I think fans are also diasppointed at the lack of variety contents. We got two types of variety group contents last full album, the detective one and the deity one, but this time we only have the musical and a handful shorts? Myself also wants some long contents just for the fans. :(

I saw a rumour 127 shot/will shoot a new season of NCT Life.

There were 3 episodes of the group in an amusement park and playing other games. It wasn't tied to the comeback, but it is a recent content with the whole group. No, wait. The 3d ep of "127 vibe" actually came out after the album release.

"The Timewalk" was scripted. It was variety content for the comeback. It just wasn't very fun. Scriptwriters' fault. However, it is still something made specially for the promotion? I mean, we can say not all the ideas this time were spectacular, but to say nothing was done (there was no care) would not be right. "Fact checkmate" was based on checking facts. "The Timewalk" was based on going to the past, remembering things. In both cases neos were given a loose plot and asked to improvise.

Deities thing... 127 just played games? Isn't it the same as the amusement park/bowling content?

Mokchu and the merch making 45min video is not long enough? Bts vlogs used to be 15-20 minutes in the past, the latest video is 40 minutes?

This comeback was also close to the anniversary. Agents theme. Both days were filmed. Yes, for pay, but it is "something only for the fans".

Well. Everyone will have their own experience of a comeback. It depends not only on the content, but also on the circumstances/mood a fan was at the time, personal preferences. As I said before, I enjoyed the comeback. And the amount of content I have to catch up with grows exponently... heh, I wish sometimes they produced less of it, lmao.

Sorry for the lengthy ask!

@ pacifymebby I should’ve said Catfish signed away all their rights regarding self released music and going to another record label under their deal length. They are exclusive to Island (Communion records is a subsidiary of Island btw) until their deal is over. Poor wording in my other ask. This is standard for all record deals. Van technically owns the songs he writes and earns royalties on them *if* Island has recouped the money they fronted Catfish initially for each album they’ve released. This money is recouped usually through from album sales but can be taken out of royalties until the label has recouped their money. For example, if Island spent £300k on everything regarding The Balance. Van and/or Catfish don’t get paid in royalties off the songs he’s released until Island’s recouped that £300k.

What I initially meant was that their label controls what’s actually released and when. More recently, record deals for new bands last for 1 album (which would’ve been The Balcony) and depending on the success of the album they can be extended for multiple thereafter. Total speculation but I wouldn’t be surprised if Catfish’s projected 4th album is their last album of this current deal (contracts after the initial album are usually signed on a 3-5 album basis but can go as far as 10+). Anyway, we’ll never know exactly what their contract fully entails as every deal varies between clauses, terms, legal and financial things and are kept private. Sometimes they can prohibit **active** members forming side projects. I’ll touch on that later if anyone’s interested. Bondy and Bob fully left the band, meaning they’re done with their part in the contract and independent musicians now. Benji could be too, but as far as I’m aware he’s sticking with Catfish.

Bands can still be in studio making an album as long as the label approves it. Labels will offer financial support and help bands find producers and recording studios (labels oversee the process as well), with tour and finding tour managers, music videos, band management etc. which is exactly what’s up in the air right now. This “team” is what Catfish have to figure out themselves.

However, record labels are responsible for promo (advertising), interviews, upfront finances, sales (marketing), publicity (a mix of marketing & advertising), contracts, legal issues, the general image of the band, album concepts and merch. This is the record label “team” I’ve been mentioning for a while that Catfish definitely still have since they’re still with Island. If they were no longer signed, they would be listed as alumni or not on their website whatsoever.

Anon that said the crew received a call about their split: that sounds correct and falls under what usually happens in these situations. I had heard a few variations of the same thing with less detail. Van probably jumped the gun with the Cardiff gigs thinking Catfish still had a chance at survival. We all know how Van is. Thanks for that, if true. I’ve been told repeatedly by multiple people with decades of experience and former crew that when shit goes down like this, bands will stay quiet till things are sorted out. It’s a layered process. Which is the “business move” on their label’s side. It can translate into a whole comeback thing that creates mad marketing opportunities and all that. They’re probably going to ignore the whole “split” and play it off as they had a member change while recording an album. Sounds like Van pulled a fast one.

With all that being said, Catfish still being with island, Sardy teasing and VM MUSIC LTD & CATB LIVE LLP in existence is basically guaranteed to be music coming. Again, this isn’t to cause excitement but more of an understanding of what chaos Van has put himself in lmao.

I’ve also asked multiple professionals with decades of experience to look look into this (and more info that I’m not comfortable sharing) and have said regardless of their outer status, it’s very obvious from an inside perspective that an album is coming. Which indicates that they’re going for the comeback marketing once things are done. So there’s that.

This whole thing is whelming and a conversation is needed to address the whole thing and clear things up. I’m not here to fight or argue lol we’re all adults here and can have civilized conversations ♥️ if I’m leaving anything out I’ll address it later - 🌴

There is also my The grandmaster of the demonic cultivation (MDZS) fic that is still ongoing (but I didn’t write for it in a long time)

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

Oh, I’m quite surprised by the answer but honestly, it isn’t so strange these fic are 5 yo so they amassed a lot of kudo over the years

An unexpected return | MDZS | Kudos: 1,632 | Don’t read it honestly, I don’t like it that much anymore. It’s just a fic where WWX suddenly get his old body back. Now that I think about it I will maybe put it in anonymous.

Alive | MDZS | Kudos: 1,358 | THAT FIC IS MY SWEET BABY. I love it so much !!! It’s a time travel MDZS fic but I wanted to actually explore how time travel actually impacts people. Like if you distance yourself from someone you can’t just be close to them you know ? Just because you came back in time doesn’t mean you didn’t live it. It’s also going to get quite fun because with the time line I took it look like Wei Wuxian got a child (A-Yuan) as a teen and ran away (no mpreg) lmao. So if you like time-travel that isn’t just like « I’m going to do everything differently but also the character will still have the same dialogues » then check it out !

Honestly they aren’t my best fics ^^ Except for Alive because as I said they are quite old and I posted them in the era where the MXTX fandoms were at the peak of their activity. I heavily recommend these books if you have never heard of them ! They are very very well written and the fandom (especially SVSSS !) are so nice ! Also they are all canon gay ship !

5. Do you respond to comments?

It depends. I tries to respond to all of them but sometimes I get quite tired so I don’t. I cherish all of them so know they make me very happy !

However, I’m less likely to respond to comment to comment who are just like « GIVE ME MORE » (it’s ok to ask for more but if your comment is just « more more more » I won’t respond to it) or just unasked proofreading of my fic (like, you can ask if I would like you to correct some mistakes but I don’t want to know that you found X word not being a good descriptor because you just don’t like it)

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I literally have a serie called « Let's explore together all the ways to kill these characters we love. » lmao So my angstiest ending are just killing my boys 😔✊ (I don’t regret anything) but the angstiest of it would either be You either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain. I genuinely do not know. I either write angsty thing or just crack. This make me notice that I actually prefer to write hopeful ending instead of just « happy » ending. Also to have a happiest ending you would have to have quite a journey I think, so it can’t be just crackish and just a slice of everyday life can it ?

I should definitely write a fic alike in the Merlin fandom. Basically I had that idea when I thought about the usual trope of when you meet your soulmate you idk see color (which is the case in this particular fic), feel something, if you have a mark representing the first word you heard, the moment you meet them… BUT WHAT IF said soulmate is literally dreams (or in the Merlin fandom literally Magic) then when you dream for the first time (when you see magic for the first time) then you would trigger it wouldn’t you ?

For the peace of my years, Will be yours, yours and yours is arguably quite a happy ending (despite the whole Arthur come back 1500 years in the future) If you want to read a fic where post return arthur turn so small that he can fit in a pocket then this one is for you

8. Do you get hate on fics?

No, the only negative comment I get are people complaining that I should write more quite rudely or people criticizing my wording without being asked (I’m never going to put « No beta we die like men » on a fic ever again lol)

But I never got awful thing like I see sometimes. My fandoms are quite nice on that side (especially svsss LOVE OF MY LIFE)

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yes, I do ! But if it gets a bit kinky I post it anonymously because I have irl people I know that know my ao3. Honestly, so far I have only published smut from the Merlin fandom but I would say my smut highly depends on what fandom I’m writing for. But I often like to put my characters in a situation TM.

If I write for Merlin… hum I’m quite new in this fandom so it may change but generally it would have a lot of magic and Arthur getting a bit bullied. I’m not into old man yaoi but I would definitely write old man merlin having sex with Arthur just for shit and giggle

If I write for scum vilain it will be something very very stupid with some sex pollen and a lot of cursing. Some wife plot (if you are in that fandom you know what I’m talking about lmao)

If I write for MDZS it would be a bit more serious stuff and generally before Wei Wuxian’s death (this is not a spoiler if you want to check it out btw), yiling loazu era or maybe an incense extra (with some actual sword and no it isn’t an euphemism 😌)

All of those are quite dark in some aspects so I wouldn’t mind writing more toxic dynamic for it. Nearly all of them also have some kind of « despite everything I can’t hate you » which I think can be very interesting to explore !

Arguably I wrote smut for the Sandman fandom too ? But it isn’t technically smut… Do you consider someone dreaming about someone else and like finding pleasure in just their presence smut ? Idk that’s why I tagged it « schrodinger's sexual touches »

The only constant is that if I write smut the character that is generally topping in most work of my fandom will be the bottom and the main character (often the bottom in most works) is going to top. Sorry but Arthur Pendragon, Jim T Kirk, Hob Gadling, Lan Zhan, Luo Bingge, Luo Bingmei, Liu Qingge, Mobei-Jun,… are all bottoms to me.

Hum, I don’t know. I guess the ship I never get tired of is Wangxian even after 7 years I still think fondly about them quite often !

Alive, I love this fic so much and I want to finish it but I have quite an hard time to continue multiple chapters fic. That’s why when I post fic now I try to have it fully written in my draft.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Honestly I do not know because no one ever told me really « specifically » what they liked about my fics. So I do not know if I manage to express it in my writing. But I always take great care into writing well people being familiar with each other (soft touch, character feeling known, realistic dialogue) and I like to bring a different turn to some common trope so I hope that one of my strengths is having quite original ideas :)

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Well, I find that I have a HARD time writing people waking up. Which can be quite annoying when you wrote in a fandom where a character is literally DREAM and where you like writing post-return Arthur fic lol

I’m aroace so it can be a weakness idk, I hope my smut and my romantic subplot are believable

I’m a non-native English speaker too and sadly it seems that my inability to conjugate properly or put any plural in French is chewing my English too.

( I speak French but I’m not French btw, don’t call me French 🫵 Belgian gang rise up !🇧🇪)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I wouldn’t do it (I definitely can in French) because I don’t like reading it (because I just go back and forth between ao3 and DeepL. That’s the problem with being bilingual you just get too curious lol) so if I did I would do something like that

« Mange tes morts, connard ! » (Eat your dead, cunt)

So dialogue + translation (if the pov character knows the language I would simply say they are speaking French or whatever )

If I think the reader shouldn’t get the translation right away I will simply make the pov character says that he does not understand whatever is said.

What's Mightier Than a Sword and Robs a Prince of His Servant? | Merlin | Pre-slash Merthur minor canon-divergence in which Merlin's talents in speech writing land him a promotion and Arthur is Not Pleased™.

Only Human | Venom | A short gift/exchange fic about masturbation, lol. The fic I received in exchange was also about masturbation. In my defence this was a writing exercise (I promise).

The Sky Is Falling | Nightvale | Unfinished fic about alcoholism recovery, love, community and the complete collapse of reality.

Am I allowed to choose a soon to be published WIP? Words Are Dead, a microfic inspired by the Agnes Obel song of the same name in which Merlin and Arthur are unable to communicate when Arthur returns. Merlin has lost Brythonic, his first language, and his capacity to relearn it. He's simply been alive for far too long and his mind has suffered :(

Like Every Tree has a prolonged bittersweet kind of ending but I think Always His Destiny wins.

Nope/not yet!

Yes, though so far it hasn't been the focus of any of my works, there's no reason why that can't change though (the Venom one doesn't count, I make the rules here). As to what kind I'd say loving and intimate, I guess? Sometimes with a bit of a hurt/comfort element to it. Again, no reason why I can't branch out in the future ;)

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

While not labelled as a crossover, Like Every Tree was heavily inspired by Arthurian media both new and old, and one medieval Irish source. I did so much research for this fic and I'm still down those various rabbit holes. It was a homage to my favourite, janky cartoon movie from my childhood Quest for Camelot. Otherwise I don't write proper crossovers.

I guess it really has to be Merthur! I don't recall a ship ever having such a hold on me. Those two are doomed but made for each other. The way they interact is so much fun to read/write.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Damn, this is definitely Be Here When the Weather Turns, a Mushi-shi fic. It has a very soft, restful and liminal vibe and I adore it. I really do wish I can finish it someday. So sometimes like a song, you share a piece of media with someone, or you associate it with a particular chapter in your life, and that song/piece of media brings up feelings. I'd like to think it's still worth a read. If you don't know Mushi-shi, please consider checking it out, it was weird and quiet and beautiful.

16. What are your writing strengths?

I can't deny that I put a lot of love into this hobby. Also @breadkween has told me that they really like my dialogue :3

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I'm really prone to typos. I can re-read something a hundred times and just fail to see them. I'm a very slow writer; what I put out usually goes through months of edits and change-ups. Lastly I have embraced a faux-pas or two for fun, such as starting sentences with 'and.' And no one can stop me >:)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I'd only be comfortable writing dialogue in a language I've formerly learned and have some level of familiarity with for fear of getting something wrong.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Okay I love this question because the answer is the highly formative Garth Nix's Keys to the Kingdom series, a YA series I was obsessed with, and have continued to read, and re-read as an adult and as unexpected prequels and sequels popped up in more recent years. I wrote it on a literal floppy disk :D First fandom I wrote for that I actually published online was Undertale.

Scenario - Blackmail ✨

You were just sitting on the couch, relaxing while scrolling away on your phone. You heard a faint voice from upstairs.. It sounded almost angelic, were you finally dying-? You put your phone down and tried to listen to what exactly was making that noise. Someone was singing.. But the only people in your house were you and your boyfriend, Killer. You decided to check out if it actually was him singing, so you walked up the stairs, making sure you were quiet enough so he wouldn’t hear you. You knew that he was extremely shy about singing in front of people, so he never sang around anybody. You loved his voice! It was so smooth and gentle, you would fall asleep anytime you were to listen to him sing :) You reached the door to the bathroom, and heard him singing from outside the door. Putting your ear to the door, you could hear him singing the opening to an anime you were forcing him to watch earlier. (You can make up whatever anime op you want) You giggled, and pulled out your phone to record him singing. He had such a lovely voice, so you didn’t know why he never sang. This would be nice to save for later, it always cheered you up to hear him singing :)

You heard the water faucet turn off, and you quickly ran back into your room, sitting on your bed and replaying the video. You smiled lovingly at it, his voice was so addicting, once you heard it, you always wanted to hear it again. You were so invested in the video that you didn’t even hear your boyfriend’s approaching footsteps to your shared room. He was wiping his wet and fluffy hair with a towel, baggy shorts on his legs. “What are you listening to?” He asked, bending over your shoulder to take a peek at your phone. You almost screeched when he appeared behind you, and you quickly closed out of the tab on your phone. Killer stood there with widened eyes, his sky blue eyes staring into yours. “Y/n. Was that me singing?” He asked slowly as you looked away from him nervously. He tilted your head back towards him, “Ok yes it was! You have such a nice voice- so I wanted to save it..” You admitted innocently with a nervous smile. He sighed, “Please delete it, I know you’re going to show it to kid and your friends.” He replied, reaching for one of his shirts in the drawer. “No I won’t I promise!” You shouted. (We all know you’re gonna show it to kid.) “Y/n if you don’t delete it I’m gonna tell them that you watch yarinchin-“ He started to say before your face turned bright red. You were to never speak of that show, especially with other people. "I'll delete it.." You replied softly, deleting the video from your phone. He smiled at you, bending down and pattinng your head like a pet, "Good y/n." He said in a deep voice, smirking at you. You pouted, crossing your arms, "You owe me cuddles right now." You said quietly, turning away from him like a bratty kid. He chuckled, hugging you from behind, wrapping his huge arms around your torso and leaning his head in the crook of your neck, his gold and fluffy hair tickling your neck and ears.

He started to kiss up your neck, going up towards your jawline before smiling. "Forgive me?" He asked with a smirk, he knew you couldn't say no.. After all, it was Killer. "...yes." You replied quietly, turning around and burying your face into his chest. He smiled, cuddling you for the rest of the night. <3

Scenario - Self Care

Law got home from a strenuous 12 hour day of college medical training as well as some refresher classes. When you saw him, I think he looked even more tired than he usually did. “Hey Law- are you ok? You should probably take a rest..” You mentioned to him softly, giving him a hug when he walked through the door of your shared apartment. “I’m fine, I need to study for a midterm in a couple days.” He replied softly, starting to walk upstairs, into his room quietly. You looked worried for him, Law definitely knew how to worsen his already god awful sleep schedule. Even though Law was very informed in the medical side of things, he still didn’t seem to know about “self-care”. You sighed, grabbing a cup of warm tea, specifically Law’s favorite kind of tea, Chamomile. You also grabbed one of his favorite comic books, and started to walk up the stairs. When you saw him slaving away at his desk, you sighed with a worried smile. Typical Law..

“Hey Law, drink some tea to help you stay up.” You said softly, setting it down right next to him. He looked up from his work with a soft smile, kissing your cheek as a thank you. His days were always brightened when he saw you, and little gestures like these made his heart swell with warmth. “Thank you y/n.” He replied quietly, sipping some of the warm tea. You also showed him one of his favorite comic books with an excited smile, “Do you mind maybe taking a break and telling me about this one again? I really liked this one!” You said with your usual happy grin. How could he say no-? First off, it was you, and you looked so happy asking for him to tell you about it. Secondly, that was literally his favorite comic book, of course he’ll tell you all the details about it! He got up from his working chair and sat on the bed with you, opening up to page one and starting to explain all of the depth and details on specific characters. He even talked about how each ability of the antagonists and protagonists suited them, or how they could improve if they did this or that. He looked excited, ranting about these kinds of things to such a good listener like you. You couldn’t help but smile, you found his nerd side so adorable and endearing. “So this character has the ability to turn himself into rubber. But, the problem is that he can’t swim because of his abilities. I think maybe the reason is..” He ranted on and on, racking his brain for new ideas. You smiled at him, this was the first time you’ve seen him relax in a long time, and you were so happy that you could help him. You honestly loved hearing him explain these things! It gave you an entirely new perspective, and a lot more interest in comics like the ones he reads. “And yeah, that’s pretty much the whole story.” He finished with a soft smile. “Whoa- that’s super cool! How’d you get all that information out though??” You asked, continuing to try to distract Law from all of his worries and anxiety. “Well, I usually just form different theories of my own, but occasionally the internet isn’t the dumbass it usually is.” He replied softly. “Hey why don’t we read one together tonight? I can read it to you!” You suggested with an excited smile.

There was something about your smile that made Law so weak for you. Your face was just.. Perfection. Your smile so warm and kind, it could warm him up from the inside out. Your actions and gestures made him almost tear up on the inside from your kindness.. “Sure y/n.” He replied with a soft smile, grabbing a comic book from his desk, handing it to you carefully. As you read the words on his page, Law’s eyelids felt heavier and heavier. He didn’t realize that all of the work he was doing really tired him out. Self-awareness of his own personal health wasn’t really a major thought on his mind. He slowly started to lean on your shoulder, drifting off to his much needed sleep. When you felt the weight on your shoulder, fluffy hair tickling the side of your neck, you couldn’t help but smile softly, kissing your boyfriend’s forehead with such love and care. “Goodnight Law, I love you.” You whispered, wrapping the blanket around you two gently. You also fell asleep, letting Law lean on you as you both drifted off to your dream land. <3

Right, you massaged your temples, feeling a headache coming through. This wasn’t a lie. It has been a total of three days since the university opening ceremony and three days since Na Jaemin was seen on campus again. Since then, the guy had been obnoxious as fuck.

It wasn’t the aftertaste of your emotions making you bitter. Well, not entirely. He’d walk around with a trail of people following him as if he were the chief executive, or something. Those sunglasses made it even worse.

“You sure have done your research on him already,” she smirked, victorious. You felt a heavy weight sucking you into the ground. Hyena pulled out a chair and finally sat down in front of you. “But let me ask you this— why are you so pressed about him? He hasn’t even spared you a breath, so why are you acting like he stole your cat or something?”

If only it were as simple as him stealing your cat.

“Just—”

If only you knew that dumping him a year ago would have spiraled down to him going AWOL, him jumping into the picture again, him starting to act like a spiteful little bastard, and you having to interview him about the very thing you caused, you would have simply dropped out of college.

But you couldn’t tell Hyena all that.

She might drop the story all together, but your pride would plummet into hell along with it. It was easier to act as if you just hated his guts.

Today was the last day of tour. It was a Wednesday in May - May fourth to be exact – and today Inhaler would play their last show for a while, at home in Dublin.

There weren't any tours, or even gigs for that matter, planned besides a few Festival appearances in the UK and Europe, spread out over June and July. After touring their debut album for almost two whole years - with little breaks in between of course, which they used to record their second album - the lads had decided that they all could use a bit of time off before said second album would come out in early September.

Today was the last of three back to back shows in The Academy and you were sure that the band would put their all into it. If this night would be anything like the two before they would blow the roof off the place without a doubt. Figuratively speaking of course.

The snapping of Robert's fingers pulled you out of your thoughts: “When did Gary say we'd have to be at the venue again?”

“Uhhh,” you looked at your phone. It was 12:10. “Jesus love, shouldn't you know that? I mean I'm not the one in the band.” You sighed, desperately trying to remember what their manager had told you yesterday. “Doors open at seven, Soundcheck's probably gonna be sometime between five-thirty and six again, so we should turn up at four at the very latest!”

“Okay.” Rob hummed, turning his attention to Neo, one of the two cats you owned, that was happily purring now that your boyfriend had decided to tickle her behind her ears. “You like that huh?”

Neo was pitch black from the tip of her nose to the end of her tail. The colour of her eyes fluctuated, depending on how the light hit them, from black like her fur to a light grey with a hue of blue.

Ziggy, on the other hand, was as white as snow — aside from the few grey stripes that were lining her tummy — and had green eyes.

You turned your attention away from the two and looked down at your phone again. You'd hadn't even checked your messages at all today, so you quickly opened WhatsApp. The chat at the top was between you and Ciara who'd apparently sent you another message sometime last night while you were already fast asleep.

'Tomorrow at 3 no later than 4, oh and give Neo and Zig a good head scratch from me'

You chuckled to yourself, your best friend knew you better than you'd like to admit sometimes. You quickly answered her ('thank you and of course, give tobert and harley a kiss from me') before moving on to the other messages that had accumulated since last night on several sites.

“Ciara said and I quote: “Tomorrow at 3 no later than 4, oh and give Neo and Zig a good head scratch from me”, so there's your answer.” You laughed turning your attention to the black furball that was comfortably laying on Bobby's lap. Reaching forward you quickly scratched her head, smiling at the way she leaned into the touch. “When do you wanna leave?”

“If we leave at 14:25, so in...” now it was Rob who pulled out his phone to check the time. “Two hours and fifteen minutes, we'll be at The Academy just before three, so we'd be on time for once.”

“Sounds good,” you yawned, a reminder that you hadn't slept more than twelve hours over the last two days combined. “I still reek of sweat, beer and smoke,” you grimaced, remembering the beer that most of your body had been showered in during the lads' set, before getting up from the sofa you were both sprawled out on. “I'm gonna go and hop under the shower real quick.”

“Okay, but don't take too long,” Rob mumbled, his eyes closed. “I was too tired to shower this morning.”

“We could safe time and water and just shower together,” you shrugged, walking toward the bathroom. “Nothing you haven't seen before!”

You purposefully stopped right in front of the door, craning your neck to try to see if your boyfriend was following you.

“I like the way you're thinking Y/N!" Bobby grinned when he had finally caught up with you, before wrapping his arms around your waist and picking you up. “Let's go, woman,” he laughed at the screech coming from your mouth the second as you lost contact with the floor.

“We don't have all day!”

You left your flat on time — at 14:23 to be exact — checking if you had everything you needed on you for the third time and making sure that Robert hadn't left any hickeys on your neck (your boyfriend telling you “Stop worrying, I made sure to spare your neck and concentrated on your boobs”) you locked the door behind you and made your way to the Luas station nearest to your place.

The walk to the station took you about ten minutes, the journey on the tram only sixteen and before you knew it you were standing at the back entrance to The Academy.

You both quickly showed your AAA passes to the guard at the door. Gary — their tour manager — had given them to you after last nights gig and you had stashed them away securely in one of the deep pockets of your leather jacket, afraid that if you'd given them to your lover he would have just lost them.

You felt Roberts fingers intertwining with yours as you walked down the narrow corridor towards the bands green room. The familiarity of the place making you feel... almost at home.

For years now the lads had been playing gigs at The Academy. Starting by playing the Academy 2 — which could hold 230 people — and working their way up to The Academy 1 with a capacity of over 830. The most memorable probably were the four back to back gigs they played in December of 2021, which had been sold out for months in advance. They could sell our bigger venues, they had done it plenty of times before, but for their last shows of this album cycle they wanted to play to a smaller crowd and there was no place better than The Academy for that.

For once, you weren't the last ones to arrive (Eli was the last one, with his phone pressed to one ear and a half-eaten chocolate cookie in his other hand) so you decided to lean back and make yourself comfortable on the worn-out leather sofas, waiting for everyone to gather in the semi spacious room.

You were talking to Ciara who was sitting beside you when Gary finally stopped talking with the venue staff and turned his attention to everyone in the room.

“Okay, listen up everyone,” his voice boomed through the green room. “Soundcheck is at five-thirty, after that you're free to roam around backstage and outside. Just try to draw as little attention to yourselves and remember to stay close and keep your passes on you at all times, the venue staff will ask you to identify yourself and check for your pass!” He looked at Elijah, his left eyebrow raised, probably thinking back to the show around three weeks ago when Eli had gone for a smoke five minutes before the show was supposed to start and wasn't let back in.

You chuckled quietly. You were there when it happened, you were the one he had called cursing and grumbling asking you to come to the back door with his pass and show the security that he was in fact allowed backstage because he was the singer of the band that was about to play to 1600 people. You hadn’t even tried to stop laughing when you showed the guard at the door yours and then Elis Pass before you were both sprinting through the corridor to reach the stage in time.

Gary’s speech was short and sweet and before you realized he was already out of the door again following one of the roadies, who had some questions for him.

“Hey, Y/N.” Eli smiled pulling you into a hug, as best as he could with you on the sofa and him standing in front of said sofa. “I hate to ask this of you, believe me, I do, but Akiras flight from Amsterdam has been delayed so she couldn’t make it here with me…” he trailed off. “Could you maybe make sure that she gets her pass?”

“Yeah sure,” you smiled at your friend, who was visibly relaxing at your assurance. “What times she gonna be here?”

“If everything goes right, she should be here at five forty, if you could just make sure she gets let in and give her the pass…” he pulled the pass out of his jacket, giving it to you. “That would be amazing!”

“Of course Eli,” you smiled, putting the pass down beside your phone on the little table that was cramped into the corner beside the sofa. “Im gonna send her a text to let her know that I'll wait outside for her!”

“Thank you so much, Y/N/N,” Eli grinned. “I owe you one!”

Time moves fast when you’re talking with your friends. Over the last hour and a half, more people had arrived, including your brother, his wife and their daughter — Lennon — who was sitting on your lap and pulling faces at Ryan from across the room. You were sitting on the armrest of the sofa, leaning against Rob's chest, his arm slung over your shoulders and his fingers playing with your hair.

You were laughing at something Josh had said when Gary came back and ushered the band out of the green room towards the stage so they could do their soundcheck. Lennon insisted to watch “uncle Robby and his friends” soundcheck, so you hoisted her up on your hip and followed them with Ciara and Gayle.

Lennon was wearing a pair of those big black headphones made for toddlers to protect their ears and was happily jumping around in front of the barrier, looking back to you every once in a while, as if she wanted to make sure that you were still there with her.

You were still there. Ciara, Gayle and you were standing right beside the front of house (sound and light) techs, making sure you weren’t in the way and keeping an eye out for your niece, who was smiling brightly at Eli, who was quickly waving at her before turning his attention back to the song they were currently playing.

Over the years you had the pleasure to experience your fair share of Inhalers sound checks. Having been friends for ages before dating Bobby even became an option – you had fancied him for a while before you finally worked up the courage to ask him out – and along the way, you'd seen them soundcheck for shows in the tiniest of clubs, slowly working their way up to play sold-out shows to hundred yes even thousands of fans.

You had accompanied the band on the first half of their UK tour — which was dating back two and a half months now — and then also joined them for the entirety of their European tour, which had ended a week ago, so your sound check experience had grown even more during that time.

The lads were five minutes into soundcheck when you felt your phone buzz in the pocket of your black jeans. It was a message from Akira, telling you that she was about to reach the Academy. You put your phone back, grabbed the Pass that was stuffed into the other pocket and asked the girls if they could keep an eye out for Lennon, before making your way down the corridor that would lead to the same back entrance Bobby and you had used earlier.

“Y/N!” you were promptly engulfed in a big hug. “Oh my god, I haven’t seen you in ages. How have you been darling?”

“Good to see you to Akira,” you giggled into the blonde girl’s neck, still swaying side to side. “I’ve been brilliant, how are you, babe?”

She finally let go of you, pushing her sunglasses up and exposing her brown eyes. It was true though, you hadn’t seen each other in a while, not in real life at least.

“Great,” she smiled. “Busy and tired but very happy to have some time off now. Honestly, I haven’t slept properly in weeks.”

“Well, I don’t think I need to tell you this, but you won’t get much sleep tonight I reckon.” you chuckled, pulling the Pass out of your back pocket. “Here’s the Pass, by the way, the lads are still soundchecking but they should be done soon.”

“You’re an angel Y/N/N!” Akira said, pulling you into another hug. “I owe you one!”

“You would not believe it, but your boyfriend said the same exact thing to me.”

“Of course he did.”

Time between soundcheck and the actual show flew by fast. Akira and you had headed straight for the green room, where she put her bags down and sat down beside your sister in law, striking up a conversation with her immediately. You grabbed a water bottle and popped some grapes into your mouth, before sitting down beside Sam and throwing your legs over his lap.

You were laughing at something your brother had said when the door to the green room was opened again, Josh being the first to enter the room his arm swung over Gayle’s shoulder, the others following them.

Robert was carrying Lennon in his arms, throwing his head back, laughing at something Ciara had said who was a step ahead of him and giggling at his reaction. Rob took a swift look around the room, crouching down slightly when Lennon started squirming in his arms, watching her take off and run towards her parents before he wandered towards the sofa Sam and you were sitting on and practically throwing himself down beside you.

You were about to jokingly scold him when but decided against it in favour of watching Elijahs and Akiras reunion.

The blonde girl had jumped up from her place on the leather couch and practically leapt into the arms of her boyfriend who quickly wrapped his arms around her and was now swaying them from side to side. It was a lovely and sweet scene.

Deciding to let the reunited lovers have some little privacy, you turned your attention to your boyfriend pressing a kiss to one of his dimples before cuddling into his chest and listening to his and Sams conversation, interjecting every now and again.

You had been to a lot, a lot of Inhaler shows in the last few years but this one was, without a doubt, the best one yet. The atmosphere was through the roof, from your place on the balcony you had a perfect view of both the stage and the crowd and yeah you were sure this was their best show yet.

The gig flew by quick — to be honest, you hadn’t even paid that much attention, rather dancing with your friends and your niece who was happily clapping and laughing along in your arms — and before you knew they were playing Cheer Up Baby, their second last song, so you all slowly made your way down the balcony and backstage again to greet the band when they would come off stage.

While Akira and you waited for them, the rest went back to the green room. Lennon, you could tell, was on the brink of falling asleep in her father's arms. You were sure that they would leave as soon as they could.

“You guys played amazing tonight!” You were beaming. You quickly hugged Louis and Josh — they were the first to come off stage — being careful with the guitar still hanging from Josh’s shoulders.

“The crowd was amazing!” Josh smiled back, saying a quick ‘thank you when Tom took his guitar from him. “Definitely one of the best shows from this tour.”

Lou, hummed in agreement, opening his water bottle and taking a big gulp.

You welcomed both Eli and Ryan with hugs as well, congratulating them on the good show, making some small talk with Ryan while you watched Eli embrace his girlfriend in a hug and waited for your boyfriend, who stepped down the little stairs a few moments later, engulfing you in a big sweaty hug.

“Hey you,” you mumbled into his neck, completely ignoring the sweat that was glistening on his skin. "You did amazing darling!"

“Thank you, love,” Rob said, pressing a kiss to your temple. “I assume you had fun?”

“Of course,” you looked up at him, moving your hands, from where they were linked behind his back, up to rest them in between his shoulder blades. “Had a blast dancing with Ciara, Akira and Gayle.”

“Yeah, I saw that,” he smiled down at you before pecking your lips. “Common,” he gently tapped your leg. “Let’s head back, so I can properly say goodnight to my niece!”

Hand in hand you walked back to the green room, where Rob grabbed a bottle of water and a towel before he went over to your brother. Lennon — who looked like she would pass out any second now — got a sudden rush of energy as soon as she saw your boyfriend; a big smile replacing the tired expression that was on her face just seconds earlier.

You chuckled quietly at the two. She really had him wrapped around her tiny little fingers, it was adorable.

“Goodnight Lovebug.” You smiled down at your niece after you joined the little group. “See you on Friday, okay?” You kissed her nose. “Oh, and be good for your Ma and Dad!”

You turned around to your lover.

“I’m in desperate need of a tab,” you sighed. “You in?”

“Of course,” Rob hummed. “Let me just get my jacket real quick okay?”

You watched him as he crossed the room to grab his leather jacket, exchanging some words with Josh, Ryan and Garry on the way back before he came back, holding his hand out for you to hold.

“Let’s go.”

The air outside was cool and you were glad that you had your jacket on you, cause there was no way in hell you would have taken Bobbys. Not when he was still wearing his sweaty clothes; you didn’t wanna have to nurse your boyfriend back to health because he got a cold from not wearing his jacket.

You were leaning against the cold brick wall right beside the back entrance of The Academy, Robert just a few feet in front of you. He was oddly quiet.

Having a post-gig smoke had become part of your routine a long time ago. It calmed both of you immensely and after doing it a few times it just stuck. But usually, Robert would crack some jokes or talk about the show with you, today he didn’t.

“Everything okay?” You asked, pulling him out of his thoughts.

“Hmm?” He looked down at you. “Sorry, what did you say?”

“I asked you if everything’s okay!” You repeated yourself, slightly rolling your eyes. “Usually you would have told me a shitty joke by now.”

“Yeah, everything’s fine don’t worry,” he grinned, taking his hand that wasn’t occupied with holding a cigarette and cupping your face; his thumb gently stroking your cheek. “I’m just a bit tired that’s all darling, no need to worry!”

The two of you stood in silence again. Your cigarette was long smoked and you were only waiting on Rob to finish his. Maybe that’s why you didn’t expect what he said next.

“Marry me.”

“What?”

“Marry me.”

“Robert, what the fuck?!”

“Im serious, I want to marry you. I think I have for a while now, but tonight, seeing you so carefree and genuinely happy, dancing with the girls and with Lennon on your arms made it all click. I never want to be without you, I don’t think I can be without you actually.” He smiled down at you. It was the most sincere smile he had ever smiled. “You mean everything to me Y/N and I would love to get to call you my wife… only if you want to of course!”

You thought your eyes were about to fall out of your head. Oh my god was this really happening right now?

“Bu- but we don’t have rings…”

“We’ll actually…” Robert grinned, quickly looking down at his shoes. “Smo might, perhaps has two very simple silver rings stashed away, that fit us two perfectly.”

And that’s when you learned that drunk Rob's ideas were things sober Sam forced him to go through with and that’s why he apparently had wedding bands for you two, stashed away in his kitchen drawer.

The next twenty-four hours went by fast. After telling your friends — who’d all hugged and congratulated the two of you — and your families, you went straight to planning.

Ryan and Josh, bless their hearts, had somehow managed to get you a date at the registry office, Ciara and Gayle had decided to bake a cake and Akira had agreed to help decorate your parents garden for the party after the ceremony (they had offered their house and garden months ago for the ‘end of tour party’), while Eli and Sam would come and pick you up from your flat to drive you to the registry office, where the rest of your friends and family would be waiting.

You would get married to the love of your life. On Friday. Which was today.

Since the whole planning of the wedding was rather… last minute, you had opted to wear a long and flowy dress, which ended right above your ankles. It was a simple summer dress you had worn maybe once or twice before and now it would be the dress you would be married in.

Besides the fact that Rob and you would get married this noon, nothing was different. Like always you had a slow and lazy start into the morning; you woke up first, got up and prepared breakfast, only to be joined by your boyfriend a few minutes later who would hug you from behind and press a kiss to your neck before helping you get everything ready. You would eat outside, on your little balcony, Neo and Ziggy joining you to lay in the sun before you would jump into the shower and get ready.

Just today you wouldn’t just throw on one of Bobby's shirts you had stolen ages ago and a pair of jeans, but the aforementioned Summer dress while Robert put on one of the suits he had worn at a photoshoot a few years back. It wasn’t exactly the same one, since it was only a loan or the photoshoot but after constant begging from you, he had gone and bought an identical one. He had never worn it, always saying he wanted to wait and wear it for a special occasion. Today was that special occasion.

At 10 am sharp your doorbell rang. Outside stood were Eli and Smo, both also wearing simple suits, big grins on their faces.

“Miss Y/L/N,” Eli winked at you, taking your hand a pressing a light kiss on it making you chuckle and roll your eyes. “Mr Keating,” he bowed in front of Robert, whose reaction was similar to yours. “Your carriage is ready for you!”

The carriage was Sam's fifteen-year-old dark blue Audi, which for once looked like it had been thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out.

“Mlady,” Eli grinned, holding the car door open for you. Which was followed by a “Stop fucking flirting with my fiancé, Eli.” from Robert.

“Boys,” you raised your eyebrows. “Behave okay?”

“Yes, Maam!” Eli said, closing the car door after you had slid into the backseat. “Let's get going,” he hummed. “Don’t want you guys to be late for your own wedding!”

The drive was about twenty minutes and before you knew it, Eli was opening the car door again and helping you out of the car. Your friends and family were already waiting, your parents welcoming both you and Bobby with big smiles and long hugs; Roberts parents doing the same.

Since the wedding was planned in just about twenty-four hours, only Roberts and your parents and siblings, and your closest friends – aka the band, their girlfriends and Sam – would be present for the official ceremony… oh and Lewis, to take the pictures.

“You look fucking gorgeous Y/N!” Gayle gushed, hugging you tight. “I can't believe this is actually happening, like what?”

“Hmm neither can I,” you chuckled nervously. “Im kinda sweating right now!”

“That’s totally normal,” the brunette smiled at you before taking your hands in hers, giving them a reassuring squeeze. “You are doing the right thing don’t worry!”

“We actually had a bet going,” Ciara chipped in. “Josh, Gayle, Ryan and I: Who would get married first; between Bob and you and Eli and Akira.” She clarified. “Gayle and I said Bobby and You would tie the knot first, Josh and Ryan said Eli and Akira – so I guess that means our boyfriends owe us twenty-five euros each.”

“Mhmm,” Gayle smirked. “We should defo remind them of that again!”

“You two are something else!” You chuckled, looking down as you felt someone tug on your dress. “Hiya Lovebug,” You crouched down to your niece. “Is that for me?”

Lennon was wearing a blue dress, her usually wild blonde locks were braided into two perfect little fishtail braids, while she was proudly pressing a bouquet of wildflowers in various colours to her chest.

“Yuppp,” she smiled up at you. “Picked them out on my own!”

“Oh wow, Lennon they are beautiful!” You booped the five-year-olds nose, before taking the bouquet. “Thank you so much, Angel.”

You watched as she ran off again, towards your brother who promptly picked her up while continuing to speak with Elijah and Sam.

“Are you ready?” Rob mumbled, pressing a light kiss to your neck, as he wrapped his arms around your waist, startling you slightly. “Am sorry if I scared you.”

“No no, don’t worry you didn’t scare me, I was just a bit surprised that’s all.” You hummed, leaning back in his embrace. “Im ready!” You answered his question. “Are you?”

“Never been more ready!” You felt his chest vibrate slightly. “Let's fucking do this!”

Your family and friends were already seated, when Robert and you walked down the aisle together, they were all happily smiling at you two and you were sure that some of them had tears in their eyes.

The ceremony was quick – it was 'only' a Civil Marriage after all – and since all you were feeling was glee and pure ecstasy it felt like it was over in the blink of an eye. The solemniser lead through the wedding beautifully; it was simple and straight to the point but you wouldn’t have wanted any other way. You happily signed the Marriage Registration Form, leaning against Robert as you watched Josh and Ciara – your two official witnesses – do the same.

And just like that, it was done. You were married. Wife and Husband. Robert and Y/N Keating.

As soon as you stepped outside of the registry office, your mother pulled you flush against her body. You felt like you were being handed from person to person before you finally stood in front of Rob again. Your husband.

“Hi,” you breathed, looking up at him. “We really did that huh?”

“Yeah,” He smiled. He gently grabbed your left hand, looking at the silver ring sitting on your ring finger before pressing a sweet kiss to it. “I love you so much Y/N, so so fucking much!”

“I love you!” You repeated the words to him. “More than you know.”

The smile on his face was probably the happiest you had ever seen him wear. It was bright and big and you could see his dimples, which was a rare occurrence. You were sure that your smile was probably just as big and bright; you hadn’t stopped smiling since the ceremony had started.

Bobby's hands moved up to cradle your face pulling it closer before pressing a sweet and long kiss to your mouth. Like routine, you moved your arms up, so they could lay on his shoulders and cross them at your wrists.

The two of you had shared a lot of different kisses over the years. Shy kisses, slow and sweet kisses, angry kisses, sad kisses, hopeful kisses… but non had been so full of love and happiness like this one was.

You took a few pictures in front of the steps of the registry office before all piling into the cars you had come in, to drive to your parent's house where the “end of tour / Bobbys and Y/N/N's Wedding” party would be held.

Your parents garden looked, to put it simply, fucking beautiful. Lanterns were hanging in the big old tree, the same big old tree your friends and you would sit under in summer and get drunk and high when your parents weren’t at home. Wrapped around the smaller apple and cherry trees were fairy lights. The same fairy lights were also wrapped around the strange mix of garden furniture, your parents had accumulated over the years. It simply looked heavenly.

It was several hours later, the sun slowly starting to set, your makeup smudged and hair far wilder than it had been that morning, your shoes had been discarded long ago and you were somewhere in between buzzed and drunk when Sam and Ryan came over to you and sat down beside you, one on either side.

The three of you sat in silence for a while before you said something.

“I heard you owe your girlfriend twenty-five euros,” you chuckled as you turned your head towards Ryan. “Better pay up before she makes it fifty!”

“Thank you for reminding me.” Ryan shook his head, not able to hide the smile on his face. “How are you doing?”

“Im doing fantastic!” You smiled, then turned your attention to Sam. “Thank you.”

“Your welcome,” he grinned. “But for what exactly are you thanking me?”

“Oh, just,” you trailed off, your attention landing on Lennon who was dancing with Rob and now manically waving at you. You waved back, grinning before turning your attention back on Sam. “I heard you played a huge role in Rob getting the rings in the first place. So without you, we wouldn’t be here now!”

“Oh yeah that,” he smirked. “Of course. I mean that’s kinda my duty as his best friend, to make him go through with the ideas he gets when he's drunk and missing you!”

The three of you all laughed before you fell silent again.

“Yknow, Sam is a great name for a baby… and it's unisex!” Sam said. Ryan snorted before chipping in. “Well, the same goes for Ryan.”

“Huh?” You looked at your two best friends, “What the fuck are yous two on about now?”

Ryan nudged you before pointing at Bobby and Lennon. “Look.”

Your husband was swaying gently with his niece in his arms. Her head was resting on his chest and she looked like her eyes would fall shut any second now.

Oh… ohhhhh

“Ya reckon that’s the next step for you two?” Ryan asked, his eyes fixed on his best friend who was now gently passing the little girl in his arms to her mother, before turning around, his eyes finding yours instantly a warm smile on his lips.

You mirrored his smile. “Maybe.”

2) Black Swan JK or ON JK?

This is impossible because ON Jungkook is IT for me. But Jungkook in a corset... and Black Swan is my Queen. Ultimately the corset and wings win because, BS is a Queen and JK nailed that concept so well. The concept photos for him here. Wow. On is still his song though lol

3. ON Jimin or Black Swan Jimin?

Black Swan Jimin. The iconic Jimin body roll is iconic. But Jimin IS the Black Swan. His concept, his song, his dance, he slays

This one was easy for the first time. Again, as much as I love BST, its going to be Airplane pt 2 JK every single time.

This is one of those it depends on which part of the question. I like the song Lie better and the performance slays. But Filter performance Jimin was top of his game so that one would win for me there. But if you just handed me Spotify and told me to pick one to listen to first, it would be Lie. 6) Euphoria JK or My Time JK?

It's Euphoria for me too. I LOVE My Time. But Euphoria just hits that spot. Plus, as INCREDIBLE as his My Time dance and vocals are, he flies in Euphoria lol plus the outfits there?? Not as sexy sure, but TOP NOTCH

7) Jikook Black and White or Coming of Age?

UGH I DONT KNOW. I LOVE THEM BOTH AND YOU CANT MAKE ME CHOOSE. Probably Black and White. It's one of the coolest dances, they worked so hard. The behinds were so cute. The jacket thing was amazing?! The song is excellent. But I also really like the COA song too and boy that was quite the performance and the behinds were AMAZING. Lol what a dance

8) 3J MMA Idol or 3J Butter?

I REFUSE. like for real. Lmao Butter was incredible. Amazing. A 3J comeback after so long. The slayed. It wasn't long enough. I could watch that video forever. MAMA was incredible. A display of individualism while still playing expertly off each other and their transitions. Multiple styles fused together. Plus, JK gifted us a whole GCF of that dance too 😭 so I'd lean that way just for the 3J GCF. But they are both forever in my heart

but I am a firm believer that Bokuto is an emotionally intelligent person so he would most definitely notice if that made you uncomfortable or upset

I‘m not saying that he will never again talk over you but he will absolutely make an effort

whenever he notices that he did talk over you he will come back to you and ask about what you wanted to say

when he notices that someone else talks over you he will try and do the same

he does not really like calling people out because he knows how easily this kind of thing can happen and that they most likely did not mean any harm by it

unless he feels like they are actually doing it to make you uncomfortable

zero tolerance for that

will definitely call them out and make sure everyone hears what you had to say in the first place

Bo is a very supportive person and his number one priority is making sure that you are surrounded by people that make you happy :)

his ocd directly bleeds into his poor self-esteem like you said with the demon blood! he feels the need to be pure and even though he canonically knows that these things (like eating clean, running, etc) can’t help his problem, he still tries because he kind of... has to. 

also OCD is often connected to a need for control, and the physical state of sam’s body is the one thing he has control over (which is also where we get into eating disorder territory). Sam has had so little control over his life, especially growing up, and for most his childhood, he didn’t even control what he ate (with Dean making/buying his meals). SO once he gets out of that environment, he hyperfixates on this new freedom!

we can also go to the hand pressing with this. a literal compulsion that even after the effect of the pain wears off once the hand heals, he still does it as a grounding method. nonsensical compulsion to calm anxiety? yes OCD 

can also be linked to childhood trauma but what ND can’t be amirite

emotional regulation once again - remember Angry Boy King Sammy? So angry he doesn’t know what to do and can’t control it and feels like he’s gonna explode with the rage?

intrusive (sometimes violent) thoughts are a huge marker for OCD and Sam’s obviously sometimes come from Unnatural means but they are also a part of him and kind of always have been

religious themes are also huge in OCD which Fits and makes me EMOTIONAL Sam I’m so sorry he spent his whole childhood feeling unclean and unholy and Fixated on that to the point of praying to a God his family didn’t believe in just so he could be Clean fuck

also i think it’s really interesting and cool that of the two brothers, Sam shows the most obvious signs of OCD even though he is canonically the messier brother and the brother not worried about IRL germs (i know the writers didn’t try to do this but i don’t care they didn’t play into the OCD means i must germex! trope)

AND ADHD DEAN!!! 

let’s first look at the obvious: Dean is highly skilled in combat, even though he hates physical exercise. Why? ADHD brain tied up with anxiety is hardwired into flight or fight, not sit and focus on one thing. it’s constantly picking up on threats and peripheral vision and all that shit 

he also has a spotty history with books! like i’ve said before, not shit writing, this is Dean’s ADHD. Dean as a kid read some high-brow books and he still does occasionally but he doesn’t nearly as much as an adult because it became much harder!! and because he just couldn’t devote that much attention, even as a kid, to things that he wasn’t really interested in! This is why he hates research

he’s known far and wide for his impulsiveness, his knee jerk decisions. it’s part of what makes him a good hunter and part of what makes him human disorder incarnate - It’s ADHD

Low frustration tolerance and rejection-sensitive dysphoria! Dean has a really hard time regulating his emotions and especially anger - especially especially especially when he feels like he’s being rejected or abandoned. it’s literally his worst fear 

^^^^ rejection-sensitive dysphoria also plays into his low self-esteem (god poor kid to have RSD in an environment growing up where Everyone Was Constantly Busting Each Other’s Balls and couldn’t be emotionally available to also tell you they actually love you), high self standards, and social anxiety (he’s a bullshitter, his chameleon charm is also a symptom of his social anxiety and RSD) 

also Dean has lots of sleep problems both ways and complicated relationships with motivation and inner restlessness versus a yearning for stability 

comfort items / food!! now i can’t find the research on this so forgive me because i know i’ve read it somewhere that ADHDers tend to gravitate toward familiar things or foods! (like Dean’s burgers and his car / motels that are all basically the same) it is a very ND thing in general as well

along that line, ADHDers tend to have sensory processing issues - it’s why Dean has an Outfit Recipe of the same types of clothes that he sticks to - also why he delights so much in sensory stuff like magic fingers and the Dead Guy Robe

Yoooo, this week's been hell for me and only yesterday did I get to sleep well. Thanks for the new update and I'm telling you I've been rereading it a lot and thus, have a lot of questions in mind (which you may or may not answer)

First off, I just wanna say that Mona is such an interesting character coz, Idk, am I the only one who can't pinpoint what character she really is? Like I don't know if she's supposed to be a good person or not. Like sometimes, I think of her like that one girl from heartstopper where the girl said "I'm an ally" who to me, is actually an ally but has no idea how to do it right? (Am I making sense lmao), but yeah idk. Plus I'm saying this coz Jin said, "Mona adopted me and gave me connections, so I talked nicely".

That means that he can betray her right? So that means she's jsut another vermin to him. Idk, nonetheless, she's a very very interesting character and I really anticipate what she'd become as the story progresses.

Second, in "The Plunge", as from Jimin's pov he said "Jin is too nostalgic with the old dean to even see" which to me seemed that Jin wasn't as "devoted" to the mc as he claimed to be in "Princess" because he couldn't see/feel the stress from the mc from that meeting. Additionally, that scene/statement also meant to me that maybe the Woo family had meant something to him which again put holes in his claimed "devotion". With all these said, I think that it's only reasonable for the mc to lose a little bit of trust from Jin, and so my question for this is did she lose a little bit of that trust? Would Jin see that?

Next, Jungyoon. What happened to him and Mona after the dinner? Will Mona fire Jungyoon? (This maybe a spoiler so I understand if you can't answer this).

Next, did the men knew with the exception of jungkook and maybe jimin, what Jin did? (Like how Jin introduced mc to her abuser's father? How did they react? Or did they only know that Jin and the mc had an argument of some sort but wasn't actually aware of anything more than that?)

Next, when Jin fell on his knees for the mc just to apologize, will the other men do the same thing if they felt that they made a horrible mistake? Or do they have different reactions?

1. Mona is... an interesting person, and a lot of the guys have completely different perceptions of her at times which very much so depends on when/how they met her so I'm excited to delve more into everyone's relationship with her bc not even MC fully knows. I will say to the likes of Jin and Hoseok (but not limited to just them lmao) she's just some woman who took claimed them as her children rather than their mother esp bc she adopted them first and so was much less prepared... but I'll leave it at that for now

2. This is a great time for me to bring up that sometimes the guys are unreliable narrators, not often but when it comes to who they perceive as a threat to MC, they can assume the worst of everyone- including each other. So the reality was Jin was just looking at Mr. Woo while they were talking and is straight up not used to having to make sure other people are okay- trust me, he has learned that lesson now lmao, so Jimin was observing from a place of being fiercely protective and obsessed with MC. Therefore, I can confirm that Jin feels nothing but hatred for the Woo family now nor did he feel anything but contempt for them before. Jin is a dummy but he would never lie to MC. MC, despite being kind of naive, is no dummy and can clearly see when someone is more or less lying to her about their feelings, especially Jin. So though her trust in him did falter, that conversation kind of fixed that (deserved or not) since she, too, is love starved.

And my Gen 2s!

My Gen 2 Paint, Quarter, and Appaloosa (3 for 3 hell yeah), Dragonflame, Midnightlion, and Echoshout (more known as that one horse I accidentally nicknamed Table) These three will probably all be replaced when I buy the Gen 3 Appaloosa I plan to buy, as none of the Gen 3 paints interest me at all, and I’m still battling with a Will I Won’t I with the Gen 3 App Quarter, and I prioritize getting rid of Gen 2s over most things these days, so here we are

My Gen 2 Arabian, Wildeye, Haflingers, Cherryfall and Sunsong, and Mustang, Morningshade After a quite-short-actually Will I Won’t I with the Gen 3 Arabian (i.e it ending up growing on me a lot), I have a super easy Gen 3 upgrade for it, I just have to buy it sometime in the future, and I have no doubt that both the mustang and the haflinger is soon to be updated so there it’s only a matter of colour (mostly for the mustang ‘cause y’know, you can only do so much with haflingers), and replacing one mustang with another mustang isn’t particularly hard anyways

Yes, I, too, fell for the Morgan hype train back in the day, quite late however, as the gray one was purchased at the start of Gen 3 (A mistake, I may share with the class). Either way, my four morgans, Bravesoul, Angelqueen, Silversoul, and Hawkeye, and my Welsh Dreamghost I’m 100% expecting that not all of the morgan colours I own will be translated to Gen 3, so if I replace four gen 2s with one gen 3 I wouldn’t be particularly surprised, but I’m sitting around and waiting for the morgan update, cause it’s inevitably coming some time or other (I’m personally predicting it to either be a Summer 2022 release or an early 2023 release, depends on when they decide to throw the Gen 3 mustang at us), my Welsh I’m not really worried about either, aslong as I like the colours for the potential Gen 3 Welsh update I won’t have any problem updating him, worst case I sell him when I get my gotlands if the inevitable updated welsh doesn’t strike my fancy

I'm glad I was of help, I can completely relate to getting hyper fixated on something related to school (which sometimes has been just having to go back to school after a 2 day holiday) and feeling like my life will be forever ruined when I have to finally face the school related situation but nothing actually ends up happening

In my case I don't really cry but I end up feeling pretty uncomfy and sick(sometimes puke) with all the anxiety, and similar stuff is the case for a lot of my friends which is just really sad :(, it's just a mixture of asshole parents/relatives that we will forever end up defending because it's just ingrained in our mind to defend adults and people who'll say school performance doesn't matter when we panic but then get inredibly upset when something goes slightly wrong (ie passive aggresive bitches :cough: teachers :cough: parents) what makes me feel grounded these days though is my brother who's a decade older than me and he seems to be living pretty satisfactorily despite being not being the best at school and recieving the same shitty remarks from my mom as I do, he has good friends, enjoys video games like he did when he was my age but still is also a responsible adult which makes me realise how insignificant all of this is and I'm more than capable of getting through it, all of us are

these set of exams I have prob done my best job avoiding the anxiety and I'm happy that I have and I assure you they will be barely an eighth of the difficulty of a typical written exam, most kids will do good and if you've done most of the prep already you'll barely have to do any revision, after you give the first one you'll prob get what I mean
