S19 - E90: Doi-sensei and Kirimaru Special Episode [ENG SUB]

When Ninjutsu Academy is on break, Kirimaru is under Doi-sensei's care. As Kirimaru goes back home to Sensei's place like always, the rest of 1-ha are jealous. Meanwhile, the lady living next door to Doi-sensei starts to believing that the two of them might be parent and child.

Tasogaredoki Ninja Corps' Tea Time [translated]

I scanned my copies of bonuses given to people attending the Nintama movie theater screenings, and the current ones are a card with an illustration on one side, and a short skit written in the form of a script on the back. Under the cut is my attempt at a translation for the skit on the back of the illustration above! The skit refers to events happening in Nintama Rantarou: Dokutake Ninja Corps' Strongest Tactician movie, so only proceed if you don't mind spoilers! Be careful.

“Tasogaredoki Ninja Corps’ tea time”

Moroizumi “Let me have some tea, too. (He sits down.)”

Kousaka “Sonnamon, you look awful. Did you just come back after losing against Doi-dono again?”

Yamamoto “Well, his current skill can only take him so far. It can’t be helped.”

Kousaka “It was obvious how the match would end, and yet…”

Oshitsu “And Doi-dono must be all very inconvenienced by it, too.”

Moroizumi “Oh come on! Can you spare me your comments?! Anyways, I won against Doi once… Probably. I might have. I think I did…"

Yamamoto “Sonnamon, your voice is getting quieter and quieter. Deep down, you know the truth, don’t you?”

Kousaka “Rather than you winning against Doi-dono…”

Oshitsu “It’s more like you lose sight of him in the middle of your fight.”

Moroizumi “Please don’t confront me with the cold, hard facts!”

Yamamoto “But didn’t this whole affair end up a good learning experience for you, Sonnamon? You even got to go to Ninjutsu Academy as “Sonnamon-sensei”...”

Moroizumi “Ugh…”

Yamamoto “? As “Sonnamon-sensei”...”

Moroizumi “Argh…”

Kousaka “He’s giving some kind of reaction to being called Sonnamon-sensei.”

Yamamoto “What’s wrong? Are you okay?”

Moroizumi “When you call me like this, painful memories come back to me, and my heart starts aching….ugh.”

Oshitsu “Calm down, Sonnamon.”

Yamamoto “You know the Team Leader used this opportunity to train you.”

Moroizumi “Huh...”

Kousaka “Teaching others is the best way to learn, after all. If others were to learn that the Team Leader did so much for you, I know they would all be jealous.”

Moroizumi “Is… Is that true…?”

Oshitsu “It goes to show how much the Team Leader expects from you, Sonnamon.”

Moroizumi “Huuuh. High expectations from me? Really?”

Yamamoto “You have more room for growth than anyone else, after all.”

Moroizumi “Growth, you say… As if. The Team Leader went to that fort by himself, even though I wanted to come help him…”

Yamamoto “He didn’t allow us to interfere either.”

Kousaka “The Team Leader must have had something in mind.”

Oshitsu “In any case, he put himself in great danger just to settle the mess you caused.” 

Moroizumi “...”

Zatto “(Arriving.) Oh, you’re all having tea. Nice.”

Yamamoto “Team Leader.”

Kousaka “Team Leader, I’ll pour a cup for you as well.”

Moroizumi “Team Leader, I’ll follow you for the rest of my liiiiife!!!”

Zatto “Huh? Just until I retire is fine.”

Any raw episode files provided will be given a higher priority of being subbed. If anyone has access to raws for early seasons (pre-15), it would be most appreciated. We're especially looking for episodes from seasons 3,4 and 6. S3-E31+32, S4-EP26+27+28 and S6-EP52+53+54+59 in particular.
