So you’re trying to glow-up, change your life? Life, being life naturally start’s throwing those damn curve balls and before you know it you’re back on the floor fighting for dear life to get it together and get back on your feet. During this time, weeks if not months have passed, and so you feel behind, you feel like every time you get it together life pulls the rug from under your feet and you’re right back in square one.… So what’s the solution? If you’re absolutely serious about changing your life before 2025 you need STRONG FOUNDATIONS. Where are your roots currently? What practises do you have in place to help you stay grounded when you get hit with one of life’s inevitable problems? What and who is your support system?  In order to thrive you need need your STRONG FOUNDATIONS in place.  The basics:  Sleep, Eating, Diet, Exercise  As obvious as these seem, you really have to dive deep into each area to make sure you are covered by each subject. Are you sleeping properly? Is your diet nourishing you and supporting you? Are you hydrated? Are you moving your body daily and doing exercise? I say these are the foundations because when life starts trying to take you down, if any of the above are not strong enough you will easily start falling. No daily exercise? The anxiety will build up in your body and have no where to go, depression will host itself within your body and slump you further. The lack of orientation from not having enough sleep will only amplify the moment problems start arising. IBS, gut issues, rashes, disease will prey on your body when you are already lacking a healthy gut and immune system. However, if your diet is on point your gut is thriving, you’re on those pre-and-pro-biotics, you’re hydrated, you’re energised you are not a weak target for disease. You have strong foundations. 

Support system:  God /Spirituality,  Therapist / Mentor / Coach, Friends / Family/ Pets

First and foremost God. The moment this relationship starts to weaken, you start forgetting to pray, or spend time with God in meditation you become an easy target for mental and emotional suffering, things that were not in God’s plan can easily take hold of your life, and thats why following God and walking in faith and his purpose for your life will protect you in all seasons. Having a therapist, mentor, or coach in your corner is how you win. If you don’t have any of these, start seeking a mentor, invest in therapy, seek coaching. This is how you continue to grow and have empowering support as you do, the moment you are in difficulty you have reliable and insightful support on hand to guide you. Finally family and friends and pets offer that loving support needed to survive and thrive in the good and bad times. After taking online courses, Mexican Carlos Diehz cast the multi-award-winning film Cónclave.

“I've always been inclined to the arts, and as a kid I wanted to be a singer, producer, whatever, but when I learned what it was to be an actor, I said, 'I want to be an actor', but I was always shy, I grew up with attention deficit, always dreaming.  In middle school* I started to open up, in high school I wanted to enter the acting workshop but it wasn't for me.”

After being accepted in the casting, Carlos was initially hesitant about the subject, but his vocation was priority, “now as an actor, you serve a story, so you shouldn’t judge it, nor the character, if one begins to have prejudices, then you better not take the project, because you will not be able to convey it in a real way. I liked the story, but what excited me was seeing Ralph Fiennes as the lead artist.”

He added, “I studied the story, which can be controversial, one realizes that this can be a political thriller, since the author of the book writes political, history and spy stories and he thought of writing something about the Vatican, it is interesting to imagine or see what happens behind the election of a Pope. What caught my attention was that practically every one of his characters has existed in the history of the church, there have been popes with families, sometimes hidden, sometimes not so blatantly as Borgia, others who give more value to money and wealthy families, like the Medici, if you do not know the history of the Catholic Church, it may even sound like a scandalous plot”.

“When you see the story of 400, 500 years ago, it is not so far from reality, it is rather an experiment to see what would happen if this happened today, what would it be like? That's why he brings this character that I play, Cardinal Benitez, a missionary, but also a leader, who speaks when he has to speak and the things he says have been meditated on before. There have been popes, cardinals and saints like St. Francis of Assisi and St. Ignatius of Loyola, the spiritual one, the one who is all love and the other focused on leadership. That's what made me fall in love with the role.”

For a supporting actor, to be in the middle of a cast like that, can be a lot of pressure, but Diehz assured that thanks to the help of a colleague he was able to do the project, “yes, it is a lot of pressure, fortunately I had a secret coach during the filming, very close to me, John Lithgow, we talked during the week of preparation, and since then we have a very good friendship.  He told me the second day ‘I'll be your secret coach, anything you need ask me’”.

He also confirmed that he lived an atmosphere of companionship on the set, “I had a great emotional support and affection with Isabella Rosellini, I even introduce her as my aunt, I think that was fundamental to achieve it”.

Although now his agenda has red carpets, interviews and awards, Carlos confesses, “my life has not changed much, I still work in architecture in some projects here in Canada, the rhythm is different than in Mexico. My boss cheers me on, both in acting and in my work, I also saw him in Rome with my colleagues, they have a normal life as far as it goes. They are more like normal people, doing extraordinary things.

My personal thoughts on Spirituality pt 1:

Spirituality isn't something that you can force someone to get into. It can't be forcibly taught to someone or oneself.

Spirituality is what people need when they are confused in their lives, when they are on the verge of going crazy. Spirituality is what brings their soul in alignment with their purpose and shifts the vibration completely to their OG vibration.

Spirituality begins with the basic understanding of ourselves(our basic psychology as a human), our mind, our body 👁️ 👁️ (all the parts and senses), what is our likes & dislikes, what kind of energy or people are the best for me, what kind of food 🥑 is the best for my health etc. this is just the basic of what spirituality means.

In a more complex sense, spirituality is your connection to your soul mission/purpose led by God(the supreme consciousness).

Every individual has got their own main character story going on in their head, so respect everyone's decision whether for the good or for the bad because we shouldn't judge people just based on their actions or views only. You never know what the other person person might be going through in life *it could even be a negative scene going on in their movie of life*.

Real spirituality begins with loving yourselves first of all, taking care of your likes/dislikes and being compassionate & kind to others.

You must always be conscious of what you are doing, what you're saying to the other person or group, what kind of people are you associating with or spending your most time with, be mindful of how much time you're giving to your phone or other devices in life since they are going to waste a lot of your time (useless videos and photos on different social medias). Instead make use of that time and turn it into something productive, as putting your attention to the right place is likely to bring out the best of positive results that you want out of the situation.

Remember that when you know your worth you won't just be anywhere and you won't just give away your time & energy like that. It is important that you preserve your energy for it is very precious *everyone's energy is precious*.

You are the universe itself, what's outside there in the universe is the same what's inside each one of us. We(our consciousness) are small parts or portions of the GOD (the supreme consciousness) for it is GOD who has given us the opportunity to be aware of ourselves in this planet called EARTH.

At times when you feel like life is getting boring or you aren't doing anything better/productive then make sure to remind yourself that you're in a game that's controlled by GOD and each one of us in this game has been given specific abilities & power, so the main thing to be done at first is understand yourself and how you are supposed to contribute towards the world and become conscious of yourself till the end. *The ones that are aware of this fact will surely get what I meant* ;)

this might be a kinda niche observation but i have noticed women who are venusian plus saturnian are Not very nice 😭 i know two women who's entire chart is basically 50/50 venusian naks and saturn naks and one thing i've noticed they both do is try to remix traditional gender roles into some sort of female empowerment thing

for example, one of them is constantly going on dates with older rich men which by itself is like fine whatever but she tries to act like she's this genius feminist for doing it. like no babe.... you're still conforming to gender roles by essentially selling yourself to rich men to eventually become their spoiled housewife, if anything she's putting a capitalistic spin on it. i think this is because of the saturnian urge to conform to traditions meshing with the venusian urge to date lots and surround yourself with money and beauty

the second girl is obsessed with traditional beauty standards for im assuming the same reason. she literally often says things like "i love entering a room and knowing i'm the prettiest one there" and "walking down the street watching people gawk because i'm the most beautiful one here". it's so cringe and low vibrational, not to mention misogynistic yet just like the other girl she tries to put a feminist spin on it. she has a whole twitter account dedicated to unlocking your "divine feminine", which is a real thing but she does it in such an incorrect way like telling people what plastic surgery they need to be "perfect" and of course, how to attract a rich man. it's a combo of venusian vanity and saturnian rule following (the beauty standards being the rules)

I feel like Venusian women who are not drawn to the arts and are somehow unable to channel their creativity make it their sole purpose in life to pursue romance and 😬it kind of messes them up?? My grandma is Purvaphalguni Moon and she was a very talented singer back in the day and wanted to study Music in college but her family was against it and made her study to be a teacher and then she ended up marrying my grandad and also cheating on him and ngl it ruined her life,,, anywayyss I feel like Venusians were meant to pursue all of the themes of Venus, ESPECIALLY its creativity because art will fulfil you in ways no man or relationship can and in the absence of it, all this excessive materialistic pursuit of relationships brings out the corrosiveness of Venus.

Venus is capable of immense devotional spirituality, its not a shallow planet or influence by any means but to get to the spirituality (of any planet tbh) one has to transcend its more superficial material manifestations. I think Venusian fixation on romance, relationships etc can be very damning. I know a Purvaphalguni Moon girl who cannot be single for even a second and she said she can't get married because she will cheat on him 😭

I know several Venusians who are like you mentioned but damn that Venus and Saturn combination you talked about is lethal,, they can lead themselves to such a shallow hollow and empty life. Ngl I feel like all those "dating coaches" online who talk about "10 ways to marry a rich man" are all Venusian/Saturnian women and sorry to break it but I promise it never works out. If a man knows that you're with him for his money, I promise you no amount of money he throws at you will be worth the mind games and psychological abuse that will ensue.

I have a friend, Bharani stellium who is from a well to do family but she dreams of marrying someone filthy rich and being a housewife. She's also Saturnian lmao but I feel like her idealized visions of being someone's trophy wife will lead to some bitter experiences. Bc first of all Indian men are trash, second of all, rich people are trash and a rich Indian man and his family are probably capable of god knows what insanity. I think about that video of Shah Rukh Khan, aka the biggest actor the country has ever seen at Isha Ambani's (billionaire's daughter) twins birthday party where they'd brought out snakes??? (rich ppl things bc who tf would bring snakes to a toddler's bday party??) and Isha's brother picks up a snake and puts it on SRK's shoulder from behind, catching him off guard. Like ik its obviously not poisonous but like ??? thats so rude??? imagine just putting a snake on someone without their consent??? its that asshole's entitlement that makes him believe he can get away with anything. any video of the Ambani kids is a testament to them being rich assholes but anyways point is, rich people are fucked up and its insane to me that women want to sign away their autonomy by marrying into these families??? like are they dumb??? how naive do you have to be to believe that they'll be rich AND nice to you?? lol?? and you cannot raise a finger against them bc money will silence everyone, even the courts. look at what happened to amber heard and what's happening to angelina jolie. these are powerful, influential women, not housewives to rich douchebags but even then, they suffer. now what would happen to a regular woman???

anybody who dreams of being a trophy wife feels absolutely delusional to me. its so important to maintain your independence. like by all means i want to marry rich but i dont ever want to be in a position where im financially dependent on a man. THATS DANGEROUS. quite literally.
