Great God Grove. You’d love Great God Grove. I think you’d like the general themes. Fun game mechanic of stealing speech bubbles and shooting them at people to help gods with their communication issues

And it has Click Clack.

All the characters are really fun but I think you’d especially enjoy Click Clack and Cobigail is my personal favorite.

you're right, it does look charming. And this might just be a 'me' thing but I do love the color palette (<- the graphic designer in me is never gonna go away).

it all started with a theory ⭐️

August 27th

I've been an SMG4 viewer for years but back then, I've never thought of participating in the fandom myself. Didn't exactly know why, maybe I thought "if I show my passion, would I do it right?" But I had ideas, ramblings. So much I wanted to show, to say, and I still stalled behind that line. Then one day, I crossed it.

Today is the anniversary of this tumblr and me joining the SMG4 fandom. Never could've I imagined that after posting my first ever theory would truly change my life. I made more theories. Reviewed episodes, shared my ramblings. Created movie bingo, wrote fics.

Before I knew it, I became co-CEO of the Goop!4 theory with good pal Funkii. Wrote my Episode Concept series and AUs. Reported news for SMG4 Tumblr community. Got to meet some of the Team working on the show. So, so many things I've done never thought I could. I'll admit: there have been rocky moments along the way, few really tested my will and resilience. Despite it all, never once I regretted my choice in joining and, if anything, those moments made me better. Proved of who I am. And now, here I am one year after crossing that line. It's thanks to each and every one of you who have been on this journey with me.

To the ramblers, theorists and the silly people that stumbled across my mind palace: thank you for being you! Just by enjoying my ramblings or dropping an ask in my inbox. Simply, I hoped I could bring a bit of positivity to your day. Sometimes I questioned whether I worded things right or if what I post was worth it, but yall have been absolutely incredible, proving me wrong 🧡 I received comments liking my work, fanart that I placed on my fridge (of my intro post). It's unbelievable and frankly touching, it's still hard for me to wrap my head around; I'm just a silly guy. From those you have been there since the start to those who just came in, thank you for welcoming me to the community with open arms.

To my moots: thank you for sticking by me along the way 🩷 It's been a wonderful time getting to bounce thoughts and interests, even ones outside of SMG4. Aside from that, thank you for putting a part of you out there to me as I have for yall. Your heart, your support. Even your trust. I value it every time, grateful that I've earned. To that, I'm sending all the good vibes to yall and hope we can continue on doing our silly shenanigans together, haha! (Right below I'll be leaving some special thank you's as many as I could, will be tagging)

For last, I would like to dedicate a special thanks to the SMG4 series and the Team behind it. What SMG4 is for me, it's much more than simply a funny meme show. It's where "love always wins" and "the outcomes of what people decide to do with the truth". I laughed, cried. Never fails in getting me emotional. Not just SMG4, I've been there for Hobo Bros too. I saw the creation of Glitch Productions from the ground up, have been there cheering for Meta Runner and Sunset Paradise. As I have dubbed it as my "Saturday Morning Cartoon (TM)", this show holds a special place in my heart 💙 I wouldn't be able to imagine my life without it, so thank you!!

Alright, I couldn't help myself but be sappy here, so that should be enough (for now). It's time for the festivities to begin 🎉 Here's to many more things to come not only today, but in the future!!

Alright, this might be VERY specific and it's technically not from an arc, but it means so much to me:

Tari in a suit [from "I Put Mario In Danger For Views" episode]

.......listen, I'm a sucker for women in suits and it looked so good on her AAAAAAA! (Meggy in her lawyer getup was a little under from becoming a tie between the two)

btw all the women in the show should wear suits, just saying :)

Four having such a black and white view of morality is so funny when his friend group is like 50% antiheroes.

It is lowkey funny, yea. Like, dude, look at all these antiheroes/redeemed villains smh /lh

And yet, it's something I like about his character. Of course it can be considered a flaw but it feels grounded, natural. Realistically, not everyone thinks the same way, even if they share the same intentions/end goal. In fiction, it just doesn't hit the same way when everyone has the same mindset (where's the conflict? where's the stakes?). I think it's why I find the 4 & Meggy argument from the jailbreak arc so interesting, that both of their views are challenged even when they have good intentions behind them (Meggy wanting to see the good in people VS. 4 trying to protect his friends). And you saw 4 struggling by the end there.

He would be the type to be like "Well, it's different..."

And even that could be challenged, what would be the exception then? Well, considering his past (including his PTSD), it makes sense why he would think this way. After all, mindsets are molded, not born. They got the roles they play: the good guys and the bad guys. The same can be said for Puzzles, it hits more bc she literally grew up with a TV.

(Thinking about it now. If we're being real, if that mindset gets completely cracked the wrong way, 4's guilt and trauma might drown him in one go frfr)
