#i was looking forward to a fun week in the Hannibal fandom with the recent cons #but alas. idk why i'm surprised at all. i'm not really. i'm mostly disappointed #why are y'all taking everything at face value and generally just... put their opinions above everyone else's #they're also just some guys that happened to play these characters a decade ago #am i defending middle-aged white men right now? maybe. why? idk either. i'm annoyed lol #but i really think some of y'all need to remember that they're also just some random dudes that *you* happen to look up to #hugh dancy #mads mikkelsen #nbc hannibal #not saying that they (and especially Hugh) don't tend to say dumb shit sometimes but damn #lighten up a little and ignore it. it's never that deep i promise #and don't come at me with Hugh's apparently misinformed comments about Will as an autistic guy #i'm aware but also he didn't say what y'all are talking about he did due to people's post #but i'll stop there before i go on an even longer rant #i didn't even wanna make a post like that but i've been getting so fucking annoyed that this will give me some peace lol

i think if you have to go to 'never seen a transandrobro that wasn't a zionist' then you're showing your ass that you do not know anything about anything. you can make your point without resorting to saying 'all trans men who are concerned about their oppression are complicit in genocide' just by the way. that's a thing you can do. it's not our fault that you've run out of ways to convince yourself you're in the right either

this sort of thing doesn't make you a friend to palestinians. you don't need to use their oppression as a gotcha. using real, human lives, past and present, as a gotcha in internet discussions about whether transandrophobia exists?

but, like, regardless, a bunch of trans men being zionists does not suddenly mean that every trans man is a zionist nor that trans men are, by design, uniquely evil or undeserving of having their concerns taken seriously. we've been through this with TERFs and trans women - yeah there are trans women pedophiles and that does not mean all trans women are pedophiles. but you, so-called defenders of trans women, are so, so, so close to repeating that exact rhetoric but, nay, it's okay cos you're doing it to trans men, who aren't really oppressed anyway, so it doesn't count.

i always find it deeply irritating when people are criticising something i agree sucks and raise something i also think sucks as an example of 'how to do it right'. like i think you missed what i hated about it

#Doodles #SCII #Helix #ZEX #Crackship #Xigbar #Of all the crackships that I didn't expect I probably wouldn't have expected these two the most lol #I super wasn't expecting to feel So strongly about them this is like multi-tier Big Feelings in varying directions #One - ZEX - obvious (lol) | Two - Xigbar (hehe II hehehe) - I think I mentioned it like maaaybe once over here but I was Huge into KH #Specifically Org XIII specifically-specifically 358/2 it is the only game in the Kingdom Hearts line that I've beaten and probably ever will #Oh no wait that's not true I did play through all of the DS release of Re:Coded but like......does that count lol I think no #I played the intro of Kingdom Hearts II and shut it off after the bit with Roxas and Sora like - the egg scene how do I non-spoilers this #I own it and I will never beat it I am too sad I want only my Nobodies lol <3 #Kingdom Hearts had a big influence on me - that and Magic Knight Rayearth are a big explanation as to Why I'm Like This lol #Cough cough casting away the dark parts of your heart only for it to come back and bite you later and also The Gay™ lol #But AnyWay lol - Xigbar!#He wasn't my favourite-favourite - aside from Main Characters that'd probably go to Marluxia - but I still hold him very fondly!!#Definitely doodled him a good bit he's very handsome ♪#And just - ah ♥ An old fave and a new(er) fave interacting and making each other happy and feel nice and play well I just fsalkfdf #As well as that being Max's body!
