Hey all - one final announcement for this project! We were able to sell 3 zines from the leftovers, and donated the money we got from those to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline ^^ We still have a lot of zines leftover, but we aren’t selling them at the moment. The main mod may try to sell them at conventions in the future with all of the profits still going to the suicide prevention lifeline. In the case that this does happen, we will post future updates with proof of donation! ^^

Charity Donation time!

Hey everyone! I (the main mod, Anna) have calculated our finances and have just made the donation to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline as promised with the profits we made from this zine.

Altogether, we made $1,189.61 from sales from the zine. The costs to produce and ship the zine and merch (zine production costs, shipping supplies cost, merch production costs, and both customer and contributor shipping) came to $987.76, which left us with $201.85 to donate. As a personal donation I rounded the number up to $210.

Thank you all so much for your tremendous support during this project! We are so so proud to have been able to have leftover money to donate to this very important non-profit. 

We will open up leftover sales very soon, after which we will make another donation if we make any money from it.

Packages

Hey all! We’ve given some time for packages to be delivered and we just want to make sure that no one had issues with delivery!

If any of your items arrived severely damaged or missing, please report it to us ASAP and we will figure something out. You can let us know by sending a NON-ANONYMOUS ASK with your name and email address that you paid with, or by sending a private message to @its-raining-color . 

We will be putting up some leftovers for sale, and in the meantime, we will be doing finances and calculating how much exactly we are able to donate, and we will be making that donation very soon. We will be making a 2nd donation after leftover sales as well in the case we sell any of those copies.

Shipping Update!

Hello all! We are pleased to inform everyone that all the packages for physical zine bundles have been shipped! All customers should have received an email notifying them of the shipment and domestic orders should contain a tracking number.

We hope the packages arrive to you all safely. For international orders, please allow 3 weeks for your package to arrive.

If there are any issues with your packages, please send us an email to raining.color.zines@gmail.com and tell us your name and email so we can look up your order.

Shipping Update!

Hello all! We have a quick update we’d like to share with everyone.

Due to some life changes & traveling for the holidays, the shipping mod experienced some delays in getting all the shipping finished, and we want to thank you for your continued patience!

Right now, we are on schedule to get the zines packaged and sent out sometime between early and mid February! When we ship your packages, everyone will receive a confirmation email, and domestic orders will receive a tracking code.

We will have a very small amount of leftovers after shipping is complete. Firstly, we will wait to make sure that all packages get delivered without issues. If there are any issues with items arriving damaged, we will use the leftovers to send out replacements. 

After that, we will put up any leftover zines for sale on our bigcartel store for those of you who may have missed the preorder period. The leftover merchandise will be returned to the artist that created the piece for them to do with as they wish and we will not sell leftovers - If you are interested in buying leftover merch, please contact the merch artists directly!

PDF orders will receive their copies shortly after the physical packages have been shipped.

Production Update!

Hello everyone! Thanks so much for all your patience while we get these zines and the merch made. 

All of the products that we’ve had to order from manufacturers (zines, postcards, charms) have arrived. The charms were shipped to a friend of the main mod so those will have to be picked up before pictures can be taken.

Since it’s so close to the holidays, however, we won’t be starting to pack & ship orders until after the holidays are over! We hope you understand!

Preorders Closed!

Hey all! Preorders are now officially closed, so we will be making some final tweaks in the zine design before starting to get everything ordered. We will keep everyone updated on this process!

Regarding stretch goals, we came very close to unlocking the enamel pin but unfortunately didn’t quite make it. Thank you everyone for your support and we hope that everyone is still able to enjoy the zine and gorgeous merch we have been able to fund. We are a bit sad we didn’t unlock the pin but hopefully with the little bit of extra, we will have at least a small chunk of money to donate to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline!
