Actually, on the topic of the baby fever. God it's so frustrating. Bc when I was like 14 ish I was Adamant that I never ever wanted kids. And my dad said smth around the lines of "that'll likely change" (probably from his own experience with this) and I was like NO. it WONT.

And then eventually, age 21-22 ish, I admitted that Okay, I still don't want to have my own kids, but someday maybe I'll adopt...

And Now, 27 years old, I got the general baby fever on occasion. It Did fucking change. And I don't know if I actually WILL bother with having my own kid (I still don't want to go through the hassle and massive body changes). But god. I do see a fucking baby and feel that stab of longing. It's almost like my damned hormones betrayed me or smth. Maddening!

I shall simply write fanfic about it.

15. Do you prefer writing one-shots or multi-chapter fics?

I tend to prefer writing one-shots! I love to read multi-chapter fics, but I always get so worried that I'll lose motivation and just, never come back to it :') My first fic on AO3 is loosely a multi-chapter, in the sense that I've left it open to return to someday, but haven't had any interest to pick it back up in years lol. There's something very punchy about one-shots as well - I have a pretty solid split between short and long one-shots, but it's so satisfying when I Finally have a long one finished!

I also like making connected one-shots, or sequential one-shots, but letting them stand on their own so?

32. What’s a fic you’d love to write, but probably never will?

I think I had a Vargas fic idea at one point that I so badly wanted to read but didn't want to write, and made some concept sketches and an outline for and everything lol - something with the Jake/Edgar/Scriabin dynamic ♥ I do know that someone made a missing scene-fic about Scriabin and Jake's first interaction that I've been quietly making eyes at - next time I'm into Vargas for sure 👀

As for love to write, hm... Probably this overly-convoluted Osmosis Jones NTR fic that I've had in my back pocket for way too long honestly lol - ever since I learned about netorare they were my first and only choice but it's so all-hurt-no-comfort and kinda dark and sad and while it sounds really fun, the self-consciousness monster in the back of my head is like "Really? The White Blood Cell Movie? For that?" lol

Heated Argument - Megaman X2 comic -

finally finished this fan comic project! thank you so much to my friend Dr. Zane "Z" Powers for helping me with the dialogue and grammar!

Some personal comments and insights about this comic down the line if you are interested!

aaaaaaaaaaaahhh... this took quite a long time, I guess not as long as Brotherhood Twists but you can see the difference in the first page with the second lol.

in fact I had done like various previous versions of the second page, you can see here how I was kinda improvising still and also still using some smaller panels, which later I thought it was much better to use big panels for more cool scenes like on Stag's powers by example

before i also had thought of including Pi; the pink navigator, more into the story but I thought maybe would be a little bothersome that she interrupts the fight with her dialogue too often and also may be redundant of her to comment on what's happening.

at one point I decided to make a storyboard and basically I went from there, which still made things a little difficult with the dialogue because I didn't full define that before as usual 😅 but I got some help from my friend and I think it turned out really cool!

it's also a little bit difficult to build on a story that has no prior buildup like I think a story like this should have had, I would have LOVED to build up something from before XD

there are other things I want to focus now but I'd still like to make more fan comics maybe smaller ones and let some headcanons out someday lol

Things that I learned with this, is that next time I make a fan comic like this, I'll reduce the quality in art a bit, maybe less shading and less clean line art would be good to save some time because as much as I like going ham on projects like this, it was still kinda tiring lol it really helps to have a color guide though! I made one reference sheet for myself here and I still really like it

the shading isn't present and still looks good, so that's something I'll keep in mind if I do another one in the future oh also ink shading was so helpful! saved a lot of coloring time lol and I added a few little cameos in the end, added Mac from Megaman X3, 2 concept navigators; one from X1 (the blonde one that was a scrapped concept for navigator) and one from Maverick Hunter X, and I made Signas one of the reploids that appear in the day of Sigma, he isn't the commander yet but he's there helping too!

When I was doing those pokemon designs, I ended up getting pneumonia which is why I straight up disappeared for like... 2 months LOL

This is as far as I got with Martin before I fell ill

By the time I recovered I kinda lost the motivation to finish it....

Would you guys believe me if I said it took me 3 years to finish this piece lol....the watering can was always intended to be a birthday present for Audrey Jones (that's why there's a shark painted on it...as a callback to their aquarium date!) ;w; Grace asked Jones directly what she wanted for a bday gift and a watering can is what she answered!

Also Bean told her he got into embroidery lately and offered to add some designs to her clothes, so I like to think that she agreed to that. x) The inspo for these particular embroidery designs comes from pinterest though!

And as a random fun fact, the idea of putting her into green overalls was inspired by my sister, who looked so fashionable in her green overalls back in 2016...so perhaps this picture has actually been 9 years in the making haha.

Lastly...below is my 3-year improvement! The first frame is basically where I left off in May 2022. Well, at least I hope the improvement is visible? ;<;

I stopped working on this piece back then because I felt like I was way out of my league and I had no idea how to paint what I wanted to paint...>.< And then over the years I'd open the file again and maybe touch up the face a little here and there for the sake of Art Fight refs but that was it. It wasn't until last month that things seemed a little less daunting and I finally felt a little more confident in which direction to go. :'>

I still have a lot to learn, esp with backgrounds but at least I've gained enough experience by now to finish the piece this time. 😤 I have more WIPs of other drawings that are even older than this that I still want to go back to, as well...someday I'll get to them!

my voiceclaim for leonid is jessie james grelle! i don't know many VAs by name or filmography so my friend helped me pick ^__^ it fits very well the trans cyborg girl gets the transfem voiceclaim

i wanted leonid to have a similar range to her papi shadow and a very slight robotic filter (edited by me in audacity) that she inherits from her dad omega. and the roboticizer she was born from LOL. she has very little dysphoria due to her pretty gender neutral upbringing until she came out - n just generally being happy with herself! - so she doesn't train her voice at all besides just subconsciously ending up with a feminine lilt to it when she speaks.

Another question for everyone if they want to answer! What do you sound like? ( voice claims )

Who Will Save You Now? / Bad Machine

There it is ladies and gentlethems. Bit of a personal piece if I gotta be honest, what started out as a random sketch I wasn't thinking too much on while making ended up transforming into a 4 day emotional rollercoaster for me.

I can only do so much on traditional and I'm still not satisfied 💔 maybe I'll make a digital version of this someday.

Sappy rambling on the creative process, as well as close-ups on details & songs' lyrics below!

I've been experimenting with coloring techniques here, other than just drawing Turbo with intense expressions as well as videogame-pixelated equivalent of body horror. This was a deliberate attempt to stop gatekeeping myself in regards to my art, clean or messy- doesn't matter, as long as it's something that I've created with unrestricted love. There's SO MUCH more I would've liked to add but if I sat there thinking up more things to add or details to include, I'd never truly finish. The lyrics was an impulsive choice, looking at it now I'm not too happy with how busy I made the background come across, and another reason why I'd like to maybe redraw this digitally in the future; I wanted to leave a loud and clear ¨this is what inspired me!!¨ lol.

Wish I could put into words (or hell, I wish there were ENOUGH words cuz there aren't!) how much this character means to me, how much he's meant to me for the past decade. There just isn't enough for me to express how much love I hold for him, what I've been through with him and how many times I've tried to suppress him over foolish insecurities. That I was 'too passionate', too much of this, too much of that. When in reality that was my greatest strenght, I feel free when I draw him, and I feel alive when I'm able to express myself through him.
