hc that one thing everyone in the batfamily knows without doubt is: alfred knows everything. hidding anything from alfred is a waste of time and energy, because he always just knows. so they simply don’t. they dont need to tell him, but they dont need to hide it, he always knows anyways.
however, the thing is alfred is just a regular old man who spends all of his time cleaning, cooking and making sure they dont die. he doesnt have time to be figuring out what the bat ninjas he has for a family is hidding so most often than not he doesnt know. it doesnt help that no one in the family ever tells him anything, because they expect him to just know. he just has a really really good poker face and an inability to be surprised by much so everyone just assumes he already knew once he discovers anything.

Can you do a Mercurial Knight x Reader? He's super underrated to me
"My light, I have been looking for you."
Turning around, Mercurial Knight fluttered towards you. His expression softened as his gaze met yours, and in one of his hands was a bouquet of white roses. He landed so he could give you a respectful bow, presenting the flowers to you. "For you, my light. I hope they are to your liking."
Once you graciously accepted, your silent thanks made Mercurial Knight glance away, his cheeks darkening to an ashy black from blush before shaking his head. "Please, no need to thank me, my light. They had just reminded me of you, and I wanted to give you something as special as you are."
There was a pause before he put his hand out, softly asking "May I?"
You gently gave him your hand so he could lean down and kiss it, but quickly opted to kiss it again right after, unable to help himself for that quick moment. You were his weakness, after all, he couldn't stay strong around you forever.
"Is there anything else I could give you, my light? Anything at all?" Mercurial Knight asked as he looked up at you again. "You know I would give you anything in the world. I'll fight any monster or foe who opposes you so you can keep shining as you are."
He paused, getting up properly before reaching out and carefully caressing your cheek, as if afraid that you'd shatter into a million pieces if he was any stronger with it. "It's... ironic, is it not? Usually, I dislike bright lights, but you... You shall be the one and only exception in this world..."

It's been a week since I got back from Tokyo, and I'm still disappointed by the Kingdom Hearts Ichiban Kuji. It was supposed to start the 31st of May, the day I was flying home. But I checked like a dozen participating 7/11 stores before I went to the airport, and none of them had started it yet. Sigh...
As a silver lining, I did find a 7/11 that had those chocolate wafers out early, so I grabbed a few.
Came with that Missing Link pre-registration and everything. Wonder what's going on with that... And while I'm showing stuff off, here's the other KH merch I bought in my limited time!

By making this year's batch of bakers such a pleasant group of people, I now care about all of them. I am rooting for literally everyone.
I don't know if Paul and Prue realize how much this becomes a double-edged sword.
Because I care about all of them, I am absolutely invested in the justice and fairness of it all. It outweighs my love for the individual baker. I can only bear seeing the bakers go home if everything went wrong for them. If their ducks were so far from being in a row, each duck was on a separate planet. I don't want to see any of them robbed of their place in the tent because of audacious bias and nonsensical judging.
So I shall not sit there and clap whenever injustice occurs. I will not be part of bake off's delusional self-praise in these circumstances.
Do better Bake Off. Be better. All of these bakers only deserve the absolute best.

I'm gonna be real rn and say that if you're autistic and identify heavily with your "strong sense of justice" but refuse to acknowledge that the sense of justice in question is based on your probably limited worldview, you do not have a good sense of justice. Your understanding of justice is not innately in tune with the world. This comment was made on a (neurodivergent!!) black woman's post about how racists who hate juneteenth can die.

Ok so that last part of your drawing of olimar's wife going to kill the president for letting her kids go to a dangerous planet alone is very funny and also, I can imagine Olimar returning with Louie and the kids and also try to kill his boss for again letting two kids go to a "DANGEROUS PLANET" alone
yeah the drawing was originally gonna be Olimar mauling the president and Louie putting no effort into stopping him but then I was like
wait Olimar's wife
I think Olimar's whole family should get to maul the president to be honest

The ways Peepers and Sylvia's friendship would help with Peepers' character development are obvious. It'll lessen his and Hater's codependence. It'll teach him how a healthy relationship not only looks like, but feels like.
Yet it changes Sylvia too.
As Sylvia begins to connect with Peepers, and starts to sympathize with him, it'll challenge her belief that bad people deserve to have bad things happen to him.
Wander believes that "bad" people don't exist. Everyone has a seed of goodness inside of them that needs to be nurtured so it can grow. She's softening up to his way of thinking, but it still feels rather naive to her.
Instead, Sylvia learns a lesson that fits far more comfortably into her worldview:
Some people are pretty awful. That can't be denied. But maybe that doesn't mean they deserve to suffer. Maybe even the most evil people are worthy of kindness and support.

okay. not damon hill saying lewis was unmotivated throughout the first half of the season and basically implying he's paying the price for it by getting bested by his teammate. this is exactly the kind of reason why most fans are pissed off about this winless season for lewis.
most people clearly don't understand how these narratives work when it comes to lewis and how agendas change at every available chance. AND how misinformed personal opinions like this then trickle down and are used by everyone in the media and socials like gospel just to undermine lewis.
lewis is a bigger person and has left nothing to prove. yes. that doesn't change the fact that his fans will ride hard for him.
