower nearby Ymir's church, and in that room is Anna's corpse, turned into a puppet somehow. Puppet summons in the base game are heavily, heavily implied to be victims of sexual violence, as the man who makes them, Seluvis, exclusively makes puppets out of women and naked men, keeping some of them in his bedroom behind a magic door, and getting very personal with you the instant you find out about this. These are dead bodies that are meant to be read as the objects of sexual gratification to the one who made them that way.
Anna's puppet is in a secret room near Ymir's church. It is explicitly stated later that Anna is Ymir's "doll," further cementing the implications from the base game. Before even getting to the end of the questline, we have confirmation Ymir is a sexual predator who has murdered at least one adult woman, which puts his obsession with a deceased young boy further into question.
After the 2nd treasure hunt, you return to find Ymir crying at Yuri's grave. He tells you that Marika, the queen of the lands between, final boss of the main game, and mother of DLC antagonist Miquella, is a failure because she is a bad mother, and that Miquella is doomed because of a "rotten root." This brings up his other obsession, that of motherhood, and how Yuri would still be alive if he'd had a better mother. You can probably see where this is going.
Ymir gives you a third map, which tells you the church is already in a finger ruin desert, which is obviously untrue, as you can see it's not. So you look around and find a secret tunnel underneath Ymir's throne while he's at Yuri's grave. Underneath the church is a hidden finger ruin, with fingers jutting out of the sky and one more giant bell at the end.
Anna invades you here, though it's clear from before that she's been long dead and this is her reanimated corpse being used for Ymir's bidding. After defeating Anna, you get to the last bell, and instead of treasure, you're teleported to a sea of fingers and fight Metyr, Mother of Fingers. This is a fromsoft game, so you can use your imagination on what a boss who is themed around maternity and has a body made up solely of long, plump fingers looks like. Hint: phallic and unpleasant.
After beating Metyr, Jolan tries to kill you for ruining Ymir's plan, somehow? You just followed his maps and did what he asked, and this ruined his plan. He told you where to go, gave you the key item you needed to use, and asked you to do it for him. He drew you a MAP. But this ruined his plans? None of this quest was thought through beyond the cruelty it applies to real world groups, the writing makes literally no sense. Hate crime aside, the writing is just bad.
After fighting Jolan is when the other shoe drops and Ymir is summoned as the final boss of this sidequest. His title is Count Ymir, Mother of Fingers, and his purple priestess robe is now bursting at the seems with wriggling fingers. He says he will be "A true mother. The only mother." He fights by literally giving birth to fingercreepers, spewing them out of his robes as a projectile. Let me remind you of the phallic nature of this enemy, and of Gwyndolin, the other transfem-coded hate crime character Fromsoft made, who had snakes wriggling out from under her dress. This is a repeated theme in these games, of transfem-coded characters having dangerous, cylindrical objects under their clothes.
To be blunt, because I know not everyone is seeing this, having Ymir call himself a mother and then immediately be shown to be covered in penis-like fingers that were hidden under his robe this whole time, is an anti-tranny joke the devs are making. They made it with Gwyndolin, who we actually liked, so they went more explicit and made it again with an old man who kills women and children, sexually assaults them, and then tries to take sole ownership of the word "mother" because of his hatred towards women. The key item he gives you is designed to make the player feel violated. The entire quest is choked in phallic imagery, with Fromsoft practically screaming at the top of their lungs "PENIS ITS PENISES, HE HAS PENISES HE CAN'T BE A MOM BECAUSE OF THE PENIS!!! ISN'T HE GROSS, ISN'T HE SCARY??? PENIS!!!!"
It's fucking disgusting. It's detestable that they went through all of this trouble to show us how un-fucking-welcome we are in this game's community. This is some of the worst transphobia I've seen from a mainstream title in decades. This is Silence of the Lambs, Sleepaway Camp type shit. I would not be surprised if JK Rowling had a writing credit for this DLC. This isn't even getting into all the poorly thought-out incest they added into the main questline, either.
Fuck Fromsoft. I hope all the people who wrote this quest choke on air. It's fucking pathetic, I'm mad as hell, and any trans person who plays Elden Ring, or any other Fromsoft game, should be mad as hell, too.

I won't lie to you, as an avid reader of GRRM's works - including the ones outside ASOIAF (y'all should actually read Fevre Dream. It's such an amazing book and take on vampires) I don't think the final ending has his influence at all.
Sure, we all love to make fun of ASOIAF's whole incest debacle, yet in his works he blends core information and hints to future endings extraordinarily well within his plot and lore, such as the hints littered throughout the series of House Frey's betrayal of Robb or Dany's visions of a wolf-headed king sitting dead upon a throne, or a blue flower growing out from a crack in a wall of ice.
I shall put further discussions of the DLC in a read-more below.
Some elements of Martin's writing that I do think rise out from the game is certain key-points - Mogh's body being utilized to revive Miquella's Promised Consort stinks of both Miyazaki and Martin - but especially Miquella divesting himself of core aspects of his own person, in affect robbing himself of what makes him and his kindness so wonderful in the pursuit of godhood, and the tragedy of it all, does make me think it came from GRRM. As well, I think some came be said of Marika's own additional lore that we can find in the DLC. While I love From's lore, what we learn of Marika does make me think that these are core aspects written in by Martin in his original lore given to Fromsoftware, such as her being a woman who became a god to save her people, failing in the end, and striving to fight for those whom she claimed as her own, and ultimately ridding the world of death for she had drank from that cup for far too long. That makes me think of heavy Martin's writing there.
But as for the return of Radahn...yeah, I don't like it. There is no base game lore that hints of either being particularly close or interested in the other. In the trailer for Elden Ring, Radahn looks visibly outraged by Malenia's actions, when she comes close to whisper the so-called "reminder of the vow". But if Malenia was there to bring Radahn to Miquella...why did Malenia choose to bloom?
The new lore implies that Miquella slowly divested aspects of himself in his search for godhood, such as his kindness through St. Trina...but if Miquella seemed to have planned for Mogh to take him away, then he clearly seemed eager to use people for his own end, prior to his division of himself.
I just...don't like this ending at all. Previous Fromsoftware DLC's, while the ending remains cryptic and short (such as us slaying that weird black shadow thing coming from Kos in in Old Hunters), the lore we learn doesn't really contradict the base lore. Miquella or Radahn are not mentioned at all, and it seems more that Godwyn is mostly associated with Miquella, in regards to the demigod children, outside of Malenia.
The only saving grace is that I got my Marika fix, if only a little. (I love her, your Honor, and will defend her against the most heinous accusations.)
SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE SPOILERS Im a yapper so here are my thoughts, my 2 cents if you will
Now feel free to revoke my gamer card that I feel the DLC is a touch, is a bit too difficult. I have 100% multiple Fromsoft games, including ER, I didn't complain about the first several bosses but the mid-late game ones are in my opinion, those combos are crazy if the AI pairs some of them together. I had Messmer do the snake bombardment twice in a row followed by the thrust combo - without a second in between to breathe, and yes the camera stars tweaking tf out if you are locked on to those snakes, at least in my experience. I shared a similar experience with Romina where the hitbox on her tails was incredibly inconsistent and sometimes I'd take damage but her slightly repositioning but my sword would just go through her tail.
Also that bitch ass sunflower did not need 3 phases, and I am dying on that hill. Just make it 1 healthbar.
Now as we know...I enjoy Fromsoft lore....but Idk if It's GRR influence or just...what happened but I think the story absolutely fell apart at the final boss. Like nothing could have prepared me for this, idk if Vaati will suddenly explain how this all made sense but from what I gleaned from items and NPC dialogue...this felt like it came out of not just left field, but like several fields over. I thought I was hallucinating this.
Like is Malenia just discarded trash in base game? How is not a single item tangentially related to Radahn not mention Miquella even once, or vice versa regarding Miquella? Did Miquella really send his Darling Sister on a suicide mission to UPS Radahns soul to the Shadowlands??? And why would Radahn fight if he's into this whole thing ??? & If hes not, why is he fighting us ?? ? ? Is he lobotimzed but displays his characteristical mannerisms present at life (The way he picks his swords up is exactly like the Malenia/Radahn fight). This just feels...so out of place to ME - I am not going to say I am an expert.
But thank you for pookie lore!!! I love Marika's additions, and I am glad my dreams are visions. If they ruined her, I would be making history.

Hello! I saw your blog and I thought it was very cute ^^ If you don't mind, could you do a fem!reader x Leda where the reader was a follower of Santa Trina but Miquella spelled her and now she is part of Leda's group? :3 sorry if I wrote something wrong, I'm not very good with English :(
pairing: needle knight leda x st trina follower! fem! reader
notes: wow new and actually organized post format!! this was a pleasure to write and i'm so excited to open reqs up again soon. i'm moving through them slowly but surely i promise. thank you for all your support!
Your initial interactions with the knight herself are the product of your differing allegiances. While you are now fully devoted to Kindly Miquella, Leda is well aware that the part of you that worshiped his lesser half could never be fully shed. Still though, she tries to probe you for any signs of disobedience.
She’s mildly perplexed when she finds that you have no such thoughts, but not unhappy. She realized through her time with you that you are unlike the rest of her companions. You make her sick.
A single smile from you is enough to make her stomach churn.
She hates the feeling of caring for anyone other than her Lord. The agony you cause her simply by being your wonderful self is immeasurable.
She’ll try to push you away by acting far colder than usual or even by being rather rude, but you’re too lax to take any offense. A follower of love incarnate knows best the way of the human heart, and you can tell Leda’s is troubled. Instead of allowing her to push you away any further, you employ a variety of methods learned from your time as a disciple of St. Trina in order to quell her anxieties. The only problem is that you can’t tell what it is she’s so anxious about.
She refuses to tell you of course, meaning you just have to subject her to a ton of meditative practices and the like to find what works best.
All this time around you — all of this incessant fussing over her — is driving her mad. She’s a flushed, lovestruck, repulsed mess during this time. She despised how much she enjoys your attention, how close you get when you feed her a lulling stew or register her a spoonful of sleep-inducing medicine; how soft your voice is and the way your cloying touch sends her straight to sleep.
When she finally relents and displays her true feelings towards you it is done by accident; naught but a slip of the tongue. She’s getting over a particularly bad bout of paranoia, her fingers hooked into the skin of your arms and her head resting against your chest. She seems to you like a wild animal, cornered but not yet defeated. You have no clue that all she’s thinking of in this moment is you.
She has to kill you; needs to. You will take her over in body and mind if she does not sever your head from your shoulders this very instant. She has to destroy you before you destroy her. She finds it so very funny that you are completely unaware of her desire to see you dead, and instead inch even closer as you sense some lingering panic plaguing her. You should be the one panicking. You should be terrified. And yet, it is you who embraces her further.
You envelope her in your arms and Leda realizes all at once that you are nothing short of a miracle. A miracle rescued from the grim fellowship of Trina and passed into Kindly Miquella’s new age all so that Leda may love you and be shown love in return. Miquella had finally repaid her for all of her deeds, she was sure of it.
She mumbles what she knows to be true; that she cares for you and wants you to be hers. She feels pathetic as the words tumble out without any way of stopping them. Your smile is blinding as you place a kiss on the corner of her mouth, and it only grows more radiant when you feel her hand come up and cradle the back of your head. With this show of devotion you find in Leda a sword and shield, a valiant knight straight from a fairytale. And in you, Leda finds a new reason to fight. The world is steeped in misery; in hardship. It is ill-suited to one as tender as you. If she could bring forth her Lord’s Age of Compassion, if she could help make the world a gentler place, then you would be rescued from any despair that dared to pain you.
Leda, even while under Miquella’s charm, is still a very cautious individual. This is doubly true once you and her become romantically involved.
You’ll often be faced with the task of calming her down when such paranoia consumes her. You hold her head and softly reassure her that no harm shall come to either of you, nor Miquella the Kind. While it is difficult for her to accept, she has no choice but to believe that all is well — for now, anyways.
Your status as Leda’s lover gradually turns to “Leda’s therapy dog.” You can tell when her thoughts are beginning to spiral towards suspicion and act accordingly, reaching for her hand and gently squeezing it before moving closer. You move aside her pale bangs to press a lulling kiss upon her forehead and coo sweet words to her until she is calm. It’s something she should be used to by now, but it never fails to shock the bloodlust out of Leda’s system.
She’s fiercely protective of you, thinking you to be a gift from Miquella himself. Such compassion is sure to be divested from him alone, and molded into the shape of the most beautiful woman she’d ever seen. And so, while she hates to have you fight, she does enjoy the sight of the both of you raising your needles in common cause. She’d only wish Miquella’s age would come sooner so that you’d never have to lift a weapon again.
Leda is especially jealous of the bond you and Thiollier share. All she has ever known is Kind Miquella, and so she is often unable to insert herself into the conversations the both of you frequently have concerning her. While she doesn’t mind you befriending your allies, if a conversation goes on for any longer than she likes she’ll send Thiollier off to go do some minor task. She will not have that wet cat of a man take you from her.
Speaking of allies, they typically turn to you when Leda is frustrated with them. They beg you to calm her down, to ask her to make peace with them. You’ll oblige and gently present the problem to Leda before asking her to apologize. She’ll argue with you at first, but it’s impossible to do so. You’re alluring, beautiful, and oh so precious to her; she folds. She’ll grimace, the tips of her ears flushed red with embarrassment as she apologizes to whoever it was she fought with earlier.
Tying braids comes naturally to Trina’s followers, so you typically do Leda’s for her. She’ll say she doesn’t need your help, that she’s no child, but allows you to do it anyway. She craves your touch, it’s about as addicting as Trina’s own ambrosia.
While she dislikes the aid of Miquella’s discarded self, she cannot deny that it does help her rest easy. She’s adorable crossing her arms and pretending like it doesn’t affect her, like she was totally just awake and listening to you instead of nodding off.
You like to pick flowers for your beloved. You’ll usually give them to her as gifts either directly or pressed inside of notes. You also from time to time have a habit of secretly working flowers into Leda’s uniform, something she won’t notice until someone else points it out. Your allies can tell when the two of you have been together by the petals scattered about Leda’s shoulders and cape.
The both of you have a cute dynamic. Leda who is ever paranoid, serious and bloodthirsty; and then you. You’re much more relaxed, extremely kindhearted, and to Leda’s frustration, quite aloof. She is your protector, your knight in shining armor, and you are her doting maiden eternal.
