There it is ladies and gentlethems. Bit of a personal piece if I gotta be honest, what started out as a random sketch I wasn't thinking too much on while making ended up transforming into a 4 day emotional rollercoaster for me.

I can only do so much on traditional and I'm still not satisfied 💔 maybe I'll make a digital version of this someday.

I've been experimenting with coloring techniques here, other than just drawing Turbo with intense expressions as well as videogame-pixelated equivalent of body horror. This was a deliberate attempt to stop gatekeeping myself in regards to my art, clean or messy- doesn't matter, as long as it's something that I've created with unrestricted love. There's SO MUCH more I would've liked to add but if I sat there thinking up more things to add or details to include, I'd never truly finish. The lyrics was an impulsive choice, looking at it now I'm not too happy with how busy I made the background come across, and another reason why I'd like to maybe redraw this digitally in the future; I wanted to leave a loud and clear ¨this is what inspired me!!¨ lol.

Wish I could put into words (or hell, I wish there were ENOUGH words cuz there aren't!) how much this character means to me, how much he's meant to me for the past decade. There just isn't enough for me to express how much love I hold for him, what I've been through with him and how many times I've tried to suppress him over foolish insecurities. That I was 'too passionate', too much of this, too much of that. When in reality that was my greatest strenght, I feel free when I draw him, and I feel alive when I'm able to express myself through him.

These were some of the first adult Dib sketches I did when I just barely tiptoed back into the fandom. I was still trying to relearn the style at this point lol, but I still like 'em!

This is what the interdimensional transporter that Zim and Dib use in my fic looks like! I'd always intended to make a nice colorful reference sheet, but it never came to pass... I'm still working on my fic though, so maybe someday!! The design could use some tweaks first though...not enough wires or cables for my taste lol.

This is the first overtly ZADR-y thing I'd ever drawn. Sounds silly to admit now, but I was actually really scared to draw it or even talk about it at first. These past few years have been my first time doing this much ship art in general, and it's been really nice to have gotten to a point where I'm not so nervous about it all the time!

This was supposed to be a thing with a whooooole lot of Zim's killing each other. I was....feeling A Way. (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•⁠;⁠) Buuut quickly realized that I didn't like what I did with their proportions and scrapped it. When I first started out re-learning how to draw Zim, I tended to give him more lanky proportions. But now, I really tend to favor drawing a more canon-compliant tiny Zim. I think this piece in particular was kinda the last nail in the coffin for my taller Zims. Sorry, tall Zim.... XD

The last time I asked for sketch requests, someone sent me a prompt that really just sent my brain into overdrive and I was SUPER inspired.....and then life happened and I didn't end up finishing the idea I had. One of my top favorite characters of the entire series, the Spirit Guardian! AKA Guardian of the Spirit World and Guardian of the World Beyond. You get the idea! He's an ANGEL!!!

I kept his design using the original Minecraft skin as a reference, but I just let his hair stick out of the hood a little. I figured he would have white hair to match his big BEAUTIFUL FEATHERY WINGS!!!!! 😍😍😍 I absolutely love big feather wings! Okay, okay, moving on, the colors were easy since he's mostly black and white, I tend to mess up lighter skin tones in traditional art but I managed not to this time! As for making the black stand out so you can see his pants I had to make it slightly lighter than his robe. I'm happy with how all this turned out! I unfortunately couldn't quite get the hands to look right, so I once again saved myself from the trouble of drawing them by covering them up! You can see some of his left hand so you know he has them, but I posed him in a way that would look natural, including his wings flapping in front of his hands, and it feels like he's descending to meet us! Most likely Sabre to say hello or tell him he's caused some more problems and needs to be responsible and take care of it!

I have been drawing wings, mostly feathery ones, for about as long as I have been drawing. Those are probably the most developed parts of my artistic skills since I can't tell you enough times, I love feathered wings! And as proud of them as I am...... I have noticed mistakes over time that really gets under my skin. I can't fathom how this happened, but some how, I MESSED UP THE WINGS!!! 😭☹️ And now I shall point them out as I need to burn this in my memory so I don't let it happen again, and hopefully helps someone else remember to double check your sketch before starting the line art! There's no fixing mistakes if you notice them after that. It's the point of no return.

There is a second layer of feather on the outside of his left wing, I forgot add a second layer on the inside of his right wing, and it really gets me because I haven't made this mistake in so many years! It came back somehow! Now I'll explain what wings are supposed to look like! Or at least these ones since there are many different shapes and lengths wings have.

These wings are supposed to have the longest feathers on the outside, so that second outer layer is not supposed to be there. On his other wing I forgot the second inner layer. The feathers on the outside are like the backbone of the wings, so there shouldn't be layers outside, only inside. There are two inner layers, the second longest being the support and the smallest ones are the softest. They get smaller and softer the closer they are to the flyer. I hope I explained this well as I have done my best to be clear and understandable. It feels good to talk about these mistakes! As much as they bother ,e it is okay, I can redraw him in the digital art someday.

Now I can say my last words about the posing. The wings specifically. When they are curved you can not forget the feathers behind the curve. I'm not good with examples, but the best I can explain this, incase your are still confused, is imagine putting on a jacket or a coat without zipping it closed. The opening in the front allows you to see the back of the inside of the jacket. But some of the jacket is curved as it wraps around you while putting it on. Pretend you're invisible or something, you can see the back on the inside of the jacket while the sides are blocked by the front of the jacket. You can even just grap an object like a cup or ball with a piece of paper and wrap the paper around the object. I feel like I'm over explaining now so I shall stop. Thank you for reading if you got confused, I'm told I can be a bit confusing in my writing so I'm trying to fix that.

Some additional details you can't see in the drawing that I'd like to share with y'all is his eyes. You won't see them often, but when you do just know I'm not holding back with how beautiful they'll be. I initially thought they'd be golden but I've seen many fan animations and drawings of him having blue eyes, which I like a lot too, so I'm asking, and you please someone answer😭🙏, should I make them blue or gold? Maybe mix them? I'll mix them if nobody answers again, I'll probably choose this one now! But one thing is for certain, when he's angry they'll turn red! Luckily it is difficult to incur his wrath.

The Spirit Guardian is a great character that I enjoyed and I loved the interactions the others had with him, he's especially fun to mess with. Out of the arcs I have planned, his will probably be my favorite to write and draw. I'm not spoiling anything buuuut let's just say some Demons were not happy with their punishments. 😈

I'm usually not a big fan of this type of shading, but it turned out good I'd say. Gotta leave your comfort zone to embrace another one better yada yada idk what I'm saying.

Maybe I'll do the rest of the crew like this someday. Don't expect this to become an AU or anything like that tho, I suck at writing stuff (also this design would be too much pain to redraw for comics lol. I just like overusing details that are painful to redraw again hahaha)

I've done a few drawings with other Wrynns, mostly taking inspiration from the movie au and personal headcanons. I have this one piece about the deaths of Barathen, Llane, and Varian and how all that weighs down on Anduin. I want to redraw this one someday cuz the canvas I did it on was very small and Id like to redo the stained glass.

I wanna mention that Llane's design is ALL OVER THE PLACE when hes depicted so I took that as an invite to pick the traits I liked best and build-a-llane. (he appears in DF as a kid in a bronze quest and has dark hair, made this reference image before that)

and more art, including Taria , younger Varian, Llane, Barathen, and when looking through wikis I found a page for a 'Landan Wrynn' and it didnt say much nor do I know anything about him so I just made up a design for fun.

I def have more art of Varian (and Tiffin) but as for family beyond him I think this is about it. I should draw them more. And also now that you mention it I've never finished playing Warcraft 3, and I'd love to actually sit and play 1 and 2. My Uncle who got me into WoW in the first place played those c:

When Pokemon Day hit, dear Anon, I was so excited about ZA I couldn’t restrain my desires. Yet, I ended up just sketching this and I didn’t go on, didn’t post it, because new projects occupied my mind, like always; but, like always x 2, I will return on this to redraw it decently and add POKEMON?!? Because they’d have a partner Heracross and pink Butterfree.

And oh, I need to write about this AU a bit. I have got so many ideas I could have fit in a Frontier rewrite focused on them, but nope, let’s Pokemon for some reason (???? Honestly).

agreed, the three of them (and Jake as well) should be friends. although, i don't know if Drew really has any bullshit for Dan to put up with? he seems like a pretty chill guy. really, it's more Dan and Drew having to try to talk Tom out of whatever trouble he's gotten into now, yet Tom still following his heart and making mistakes constantly.

the artist did a good job reinterpreting the pose with the more realistic proportions of their style. maybe i should try doing some Disventure Camp pose redraws someday; that could be fun. although, i'd wager that the next DC thing that i draw will probably relate to season 4, though i can't say that for sure.

He was gone too soon. ;-; I won't lie, I personally do not care for Jake and Tom getting a spinoff story, AT ALL. But I might end up watching it anyway, for the extra lore. And who knows, if it gets enough views and does well enough in the community, it *might* convince Jared and Robert to make spinoffs for other characters. Like Drew. Or Ashley. Or Alec (which is what I'm hoping most for if you could n't already tell).

the pose sort of reminds me of a polaroid that they would show in the credits of the movie to reassure that everyone is having a great time after the plot is over. actually, i guess it has similar vibes to the canon instagram post of Ellie and Tess graduating, so maybe that's where i got that idea, lol.

including Drew as a background gag would honestly be a brilliant idea. like, Jake runs off somewhere, and in the background, there's just Drew holding up a piece of paper that says "???". i have no clue where in Canada Drew and Tom/Jake/Miriam live-- the country is quite large, so it could be an equivalent distance to Ashley living in Texas and Ellie/Tess living in New York-- but given that Ellie will be in the series, someone is travelling somewhere! so it's definitely possible.

i'm pretty neutral on the TomJake series, mostly because i don't know what it's going to be about. in a best case scenario, it's a delayed wrap-up to All Stars, further exploring some of the plot threads that weren't fully developed leading up to and after Riya's win. in a worst case scenario, it's a disjointed collection of mildly confusing fanservice, a la "Derek and Trevor accidentally kiss in the shower." (i actually liked that episode as a whole, but man was that moment in particular cringe.) i'm definitely going to watch it just so that i know what's up, but i do feel like they probably could have better used this time elsewhere (more staff stories, official season epilogue, start s4 faster).

but, Sapphire, if they did an Ashley, Drew, or Alec spinoff, how would they lure people in by putting gay people in the thumbnail??? (/s) mostly kidding, but i'm sure it is true that they were willing to bank on a TomJake series because they knew that those popular characters would get the clicks. if we got another spinoff, it'd probably be jaiden-centric, lmao.

of course, Ashley and especially Alec are also pretty popular, so it's not outside of the realm of possibility! an Alec series would definitely good, to clarify his relationship with Fiore, learn a bit more about his family, and perhaps touch on what Riya's up to after the show. an Ashley show i fear would lack any conflict (because she slays at life so hard), but maybe we could learn a bit about her family too.

They would make a neat duo ngl. If Dan ever made it to All-Stars that is. 😅 I actually remember one Ally greeting where she said she thought Dan was a pretty cool/nice guy and how unfair it was the way Gabby cheated him in eliminations, or something along those lines. I can try to find it later.

oh, these two could definitely make a nerd alliance. throw in Alec and Lake and you'll have brains that brawn and beauty should definitely watch out for.

Hm. Interesting chart. The one I agree most with is that I definitely would've liked to see an interaction between Tess and Alec. Those two do have quite a few things in common (quiet, reserved/introverted, level headed, fairly intelligent, logical, lone wolves who like to read, etc.) so I'm sure they would've clicked well with each other. Eh, who knows? Maybe there was some interaction at the motel off camera. Though that is mostly just wishful thinking, since I highly doubt either of them would ever see a reason to talk to the other with how little they know about each other, being from separate seasons and all.

yeah, and Alec was in the Motel for a pretty short amount of time (2 episodes, maybe like 5 days). canonically, he probably spent a lot of that time talking to Fiore and then Connor. Perhaps Ellie and Grett as well.

god knows Alec could use a therapist friend, though. maybe if people started following each other online, they could wind up chatting with each other then! or, i'm sure Alec would read Lake's book someday, so he could at least see her illustrations then.

i think you can probably guess which box i agree with most. (it's the favorite friendship one)

Some Stargate Atlantis doodles I drew back in 2009 (and touched up a tiny bit recently) that I'm sharing partly for a little bit of self accountability, as I've been wanting to redraw this page for a long time, and still haven't gotten to it. And also partly sharing this because, despite a few things I desperately wish I'd known how to draw back then (like all of Rodney; for the life of me I could not figure out how to draw him right, and I still feel awful about it 😭), and despite now wishing I'd drawn other things differently, I still somehow drew all of this from memory alone (while out of the house and itching to continue my fifth-or-so consecutive SGA rewatch), and I am proud of it in the end! And wanted to share, mistakes and successes and all. And hope any other SGA fans who might see this like it too.

And yeah, am hoping to revisit this sometime soon and see how much my art has changed since then, and hopefully also manage to do everyone justice this time. And maybe have John and Rodney interacting with each other too. And am hoping to draw Teyla and Ronon someday soon too. And so many others and more SGA in general too; I still love them all and this show so much!
