The second she feels the cold metal she grabs it and heads for her truck, remembering to close the front door on her way out.

Her car ride was vocally silent but her head was noisy with all of the gruesome ideas she had in mind.

The second she gets to her destination she sees her target sitting outside, smoking by himself. She parks the car, grabs her bat, and slams the car door, getting his attention.

“HEY DICKHEAD!” Ellie shouts at her best friends boyfriend, fear written all over his face.

You just hopped out of your quick shower and your mind has your moment in the car with Ellie on repeat. You almost got to the kiss part but your cinematic replay was interrupted by someone pounding at your front door. You frantically put your clothes on, slowly making your way to the noise. You look through the window and see one of your close neighbors outside. You hurriedly opened the door, worry filling you at her panicked state.

You’re driving quickly, keeping an eye out for cops. You’ve never felt more rage in your life. She lied to you. But she didn’t? You asked her not to do anything. How could she do this? As questions keep flooding your mind you finally reach your exs house, seeing Ellie’s rusted blue truck parked out front.

You quickly find any empty space you can find and park, your parking job being the least of your concerns. You turn the car off, not even taking the keys out as a result of your rush. You hurried out of your car screaming for Ellie.

“Oh my gosh… Ellie! Stop it! Get off of him!” You run toward her, still shouting at her.

Ellie’s completely blacked out. You’d seen Ellie get into some pretty bad fights but for some reason the fights from tonight were so… horrific. You truly felt traumatized. You didn’t think your exs physical state could get any worse, but it had. You can see how he laid there, limp. You shout at Ellie once more, finally snapping her out of her enraged state.

She looks up at you sees the horror on your face, an expression she prayed to never see again. But there you were, hovering over her and your beaten ex. You can see him barely gasping for air. You start to question if he’d still be breathing if you got there just a moment later.

“I-I can explain,“ She starts, trying to break the silence and explain herself.

“No Ellie! There’s no explaination for this! I asked you to not to do anything to him and you told me you wouldn’t. You know how terrifying it is to be coming out of the shower and hearing your neighbor banging on your door trying to warn you about your best friends rage? Ellie you almost KILLED him-“

“He deserves it!“ She comments, trying to justify her actions.

“Whether you think he deserves it or not, you shouldn’t have done that! You can’t just go beating people up, Ellie! If I didn’t come in time you would’ve killed him! You know you can go to prison for that? You need to learn to control yourself!” You yell at her, your rage turning into to panic at the thought of what could’ve happened if you didn’t show up on time.

“I’m sorry, angel-“ She reaches toward you, trying to put her hands on your shoulders, but you step back.

Your face scrunches at the name, feeling the pain in your chest at the sound of it falling from her lips, “No. Don’t touch me. And no more ‘angel’. I dont want you calling me that, anymore. You want me to believe you’re sorry? Take him to the hospital right now.”

“Me?! Why… What- What do I even tell them?” She stammers, unsure of this idea.

“I don’t know, Ellie. Figure it out. You wanna make it right with me? Take him to hospital,” You pause, inviting yourself, “I’ll go with you but if we don’t leave now he could die!” She deeply but briefly looks into your eyes, nodding and lifting and guiding his limp body toward her truck.

(timeskip to next school day)

You hesitantly walk through the halls, suddenly very aware of your surroundings. It’s weird… when you walk with Ellie you’re not worried about who surrounds you. She’s like a ‘scary dog privilege’ for you. But her absence has left you on edge, eyes never staying in one direction, scattering the halls and observing every individual. You see a few people looking at you in shock. NO ONE has ever seen you two apart.

You start to think about when you pulled into your parking spot this morning and saw the empty spot next to yours.

Ellie wasn’t at school.

You were still upset with her but you felt so anxiously alone you didn’t care. You just wanted her here with you.

Your mind starts to question how your day will pan out, “Where do I eat for lunch? Who do I eat with? How am I gonna do lab without her? How much more of this awkward staring can I take?”

It was in this moment that you realized how heavily you relied on Ellie. You both were a duo that couldn’t survive solo. You’ve been inseparable since you were six. You never spent a moment, outside of your own homes, apart. Hell, you both barely even spent a moment apart IN your own homes. As you mentally kept questioning everything, there was one primary question on your mind:

“How am i gonna get through today without Ellie?”

Your questions started taking over your thoughts, causing you to lose focus of where you were walking, bumping into someone.

“Oh! I-I’m sorry-“ You look up and realize who you’ve bumped into. You look down and push past, trying to exit an interaction but he calls for you.

i met my bf on a dating app last summer btw. yeah. but listen. our story is kinda funny, i promise. so we went on a single date around july and, since i was still lowkey obsessed with my ex situationship, i simply decided to ditch him without giving him another chance. what's funnier is that i invited him over on our very first date because we were both quite drunk and he lives 30 minutes away and i didn't want him to drive while being wasted. im 100% serious when i say that he was genuinely CONCERNED like he legit told me hey isn't it kinda dangerous im literally a stranger? are u insane. he was right. don't do it. i'm a huge idiot and i don't fear for my life. anyways i made him sleep on the couch and we didn't even hook up or anything. then before he left i threatened to slice his throat if i ever saw him hanging anywhere near my apartment and he simply said ok fair. he texted me a few hours later and i told him hey sorry i don't feel like doing it rn lol and he was like ok take your time. or not. one of my favorite hobbies is yapping about intimate details of my life with random strangers who only wants to hit and even then i was surprised when he said happy birthday to me roughly two months later. it was actually my birthday btw. i couldn't even recall telling him im so serious. he then proceeded to text me every x months just casually asking how im doing and if i changed jobs (did i tell him?) or if im moving places (did i tell him?), etc. until he asked me to meet again. i said yes. i didn't actually want to. i literally let the convo die out every single time. so we went on our second date. i was curious to know why he kept pursuing someone who was OBVIOUSLY not interested and i was like hey why did u ask me out again after literal months? and he told me it was because.......the universe was sending him signals. literally told me he kept seeing or hearing things that reminded him of me (a customer whose surname had part of my address, a word he misread as my surname, selling the same med i used to take which he 1) never heard about 2) never sold before, etc). honestly at that point i was sold because that's my kind of brainrot as someone who's always a step away from a spiritual psychosis. this and the fact he pursued me without being a weirdo and making me anxious or scared. it took him three failed attempts and two months of dating before i officially accepted to be his gf but that's another story (i wasn't playing hard to get btw i genuinely wanted to go celibate at some point like. yeah)

Anyways she's Rapunzel's younger sister, was sorta isolated cause her parents were a bit paranoid after having their first child kidnapped yadayada ermm Cassandra used to train her in like fighting and stuff cause yk self defense....she's sorta like shy cause well she didn't go out that often

Gets along well with Rapunzel, kinda sus abt Eugene but he saved her sister so she's like ehh whatever, befriends Varian and is super excited cause she gets her first friend her age!! Ermm he talks a lot of Alchemy cause duh, and she listens and let's him info dump, gives him access to the royal library super fun or whatevrrrr

Then when the whole thing with his dad happens, she's like "omg BRB lemme see if I can find any books or smth to help!! Don't leave!" He leaves...or sorta gets kicked out ykyk

She sorta gets upset with Rapunzel cause well...yeah..anyways when Varian returns she's like "omg bestie I'm sorry" and he's all yk, she notices he's acting a bit sus but along with Rapunzel helps him out... BOOM BETRAYAL, they fist fight /hj

Anyways Rapunzel's birthday‼️Oc is sorta just sulking cause she lost her bestie for life, but she's also not given up on trying to figure out a way to help her ex best friend...sigh ANYWAYS she gangs up with Rapunzel against their dad...BOOM THEY GET GROUNDEDDDD

Gang helps break her out too, she's all angy towards her ex bestie but also wants to talk to him cause she doesn't wanna fight him again 😞 but yknow fog thingy happens and she uses what he taught her to help fight but then she's like "OMG YALL this is a distraction‼️‼️" for what? She doesn't know what but she knows Varian well enough to know this is to keep everyone busy. And yk boom mother dearest gets kidnapped.

Anyways everyone gets ready to go and fist fight broski, and while Rapunzel and her dad go up to confront Varian they're like "okay you stay here cause your too young and too close to Varian" and she's all angy abt that too but does as told. Anyways varian comes out with his giant robot and she's able to fight him off a bit while Rapunzel figures out the rocks and delivers the final blow and yk that happens...THEN BOOM VARIAN GOES TO JAILLL yolo

ANDDD SEASON 2

She doesn't go with the gang cause she's still hung up abt Varian and in the beginning she goes to visit Varian in jail, but he kinda shuts her out which she doesn't blame him for. This I added myself but Varian spends his birthday in JAIL and she goes and is like "I brought you cake" and they kinda start talking but then it blows up into a fight and that's when she stops visiting him...sad

Anyways he and the other guys I forgot their names break out of prison, make her parents lose their memories abt her an Rapunzel and she sneaks out before they can find out, she sorta starts up a rebellion but a hidden one and occasionally appears to save ppl or break em outta prison and to also piss off Varian lol

And yes she uses what she learned from him against him bc she's petty...

SEASON 3

She helps the gang during their fight and explains what's beeb happening while they were gone, Varian redemption arc happens but she's sorta has trust issues now cause remember Varian was her first friend ever and he wants to befriend her again but she's kinda barely even talking to him

During the red rocks episode Rapunzel tries to push her to trust Varian again and after an emotional moment and when Varian is having doubt and yk fear, she talks to him, yk besties make up and they're friends again

This season would mostly be abt them rekindling their friendship and stuff BUT YEAHHH‼️‼️

This is going to be different from my usual yappings but im thinking on how Stolas is a great example of a parent who loves their child deeply, and does things to protect this child, and yet falls horribly short of an actual good parent.

I was rewatching some clips, and I found it so interesting that Stolas is very young when he becomes of “age” to inherit the grimoire from paimon, I can’t remember the exact age he said he was turning but it was no more than 8, I believe. But when Stolas has his powers zapped as punishment for the next 100 years, Octavia is suddenly too young to inherit her father’s status?

Now this could, of course, simply be a plot hole. But let’s pretend it’s not.

Octavia is: 16/17, (again I don’t remember the canonical ages but I know she isn’t in her 20s), unmarried, childless, and even childish with being allowed to behave as a moody teenager without any sort of punishment and corrections whatsoever, im sure there are other points to be made, but these are the ones off the top of my head.

Now, this is all great at first glance, Stolas has done a good job of ensuring that his daughter doesn’t go through the same painful upbringings he did, right?

Well, Octavia is also: emotionally neglected, and it takes outbursts more or less from Via to truly get her fathers attention, introverted, which isn’t necessarily bad but you still need to be able to talk and handle business aspects when you’re supposed to work over a portion of hell that will require say, idk, meetings, dealings. And obviously, clearly, behind on her magic education. So in general just behind on her education as an heiress.

And I distinctly remember Stolas saying “I haven’t taught you spells like that” in the episode where she goes to see the “stars”, when I feel like a teleportation spell to earth should be INCREDIBLY easy for a demon like a goetia.

And circling back to what could be a plot hole — with Andrephelas (if I butchered that name sorry lol) saying that Stolas’s heir wasn’t of age, does this imply that perhaps Stolas petitioned the court to let Octavia mature much longer than he did before inheriting his status? Is Andrephelas playing into how sheltered Octavia is?

I don’t know! We don’t know! But im extremely excited for her upcoming episode.

All in all, Stolas has focused so much on giving Octavia the things that he never had, that he has failed her from being ready to function in society, and not just society, but failed to prepare her for what is quite literally her entire purpose in life, to be a goetia.

And to clarify, absolutely none of this is me bashing Stolas! I actually really enjoy his character, like I said at the start, he’s a great example of a parent who loves their child deeply but falls short of being an actual good parent, and that is deeply rooted into his character, everything “good” he does always seems to turn out, or is perceived, as bad.

And I find his relationship so, SO interesting with Octavia as Stolas has done the exact thing Octavia feared, he has run off with blitz and left her behind. And now that she’s fully in the hands of her mother (who I purposely excluded in this rambling because I seriously doubt she was very hands on with Via, and I actually have a different ramble about this subject one day because I acc find Stella’s potential interesting) and her uncle, im sure that their manipulation against Stolas will work — at least for a little while.

this obv includes the fact that she can remember all her time as an infant, so thinking of that (considering the vague experiments anya went thru in canon) i deffo think ur right about her being even more reserved ( ´,_ゝ`) </3 tho tbf anya being kuriko's voice and seeming (from an outside perspective) to always just KNOW what she wants, no matter how specific, sounds really freaking cute ( T∀T)

i imagine her other powers coming up in little scenes (+ prob main plot stuff but im not writing allat for a thought experiment lol)⬇️⬇️

overall, i think the family dynamic would be like this⬇️⬇️⬇️

kusuke wouldnt be threatened by anya cause all she can do is read minds, shes no genius on top of that. his relationship with kuriko tho, i feel like would be similar to how it was in canon, except that since kuriko is more fragile here, id imagine that she'd be less willing to indulge kusuke's games- leading him to harbour more genuine resentment, in turn leading her to kinda fear him. it'd make their dynamic more angsty than the og, but tbh i feel that that lends well to the new setting/kusukes new role.

i dont think kuriko would mind loid or yor, but since she can remember their bio parents (kuniharu & kurumi) better than anya, i dont think she'd be able to accept them as her parents right away, especially yor.

the only other thing i wanted to mention was:

how did kusuke get into eden without parents, you ask? (you didnt but--) YOU ASK?? well obvi its cause he's a super genius and probably achieved something so crazy that the schoolboard REALLY wanted him as an alum, so he completely skipped over the regular admission process. he would live in the dorms and probably avoided talking abt his parents entirely (cause who would share their personal trauma with ants??), leaving a very convenient spot for loid to slip into lol

I’ve seen people complain about the dialogue and tbh I don’t get the complaints at all;; I LOVE the dialogue and I think it adds a lot and it’s a very good way to tell the story the game is telling and the people who whinge about it are stupid tbh I feel like people often confuse creative decisions they personally don’t vibe with with actual flaws which is really annoying like. man

aghhh SO MUCH LORE I love all the lore I want to know more…… oh but man. hearing about all the solarian’s rich history,, and knowing that ultimately they were doomed to extinction by one idiot is;: oh man. It Hurts

oh and how I love yi’s character development so so much.. he went from straight up torturing the first sol he fought to really not wanting to fight them at all. even the fengs who he seemed really annoyed by,, he seemed genuinely sad by fuxi’s condition;; GAHHH morally grey character AND redemption arc this is the best of both worlds, he’s such a fascinating character I love him dearly <3

Why Splatoon means so much to me - a longgg post by StarScape

About a day ago, it was Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion's anniversary, so I'm gonna yap about how I feel Splatoon has really redirected my life and inspired, and still keeps on inspiring me.

In 2018(I think), I got my first ever Nintendo Switch for Christmas and my parents had bought Splatoon 2 along with it. My sister and I BEGGED for Splatoon before this since we both found it cool and intriguing. We played the campaign, loved it, and then learned about Octo Expansion.

Octo Expansion was the turning point for me, and a lot of other players. Truly learning about how Splatoon dives into darker themes and complex characters without fear. Throwing you into a different perspective in a war, making you think: "Who really is the bad guy in this scenario?"

Splatoon 3 then came out, when I tell you I FLEW at the announcement and got on my hands and knees asking my mom and dad to buy it day 1, which was a success, by the way. I sped through the story mode, maxed out my weapon, explored every crack and crevice of the Alterna, and completed After Alterna. Had a friend try it out during this time as well, and was super stoked to have an interest of mine be a shared one.

The way Splatoon, by itself, is simply just a funny, cute, E for everyone game where squids shoot paint at each other, but then the more you look beyond the surface, the more it feels more alive and real. The Splatoon universe is our universe, but changed, evolved. The Inklings and Octolings are clueless to the darkness of the world and focus on turf wars and fashion, just as we are until we study it for ourselves.

Splatoon has REALLY stood out to me among any other franchise, and I never get bored over the little world Nintendo's created, and keeps on creating. The art, the different genres of music, the characters, I fall more in love with the game everyday. The way it represents different people, different cultures, and clashes them together in harmony.

I may sound like a nerd, and it's probably true, but I will never forget about Splatoon. Because of Splatoon I feel motivated to draw more, because of Splatoon I feel less afraid to make friends and be myself, because of Splatoon, I open up to new ideas and try them out for myself. In the end, art, music, passion, it's what makes not only Splatoon's world, but our world, so vibrant.

It's really, REALLY, late as I type this, and I'm sorry if it doesn't make any sense or says the same thing over and over again lol. TLDR; I love Splatoon and it drives me to create more. For me, for you, and for everybody.

HIII IM BACK!! Sorry if this doesn’t make any sense btw. My mind is lowkey blank rn, and idek what I say sometimes. Anyways ONTO THE TOPIC.

First off all, Mikey… Sigh, where do I even start… He’s interesting to me. For me, he's hot and cold, and he switches up so fast that he’d most likely give you a whiplash (could be because of his dark impulse? I’m not sure yet). Speaking of that, when would his dark impulse come out? Or when would it “shine” the most? I’m curious how the reader would react to that or how it’ll impact the story. Very many different ways, and they all will be terrible I’m sure… I’m so excited for new updates but also hella fucking terrified lmao. I’d say out of the two, I think Mikey is a bit more lenient. Not to say he’s not cruel, but he wouldn’t be AS cruel to her like Izana would. Though, since he doesn’t physically abuse reader, I can tell his mind games bouta be CRAZYYYY. MANIPULATIVE MF ISTG. That scene in the car still traumatizes me. Mf had the audacity to put the blame and shame on HER WHEN HE FUCKING QNDJFKFK IM SO MAD JUST THINKING ABOUT IT AAAA. Also, this is probably a minor detail, but him in a criminology class is lowkey funny to me lol. I’m surprised he’s actually attending classes. Does Izana do the same? Or would he not give a fuck?

Next, Izana. You crazy mf imma strangle you too- Mf said “I’m a king so kneel☝️🤓” BITCH U LOOK LIKE A LASH BUG STFU- (me when I know my dumbass would fold immediately when he told me that). Chapter 2 got me soooo fucked up, especially towards the end. My only saving grace is Kakucho fr, ik he’d never let me down🤞🤞 Izana is also manipulative af, but he’s ALSO not afraid to get physical with reader if he has to. I feel like the only reason why he DOESN’T is because of Emma. Or else the reader would’ve been 6 feet under I fear…HOWEVER!! I saw the post of a small spoiler for chapter 3, the one where he’s talking with Kisaki. Even though I’m not quite sure yet, when Kisaki asks Izana if he’s feeling guilty for pushing the reader to the edge like that, THAT got me thinking. Can Izana of all people feel guilty for almost making her commit suicide? He did say he thought about killing her himself at first, so what’s stopping him really? I have a feeling he wouldn’t develop any romantic feelings for her (yet?) this early on in the series (but I could be wrong, who knows), so why is he bothered at the thought of her dying? Killing people left and right is like a normal Tuesday for him. What do you think? I’m curious.

Damn… this makes me think, what would happen if the reader isn’t friends with Emma? Would she attract the attention of those two? Or would they not interact at all? I think they most likely wouldn’t treat her as badly since she doesn’t affect their relationship with Emma in any way if they aren’t friends, but then again, it’s Mikey and Izana we’re talking about… For some reason, I think Izana would be the first one to notice the reader instead of Mikey. I think her kind and gentle nature would catch his attention without them interacting since I’m sure he’s very perceptive (which is interesting considering how he is.) As for Mikey…would he even go for someone like her in the first place? Ik everyone’s game to him but idk, I feel like Mikey prefers someone who can keep up with him in a way, or at least matches his energy u know? She’s so fragile, he gon break her…

To answer your question, yep, it is the dark impulses that makes Mikey acts that way, especially around people that make him tick. And oh boy the further Monsters goes as a story, the more outspoken those dark impulses would be for him towards reader. You're completely spot on about Mikey being lenient with reader, as long as she does what he says and accepts his gifts or affection when he gives it, then everything will be fine. Eventually it won't be enough to just do what he says because of how unhinged he'd become as he loses himself to the darkness. As for reader, she's slowly realizing that there's something wrong with Mikey and she's going to try her best to placate Mikey whene those dark impulses eventually seep out until she can't take that kind of abuse anymore.

Izana does nawt like to attend classes. He pays someone to do it for him. Mikey enjoys his classes sometimes but hates how boring lectures can be

Izana is someone that would NOT hesitate to smack reader if she said something he didn't like ONCE. Really, he HAS gotten rid of people that pissed him off once, reader is lucky that Emma cared about her or he would have sold her into prostitution and nobody would have known. As for that snippet, that was based on the old chapter 2 before the edit, but Izana isn't completely heartless towards the reader. He has thought of murdering her himself, but at the same time he feels pity for her since she's as good as an orphan with how her parents abandoned her like his did. So that's what I think.

If she wasn't friends with Emma, her treatment would be far better, but not exactly good. Izana would be the first to notice her, but when he does get reader, she'd be more of a pet or an object rather than a human being to him. Mikey may not even have noticed her unless something makes their paths cross, and even then, she isn't his type of girl.

Technicallyyy 4? I played through the game on all seasons but my other MCs aren't as fleshed out (and I haven't drawn them...) — but I'll talk about what I have anyway!

So obviously Chi was my first baby girl, autumn, romancing Percy straight away, I yap about her a lot already but here's a fun fact I haven't mentioned yet, her full name is Chi Huệ Aubade, very cool!

My next mc was Mika (she's sort recycled from olba, sorta not because I hate the idea of being unfaithful to cove, idk if that makes sense just the way my brain works) she's a summer and... well I was supposed to romance Elio... but then the Percy summer meeting hit me like a truck and I went for him again... now she probably won't get fleshed out but I'm thinking of doing a male mc elio summer run (for real this time, no percy shenanigans)

And then I have my spring mc, Nari, and- I will admit I was very close to reromancing Percy but no! they are a Jamie romance (slowwburn tho) cause I found the cupcake confrontation was so good with a spring personality. So they're uh, well to describe them, in a word, they're self-assured (technically two but semantics). They're extremely competent and they know it, they have a big ego and tend to be overconfident, brash and competitive. Andd they also have a crippling fear of emotional connection and an avoidant attachment style. love my little guys who are so smart yet so very stupid. Anyway their dynamic with Jamie is sort of teasing? They were expecting to be annoyed by him bcos of his reputation but they ended up liking him more than they thought. They have a sort of "people disappoint me" expectation, a lot of the friends and relationships they've had in the past were shallow (not for lack of trying? but nari really didn't put any effort in) they only really mesh with deja and cam and don't even try to form deeper relationships with others, the boys are the first friends they've made in a while, and their first time besides with cam and deja actually trying to connect with people. They're an ISTJ and fun fact about them theyyy are very good at chess.

And lastly my winter mc, Yumi (name pending.) they're my no romance route (or slowburn? it depends how it plays out I guess). They're... to describe them in one word. Chill (lol). They're an artist turned law student and they are very go with the flow. They are also doing a minor of sociology! They stopped painting in their last year of highschool because they were told they needed to start taking things seriously (they had pretty bad-average grades before). While they're generally patient and relaxed, when they do get angry, they are no holds barred, cussing out authority figures, not a single thought in that brain, they get very passionate when they're being confrontational. They're an INTP and fun fact about them they know how to skateboard.

Okay I've mentioned before Chi's a 2w3, little lore drop, she's got family issues (eldest daughter in an asian family /hj) but yeah there's a lot of pressure from that direction, that's part why she's doing a law degree (polisci? I forget how it is in america), she was rushed into picking a degree and just went with what she was best at. Anyway I should probably explain the enneagram oops, OKAY, so she has a type 2 fixation, which basically means, she's got a gaping hole where her self esteem is and she tries to patch that up by creating relationships (people pleaser...), that's why she tries to be as helpful as possible all the time, she's got a deep seated fear of abandonment and feels like she can only be loved if she's providing some sort of support (usually as an emotional dumping ground) to the other person.

Buttt, thankfully when she got to college she met Deja and Cam, who did NOT fuck with that kinda behaviour so she's slowly getting better, I imagine over the course of her time at college she gets better at loving herself and sets boundaries with her parents, fixes the relationship (the other drama is she has younger siblings who are still with them and yeah) idk I just like writing character arcs like this it helps me understand my ocs better I think

uhh Mika's a 7w8, but I'm gonna skip her since she'll probably get reworked into something else anywayyy

so Nari has a type 5 fixation, their whole deal is they need to feel competent, need to feel like they understand the world around them because it's a scary place and if something doesn't fit in with the way they understand things that means they understand nothing. Anyway, their little character arc would actually be centred on the relationship, it's a story about them accepting emotional vulnerability, letting down their walls, losing their rigid world view, and choosing to trust in another person and fall in love :3

Yumi (name pending) has a type 9 fixation, their problem is... well basically, on the surface, they're confident, calm, collected, composed (heh alliteration), they really seem like they've got it all together but internally they've resigned themself to being another cog in the machine. They've lost their passion in life and they're stuck in the pit of "it is what it is". Their character arc would probably involve them dropping out of college and pursuing something they actually care about, that being art.
