Keeping you settled firmly on her lap with your face in her neck. You pepper kisses along the skin you can reach like you could ease the pain her body carries, and she swears you can.

"What'd you do today?" She whispers softly hands playing with the hem of your shirt, that's really her shirt. Incasing you in faded black fabric. Underneath you only have on your panties, your sleep shorts sitting in the washing basket since you were too distracted by Abby's absence to do laundry. "Dogs all good?". There wasn't a single time in your whole relationship where Abby hadn't asked how your day was, and on the days you beat her too it she would insist you go first.

You give her a soft smile before your eyes wander down to her arm. Looking at the tight bandage around her bicep and swallowing hard before whispering. "How...how was patrol?"

She knows you wouldn't judge her. That you understand she isn't some kind of monster, that the world around you didn't allow for much morals. For much innocence. But sometimes you catch her in the bathroom. Staring at her blood soaked hands like she's disgusted with herself.

"Don't wanna talk about it" her other hand slowly creeps under your shirt, calloused fingers grazing across the skin on the small of your back. "Just want you" Abby leans in and her lips brush against your jaw before she starts to trail kisses down your neck. Pressure increasing as she reaches the spot just above the collar of your shirt.

You bite your lip, tilting your head back slightly but whispering softly. "Abs you gotta sleep". You don't really want her to stop, the way your hand moves to the nape of her necks show her. Your fingers practically itching to wrap around her braid. But you try to be the reasonable one here. Try.

"Please?" Her voice is warm against your skin. A gentle nip of her teeth making you jump slightly. "Always sleep better after"

"Abs" You know you should tell her to sleep, tell her that taking care of herself should come first. Charlie is absolutely shameless about loving tickles (kinda stealing from @kt-the-lee hi honey 😽) she is not embarrassed in the slightest and it’s just such a normal part of her identity it’s beautiful

She is also a very gentle ler. She is so excited about tickles all the time but absolutely does understand it’s not for everybody. (If I’m being 100% canon she prooobably had to learn this one the hard way and felt bad but whoever it was gave her a hug and of course forgave her bc they knew she meant well! They also probably tickled her too just to ease her anxiety <3)

Good Omens fandom come here hold my hand I'm going to be a bitch for a second. It is possible to be upset abt the homophobic implications that gay sex would somehow "taint" Aziraphale and Crowley's dynamic while also respecting people who are sex repulsed and see themselves in Aziraphale and Crowley and INVERSELY it is possible to desire more explicitly asexual representation in media and feel sometimes scenes should be taken at face value, while also respecting people who are gay, have sex, would like gay sex to be destigmatized in media, and interpret certain scenes as subtextually queer and erotic (ox rib scene. aim for my mouth shoot past my ear.), and ADDITIONALLY it is possible to desire nontraditional queerplatonic representation while also not being homophobic by saying a pair of canonical love interests should have just remained friends, and ALSO I feel like some of y'all are forgetting asexuality is a spectrum that does, in fact, include a lot of people who do have gay sex! Sexuality is not purely black and white and essentially a lot of u are engaging with very black and white thinking over a nuanced and delicate issue i fear. I'm not being super articulate here but there's a lot of layers to this is what I mean. OK im done being a bitch good night 👍

@shoemakerobstetrician I completely agree with you! 💖 I put that line in there because of Neil, who didn’t even write the Companion to Owls minisode, responding (see link below) that it wasn’t intended to have sexual subtext. But at the very least, Michael “single entendre” Sheen put his all into that scene.

I’m not laughing *at you* about finding them attractive but I can see what you mean 😅💗 I didn’t join the online fandom until early August, after I had watched season 2, so I only saw references to earlier Bildad disgust. And yeah David evokes some libidinous things through his performance there.
