I know virtually nothing about Sonic the Hedgehog besides BDG’s Unraveled and all the Snapcube Fandubs so seeing all the Sonic 3 promo is well and fun but also here’s what I can only assume Shadow is as a character:

Created by Maria’s grandpa to be Sonic’s rival (and this was encouraged by Satan (or whoever that guy was))

Maria is Shadow’s childhood friend and she has been MIA since Shadow was deployed to Earth

Shadow and Rouge are mlm wlw solidarity

Shadow has jet boots but forgets this when it’s plot relevant

He dyes his hair, the red streaks aren’t natural

He’s Sonic’s rival but also Eggman’s enemy

His and Sonic’s relationship is like… two ex’s with mutual friends and one really enjoys annoying the other and the other haaaates him

Truly no idea what he can do that Sonic can’t. Both run fast. Shadow is smarter I think? But the bar is low

I get the sense that Shadow’s goal was to beat Sonic in something and once that was accomplished or failed he decided to aim for loftier goals. Like messing with Eggman. Or befriending Satan

I assume that’s not actually Satan in Shadow’s game but I also have no idea who it is

Shadow does try to get the Chaos emeralds but mostly just the green one and it’s for petty purposes. Not weed, they wouldn’t put that in a kid’s game (I think) but it’s to make Sonic or Eggman mad (I don’t know what the Chaos emeralds do. As far as I know they’re Synthesized Garbage Gems)

This was a silly little episode and I have indeed enjoyed it. Not as emotional as the last one but I had fun nevertheless. Though, it didn't feel like a "Mario's Trip" episode, compared to the other ones. Maybe that's just me idk.

The animation and references, peak. As for the plot itself, it felt very on-brand for SMG4. Strangely, the chaotic energy in this one was toned down which is new. Like I said, it was still fun, had plenty of laughs. There isn't much to say about this but yeah, good to have a silly goofy time overall!!!

I had SO MUCH fun playing Vol. 3 with my friend! She is amazing at doing impressions and gave YouTube and Twitch the perfect voices, I couldn't ask for anything more. But enough about her since she prefers to remain anonymous, today I am here to present my favorite screenshots from the latest release of Cloutchase!

First thing I absolutely loved was that Twitch is so expressive! The facial expressions were all so delightful. ALSO. CLUB PENGUIN. AND WIZ101. And of course Webkinz, Animal Jam, and Neopets are in the background as well hahah, love that too!

This minigame was SO AMAZING omg I am OBSESSED with these character costumes and the fight animation too. Love all the cameos but this Strife content was so awesome!!!! The buttons were a little non-responsive at times but I managed to beat Twitch first try heheh

This is a pretty awesome frame and I'd like to shoutout AJ who I'm pretty sure drew it but I don't have the time or computer charge to reopen the game credits to check. If I'm wrong lemmie know but AJ deserves a shotuout anyway

I love how the subs are sub-sandwiches and I love the design of the camera and chat

I love how complex Twitch's route was. It was very compelling and definitely something I think most streamers need to hear. Swell job Team Timesync! Swell job indeed

I could shout about filmscore and the ghostie crew but instead I'm gonna scream about the google floor lmbo look at it I love it

Peak good end, now I know how to tie a tie. I actually really liked YouTube's route as it was cleverly designed and I love all the many different endings. It was kinda like wading through YouTube's recommended section where you'd save each different possibility of choices in your Watch Later and visit them all when you have the time (which is usually never). So many options but what to pick? I picked them all!

So when I got to this point I started laughing because my friend does all the voices and I only play User and Miss Blog Runner so she was carrying this entire section of the playthrough... AND THEN-

AND THEN THERE WERE FOUR! SHE HAD TO VOICE ALL FOUR OF THEM HAHAH! AND SHE DID AMAZINGLY! I kinda wish she wasn't anonymous cause I wanna give her a shoutout, but maybe when all the routes are released I can convince her to voice them all in a fandub (well not them ALL but definitely Kik and YouTube)

SWEET SWEET REVENGE HAHAHAHAH!!!! Totally deserved as long as they're done here hahahah. I do hope they can all tolerate each other again tho but I love this ending

This volume was long but a lot of fun! I love the Strife minigame and kinda hope it comes back in the future with more mechanics. Maybe an entire spinoff game like Smash Bros idk. Everything was so well written and I love how complex the characters are

Another fantastic entry for a fantastic game! Remember to recommend this game to various streamers to give it the attention it deserves (but not too many, don't wanna overwhelm our fav indie creators!)

Heather, Valentine and Victor!!

Val and Heather grew up incredibly close (bcs Mario and Luigi are very close) so they're essentially siblings. They also grew up with Niko and Nina (bcs Sonic is close with the brothers too (the hc that hes their third brother,,,,,, why does no one use it))

Heather technically has 4 parents. Luigi and Daisy thought it would be fun to be parents together, and they thought reaallly long and hard about it, and they went for it. The two of them are like ... super best friends. Daisy is with Rosalina (which Heather represents by the star earring) and Luigi is with Bowser (represented by the spike and also Bowser badge she wears). She's very bubbly and optimistic, like Daisy, and she's not much of a fighter, like Luigi.

Valentine is the youngest son of Peach and Mario. Since he was young, he LOVED the idea of being a ruler like Peach. He's a little bit sassy, and is incredibly capable of becoming a ruler some day (His oldest sister Clementine is happy being the beautiful daughter who's got an uncanny resemblance to Peach, and middle sister Florentine likes doing various business aspects of the kingdom) due to his strong head and determination.

until.

Victor Robotnik is the protege of Eggman, and also his son. As the new local menace, hes incredibly good at leading a Badnik army. Hes just absolutely ass at making robots... hes like a kid with crayons. Eggman officially takes the role of inventor and builder, while Victor is manager and battle field leader. Hes actually rather successful in his duty of... causing as much damage as possible really.

Valentine and Victor develop... an odd relationship. They are weirdly very into eachother??? but Valentine uses the logical part of his brain and thinks 'hey maybe i shouldn't date my uncles arch nemesis's son' and tries to avoid him the best he can. But its really reaaaaally hard to do that when your cousin is up in his business the moment he steps foot in Central City. (Spoiler; this logic does not last long)

deeeets:

Niko and Vic have a very similar dynamic to Eggman and Sonic from the Fandubs. Vic goes on a tangent and Niko basically tells him to shut up and then beats up his new weapons and leaves.

Victor sees the relation Heather has to Bowser, and he thinks he can get her to join him, but she just laughs at him.

Valentine and Niko made a truce, "I wont tell anyone about Victor, and you dont tell anyone about-" "wait who are YOU WITH??"

Victor really looks upto Eggman and Bowser, but when he learns Bowser doesn't do the villain thing anymore he's a bit disappointed

I think the pairing of Heather and another character is oddly sweet and equally hilarious but i think im gonna do a big post probably named Partner Reveal (mainly because i dont have a reference for Heathers partner yet)

When the four were young, Heather and Niko are the cousins that roll around in the mud together, and if any went on Val he would cry. (he still would)

hi!! i love the blog concept, it’s super useful!! i was just wondering, are you planning on making refs for any of the totk designs? i know you’re collecting refs do your own use so maybe you don’t plan to use the new designs, but if not do you know of anyone who is?

I am planning on collecting references from TOTK. They will be on this blog. However, I haven't managed to get all of the outfits yet because I am playing this game slowly, and spoiler-free. ^-^ And right now I'm working on two comics and a fandub of Growing Up Gerudo. When I play TOTK, I just want to relax and enjoy my journey.

I'm not sure what you mean by the last sentence, but let's just conclude that I don't know. Sorry!

Yandere Sue Miley (Your Turn To Die) General Headcanons:

Author’s Note: So....I kinda like YTTD. And I was briefly cast for an English fandub of it as Sue Miley. But I dropped it before it started because I wasn’t comfortable playing the character. Now like two-three years later, people are thirsting over her?

Also that project is recasting a few roles, so I sent in my audition for Kanna Kizuchi. Because she’s angsty babey.

Most likely Miley would’ve found you during the Death Game.

And she just.....she saw something different in you. 

Even before the first floor main game, she’ll do as much as possible to be around you. 

And she’s not afraid to make you aware of the dynamic between you two; after all, she’s the floormaster.

She’s the embodiment of gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss.

She doesn’t have magic or anything, but she still has power. 

While she’s a stickler for the Main Game rules, at least for the other floormasters, Miley’s not above cutting a few corners to get her way.

She’d likely mess with some of the info or hold it above your head.

Be good for her and she’ll give you what you need. But that’s probably gonna be difficult because Miley is super unpredictable. 

One minute she’s condescending but kinda nice. And then the next, she’s throwing insults at you.

She’d also try to manipulate you into distrusting the other participants. 

Of course some of you probably find her hot. (I’m looking at you, lesbian simps.)

So I’m sure you wouldn’t mind being her little pet.

I mean, there’s no rules against her attaching a dog tag to the death game collar around your neck, to show all of the others just who you belong to.

So what if you draw the Sacrifice Card?

Well, there’s not much she’d be too willing to do about that. 

She might do what Gashu did and give you an option to trade.

Of course, she’d have to allow this for all of the other participants; rules are rules, after all.

Or perhaps she’ll pull a wild card; distract you and then swap your Sacrifice card with the Commoner card.

If you really butter her up, maybe-just maybe-you’d see a bit of Emiri. She might let you. 

Also sometimes she’ll try to grind your gears on purpose.

there's a scene in frontiers were Dr Eggman holds a chaos emerald between his thumb and pointer.

sonic holds that same emerald with his entire hand in that scene.

Yes that is true that this movie is not out yet until next month (for the post of mine, it is a month, and 14 days) since we are entering in the month of May for the Halle Bailey Mermaid movie (I am not so sure about when I will be able to get all of the books apart from all of the other merchandise for the movie, but I have seen it around from the internet, not much in my Walmart, or so, but they do in Sam's Club although every now, and then that I do not often go to that place they change the books around which is why getting it through the online delivery is much better than being sold in the stores), but this is the exact book that I just found in Walmart yesterday on Tuesday, May/2nd/2023 which prehaps possibly probably eventually maybe that the deluxe edition has it too, I am not too fond of how YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and all of the other social media platforms will be able to think about saying all of the good things about it, but I think that here on Tumblr to start small to be able to be making all of the novelization commentary from you guys of the fandom in the comments section besides from replies, and which can be able to expand the fanfiction apart from all of the other stuff that we do for animated stuff like fanart, fan edits, cosplay, fandubs, and commentary reactions as it goes along while we are able to get all of the other books of the movie besides from all of the ones that are here in the United States of America (which are besides the little golden book, and the (deluxe edition) junior novelization) there are, in the United States of America the graphic novel book, Exploring Element City, A Family's Dream, Unlikely Friends, Better Together, A City For Everyone, audiobook of the (deluxe edition) junior novelization, and the art book (I hope that nothing bad happens to this, and all of the other books like plagiarizing, copyright, etc., but again, I will try to let you know when I get it for real if I do find it in the store, but I would rather get it through online as a delivery as a physical copy besides from all of this I just found, and of the little golden book I put in the previous two posts (if you do not mind seeing the pretty illustrations, and spoilers, it is okay with you besides from myself having this way, but if you do not feel like it yet until whenever you say that you are ready even if you missed seeing the movie, and all besides from what just happened as you just watched as a fever dream as it slowly goes to a blur if you want to be able to remember how it goes, get all of the books besides from all of the other merchandise for the meantime even if you wait for it to be on Disney Plus, and seeing it again online whenever it comes (I recommend to always save the cam copies even if they are considered to be pirated, etc. if you want to be able to get the look at how the colors, and everything was like as if it was the feel of how it was old school, or something like that way before they have the better quality of the movie as you originally saw in the theater), and on Disney Plus especially with the bonus features extras included with the movie (I rather be able to do that than wasting money on tickets for the movie to start from all of the stuff that they have before it begins not especially with the concessions of whatever you get from there, but that is up to you to decide) ), I will try to be able to find for all of the other books other than them being as a digital copy!)

Before we begin the (audiobook) (deluxe edition) junior novelization, for the pregame, and to kickoff this, I know that the following pictures below from here are not perfect (if someone can be able to do that, it will be great), but I think that I did my best, since here is what they each say in order from the intermission of the 8-page full color insert! (1. - Ember Lumen is a quick-witted 🔥 element with a hot temper. He works at City Hall as an inspector., 3. - Ember's mother, Cinder, is a matchmaker who can smell love in a 🔥 element's smoke. If only her daughter could find a match..., 4. - When Wade is pulled into the shop's basement through a gushing pipe, he is forced to write several tickets. The shop could be shut down! Ember has to stop Wade!, 5. - Ember please with Wade to cancel the tickets. He offers to help her. They visit Fern Grouchwood's office in the processing department., 6. Ember, and Wade try to convince Fern to cancel the tickets, but..., 7. - ... Ember's fiery temper ignites Fern's office. He is still able to process the Fireplace's tickets., 8. - Ember is given a brochure called So Your Business Is Being Shut Down. Wade feels terrible., 9. - Next, Ember, and Wade decide to ask Wade's boss, Gale, to cancel the tickets. JACOBIN FICTION CONVENTION MEETING 1: La Seine no Hoshi (1975)

1. Introduction

Well, dear reader, here it is. My first ever official review. And, as promised, this is one of the pieces of Frev media that you have likely never heard of before.

So, without further ado, sit down, relax, grab drinks and snacks and allow me to tell you about an anime called “La Seine no Hoshi” (The Star of the Seine).

“La Seine no Hoshi” is a children’s anime series made by Studio Sunrise. It consists of 39 episodes and was originally broadcast in Japan from April 4th to December 26th of 1975.

Unlike its more famous contemporary, a manga called “Rose of Versailles” that had begun being released in 1972 and is considered a classic to this day, “La Seine no Hoshi” has stayed relatively obscure both in the world of anime and among other Frev pop culture.

Personally, the only reason why I found out about its existence was the fact that I actively seek out everything Frev-related and I just happened to stumble upon the title on an anime forum several years ago.

So far, the anime has been dubbed into Italian, French, German and Korean but there is no English or even Spanish dub so, unfortunately, people who do not speak fluent Japanese or any other aforementioned language are out of luck ( if anyone decides to make a fandub of the series, call me). That being said, the series is readily available in dubs and the original version on YouTube, which is where I ended up watching it. The French dub calls the anime “La Tulipe Noire” (The Black Tulip), which could be an homage to the movie with the same name that takes place in the same time period.

Unfortunately, while I do speak Japanese well enough to maintain a basic conversation and interact with people in casual daily situations, I’m far from fluent in the language so the version I watched was the French dub, seeing as I am majoring in French.

So, with all of this info in mind, let’s find out what the story is about and proceed to the actual review.

2. The Summary

(Note: Names of the characters in the French dub and the original version differ so I will use names from the former since that’s what I watched)

The story of “La Seine no Hoshi” revolves around a 15-year old girl called Mathilde Pasquier - a daughter of two Parisian florists who helps her parents run their flower shop and has a generally happy life.

But things begin to change when Comte de Vaudreuil, an elderly Parisian noble to whom Mathilde delivers flowers in the second episode, takes her under his wing and starts teaching her fencing for an unknown reason and generally seems to know more about her than he lets on.

Little does Mathilde know, those fencing lessons will end up coming in handy sooner than she expected. When her parents are killed by corrupt nobles, the girl teams up with Comte de Vaudreuil’s son, François, to fight against corruption as heroes of the people, all while the revolution keeps drawing near day by day and tensions in the city are at an all time high.

This is the gist of the story, dear readers, so with that out of the way, here’s the actual review:

3. The Story

Honestly, I kind of like the plot. It has a certain charm to it, like an old swashbuckling novel, of which I’ve read a lot as a kid.

The narrative of a “hero of the common folk” has been a staple in literature for centuries so some might consider the premise to be unoriginal, but I personally like this narrative more than “champion of the rich” (Looking at you, Scarlet Pimpernel) because, historically, it really was a difficult time for commoners and when times are hard people tend to need such heroes the most.

People need hope, so it’s no surprise that Mathilde and François (who already moonlights as a folk hero, The Black Tulip) become living legends thanks to their escapades.

Interestingly enough, the series also subverts a common trope of a hero seeking revenge for the death of his family. Mathilde is deeply affected by the death of her parents but she doesn’t actively seek revenge. Instead, this tragedy makes the fight and the upcoming revolution a personal matter to her and motivates her to fight corruption because she is not the only person who ended up on its receiving end.

The pacing is generally pretty good but I do wish there were less filler episodes and more of the overarching story that’s dedicated to the secret that Comte de Vaudreuil and Mathilde’s parents seem to be hiding from her and maybe it would be better if the secret in question was revealed to the audience a bit later than episode 7 or so.

However, revealing the twist early on is still an interesting narrative choice because then the main question is not what the secret itself is but rather when and how Mathilde will find out and how she will react, not to mention how it will affect the story.

That being said, even the filler episodes do drive home the point that a hero like Mathilde is needed, that nobles are generally corrupt and that something needs to change. Plus, those episodes were still enjoyable and entertaining enough for me to keep watching, which is good because usually I don’t like filler episodes much and it’s pretty easy to make them too boring.

Unfortunately, the show is affected by the common trope of the characters not growing up but I don’t usually mind that much. It also has the cliché of heroes being unrecognizable in costumes and masks, but that’s a bit of a staple in the superhero stories even today so it’s not that bothersome.

4. The Characters

It was admittedly pretty rare for a children’s show to have characters who were fleshed out enough to seem realistic and flawed, but I think this series gives its characters more development than most shows for kids did at the time.

I especially like Mathilde as a character. Sure, at first glance she seems like a typical Nice Pretty Ordinary Girl ™️ but that was a part of the appeal for me.

I am a strong believer in that a character does not need to be a blank slate or a troubled jerk to be interesting and Mathilde is neither of the above. She is essentially an ordinary girl with her own life, family, friends, personality and dreams and, unfortunately, all of that is taken away from her when her parents are killed.

Her initial reluctance to participate in the revolution is also pretty realistic as she is still trying to live her own life in peace and she made a promise to her parents to stay safe so there’s that too.

I really like the fact that the show did not give her magic powers and that she was not immediately good at fencing. François does remark that her fencing is not bad for a beginner but in those same episodes she is clearly shown making mistakes and it takes her time to upgrade from essentially François’s assistant in the heroic shenanigans to a teammate he can rely on and sees as an equal. Heck, later there’s a moment when Mathilde saves François, which is a nice tidbit of her development.

Mathilde also doesn’t have any romantic subplots, which is really rare for a female lead.

She has a childhood friend, Florent, but the two are not close romantically and they even begin to drift apart somewhat once Florent becomes invested in the revolution. François de Vaudreuil does not qualify for a love interest either - his father does take Mathilde in and adopts her after her parents are killed so François is more of an older brother than anything else.

Now, I’m not saying that romance is necessarily a bad thing but I do think that not having them is refreshing than shoehorning a romance into a story that’s not even about it. Plus most kids don’t care that much for romance to begin with so I’d say that the show only benefits from the creative decision of not setting Mathilde up with anyone.

Another interesting narrative choice I’d like to point out is the nearly complete absence of historical characters, like the revolutionaries. They do not make an appearance at all, save for Saint-Just’s cameo in one of the last episodes and, fortunately, he doesn’t get demonized. Instead, the revolutionary ideas are represented by Florent, who even joins the Jacobin Club during the story and is the one who tries to get Mathilde to become a revolutionary. Other real people, like young Napoleon and Mozart, do appear but they are also cameo characters, which does not count.

Marie-Antoinette and Louis XVI are exceptions to the rule.

(Spoiler alert!)

Marie-Antoinette is portrayed as kind of spoiled and out of touch. Her spending habits get touched on too but she is not a malicious person at heart. She is simply flawed. She becomes especially important to the story later on when Mathilde finds out the secret that has been hidden from her for her entire life.

As it turns out, Marie- Antoinette, the same queen Mathilde hated so much, is the girl’s older half-sister and Mathilde is an illegitimate daughter of the Austrian king and an opera singer, given to a childless couple of florists to be raised in secret so that her identity can be protected.

The way Marie-Antoinette and Mathilde are related and their further interactions end up providing an interesting inner conflict for Mathilde as now she needs to reconcile this relationship with her sister and her hatred for the corruption filling Versailles.

The characters are not actively glorified or demonized for the most part and each side has a fair share of sympathetic characters but the anime doesn’t shy away from showing the dark sides of the revolution either, unlike some other shows that tackle history (*cough* Liberty’s Kids comes to mind *cough*).

All in all, pretty interesting characters and the way they develop is quite realistic too, even if they could’ve been more fleshed out in my opinion.

5. The Voice Acting

Pretty solid. No real complaints here. I’d say that the dub actors did a good job.

6. The Setting

I really like the pastel and simple color scheme of Paris and its contrast with the brighter palette of Versailles. It really drives home the contrast between these two worlds.

The character designs are pretty realistic, simple and pleasant to watch. No eyesores like neon colors and overly cutesy anime girls with giant tiddies here and that’s a big plus in my book.

7. The Conclusion

Like I said, the show is not available in English and those who are able to watch it might find it a bit cliché but, while it’s definitely not perfect. I actually quite like it for its interesting concept, fairly realistic characters and a complex view of the French Revolution. I can definitely recommend this show, if only to see what it’s all about.

Some people might find this show too childish and idealistic, but I’m not one of them.

I’m almost 21 but I still enjoy cartoons and I’m fairly idealistic because cynicism and nihilism do not equal maturity and, if not for the “silly” idealism, Frev itself wouldn’t happen so I think shows like that are necessary too, even if it’s just for escapism.

Yugioh Season Zero: Yuugi Gets a Tomagachi Pt 1

Hey you know what? Lets look at Zero again.

For those new here, I’m also going through Yugioh Season Zero, which is not the anime we got in the States, but the anime that came before it. It’s got all sorts of issues that 90′s anime tend to have, so, consider yourself warned.

Anyway, it’s been kind of a while since I did one of these, and part of the reason is because I need to use a fandub in order to not have subs across the bottom. And that’s normally not a problem, but as you see in the corner of this next cap here, of the villain introduced this episode, this 3-Stooges-all-stuffed-into-one-body-suit-lookin guy, who has a realllllly weird tradition he does after beating people up,

TAMAGACHIS. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve thought about Tamagachis.

Mine are all gone now, I think I tossed them a year after I got them, the fad was pretty strong but short. Since most people got their Tomagachis second hand, (they were just impossible to buy because they were sold out everywhere), none of us had any freakin instructions so I had no idea at all how to use them and it died like 30 times. Usually several times a day.

Honestly Tamagachi’s are both the best and absolute worst child’s toy ever made.

And so Jounouchi’s going to go off about what a Tamagachi is (Tamagatchi? Eh doesn’t matter) but first lets just address the fact that...they’re in History class.

I mean....

...It had to happen eventually.

Anyway, lets dive into Tamagachi (tomagachi?) physics. I think I spelled Tamagachi incorrectly in all of these caps and hell will freeze over before I fix them all.

These kids are WAY to old to be playing with a freakin Tamagachi, but I dunno, maybe it was different in Japan? My older brothers were playing with like Gameboys and the odd hacky sack during this time period. And then my one brother who refused to play video games that weren’t Basketball related got super into rapping into a mixer table (he is half deaf, he was v bad). That was it, that was their portable digital hobbies.

They saw my Tamagachis and were like...no thanks.

Anyway, the Yugioh Tamagachis have a little twist to them that no Tamagachi on earth has ever had the power to do. Like maybe this seems like pretty low tech to the babies out there who don’t remember these things, but listen--Tomagachis barely functioned. I don’t think they were capable of basic math. That is the only explanation to me at least of how they died so freakin often.

WOW Yugioh. I mean guaranteed, I would have been suuuuper into this when I was 10-11 but also...kind of WEIRD right?

And I mean, no worries, this is Yugioh, so not even Yuugi’s Tamagachi is going to score, but it’s not like they won’t try. TBH, Yuugi’s Tamagachi dates more than Yugi. Yuugi’s Tamagachi goes on more dates than Yugi has in 3 seasons.

Anyway, Jounouchi get’s rightfully scolded out.

And Honda is still a freakin weirdo, something I tend to forget every time I tune into Season Zero, much like this girl, who I also completely forget is a main character on this cast. Hi, Miho.

Of course, Anzu does bring up a good point...

...maybe Spanish is NEXT period?

Headcanon restored.

Miho seems entirely inept at life, to the point that she cannot both attend school and occasionally sweep up the feces of her pocket pet. She was kept up apparently all hours of the night, gazing at a little one inch screen and pressing one of three buttons.

Like I joke that I think Miho could easily be the super villain of this show but this episode she just pumps up the bastard like 200%.

So Honda, so horny he can barely think, decides to take care of this pocket pet because he’s pretty sure he can hightail it out of the country with Miho on a romantic trip to Sydney. It sort of makes me kinda miss when Yugioh was vague.

Sensing awkward romantic stuff, Yuugi gets the hell out of there, because weird stuff is happening in this bathroom with his friend, Haiyama, and while most people would leave the bathroom stuff alone, Yuugi has never been able to leave anything alone. Especially if it’s gross and riddled with collusion.

He finds out that Haiyama is giving money to the giant 3 Stooges guy who’s name is Kujiwara (Kujirada) or something like that. I’m hella bad at names and I had to look it up like four times. I’ll get the names spelled wrong like so, so many times.

All in all, the small little Haiyama is divying up money to the current class bully and Yuugi feels a very strong affinity with Haiyama because of it.

Sorry I just had to imagine for a hot minute what the Kaibas would bring to a bake sale.

Anyway, like, this is off topic but also on topic, bear with me, so you know how in Evangelion, they show up to class, and they’re like “weird that we’re in the same class with all the kids who man the robots, weird.” and it’s like “why do they all go to this class if they’re living in completely different parts of the city? Like this one kid is covered head to toe in bandages and then this other kid is the son of the head of the robot illuminati and this other kid lives in like a tent a lot of the time? Like wtf is this weird ass class?” and then, basically near the end of Evangelion you get this reveal (spoilers for a 20 year old anime, look away) that everyone in the class has been hand selected to be put inside of giant robots and that is why so many of them are just screwball beyond reason.

I feel like Yuugi might have a little bit of an Evangelion problem, because we’ve got this class of like maybe...20 students, and they all come from completely different walks of life in this city, and they’re all just a bucket of disturbing psychosis’. Like it is just so crazy that Anzu got completely possessed by Shadi, but this class is filled with so many assholes that no one noticed until she started choking Yuugi to death in the medical ward.

I’m just saying, I think Yuugi’s class was hand selected by the government for scary ulterior robot illuminati motives, and if I were to write a Yugioh spinoff, it would still be Marik’s Boat Time, but in the background of Marik’s Boat Time, these dumb asshole children would be finally forced by the government to use their inner asshole powers to mitigate WWIII against the space aliens (or WW IV, since I figured by that point Kaiba’s already pulled a III just by accident)

Anyway back to little Haiyama, who’s name I cannot spell right to save my life.

This part was real funny to me because when Yuugi went through this similar problem at the beginning of the series, he turned to a toy (or what he thought was a toy) in the Millennium Puzzle. Maybe in his mind, he’s giving Haiyama a gift to help him make friends like the Puzzle did with Yuugi. Thing is, uh.....this Tamagachi isn’t cursed with darkness or anything, so nice try Yuuge, this is a sort of pointless offering. It is nice, though.

Anyway, cute little Haiyama patiently takes the Tomagachi and walks the other way, as far as he can possibly get away, from Yuugi Muto.

Anyways, they come across a rival game shop storefront, so Yuugi can’t help himself but admire the competition. Surprise, it’s just a different color of Tamagachi.

Before I can contemplate on why this one podunk shop in Domino is selling the only digital pet that is the best in the whole wide world, this happens.

So...that happens. That just happens.

And then we get this weird, very spooky sort of stalker footage of Kujirada, being developed on this amazing set of old timey software, check this out. Please admire how much 1999 is in these next frames.

This episode is particularly weird, but the whole thing with the photo taking is just...it is SO weird.

And like sorry to do this to you, but we’ll go over the rest of it in the next update, cuz this episode had a lot of stuff and so I made just so many caps but...holy hell this episode went completely off the rails. Like this first half is a whole lot of weird stuff but then the next half is just...there’s absolutely no way to predict the next half from the first half of events. It just goes completely wild.

Like this episode further proves my theory that everyone in this class has no choice but to destroy all life with giant mechs. There’s no other way. All of Yuugi’s classmates are here to end the world. Him included. This mess of a class.

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the Walking Dead Final Season Fandub!

The link above is the casting call page, please put your auditions on there only! I also don't need just voice actors, it would be nice to have a few artists maybe draw out some suggestions! We might also need some writers to help! Let's say someone has an idea that no one has written a oneshot/fanfic of, we'd be the first to make a little audio reading of it!

(For writers and artists you don't have to use the casting call page, just DM me on here!)

Just to clarify, we are NOT doing the full season. We will only be doing important scenes and fan-created content! Everyone can request certain scenes, comics, etc. However, we will be limiting on what we do based off of the comfortableness of doing certain scenes, for example, we will NOT be doing any NSFW requests.

Keep in mind this is will be a long-term project! It will probably end once we finish all the scenes that have been requested and fan-created content.

If anyone wants to add characters besides just the final season characters, let me know!

Here are the rules!

You must have a good quality mic, I am not accepting auditions using a laptop, cell phone, or headset microphones. Most USB microphones and all XLR microphones will be accepted! In your audition description, please specify what mic you will use. (I'm not going to be SUPER strict on this rule, I just hope you have good quality!)

You are available to audition for as many characters as you want, however, you will only be able to be cast as one character. I don't really want to multicast, unless if it's for a minor or extra role. All leads and supporting roles will be different people. (Besides a few exceptions) If we don't get any auditions we like or people who have gotten cast as other characters, I will be reopening auditions for those characters.

You must have a discord account! When you get cast, send me your Discord ID and I will invite you to the server through Discord. My Discord ID is DaAwkwardLauren#0007.

You don't need to know about The Walking Dead game to audition! However, it is recommended! You should alsoat least know the character you are auditioning for and the other characters' personalities. We could fill you in on the plot.

I will private message you letting you know that you have been cast! You must reply to the message or join the discord server quickly though, if you don't respond in 3 weeks I will reopen the role for recasting.
