Fusion: (walks up to Fusion II) Hey, Two. Do you know where Janon ran off to?
Fusion II: (laying on a lawn chair, reading a book and drinking lemonade) You mean after he accidentally made Curious cry?
(a garbage truck drives by)
Janon: (running after the garbage truck) HEY, WAIT! YOU FORGOT ME!
Fusion: (concerned for his dark strange son) Should we catch up to him?
Fusion II: (eyes still on her book) Just think of it as him making up for his absence at all of your exercise trivia seminars.

SPOILERS!!! SCROLL PAST IF YOU DON’T WANT TO READ!
R E V I E W
Okay, so COG was a wonderful movie in my opinion. Jacob was a hoot (as always), Newt was fabulous (we knew he would be) and Leta turned out to be one of the most amazing characters and I love her. Jude Law was a wonderful Dumbledore, and I loved watching him bring him to life in a younger version haha Also, Bunty is pretty much everyone in the fandom and Theseus was such a treat. Initially, I was afraid of Johnny portraying Grindelwald & I never saw him fitting in to the wizarding world and honestly, all I saw was a bleached Jack Sparrow haha He didn’t bother me per say, but I just wasn’t feelin’ it 100%… Thankfully I was able to see past that and I wasn’t sitting there hating every single second he was on the screen.
I didn’t like how the movie began with showing Abernathy as Grindelwald’s little sidekick buddy… like, we never got any explanation as to whether he knew Mr. Graves was Grindelwald all along or…? Queenie and Jacob with the love spell was a little ‘what?’ at first but I get why Queenie did it. She is desperate to have what she’s always wanted and Jacob wants it too but he’s afraid of the consequences. I know people say it’s out of character for her and what not and yes, it’s a little out there… but if you think about it, Queenie has always had Tina and from what I think it’s always been that way. She wants her life to begin and she wants to be with Jacob more than anything. Love makes us do stupid, crazy things.
I do wish we had gotten a chance to see more of Newt’s basement and more about his book release. He’s supposed to be a celebrity now and I think I remember reading he was receiving tons of fan mail (especially from ladiessss) and I was really wanting to see him interacting with his admirers… I don’t know, maybe that’s just me? But we never even got to see his book.
Also, more Theseus would’ve been nice haha And Nigini! Like, she was tossed in and then just kinda there hanging off Credence. We got nothing on her.
All in all, I loved it. The only thing I would really change is the pace as to which things were revealed. Towards the end it was rushed. I get JK was setting up for the next films and what not, but I think slowing it down a bit would’ve been nice. Mainly because I couldn’t keep up haha
T H E O R I E S
Kay, so my first theory is that Queenie was under a spell. Why? Well my first indicator is that insistent tea pot that wouldn’t leave her alone. I highly doubt it was doing that for no reason. Also, when she’s at Grindelwald’s gathering, she seems very off… She’s her bubbly self but something just felt off. And her scream? That is not her thing. I honestly think that tea had something in it. I also believe Grindelwald wanted her on his side to use her mind reading to help with Credence. Notice at the end of the film he has her beside him reading his mind? Yeah, I think he’s using her for that. He hooked her in with tossing out there that he could make it so her and Jacob could get married freely. You think he cares? Naw. He don’t give a crap.
Next, I do not believe for ONE SECOND that Credence is a Dumbledore. Clue number one, Grindelwald went to NY to find the obscurial. He had no idea it was Credence. He wanted nothing to do with him until he discovered HE was the obscurial all long. At the end of COG he tells Credence only he can defeat Dumbledore. He feeds him lies and I honestly think conjured up that Phoenix himself only to further trick him. Obscurials are a dangerous, uncontrollable, unstable parasitical dark force that (from what we witnessed in FBWTF) can do a lot of damage… It’s pretty obvious he wants him only for that. I mean, he can’t fight him so he’s gonna use someone else. And why not use something as powerful as an obscurial?
P R E D I C T I O N S
First, I predict that Leta is not dead… I don’t know why for sure, but I just don’t feel like it’s true. I mean, Theseus didn’t deserve that pain… Also, she seems like such a detrimental character that I just can’t see it. Maybe she did and I’m wrong, but I’m hoping she isn’t.
First off, before I explain this one I just to remind everyone that Credence ‘died’ before Graves was revealed as Grindelwald. He has no idea who Grindelwald is and as far as he’s concerned, he thinks he wants to help him. I mean, he knows what to say to people to reel them in and get them on board. He’s reminiscent of Hitler, really. Anyway, I think down the road Credence will discover the truth and he and Queenie may team up and fight him from the inside. I think it would be cool if they did. So… I hope they do lol

Custom item URL’s in Django v3_1
This article explains how to setup custom item URL’s such as /poem-My%20Favorite%Place-1 in order to allow Search Indexes such as Google to get to your website from the root / directory for all the content. I am running a test right now to see if this is more efficient for the Search Indexes or not.
Get the app started in your webserver so you can do changes and check immediately
1.      Start the Hyper-V in the Windows Search bar
2.      Double click the icon that looks like a screen under the Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS tab in the middle
3.      Login if required
4.      Launch the server
5.      Change into the ~/OneDrive/code/example.com/git
6.      python3.8 manage.py runserver 0:8000
7.      Load the site in your browser
8.      http://192.168.0.12:8000/
Build the poems app
1.      python3.8 manage.py startapp poems
2.      Modify the poems/views.py
a.      from django.shortcuts import get_object_or_404
b.      from .models import Poem
c.      def index(request):
d.                   poems_created = Poem.objects.exclude(hidden=True).order_by('created').reverse()

f.                                   'poems': poems_created,
g.                   }

p.                   }
q.                   return render(request, 'poems/item.html', options)
3.      Add a new directory called templates in the root of the project at the same level as poems
4.      Create a file called templates/theme.html
a.      {% load static %}

Now here is a project that has poems linked to the nested pages off the root directory of the homepage.
PS. This is live in action on https://inlovelike.com, please do take a look.
PSS. The file paths mentioned now have links to code so you can copy/paste them more simply. I do not have a template yet for Tumblr to create an article. If and when I do, they will be inline code example.

Why Women Hook-Up—And How They Feel About Their Hookups
Tumblr media
When I was an undergraduate student, the weekends usually meant parties. And Sunday brunches often consisted of friends dishing on any hookups that occurred at those parties. Looking back on those conversations, it’s clear that my female friends seemed to have pretty mixed results—both emotionally and sexually—with those encounters. For example, some described situations where they didn’t fully enjoy themselves sexually—meaning they didn’t have an orgasm—but they still enjoyed the experience overall or some of the non-sexual aspects of it.
The fact that my friends weren’t always orgasming isn’t surprising in light of what research on women’s hookups has revealed. Study after study has found that women have fewer orgasms than men during sex, but this is especially true in the case of hookups [1].
So why are so many women hooking-up despite often getting the short end of the stick? (Pun intended) Perhaps some women are finding sources of satisfaction from their hookups that go well beyond the presence or absence of orgasm.
Some of my colleagues and I conducted a study to explore this possibility. We thought that women’s reasons for hooking-up might explain their varied and potentially conflicted emotional reactions and experiences. We sought to explore this through approach-avoidance motivational theory [2].
Approach motivation responds to rewards and motivates behavior toward rewards. In this case, an individual can view the goal of having sex as the pursuit of positive outcomes (e.g., because it feels good, or to make an emotional connection). By contrast, avoidance motivation responds to threats and motivates behavior away from threats. In this case, the goal of sex is the avoidance of negative outcomes (e.g., to cope with feeling lonely, or to prevent a partner’s anger).
In addition to behaviors being rooted in an approach-avoidance orientation, behaviors can also be self- or other-oriented. In other words, are you enacting a behavior for you, or are you doing it for someone else?
These dimensions (approach/avoidance and self/other) interact to result in six distinct motivations for having sex. Approach motives include having sex for pleasure and fun (enhancement motives) or to make an emotional connection with one’s partner (intimacy motives). Avoidance motives include having sex to affirm one’s self-worth or attractiveness (affirmation motives), to avoid upsetting or angering one’s partner (partner approval motives), to avoid negative judgment by one’s peers (peer approval motives), and to alleviate negative feelings (coping motives) [3].
We conducted a longitudinal, weekly diary study involving 264 single and sexually active college women (ages 18-32), each of whom completed online surveys about their motives for hooking-up [4]. In the initial survey, each woman reported reasons for why she might engage in a hookup based on the six different motivations discussed above. For the remaining five weekly surveys, each woman reported whether she hooked-up during the seven days prior.
If a hookup occurred, the woman indicated the extent to which the encounter satisfied the six domains from the initial survey. She was also asked to report how she felt about the hookup in terms of 14 different positive emotions and 18 different negative emotions. If a hookup did not occur within a given week, she was asked to report on how she felt about having not hooked-up using those same emotions.
Out of the total 947 weekly reports completed, just over half (53%) involved hookup encounters. Overall, 77% of participants reported at least one hookup; just 23% (61 women) did not hook-up at all over the course of the study. Among those who hooked-up, 30% did so only once, 24% hooked-up twice, 25% hooked-up three times, 11% hooked-up four times, and 10% hooked-up in all 5 weeks of the study.
The most common motives women reported for hooking-up were enhancement and intimacy, with the least common motives being partner- and peer-approval. This means that we saw approach-orientated motivations for hooking-up endorsed more often than avoidance-orientated ones.
Our results demonstrated three key findings: (1) women who engaged in hookups for enhancement motives tended to have more positive and less negative emotions following the encounter compared to women who hooked up for other reasons; (2) achieving pleasure, intimacy, and/or self-affirmation during the hookup—when that was their intended motivation—resulted in more positive and less negative emotions afterwards; and (3) simultaneous feelings of both positive and negative emotions following a hookup were common.
In fact, most women (63-71%) reported a variety of positive feelings following a hookup, coupled with a low degree of some negative feelings. Positive emotions included feeling contented, enthusiastic, excited, happy, joyful, and/or satisfied, whereas negative emotions included feeling anxious, discontented, dissatisfied, guilty, regretful, sad, shameful, unhappy, and/or worried.
Even when participants reported high levels of feeling ecstatic, enthusiastic, and excited following their hookup, most also reported some degree of remorse (characterized by a combination of shame, guilt, and regret). We speculate that these negative feelings are likely related to the prevalent (albeit diminished in recent years) stigma around women engaging in uncommitted sex and the risk of STIs and unintended pregnancy.
Putting these results together, hooking-up for enhancement motives was consistently associated with the most favorable emotional outcomes (more positive and less negative feelings). By contrast, hooking-up for peer- or partner-approval or coping motives generally led to worse outcomes via greater feelings of remorse.
Interestingly, intimacy motives were not related to emotional outcomes, but hookups that satisfied intimacy motives were emotionally positive. This may suggest that, for intimacy, what happens during a hookup may be most influential.
These results point to the problem with trying to characterize hookups as uniformly good or bad for women. Sometimes, these experiences are positive; other times, they’re negative. And yet other times, they are simultaneously beneficial and problematic. So, while women may not always reach orgasm during a hookup, they can still find the experience satisfying if it achieves their motivation(s) for engaging in it in the first place.

What is Performance Analysis and how can I use this to become a better Coach?
The main analysis tool available to the coach is usually visual processes and perception allowing for qualitative analysis. The addition of video recording and playback facilities, especially slow motion, could greatly assist the coach in assessing and improving player technique (Cross & Lyle, 2003). Although my u9 football team matches are not recorded, I could utilise this in my training sessions. Analysis of Technique considers the mechanical detail of skills performed by the players, allowing flaws in technique to be identified and rectified; ensuring progress is made (Jones & Kingston, 2013).
To better understand the constraints that promote sporting success, Match Analysis has assumed a very important role in sports games (Carling et al, 2005). In football, match performance can be defined as the interaction of different Technical, Tactical, Mental (Carling, 2010) and Physiological factors (Drust, Atkinson, & Reilly, 2007; Sarmento et al, 2014).
The purpose of Match Analysis is to assist the decisions made by coaches and athletes in terms of how they prepare for training and competition (Jones & Kingston, 2013). The main strengths are that it enables discussion between the coach and the player(s) but the limitations are related to the subjective processes that are involved, such as their own interpretation (O’Donoghue, 2015). However, it is essential that performance is accurately analysed as failure to do so will result in future practice being flawed. Using incorrect information could lead to a decrease in performance or result in an injury (Hughes & Bartlett, 2002).
By recording, observing and analysing the football coaching sessions I undertake, I can reflect on the performance of my own team, as well as myself as a coach and utilize these to improve us both (Groom, Cushion & Nelson, 2011). Coaches have the opportunity to have their own behaviour recorded allowing them to reflect on their coaching style (Kolb, 1984; Rea, 2015) and identify any areas that may need to be altered utilizing split screen video (Schon, 1983; Brown & O’Donoghue, 2008a; O’Donoghue, 2015).

A few days ago a friend of mine asked me what the connection between travel and yoga is. Are you asking yourself the same thing? If the answer is positive keep on reading and I will try my best to figure it out for you.
The yoga and travel are all about the road, not the destination; they are about knowledge; about moving around consciously and mindfully. No matter where we are – on the yoga mat or on the road we have to go outside of our comfort zone searching for awareness and enlightenment. On the other hand, yoga and travel have many spiritual and physical benefits for us – they relieve stress, increase the hormones of happiness, and after a pranayama or just a short trip we are getting back with a clear mind, with a smile on our faces, and the most important thing – we are thankful.
Nowadays the yoga retreats are getting more and more popular and they offer the whole spectrum of spiritual vacation – yoga and travel at the same time. Yoga retreats are all about exotic destinations, healthy food, yoga practices and the most important part – connecting with your true self.
Yoga retreats are where travel meets yoga – or the opposite, where yoga meets travel. So simple.
