#spurtrailseries Gauteng summer 2017 #race 3 10th overall and 9th in category. Trying to get my mojo back after last weeks dissapointment. It was quite hot but @tailwindnutrition worked a charm as I am learning how to use it properly. Love the fact that the taste is really subtle and it mixes easily. Will be using in a longer race this weekend. @salomon sense 6 is so light and responsive and really makes a big difference in how confident you are on the trail. Ducking in and out of the #forest sections my @julbo_eyewear performed well flawlessly changing from dark to light and back in seconds. Love my new @compressport_sa Running peak. Confessions and Kinesiology Tape

First of all, confession time… I bailed on the 30km. Before you judge me, know that I’m judging myself. Not because I bailed on the race, it was the right decision, but because it’s a decision I shouldn’t have had to make.
