I am doing another mini comic for the 'siffrin? more like sif is out' AU, after I'm done with it, I'll want to do more for the AU, so pick a scene for me to draw based on the name.

a list of moments and character details from the unfinished ranson groupie au that i’ve been thinking about since december:

- randy wants to look cool and tough to fit in with the crowds at benson’s shows and impress him, so he pierces his ears and paints his nails black before a gig. benson laughs in his face but probably enjoys getting to pull at the earrings with his teeth.

- on a similar note, randy has been promising himself since he started listening to benson’s music as a teenager that if he ever gets to meet benson he’ll have him sign randy’s bare skin and get the autograph tattooed (he does not know the word parasocial). benson hates the idea but it does spark a possessive urge in him and, once they start hooking up, he convinces randy to just let him mark him up constantly instead. the bruises fade but they can always be replaced.

- benson is still his violent, undone self, only somewhat mitigated by a consistent outlet for his anger and not having to work in customer service for minimum wage. the easy early access to drugs, the demands of his career, and the crushing weight of expectation from others (something canon benson has no taste of) just push him over the edge in other ways. he flies between long bouts of depressed withdrawal from the world and manic episodes where he’s reckless with his own wellbeing to the point of self harm, ODing in the back of tour buses or speeding drunk through the streets of various cities. if he’s a big enough artist to get papped, he definitely has assault charges for attacking paparazzi, and if not he’s probably at least beaten unsavoury members of his crowds to a bloody pulp before. he makes angry loud music that fans mosh to, but the idea of being in the pit himself makes him want to vomit. he does not like fan interactions.

- randy is a highkey stalker hellbent on finding out everything he can about benson’s life and background. I think the kicker would be that they do still come from the same sad shit town; maybe benson even briefly worked at burgers during his teens/early 20s before his career took off, and maybe that’s why randy works there, copping abuse from chris and customers daily but just desperate enough to take what echoes of benson he can get that he sticks it out.

- at first, when his career started blowing up, benson sent every cent home to his ma as a sort of apology for being gone for work all the time, for being him. he paid off her medical debt, bought her a nice new house in a better area, thought about the ways he could make her finally happy, finally proud. she didn’t move in, claimed she had everything she needed already, and what was she gonna do with all that space to herself when he never has time to visit anyway? in the end, the house sits pristine and empty while benson’s childhood home falls apart around her. he can’t bring himself to sell it. he’s not sure she’s ever listened to one of his songs.

in which zane did not know before he died

remembered this very old au concept i’ve had since i was tiny watching ninjago for the first time… it completely unravels everything i enjoy about zane in the early seasons and i refuse to think of the necessary rewrites atm but i needed to make at least this one scene exist. can an au be naught but a single panel that makes me Sad?

is your halloween au a finished fic or is it still not posted yet?

it's an ongoing process!! i think 'oneahot' won the polls i made so now i have to figure out what exactly to write. i'm thinking that since LoF is canonically set in October (we're only just now into November), I could write an alternate world where Peter is already at the Wayne Manor for the day of Halloween and sees what the Waynes do each year. Alfred decorating the Manor, Bruce and Dami setting up for trick or treaters, Tim and Duke going through the process of summoning ghosts or smth Halloweeny. Maybe could have a "murder" mystery type? I love scary movies and mysteries, and I especially love writing them, so I think I might go along that route. Maybe have Peter and Steph trying to solve a mystery together and investigating the entire family... Might throw Maps in there too. Since Maps canonically loves mythology and that's like one of the central parts of her character, and the Waynes are all based on mythical creatures or fantasy elements, it'd be awesome to write her. It's an AU world, so anything can be used...

trying to fill out the chargers' ranks for my fic is sooo. ok we have our main seven chargers, obviously; bull, krem, stitches, dalish, skinner, rocky, and grim. we also see a handful of other chargers when we meet them in the storm coast. but also there's a bunch more and i have no idea how many there should be. filling out a faction is all fun and games until u. surprise. have to fill out the faction.

To summarize! WW gets reincarnated in a very distant future where humanity is more settled down in the planet. He remembers everything and decides to keep living his life as normally as he is able to. That is until he meets his neighbor when he moved to a new apartment.

He was an absolute weirdo of a guy who looked just like Vash in so many ways yet was so different in many others at the same time.

He pretends that his system isn’t going haywire every time he is around the man, the one that resembles someone he cared for so deeply in a life that wasn’t his but remembers all too well. He decides to pretend he doesn’t know Vash because he really doesn’t, not this one at least.

Meanwhile, Vash is going through a very trippy existential crisis for seeing Wolfwood again after what felt like dozens of centuries. This could clearly not be him however because, well, he knows why. So he pretends not to know him because wouldn’t that be weird if he acted like he did?

They avoid each other like the plague, the beautiful and horrible emotions that swarmed on their insides too much to bear just by the presence of the other. They could slip at any moment so it was better to evade the neighbor.

The thing here is, that life has never gone how they want it since ever.

Very attached to the idea that if Percy had been a woman she would have been named Ariadne. Like, I know that Persephone is a popular fanon name for female Percy because it's a nice way to keep her nickname. I've also seen Andromeda used by some because she lives a long life with Perseus in the myths. But Sally would have at least considered it right? Because Ariadne's a popular female figure in mythology, linked to both Theseus and Dionysus, two other famous figures in mythology. She was a clever mortal princess who was dealt a bad hand because her father's arrogance allowed him to think that he could get away with defying a god, just like how Poseidon's arrogance allowed him to think that he could get away with breaking the pact he made with Zeus and Hades. And in the end, Ariadne survived both her family's legacy and Theseus's abandonment, becoming Dionysus's immortal wife in both the PJO universe and in many retellings of the myth of the Minotaur and Theseus in real life. Ariadne got to live out her happy ending just like how Perseus did in mythology, which is the main reason why Sally even gave Percy the name Perseus to begin with. Am I delusional to think that Sally would have given a female Percy the name Ariadne? Who the fuck knows. But I'm so attached to the idea that it literally just supersedes any other name I could have come up with
