I’ve been watching Becoming Karl Lagerfeld on Disney+ one episode at a time when I have the mental capacity to be watching something in a language I don’t speak* (they mostly speak French in this series) but Karl and his mother speak German together and there are occasional other bits in German as well, I think the other main bit in German was when Marlene Dietrich turned up. My German is good enough that I can understand what they’re saying like 95% of the time.

The English subtitles are often different to what they’re actually saying. I feel like most of the time the difference is due to getting a nuance across rather than sticking to the literal words being said. And sometimes I’ve been switching between Danish and English subtitles and replaying scenes just to see what the translation is like and how it’s different for each language and it’s been fun and interesting to look at the language that way**

anyway in episode 4 at about 4:20 we get this exchange:

Karl’s mother: ich hab [sehr?] gesagt

Karl Lagerfeld: Glückwunsch

In English this is translated as:

KM: I told you it was a start

KL: good for you

In Danish it’s translated as:

KM: jeg advarede dig [I warned you]

KL: tillykke [congratulations]

I’ve replayed this like ten times now and while I’m not entirely sure what the mother is saying I am also 100% sure she is not saying “ich hab dich gewarnt” (“I warned you”) or even Sie instead of dich. Unless she’s speaking some dialect I’m not familiar with? I think she’s saying “I told you so”, which would be “ich habe es dir gesagt” which could plausibly come out sounding like “ich hab s ehr gesagt” since she’s already colloquially shortening habe to hab. I’m not sure though because, well, not a native speaker of German. I just suffered through 8 years of it as a foreign language in school.

I paused at this scene because the English subtitles didn’t make any sense to me for the scene - I like “good for you” as a translation of “glückwunsch” because it carries the meaning across of him acknowledging she was right and being pissed off about it, but “I told you it’s a start”?? What? Where does that come from?? She didn’t say anything like that? The start of what? It’s nonsense. The Danish translation works much better here, a plain “I warned you”, or the same as “I told you so”. (Danish and German share the same passive aggressive use of congratulations as a response here lmao.)

I can’t speak for the French bits but I feel like the German bits were being well translated up until now, and now I’m just annoyed.

*i’m aware there’s an English audio option but i violently hate watching dubbed media because the Lips Don’t Match and it’s so incongruent and distracting I can’t focus on it at all. it’s like being fed noise: the face is telling me one thing and the sound is telling me a completely different thing and the two combine into a scrambled nonsensical mess.

Thank you so much darling!!! I am so glad you asked me this because I have been thinking about Ren as a father nonstop since that request. My brain has been full of many thoughts and opinions and I am happy to have an outlet for sharing lol. That being said, forgive my blathering. ^^;

(18+ and warnings for noncon, pregancy/baby birthing talk, incredibly unhealthy relationships, abuse, and being kidnapped/held against your will.)

Being impregnated by Ren would be absolutely dreadful for you, causing you to spiral into a pit of fear and despair the moment you miss a period or begin to feel queasy in the morning. With the signs starting to show, your brain comes to the instant conclusion that you are with child-his child, and it frightens you like nothing else before. At first you try and convince yourself nothing is wrong, that you are probably just late due to stress, and your upset stomach can be any number of things, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are pregnant. Any of your symptoms can be explained away by something else, so in an effort to try and maintain your sanity your brain churns out explanation after explanation, no matter how nonsensical they may be, in hopes of calming your rampant nerves by coming to some other resolution. A stream of constant lies and false reassurances play on repeat in your brain, forcing the thought that you may actually be a mother to the farthest reaches of your mind.

But the longer you wait and the more you dwell on it, the more you are faced with the inevitable. He never wears protection, you haven’t had access to birth control, and despite your warnings of it being a delicate time of month for you, his base instincts always won out in the end. There was nothing else this could be.

Faced with the reality of the situation, you were now tasked with the burden of sharing the news with Ren. You didn’t want to tell him, terrified of what his response would be, worried that he would somehow blame this all on you and hurt you because of it, quite possibly worse than he ever has before. But an even more horrifying concern than that is if the news actually pleases him. What if he wants to keep the baby? What if you were forced to carry this pregnancy to term while trapped in this grim environment, left to raise another human that shares half their dna with a man who has done nothing but cause you irrevocable damage?

No matter what the outcome, none of them are favorable.

But you didn’t have a choice, and you knew it was better to break it to Ren sooner rather than later, lest this whole nightmare become irreversible. In the event he saw things your way, you wanted this thing out of your body as soon as possible (though you loathed to consider what strings Ren would pull to achieve this, and what backwater procedure would be done to do so).

At first Ren brushes it off, not truly believing your concern. He’s had sex with you countless times without protection and just now you get pregnant? Seems suspicious, so he concludes you’re either overreacting or trying to get a rise out of him, potentially both, and that in and of itself riles him up. Are you telling him this as some kind of ploy? Are you using a false pregnancy as a means to get him to ease up on you a bit or as an attempt at escape? After all you had gone through together, after all the love he has lavished upon you by sharing his home, his life, his heart, with you… Would you really tell a lie like this?

He struggles with that possibility. Despite his inclination to feel otherwise, he has a hard time believing you would use a pregnancy scare for your own selfish benefit. You have always been a good girl, his good girl, and deep inside he knows this is not something that is within your nature to do, even if he does have some major doubts.

So, though he doesn’t truly believe your claims, he buys the pregnancy test more as a means to shut you up and prove a point than because he actually believes you. Needless to say, he ends up biting his tongue over that one.

When hit with the truth, his emotions are mixed. On one hand, he wants nothing to do with children or child rearing. He didn’t have to do much of a self-assessment to recognize he would be a shit father, and he never particularly wanted to be a father to begin with. His own upbringing wasn’t the best, he himself never really having a father figure that was worth a damn to guide him or show him any love or support. He had no parenting manual to go off of, and was sure that a culmination of having no positive family experience and maturing into the warped individual he had become led to no other conclusion than NOT being cut out for fatherhood in the slightest.

More than that however, the thought of sharing you, even with a life he helped create, really REALLY pissed him off. Thinking of all the nights you would be spending tending to the baby when you could instead be wrapped up in his arms, or all the attention and affection you will be giving some inept kid that could instead be going towards him, truly gets under his skin. He doesn’t WANT to share you. You’re HIS. And while a baby isn’t going to change that, he doesn’t want the needless competition to begin with.

But on the other hand, having a baby does have its appeal. It would be nice to bring a life into this world that loves him from the get-go, completely relying on him while being totally oblivious to all that has happened in the past. That sort of pure, blind love is hard to come by in this world, and the fact that he could obtain it so easily from a life he created with you, a human that has your blood running through its veins, is EXTREMELY appealing. And on top of that, you are sure to love the child whether its conception was wanted/planned or not. If you loved a child that was half his for the remainder of your life, would that not bind you to him for just as long? Though he didn’t doubt your loyalty (or his ability to keep you tied to him with no hope of escape), it would be a nice assurance to have in the rare event things did not end up going his way.

Once that thought enters his head, it’s over. No further thinking or future planning is required-he is going to be a father, and YOU are the beautiful mama! Congratulations! (Does he get off to you being pregnant? Did this pregnancy make Ren Hana realize he has a breeding kink??? Sources say yes and that’s your problem to deal with now. :))

Holding his newborn for the first time, he has never been so nervous. Tears flood his eyes as he watches the small bundle squirming in his arms, his heart aching as they stare up at him with wide, pure, inquisitive eyes. He was no stranger to ending lives, but creating them? This was something entirely new, as exhilarating as it was scary. His smile grew as he stared at her small face, pleased that she looked so much like you. He could only hope that her personality would mirror yours as well.

As time passes and the baby grows, you find out quick that Ren has a very ‘hands off’ way of parenting, which is to say he relies on you to do most of the work. And honestly, he feels that is fair. He’s the breadwinner who works hard to provide for you and the newborn, which leaves all other parental duties in your capable hands. You are left to be the child’s main caregiver, their guiding force to lead them through life, their teacher, confidante, and friend. It’s a daunting task, all residing solely on your shoulders.

Ren won’t readily admit it, but he much prefers it that way. All the abuse that he has suffered through from an early age, every heinous act of violence that has been carried out by his own hands (your wounds, included), all of it has turned him into something unrecognizable, something grotesque. Even if he wanted to have more of a presence in his child’s life, he knows he doesn’t deserve it. If he had too much sway in the kids development there’s a good chance they will grow up to be like him in some way or another, which would be a waste of all the love and hard work that you had put into raising them into being an upstanding person. Ren had made peace with who he had become, but that didn’t mean he wanted to keep a cycle that someone like Strade had begun going either.

So, the baby more or less becomes your soul responsibility, and god is that a burden for you. It’s bad enough that you have such little support from Ren to begin with, but the fact that this is YOUR first time being a parent as well makes it all so much worse. You have no idea what the hell you are doing, and with Ren making sure to keep you as isolated as possible you had no one else to turn to for help, either. It was just you and this brand new life with no one else to rely on, if you fucked up in even the smallest way it could be devastating to the baby. If your daughter got truly hurt, sick, or worse in your care, you didn’t know how you would live with the repercussions, let alone handle Ren’s reaction.

If your life with Ren hadn’t already made you a strung out, nervous, irritable wreck, being a mother certainly would. As she continues to grow, Ren refuses to discipline the child at all, not wanting in any way to appear like a ‘bad guy’ to your daughter. Given the circumstances, part of you is thankful for that (you honestly don’t know what you would do if he turned his ire towards her), but it also just makes things more difficult with you. You are already beyond stressed about trying to raise a child in this type of environment, having no united front and constantly butting heads makes raising her that much harder, especially when any kind of rule you attempt to establish can so easily be overridden by her father who has no remorse over the frustration this causes, nor care as to how his flippancy may affect your child’s development in the long run.

It’s also not lost on you that being the sole disciplinarian also paints you in a less than favorable manner in your child’s eyes, something you are sure Ren has thought about as well. Being the ‘strict’ parent means your child will be more likely to hide things from you, or seek out her father instead of you for support, approval, and advice. Given whom Ren was as a person, this thought didn’t sit particularly well with you.

All you can really hope and pray for is that somehow despite the lack of social interaction and outside influence she will grow up to be a decent human. Even maturing under the delusion that her father is a noble man, even if in some instances you have to make yourself the villain, as long as it helps her out in  the long run you’ll do everything you can to insure your daughter lives the best life she possibly can, whether her father helps you or not.

I think the REAL problems will begin when the child gets older. When she truly comes into herself and forms her own opinions, develops her own personality, and starts to forge her own way of life… It’s gonna be messy. :/ Your child’s autonomy is definitely going to be a point of contention for Ren in the future, and he won’t be so pleased if/when she catches on to his true nature and begins to rebel or straight up reject him. God forbid she tries and join forces with you or attempt to become your savior. It’s going to take a lot of cunning on her end to make it out unscathed.

Also, I kind of touched on it previously, but Ren would be incredibly horny the whole pregnancy. Not that he isn’t already incessantly slavering over you, something about seeing you round and full just makes him snap. Which is scary in its own right, Ren isn’t the most gentle of lovers to begin with and has a tendency to lose himself more often than naught, hurting you in the process. It’s a constant struggle to satiate him while protecting yourself and the unborn baby, best of luck to you! :D

(And he’ll definitely breastfeed from you. He’s gotta make sure you are producing enough for the baby, ya know? :))

Fanfic Recs!

Been on a reading spree so I thought it would be nice to rec a few of my favourite Good Omens fics

The Many-Venomed Earth (teen) - Gorgeous AU 1930s detective story where amateur sleuth Aziraphale must get Crowley off a murder charge. Yes that pun was intentional but actually this one is rated teen. I absolutely INHALED this fic and am halfway through the sequel - it's just brilliant.

Trial & Error (E) - Crowley on trial again - this time in Heaven, and the Supreme Archangel Aziraphale is the judge. AWK-WARD. Hilarious, angsty and hot, what more could you ask!

Half agony half hope (teen) - absolutely loved this one! Regency AU which basically uses the British class system as a replacement for Heaven, with a lovely bit of moral awakening, especially for Aziraphale. I’m a sucker for a good bit of history and there are some nice real historical events referenced within - part of said moral awakening - and really deftly done. highly recommend.

Jesus, Etc (Gen)- the very first Good Omens fic I read, in that desperate post S2 period where all I wanted was a funny, happy resolution for those ineffable idiots...and this one delivered!

A Narrow Escape to the Country (teen) - properly funny. Aziraphale and Crowley appear on a daytime househunting tv series. Hilarity ensues.

Married at first sight (teen)- another reality show, which I have not watched, but that did not interfere with my enjoyment of this fic. Fake marriage is like…my favourite trope. Give me more.

Muddle through somehow (teen)- oh wait, here’s some more! Fake marriage and fake kid and fake country cottage. The voices are spot on in this one!

The Grinder Logo Doesn’t Even Have a G in It (E) - You've almost certainly read this already and if you haven't you must. Post season 1 fic which manages to do footnotes RIGHT. Properly funny, extremely hot, and pretty flipping adorable. I loved it.

Slow Show (E) - AU. Who possibly hasn’t heard of this fic? But it is fantastic, and hot and romantic and gorgeous.

Bf!Ghost lets you drag him along to parties. You received a last-minute invitation to this big New Year's party, and he already knew there's no way you'll miss it. He doesn't protest. In fact, he doesn't even mind. He found himself mildly enjoying the company of other people, picking up on bits and pieces of meaningful conversations such as their resolutions, hopes or big plans for the year ahead of them.

His attention, however, is almost entirely fixed on you. Whether you’re catching up with someone you know or heading off to grab another drink, his sharp eyes follow your every move, ensuring you’re always within his sight.

As the clock nears striking midnight, the big countdown begins and the room almost instantaneously buzzes with excitement and anticipation. Ghost gently pulls you into his arms, tuning out the raucous cheers and clinking glasses around you. He kisses you softly, his masked demeanor melting away in the intimacy of the moment.

“Guess you’re stuck with me for another year, eh? Don’t know how you do it.”

Bf!Ghost loves the idea of cozying up at home with you. The world outside is cheery and loud: groups of friends heading to or returning from clubs, the occasional firework bursting in the sky, and the distant hum of cars as people race to make it home before midnight. But his world—being you—is cozily inside with him. A bottle of champagne, your favorite cheesy sitcom playing on the TV, and a soft blanket draped over the both of you, making the moment so effortlessly perfect.

Bf!Ghost keeps in contact with you, no matter where he is, this man will find a way. His texts range from sarcastic remarks to just random snapshots of his day. He has this knack for making you laugh with his dry humour and cheeky quips.

"Guess what I had to deal with today? Idiots."

Or, out of nowhere, a photo of a random animal he saw, captioned: “This you?”

Bf!Ghost isn’t the type to sit down and plan New Year’s resolutions. It’s just not his thing—too much fuss over things he figures he’ll do anyway. But with you, it’s become a tradition. He always kept his short and practical, things like, “Stick to the training routine,” or “Get the truck serviced.” Straightforward. No fluff. But every single time, you'd make sure to add an impossibly unachievable one regarding Simon, like “Convince Simon to wear a ridiculous party hat.”

But little does he know, you’ve got your ways. It's not even February, but he’s sitting on the couch with a sparkly, oversized party hat perched on his head. He grumbles something about how you’re impossible, but there’s a warmth in his eyes that he can’t hide.

His biggest resolution this year is different, though. It’s more personal: “Learn to take a proper holiday with you.” He’s honest about it—years have gone by without him truly relaxing, and he knows he owes it to himself—and to you—to find that peace.

He secretly loves when you set a goal for the both of you, like planning a getaway or trying a new hobby together. Even though he pretends it’s all “your idea,” he’s all in from the start. It’s the kind of commitment he doesn’t say out loud, but you can see it in the way he clears his schedule, shows up on time, and puts his whole heart into whatever you’re doing. With Simon, even the smallest resolutions become something meaningful when it’s with you.

Bf!Ghost stares. A lot. But not in a creepy way, but in a way that makes you feel like you're the only person in the room, and that's if you notice--most of the time you don't. When he zeroes in on you, it's like he's in a sort of daze and there's a softness that momentarily lingers in the creases of his eyes.

"Y'know, you always do that thing..." You mention whilst glancing over at him. He was leaning back on the couch, casually sipping on his drink with his eyes fixed on you.

"What thing?"

You tilt your head and a smile plays at your lips. "Stare."

He just shrugs like it's no big deal. But you can tell by the shift in his gaze that it means more. “I like looking at you,” he says, voice low and quiet, as if it's the most obvious thing in the world.

Bf!Ghost keeps a picture of you in his wallet, hidden among the military IDs and mission cards. It's just a photo, after all—nothing to make a fuss over. But the way his fingers linger on it when he's pulling out his cards or the small smile that tugs at his lips when he sees it tells a different story.

Bf!Ghost holds onto little souvenirs from your outings and dates. The ticket from the first movie you saw together? It's in a safe place in his drawer. A napkin with a doodle you drew as you were chattering away with your friends on the phone, laughing about silly gossip? That's tucked into his wallet, next to your picture.

Bf!Ghost surprises you with these small, simple decorations when the New Year rolls around, like some dazzling fairy lights twinkling in the corner or some sparklers at night. When you asked him about him, he just shrugs with a nonchalant look and says, "Felt like it."

But deep down, you know it's because he loves seeing you get excited or surprised whenever he does something special, even if it's out of the usual for him. He's secretly a sucker for seeing you get all thrilled over new beginnings,

Bf!Ghost discovers you putting together a messy craft project, showcasing all your favourite memories from 2024. You've been in and out of rooms, running around to fetch a variety of creative supplies and being careful to not prick your foot with scissors or knock over an unscrewed glitter jar on your way back.

"What do we have here?" He asked, leaning against the doorframe and observing as you neatly trimmed a photograph to stick onto your collage.

"A time capsule, right? But make it *aesthetic*." You answer, still focusing on the right place to glue this photo of him (he didn't even realise you took it) onto your collage.

Stepping into the room, he watches you rearrange and readjust bits of paper as you searched for the perfect combination. He decided to make himself useful, sitting across from you and quietly helping with cutting things out for you or suggesting ideas. Every little thing he does makes the process a little smoother. He's there, helping you build something together—just like he’s always there for the bigger moments.

Bf!Ghost finally lets you paint his nails after what seemed like hours of pleading and begging--but just one, which was perfect for what you were trying to do, anyway.

You chose his thumb so you can have more efficient and visually representative thumb wars, of course. I don't know how this man does it, but every time he wins. His true competitive nature comes out in a good old fashioned thumb war. But it's also another excuse to hold your hand and hear you giggling as you thrash about and try cheating your way through getting his thumb cornered.

You carefully painted it black and added a tiny ghost doodle in white, refining all the details in black with a tiny and precise brush.

"Fits, don't touch think?" You teased, holding it up for him to inspect.

But you didn't want Ghost Jr. to feel left out, so you got a matching one. (But yours is pink, of course). Whenever you held his hand, you always dubbed them as 'best buddies' and pressed your thumbs together, making hand holding all the more special to you guys.

I don't know who needs to hear these, but I think it's best to have these things as of late when concerning the transition into Pluto in Aqua. If AI is increasingly running the show, we must go back to our human ways in order for us to keep ourselves sane. Some books to help you gradually ease into this collective shake up:

Cal Newport's Digital Minimalism (and Slow Productivity) Might I suggest using these texts to help you navigate this digital dark time. One to use for digital regression and one for staying sane in your WFH space.

The Transcendent Brain: Spirituality in The Age of Science by Alan Lightman This one was a quick pick that I channeled while at work. Haven't read it yet, but it poses a good disposition to the Pluto in Aqua transit for some odd intuitive reason.

Trick Mirror by Jia Tolentino It's an anthology that describes to us what the algorithmic design of social media does to its people -- and women namely. If you want a book to capture your attention and also somewhat be part of a send-off to Neptune in Pisces next year, this will be a perfect book to look at.

7 Habits Collection (Of highly effective people and highly effective teens -- Sean & Stephen R. Covey) If you're looking to game up your humanity skills, whether younger or older (both are good refresh books), take a good gander at each for reference. May help you out more than good due to the Saturnian nature of Aquarius.

Originals: How Non-Conformists Move The World by Adam Grant If you're stuck on your capability to innovate, or have art block like a motherfucker, this is a book for those in need of a motivational boost for this Pluto Transit. Highly recommend!

Liberalism And It's Discontents by Francis Fukuyama Knowing that political systems have started to fall apart (communism, capitalism and many others), then this is a good place to start giving yourself ideas on what to support or what parties to make (if you're a political science major, PLEASE read Fukuyama's work I beg you). The systems that we've seen historically do not work anymore. We have to innovate whether we like it or not. Save the nostalgia for culture and at-home indulgences. Involving it with politics kills a system.

Robert Greene's 'The Daily Laws': 366 Meditations on Power, Seduction, Mastery, Strategy, and Human Nature There's an entry a day within this book. The author recommends to read it EVERY DAY. Introspection is also healthy under this Pluto in Aqua transit. You must do so from a detached perspective in order to be successful. If you missed at least 3 days or however many, read however many you've missed. A good challenge for every year. Easy new year's resolution goal or just a good routine add on that shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to do.

What I would want it to include would be them having Aqua reincarnated and watching Ruby on stage as a little boy, with his loving family, maybe with his mother in that life. He never got to live for himself;; He needs to have one for himself because what is this?;; It's as if it's better if he didn't get reincarnated, his life was used as support for others.

It'd also be a nice..addition since he was older than sarina in his first life, the same age in the second, and now he'll be a lot younger in his third. In all three lives, he'll get to cheer for Ruby but this time he'll be able to without any type of worry.

If they're not going to bring him back they should at least do this for the sake of his soul and, for the readers who really cared for him. Plus it'd make Ruby really happy because she wouldn't really care what Aqua looks like or what he is as long as it's him. I see them being each other's favorite idols(oshis)in a sense. Wish Aqua had more development with Kana personally because that's who he's liked but since the focus should be on Ruby(her internal turmoils or development, her mentality is NOT illustrated in depth. It feels so hollow) if the extra pages were to be like this, it'd make a better resolution.(I hate it here though because I just don't see why Aqua had to die!; It doesn't contribute to the story in a positive way and I see the story being miles better with him being alive!! This is just cruel!)

Ai and Hikaru are my favs but unless they draw them as deities of the entertainment industry...I rather they don't touch them. But I'd like a page or two of Ai but in that case; I feel they must show what she feels about this whole situation and they wouldn't BE able to do that at all. Her boyfriend and son like that? And I don't think she'll quite enjoy how her daughter's become so much either because, Ai had a desire to expose her truths. Ruby was already quite doing that as her personality was different from hers, but I see what's become of her being a defense mechanism or recoil. "Lying" on stage was Ai's thing, never Ruby's up till the last chapter. It's so different from how Aqua phrased her as as he was very hopeful about his sister, saying she's different from him or his dad. What Hikaru said to Aqua turned out to be all true!!!;

They can't write out her reaction towards all that in such little space. They had 50 pages in the last ep and it was so hollow and explained so little. They weren't able to bring out the depths of a character's mind with 50, so they will not be able to do it within a shorter amount of page space. Which is heartbreaking because they were so good with it. They were good with expressing Ai's!

So realistically, I wish for what I've written above. I can't even wish for my favs to appear because I can't trust the writing haha;; and; Aqua really...they can't do this to Aqua after having used him as a protagonist. They should at least do this for him and the fans.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I hope you all have a wonderful new years and overall just a lovely lovely day! Whether you're going in with hopes and resolutions or simply cruising to go into the new year as peacefully and calmly as possible, I hope all of you have a lovely night!

Now I have some personal ramblings I wanna do! Something I do try and keep to a minimum but I'm feeling a touch bold right now but I'll at least hide it under a cut. Read if you want. If not, that's super fine!!! Either way I'm wishing all of yall a happy new year~ Sending you all lots of love and good wishes.

Waving from under the cut! Oh what a year I've had. I know most of yall have only known me for a handful of months, I know there's a few who watched me disappear for a whole year. So this is a journey I've gone on that I realize no one really knows much about. But I've gone through a big change this past year, one I never really imagined I would get to see. Leaving a situation I felt trapped in, leaving a home that felt like a cage. I only recently, finally, got to feel like myself again. Untethered to another person. Untethered to their judgment, their rules, their negativity. I'm finally me again, just me. Which is jarring, scary, amazing, overwhelming, absolutely incredible. And standing here on the other side, having made it out, I have some resolutions.

Now I'm not normally one to do resolutions! But with such a big change, it only feels right to add to the list of new things I'm getting to do! I have some small ones, like keeping a planner to organize my time better! Something I need to learn how to do since I'm getting to do things on my own. More art experimenting! Not feeling so strict with being consistent in my art, letting myself be silly and try new things!

But then there's a big one that I only get to do now. And that's...let myself be me. See, I'm having to refind pieces of me I lost over the years, but the process has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Its like a personal treasure hunt within my own mind. Its a process I'm still in the beginning stages of. Hell, yall have gotten to SEE that! Returning here drawing silly stuff again, art that makes me happy, an oc I poured that love into with Dandy. You've gotten to see me start this process. Oh but there's still so much to do. So much me to find!!! I hope I get to find myself and share more of that with you guys. Holding my hand along the way. I want to share this journey even in small ways with yall.

Anyway! I'm starting to get shaky with emotion. So I'll leave it there. I'm not used to sharing so so much. I hope this isn't too jarring to see. But it means a lot to me... Thank you to those who read this. Thanks for letting me open my chest and show my heart for a second. It means the world.

I think for me the best part about watching is two parts

. The first within the series itself, is always always the time that Jiang Tian and Sheng Wang spent together. Every episode I was looking forward to their moment together. So the best will always be the day they skipped school and decided they would move into the dorms. There was something so beautiful about it and it meant the world to me.

The second is more the experience itself, of watching something as it goes and recording it on Tumblr and interacting with others based on it. It's something I've started more recently and this was an amazing series for it. It allowed me to interact with so many new people. Put my thoughts out even with hesitation. I loved it.

In terms of the second season, I really really want one. I hope it is a reality and the fruits of it, we can one day enjoy. I would literally sell my soul if it could be a reality. That being said, I don't really expect one. So looking at it as something without a "resolution", I think I'll still be okay with it. I'll have to find fanfiction and read the book and everything to find something to fill the gaps, but I'm ok for all rest of the things. The yearning and heartbreak, as much as I wish we didn't have to go through, I am not opposed to it and am not upset about it. I usually lean towards the yearning angst and this was right up my alley. Are there things I would've changed? Obviously. There always are I think, but there are not so many that I would not recognise the story altogether and that's what makes it significant for me I think.

The best, and arguably the only, good part of playing on opposing teams from your husband was getting to play a match against him. Therefore one could say that Neil was very excited about getting to play against Andrew tonight. Not only because for the first time since the season started they'd finally be in the same State and City (And later after the game, the same house) but also because Neil thought Andrew was 100% hotter when he was playing (Not that he would tell him out loud), and seeing him live was definitely better than seeing him on a screen. There was also the added bonus of the infamous Minyard - Josten Rivalry. Or Neil and Andrew are having too much fun with their rivalry until someone else takes it too seriously, and then they have a talk.

The primary reason is that, with Hina and Makoto being the sole exceptions, none of the characters who made it out of the first killing game had any substantial development. Kyoko is nice, but she's as aloof as ever, Byakuya remains arrogant and self-centered, even after surviving; and while he grows slightly more cooperative, his attitude often alienates him from others, Toko's obsessive crush on Byakuya doesn't go away through this whole game; and makes her feel disconnected from the group's unity, and of course, fucking Hiro just had absolutely no development, and no impact on the story, and got out of the game the same way he carried himself through it. Fucking stupidly.

In Goodbye Despair and V3, even the less prominent survivors (e.g., Sonia or Himiko) show more growth or contribute meaningfully to the group's dynamic.

Goodbye Despair's survivors (Hajime, Kazuichi, Sonia, Akane, and Fuyuhiko) bond deeply through shared trauma and their fight against despair, which is highlighted in the epilogue. And each of them all had the weight of a fellow participant (except Kazuichi) to carry on their shoulders. This goes double for the survivors of V3, (Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko) who all undergo significant personal transformations and develop tight, and carry the hopes of Kaede, Kaito, and Tenko/Angie between them). In THH, while Makoto and Kyoko share a strong bond, the group as a whole doesn’t exhibit the same depth of camaraderie, and the only one of them that's carrying the hopes of a fellow participant that died is Hina, with, obviously, Sakura.

You cannot force me to like this surviving group when two of the characters featured in them are my least favourite characters in the entire series (Toko gets better, but she is awful through all of Game 1)

Trigger Happy Havoc was the first game in the series, and its story was designed to set up the franchise’s themes and structure. As a result, its characters are less nuanced compared to later games, which had the opportunity to refine and expand on the series' storytelling. The good one's that I think still hold up today are the one's that die.

Goodbye Despair’s survivors include stronger character arcs, like Fuyuhiko's redemption and Hajime's identity crisis, and a mix of serious and lighthearted dynamics. V3’s survivors include dramatic transformations and emotionally charged resolutions, like Maki becoming attached to people again, and Shuichi stepping into leadership. There's nothing for the surviving group of Trigger Happy Havoc, except again, for Hina's arc, and Makoto's 2-second arc in the final trial. And I guess Kyoko too.

Hmm I get your point now about the "Zack feelings" I really do, so thank you for this! But personally I don't equate it as soldier cloud having feelings 'himself' but that it's just as way to force him to go farther away from tifa. Which we literally have to do in the game, to get her affection stats up. Also, to place that in is to also amplify that CA is never a thing that has it's own entity, it's all built by the illusion of ZA, which aerith is suffering from as well. Only idiots which they are, will be happy for such a lie, and at that point it's easier to just show zack and be done with it. I really don't get the appeal of it, because we have telenovelas where, for example a heart transplant is made and you fell in love with the one who the original owner loves but you love someone else already. In the end, the mc just forces himself to see what's real and like servers his ties with the owner's underlying wishes had he lived. He is not this person and he is only in love with his first love. Aka not real.

You see I'm trying to wrap my head around her resolution scene about something not being real. And I did find a cloti who insisted, that soldier cloud is incapable of falling in love because his affections, his ability to love is locked within the lifestream, that is for tifa only. Now, so whatever romantic feelings he may have, any sort of "falling in love" feeling he may have for her, is not love , but just 'attraction'. So it isn't real. But this is where it becomes weird to me. So soldier cloud cannot love but he can feel attraction? So this is him feeling attraction for aerith... While shamelessly pinning for tifa at the same time? I assume this is for the fans who want to get her hence the "even IF" and not "even THOUGH" because not everyone will favor her after all in they playthrough. But it gives precedent that if jenova, us the players favoured her.. that would mean soldier cloud is capable of being attracted to her in his soldier cloud way without the interference of 'zack', hence still felt by his own feelings but not to the extent of real cloud's?

This doesn't make sense to me because in part 1, it's very evident that he is not attracted to aerith in any shape or form. But it is built up that he is very much so with tifa. So the 'attraction' part just makes me go huh? In this theory. Doesn't paint him in a good light even if it's not his fault, but the player's.

I suppose im just finding a way to see if cloud, despite being forced by the player to do things, will not waver ever. After all affection points show the character chosen's affection for you, but not necessarily the mc himself.

I hope I made sense, I hope I'm not annoying. I've seen some really believe in this cloti's theory and it just sends weird vibes to me, so in short it forces me to just believe that soldier cloud is fickle in nature but this isn't real cloud anyway. Real cloud is loyal to tifa. Hmm... It would be great if this is evidently clear but still it seems as though it hints a disgusting possibility that had cloud been complete and never broken? Maybe he would be attracted to her because he did when he was broken, but it's just that tifa came first so it cannot be. I hate it, so this is why I don't like this theory I keep on seeing. I just don't see cloud have a thing for women who mess with his boundaries as shown with almost all the females in the game. Tifa is the only different one on purpose.

English isn't my first language so saying all of these across was difficult but I hope I made sense. I still think there's more that can expand on this part of soldier cloud in general though. It's pointless for me to find a direct answer for everything now anyway, so I'll just wait. I just don't want 'any implication' that aerith had a chance in any way, because Tifa deserves better than be another choice unlike how cloud is 'the one' for her alone. Strict, I know.. but I don't care.

Okay it's not that soldier Cloud has his own set of separate feelings, it's that Cloud has feelings, but some are neutered by jenova so it's like he gets a diluted version of them. There's also Sephiroth manipulating him for his own purposes, so he's under this constant state of mental assault.

Cloud loves Tifa. It's the core of his entire being. Everything he ever did was to be worthy of her in hopes that she'd fall in love with him. That core can't be removed. We see what happens in OG when Cloud loses Tifa's trust. He pretty much falls apart and goes full black cloak doing Sephiroth's bidding. That's why Seph wants to keep Cloud on edge around Tifa. The less close they are the more control he has, but jenova hates Aerith. She hates cetra because they purify the planet's energy and her goal is to rot it from the inside and use it as a ride to the next planet so she can repeat the process. That's why Aerith has to die from Jenova's pov. But Sephiroth is using Aerith to force Cloud to keep his distance from Tifa because around Aerith he is more distant from his true feelings.

At no point does Aerith stand a chance with Cloud because Cloud's true feelings for Tifa always exist, even if he can't fully reach them all the time. When he's around Tifa he becomes closer to his true self, but he won't be himself until the lifestream scene.

I think one thing I will say about the finale was that the most problematic aspect of the concept of the show was how it feels like they had to use the Fionna and Cake plot to Trojan horse a resolution to a swathe of loose ends Simon and Betty's arcs had. They pulled it off even better than I ever wanted to let myself hope for for the most part but I would say my main issue if anything was how cramped the finale felt when I think they could have left a lot more up to season 2 speculations (especially with the resolutions for the alt universes, they didn't really feel necessary when they basically just had to egg Scarab).

I feel I liked the understated melancholies of seeing Simon recontextualized and kinda infantilized in that temporary form hosting his mind, and some people have said the Casper and Nova thing felt hamfisted but I thought the vibes were too cute to care that it wasn't particularly "efficient" as far as metaphors go, but that does slow down the pace which probably crunched the ending a little harder :'). But it also worked in further showing the sad side-effect of the crown on Simon's relationships, including that of stunting his ability to have ever matured in his understandings of love and his relationship with Betty. I also think their last scene in the memory worked because it was Simon reconsidering how he viewed their relationship for the first time, even if his attempt to do for Betty what she did for him would have just been an inversion of their original flaw, the scene rests on them understanding it's unchangeable anyway, so that decision doesn't matter so much and it's not something for Simon to dwell on.

I also feel I liked the scene a lot in spite of how scarce it felt in the finale was because of what was most conspicuously unaddressed, which was just the sheer logistical impossibility of any different choices they made having possibly been any "better." It sticks out because Betty says they could have made better choices, which kinda seems to situate their relationship in a vacuum as if there wasn't a very high likelihood had they done anything different at that crossroads, they would have just been literally nuked into orbit regardless. Sure, it seems like enough time had passed for them to have worked out their relationship better at least and then died, but that kinda seems better by an arbitrarily less tragic amount, and really it seems the least tragic possibilities ever were either that they conceive their relationship more healthily, Simon finds the crown and protects Betty from exploding somehow and also doesn't warp her to the future, and they live some terrible survival life but at least they get a chance to live something kinda fulfilling and Betty probably would have taken care of Ice King decently for the remainder of her life once Simon was gone while also having a better understanding of what had happened to him. The only other hand would be that she also was still warped to the future he finds the crown but Simon had not enabled her self-sacrificial tendencies and so she becomes less undividedly obsessed with saving him and instead integrates into Ooo more properly and also accepts what had become of him (I find it hard to think she would have just let him die either way though lmao).

That all said, they had been around a long time to have reflected over everything. I think it is a bit of an issue that they don't really allude to that, but I find it easy to believe that they did recognize how thwarted a happy ending would ever be for them by all angles of their reality, yet they still had that tender ache of that simple and small tragedy just between them two that still exists within the torrent of catastrophe that engulfed them and the breadth of their fate. So much horror in their lives but they reconnect and find themselves primarily concerned with that last regret of not having been able to make the ideal relationship they quite thought they had.

What is even the point of Silver living in the future? It’s not his future anymore and he has no friends or family there. There’s nothing for him there. Now that he has precognition he should just live in Sonic’s time and get visions of disasters. 

Seriously there’s no point in his future or time travel. We’ll never see it, Silver only cares about the state of it and he can only go to Sonic’s time anyway.

I find this an interesting question myself. The best answer I can give as to why Silver keeps returning to the future is that him being from the future is "his thing", just like how having PK is "his thing". It's just something very much intertwined with his character; basically every bio he has makes mention of it, for example. But I also agree with the notion that him being from the future opens up some issues. I've seen statements that it is difficult to make Silver relevant if he must travel to the past every time, for example, which I don't disagree with (but for me, the same could then be said about Blaze and the Sol Dimension or Knuckles and the Master Emerald). Adding to that, I do not believe we know for certain if its state is generally 'destroyed' or 'saved' and if Silver grew up in a destroyed world (said in multiple bios) or a good one (I'd argue that is implied in Rivals 1, with Eggman Nega almost certainly having stolen the camera from someone else and Onyx Island being both a paradise and having developed industry on it that I do not believe Angel Island currently has). Furthermore, the Rivals games are also not very consistent to me about if the future has actually gotten rewritten or not (but it tentatively seems to lean that way, since Silver says at the end of Rivals 2 he hopes the new future is a happy one), and we legit just do not know how its alleged destruction goes. Does Silver indeed intervene before something bad can happen, or does the future actively turn bad before his very eyes and he goes back in time to undo that again? I am truly not certain if there's ever been a clear-cut answer from a credible source, though I am pretty sure there's multiple conflicting explanations from non-credible ones... but that really doesn't help make things clear. And lastly, we also do not know what he has in his own era when it comes to friends and family, nor is it ever clearly shown or said how he time-travels in any game other than '06. With all that combined I can see why having him return again and again gets... well, confusing, haha!

In that regard, I also feel there is merit in the idea of him just staying for good in the past. His friends are there, it's consistently where the action happens anyway, and Team Sonic Racing indeed hints at him having a sense of precognition. The Japanese version actually dives into it more, with Silver asking himself at the very end when Eggman's battleship is going down if that is what was causing his bad/nagging feelings. Considering he was necessary there to help carry people and racecars off it to safety, it does imply to me that that scene might have intended to show it as a genuine skill of his. Shame the English version cuts that moment out entirely. So yeah, the point of Silver being in the future is, to the best of my explanations, legit just the fact that's how he has been conceptualised, making it "his thing". But it does cause confusions for me, because of how much there is not clearly explained and all the contradictory information out there from non-game sources. I think having Silver stay in the past for good could make for a nice move on Sega's part, assuming it is within his own decisions (so not forced by A ThingTM that is entirely unexplained to us and removes all his agency, for example). I think it'd be a nice resolution for Silver to see his heart lays in the past, and he can still protect his own world from there too!

Your blog is really insightful about the deities and gives many good points about their character. Can you say a few things about Ares? Because unfortunately in modern media and retellings people believe that he is only a bloodthirsty god of war and also sexist for some reason, even though he respected Aphrodite and loved her and gave her the freedom of choosing partners as it is her nature and even was helping the Amazons and so on.

He is underrated i believe because media misjudged him terribly even though he did many good things as well.

Honestly, I am not as knowledgeable on Ares as someone like @theoi-crow might be (if you have any history related questions, specifically, he's a good resource), but from what I do know, Ares is actually a really great father.

That may seem like kind of a random thing to point out, but there is a myth involving Ares that tells of how one of his daughters was r*ped by one of Poseidon's sons. In response to this, Ares killed Poseidon's son. Obviously, Poseidon wasn't too thrilled about that and brought Ares to trial by the gods. If Ares lost the trial and was found guilty, he'd be sentenced to Tartarus, forced to leave Mount Olympus and (presumably) never return. Despite this, though, Ares remained resolute during said trial, fully admitting that he would've done it again to avenge his daughter. The other gods found Ares to be innocent, much to Poseidon's dismay, and both Ares and his daughter were A-OK after that. 👌

In another myth, at the wedding of his daughter Harmonia (iirc), Ares celebrated with her, even taking off his helmet (and potentially his armor???) to relax and enjoy the occasion. He danced with his daughter, and it was just a really wholesome moment in mythology. 🥰

These are the best myths I can think of to show that Ares isn't what modern media makes him out to be. He is much more than a violent, crazed god who seeks only bloodlust. The reasons many myths depict him in an unfavorable light is because they're mostly Athenian, hailing from Athens. Anything that was considered to go against Athena in some way was depicted poorly, and the Athenians saw Ares as basically being as far from Athena as you could get. Naturally, their myths about him are not exactly very kind.

On top of all these things, within my own experience, Ares is a really wonderful god to worship. He has protected, guided, and advised me in many situations where I truly needed it. He has been a somewhat stern yet positive influence in my life, and personally, I absolutely adore and admire him. He and Aphrodite share an altar in my worship space, and honestly, every time I interact with that altar, their energies feel so lovely and peaceful. They make an incredible pair. I'm pretty sure if Ares was a misogynist Aphrodite probably wouldn't mingle well with him - just saying lmao.

But yeah, Ares rocks! I suggest worshipping him to anyone who is curious and interested. He is a powerful ally and an even greater friend. Hope this is what you were looking for! Have a great day/night! ☺️🧡

I have caught up on MagiRevo.  That is a really satisfying ending.

I wasn’t really sure what they were going to do with the setup of the last episode.  In truth, I kinda expected some last second pivot into a secret third option where everything’s fine, but I kinda like that they landed on having to pick a side, and that Euphyllia’s solution is less like...horrific.  Seriously, the big with the spirit faithful talking about needing to get Anis to produce an heir is Grade-A skeeze.

The main couple is unbelievably cute.  I really love them.  And I’m so proud of my girl Euphie.  Once she figured out her feelings, she is all in.  I love this reversal, from Anis making comments about her interest to Euphie acting first, and being so much more assertive about it that Anis still doesn’t kiss her directly on the lips and she had to do it herself.  That is some of the cutest shit I’ve ever seen.  Related, but 10/10 actually having the kiss, and having it be so cute.  Very happy with the resolution here.

On the whole, I...really think this is one I’m gonna need to track down the novels to.  The manga, at minimum.  The anime itself really isn’t very...good.  Like, sincerely, unless you’re a yuri fan and willing to overlook general issues, I don’t know if I’d recommend it.  The pacing, especially through the middle episodes, is really bad.  They emphasize the relationship-building segments well, but that’s about the only part I can say feels done well.  Everything else is in this really awkward state of rushed and drawn out, sometimes simultaneously.  So much of the middle arcs is just characters talking and expositing about what’s going on, because you’re packing so much information into it, but at the same time they insist on having Tilty try to be cryptic like “Oh, so it’s that, huh?” and just dragging out the inevitable reveal.  Like the show feels like it doesn’t know how to handle its time very well.  I acknowledge that they’re packing three books worth of material into twelve episodes, a decision which is already very bad.  But even within those parameters, there are things that don’t feel properly paced.

All that to say, I had some hopes that they’d do a little more with everything running in the background.  The only thing I really got was the main romance.  Which, to be fair, is why I showed up in the first place, so I guess I can’t complain.  I mean, I can, I will always complain.  But I probably shouldn’t.  It accomplished its primary goal, which was cute romance.  The rest is a little disappointing based on setup and pacing, but I really think reading the other options for the series would scratch that particular itch.  Maybe one day I’ll even follow through and check them out.

After Ink wakes up, Navarro visits her and explains what he has done. True, his actions were not taken well after Van Ink the dragon heard of it and now she has a punishment for him, along with her team that was involved. Now it's time for her to get a visit for the boys. How will this go? Read to find out.

~~Hospital room/two days later~~

Ink was resting up still in the room, looking at a sketch book she had in her hands. It was given to her by Akiko who wanted her to still do something during her recovery. So far, she's doing pretty well as she was drawing some things on the paper.

She was told she was going to be cleared soon and she couldn't wait to be out doors once more. However, she was happy for another reason. She was to be getting some guests to visit her today or this morning. As she was finishing up her drawing, a knock was heard on the door.

"Yes?" she looks to see Akiko's head pop in.

"Hey dear, good morning. How are you feeling this morning?" she walks in to sit in a chair as Ink keeps laying against the big pillow given to her to help support her.

"I'm doing alright. I slept alright last night. Best sleep I got all night." she laughed but lowers the book on her lap. However, Akiko smiled to hear this.

"I'm happy to hear. Well, after a few more days you can leave. Oh! One thing, you have some guests here to visit you." she smiled to seeing Ink look at her.

"I see."

"Alright, hold on. I'll let them come in." She smiled petting Ink's head standing up and walking to the door. She opens it and looks to see familiar faces. Ink looks to see Bakugo Katsuki, Ren Amamiya, Atsushi Nakajima, Denji, Rin Okumura, and Midoriya Izuku were standing there but they came in carefully due to holding bunches of roses and flowers. Teddy bears, presents, get well cards, even chocolates and cupcakes. She blinks to see all that but they must have been very very worried about her.

"Alright boys, if you need anything let me know alright. If something comes up with Ink please let me know." she smiled as the boys nod to Akiko leaving to let them have privacy.

The room was quiet, showing the boys with the presents to carefully go and set them down on the table but each one got a chair right after but they were quiet to look at her. They didn't know what to say to her.

".........Ummm Hey guys. I see your doing alright since I been in here. I hope you-" That's when they hug her gently but carefully while Ink blinks to stop. She felt them hold her in a group hug but they were deeply happy to see she was awake. Some was shaking not saying a thing and yet, Ink only relaxed to let them hug her.

"I missed you guys too..." she only said but after a bit they carefully let go and sits down in their chairs now.

"Oh Ink, we been so worried about you since you been out for a long time. I mean, after we found out you were awake we had to quickly rush over to see you and-" Midoriya was speaking quickly but calms down with Ren patting his back.

"To say in short, when finding out you were awake, we had to come and see you. Seems your recovering well." he adds to what Midoriya said as the green haired hero nod.

"I see. Well, I'm so sorry for worrying you all but I'm happy to see that your all alright. I know everything is calming down now so..I'm happy to hear you boys are okay." she smiled to them but they did see most of the serious injuries were healed with some little bandages left but she was recovering.

"Even so Ink....we are happy that your alright now and recovering." Rin said softly to her as the boys nod.

"I'm glad too." She kept her hands resting on her lap before thinking again. "Also, I been wanting to tell you guys something." she saw them blink wondering about it.

"And that is?" Denji asks.

"Well......Navarro told me what he and my team has done to you guys and........." she carefully turns but they saw her sit up just enough to face them but she looks at her lap. "I wanted to apologize." she was sitting up but bows her head to them carefully with her black hair falling over to hide her face.

"Ink?" Bakugo blinks but the boys tried to stop her from moving too much but she shook it off. She had to do this; she had to.

"Guys....I want to apologize for the actions of my team and what they did. They should have stopped Navarro for what he was going into and yet he kept going. They should have put their foot down and stopped the craziness before it got bad. However it did." She keeps talking but sits up to look down. "They even got one of my other friends involved and she knew it was going to be bad the worse it got.." Ink said thinking about Yuu.

"I had no idea that Navarro or my team did that to you guys till Navarro told me. I know my team knows better than to do such a thing. Even when it came with their actions. They embarrassed you, made you guys fight, and some got hurt badly...including me." She sighed with eyes closed. "It was not right of my team for their behavior and I'm hoping to find a way to say sorry towards that."

".........." Bakugo said nothing.

"Ink.." Midoriya was worried.

"...*sighs*" Ren pushes up his glasses also worried.

"........." Rin had no words.

"It's fine though Ink...." Atsushi mutters.

"Yeah, we're not-" Ren started to say but Ink stops them.

"It's still not right though. As I said, I'm their leader and they did this behind my back. I'll be sure they pay for their actions towards you guys. So, I already had a plan where my team members will write a letter of apology to you all and hope this will never happy to you guys ever again. I asked them to meet you with some others in town so you guys can talk this out. I do have some punishment for them but.....it's just them being grounded for a month." she mutters but as she tries to turn, Ren helps her carefully to face her back so let her lay against the pillow.

"There you go.."

"Thank you." she looks to him but the boys think about it. "Hmmm, a simple punishment but..I think you really need to make them think about their actions for what they did Ink. No worries, I can help along with the guys to add some punishments so they stick." Katsuski mutters with the boys nodding.

"Thank you but I have something else." Wait, their was more?

"And that is?" Ren asked.

"I had a special punishment for Navarro for what he did since this whole thing was his idea. I just don't know how you guys will react towards it. So please hear me out." She said seeing the boys wondering what her idea was.

"Were listening?" Rin said seeing Ink sigh.

"In order for Navarro to really say sorry, I asked Fosh to find an apartment so that he will live with you guys." she said reaching for something to show them.

"Huh?! Live together with him?!" Denji asked shocked but the other boys were still listening but they saw her nod. "Ha!? Why though!?"

"Well, he has to earn the right of getting forgiveness from each one of you with this form.” Ink said, showing the form as the boys look at it. It was a document well written showing squares with lines bearing their names or the signatures.

“With some help from Jinx, she had Mouse make a form for me. This is The Act of Repentance. A place for signatures. With this, he has to regain your trust as he will with me for a bit too...I think their is one more line with a box but I have to sign that after he's gain all of your forgiveness first before me...I already have Mr. Dazai making the letter stamps as we speak or I think he's done with them you they can stamp after you sign which means you have forgiven him.”

So that was his punishment; he has to live with them in one apartment together and work to earn their trust and forgiveness once more. True, Navarro did a stupid fucked up thing but they were wondering how he was going to earn that back.

"I told him no matter how long it takes, he has to own up for what he did to you, to me, and anyone that was involved in this mess." she lowers the paper but rests again wondering what they think about it.

"....I see. So, he really has to work for us to forgive him. I think i get what you mean Ink." Ren said looking to the boys that was silent on this.

"Even if we still should have beaten his ass for that! I mean, it was really embarrassing to what we went through!" Katsuski said angry at him still but not as much.

"Even worse to our behavior towards each other and your friends. We still should have not behaved like that...." Denji adds in with Bakugo remembering, feeling more worse and stupid.

"But even so, we didn't know he would go that far. Even getting help with Kali who was just trying to pick one of us for herself. That was not right either..." Rin said with arms crossed seeing Midoriya and Atsushi agreeing.

"I know, I know. I'll be sure she gets punished or something for this too. She shouldn't have taken the game that far to where it would have you guys fighting one another. It was not right and that's not what my team is about. So once more, I hope you guys will forgive me and my team for their behavior.." she sighed but the boys said nothing to think about it. Ren looking at her only reaches to take her hand, getting Ink's attention.

"Ink, we all forgive you since you were the one that got hurt in the process. True, you forgiven us for our behavior and we are glad. But we still wish to find a way to make this up to you too. Mostly, we are just happy that your alive and recovering. We been dead worried since that night but.." He gently squeezes her hand that Ink blinks looking at him.

"Deep down, we all do care about you deeply as we said before. Just being able to see you awake, safe, and getting well tells us you are going to be okay..." He even held her cheek that Ink blinks again with the guys nodding now resting a hand on her other hand while looking to her.

"So again, we have forgiven you even if you did nothing wrong. But we will say once more, we are sorry once more." He said as the boys nod smiling at her. This made Ink silent but she looks down hiding her face but happy tears were forming to smile. She took this time to feel they forgave her which was alright. She squeezes Ren's hand back while the other guys kept holding the other.

"Thanks you guys..." she smiled as the boys nod to going back and sitting down. However, that leaves one question:

"Though, how in the world did you wanna add to the punishment?" she asked but Bakugo grins having a few ideas.....

Oh boy.

----Later on at 12 noon-----

The boys were waiting for the members of the DBT to arrive along with Yuu who was called to come meet them today. They waited to looking down but after a bit, they did show up to show the DBT members, Yuuka and her team or some of them like Swan and Luna. Even a few others were with them like the cursed Vixens since Mouse might have to explain the document that will be given to Navarro after this or starting next month for his punishment.

Even Rex was there with his baby sister Ashley who was nervous but she was alright.

However, they have arrived but right now. AT first, he boys were seeing the DBT standing up side by side looking quiet while Hellmare was reading a written letter or at least her turn as the final one since the others had to write and read it out for the boys to hear.

"And so, with that. I apologize for my behavior and hope you gentlemen will also forgive me." she lowers the paper and sets it on the table in front of the boys as Midoriya carefully takes it with the DBT looking at them.

"......"

"As we stated before, we didn't want things to get that bad but like most would say, we should have stopped it. But didn't." Rust said looking at them.

“We have no excuses for our actions and yet, we still let it continue. Resulting in what happened including the fighting.” Hellmare said.

“Even if we thought he had nothing to be worrying about, it escalated into something where our leader got badly hurt. Others got scared, and......other things that would have been avoided." Jaron said. 

“And we are sorry for not telling her and it resulted in her being hurt and you guys too. We are so so so sorry for that. It's not right to keep things from your friends...and her friends..” Said Ophelia.

“We know we screwed up and we don't know if a simple sorry will make up for it.” Maggie said.

“We wanted to see if the fanclub thing is true but it got out of hand..” Gerald said with Taz nodding her head.

“True. It was all because I've said something that made Navarro like that. Triggering him to pushing him over that edge about the herem thing. Even worse.." she looks to Yuu who was quiet but silent. "Even dragging Yuuka into this mess. to help play along with it.” Oblivion begins.

“Even with making the party without telling our leader.....but even so, it was wrong of us.” Fosh said.

“We had feelings Navarro was over reacting which he was...” Said Shdwkyz, glaring at Navarro while he looks down not showing his face. "We still should have put our foots down and stopped him before it got that bad. Yet, we didn't..."

“Even if I was involved, I still should have said something and didn't..I already had a feeling Navarro wouldn't listen and he is Ink's second in command....but..it still was wrong of us to do such a thing to you and Ink....” Yuuka stated. 

The boys said nothing but saw the DBT and Yuu slowly bow their heads to them.

"And for that...we are deeply sorry for our actions and hope you will forgive us."

"............" The others watching said nothing but wonders what the boys will say. They saw Ren remaining silent but the others were looking at them before he sighed, looking at them with arms crossed.

"......Well, at least you mean your words so we can understand that. We will say thank you for at least appologizing to us.." Ren started to say.

"Even if it was a dick move you guys kept this going without stopping the fucker from making it worse." Katsuki growls seeing Navarro tense but didn't move.

"But it did result in some getting hurt and her being badly hurt that she could have died you know. If the other heroes or the doctor wasn't there...Ink wouldn't be here alive would she? She could have...." Rin started saying but stops knowing the DBT's upper faces were hidden knowing it's true.

"It went too far resulting in fights and other things but things have calmed down for the better in the most case." Atsushi said sighing as well but he looks to them.

"So.....We can understand that." Midoriya adds in but the DBT sighs in relief.

"However," They tense again. "You guys really should have known better but....she also told us about some punishment she gave you guys being you being grounded for a month or whatever. Naw, that's not going to cut it. Soooo..." Bakugo shows a list he and the boys written out standing up. "We added some punishments for you each for that month. She even agreed to them so please be sure you listen up."

Wait, she did!? They figure a simple punishment would do! What did they add to this one?!

The list was read as followed:

(For Oblivion: Your added punishment is no video games for that month. You can help with chores or other things. You will have your games locked away for that month. But you can still chat with others on your phone)

Oblivion said nothing but understood.

(For Shdwkyz: Your added punishment is for karam locked in a case but you are not to do any night hunting during that month since you tend to do that with Vivi. You can however, help around the house or watch some Tv during that time. Or write somethings to keep busy.)

Shdwkyz said nothing but he understood.

(For Maggie: Your added punishment is helping with chores but you are not allowed to leave the house unless it's helping someone carrying something back home or other. But your helping Ophelia with laundry as part of this.)

Maggie didn't say a thing but she nods.

(For Gerald and Taz: Your added punishment is no video games for that month. You didn't know much about what a herem is so...that's your added punishment.)

Both Gerald and Taz blink but nods.

(For Ophelia: Your added punishment is keeping your staff locked up but you are allowed to train to get your quirk stronger without it. You can help with chores in the house as others too or doing laundry during that month)

Ophelia blinks but she nods understanding.

(For Rust: Your added punishment is no video games for that month and no using Destoryer either. You can help with some things in the house.)

Rust was quiet but nods understanding.

(For Hellmare: No chess for the month nor reading either. You are not allowed to have your favorite tea. You are allowed to listen to music to yourself. You can help with chores too.)

Hellmare blinks but she understood.

(For Fosh: Your added punishment is no using your laptop for a month but in the added month you might have to get a brand new one..that includes no hacking either with other hackers and mouse)

Fosh blinks. "O...Okay but what did she mean by that?" he asked.

"I added this but do you have your laptop?" he asked but he nods seeing him showing it. Bakugo looks to it but as he takes it, he sets it down calmly to look at Denji. "Alright.."

He nods but Fosh was worried to see Denji stand up and sees Ren stand showing his katana. He quickly brings it down to cut it in half! The DBT was shocked with Fosh's eyes widening.

"NOOOOOOO!! MY LAPTOP!! T_T" he cries but Bakugo sighed.

"NOT DONE! GET BACK IN LINE!" he said that Fosh yelps doing that but he was sad. Now he gets what he means by 'new laptop'

(For Jaron: Your added punishment is no cooking for the team during that month, the others will have to cook for everyone during that time so your on a no cooking break for next month. And all events or plans you had in that month are cancelled.)

Jaron blinks but he understood rubbing Fosh's back who was crying about his laptop. Though, he did have a surprise for Melinda but he'll have to wait. Yuuka said nothing but that was pretty harsh buttttt..the guys were proving a point of making this stick.

"Alright, is that everything?" Rin said but Bakugo shook his head. "Not yet."

Theirs still more!?!

He walks over to the DBT who was looking confused now. "You know, we should add to this or slap each one of you for what you gone along with.....but we won't do that. That should be enough." Bakugo sighed but the DBT said nothing.

"However...." He turns to walk over picking up something. Two bags as he walks back to hand it to....Rust and Fosh? The two boys were nervous but takes them and takes a peek inside.

"....What is it Fosh? Rust?" Breezy asked seeing Rust take out a gaming system! It's the one that he broke but he got a new one to replace it?!

And for Fosh, a brand new laptop!? They blink confused to look at Bakugo. "Ummmmm..."

"Before you ask, we have something to say to a few.." Bakugo looks to Rex who looks back but he walks over to look at him but then looks to Ashley who was nervous.

"Ashley right?.....Look, I'm sorry for yelling and shouting at you. I shouldn't have done that and it was no execuse for my behavior. Same for roughing you up when we first met. I was just annoyed at the time due to the damn rules they kept adding back then but things are returning to normal so......I'm sorry for that and I hope you forgive me for it." He was saying sorry to Ashley!? She blinks to look at him even Rex was shocked but kept his mouth shut.

"..I..It's f..fine Bakugo. T..thank you f..for saying s..sorry.." She said simply that he sighed to nod. "And sorry to you too Rex.....I.."

"No need. I understand but thank you for saying sorry to my baby sister.." he said to stand looking at him as Bakugo looks but he held his hand out and Rex did too, shaking it. Well, seems they were good. He lets go then looks to Breezy and Melinda.

"Also sorry to you both as well. Didn't mean to call you money face or punch you in the face..or ruin your cake you made for the party..." he said but Breezy shrugs with Melinda understanding.

"Your good dude. I will admit, you have a sick right hook...but It's fine.." she said to him.

"Yeah it's fine..thank you for saying sorry though.." Melinda said gently to him.

Now who was left is Yuuka who Bakugo glares at but she glares back. The two still didn't get along but he sighed to look at her. Before he spoke, she held her hand up to stop him.

"I know you Bakugo..if your going to say sorry to me...don't use your words. I don't deserve that sorry due to Ink being hurt." she said.

".........."

"But I know I can say sorry to you......." she said looking to him but she only keeps her hands down but behind her back. ".....You can hit me in the face as hard as you can. I won't hit back nor do anything...you can think of this as a way to let it out."

"Yuuka!?" Luna said in shock but Bakugo said nothing to look at her.

"You crazy!"

"And your still a dumbass. I'm letting you get one chance to hit me as me saying sorry. Either take it or I'll let it go..so what will it be?" she said even the boys were not expecting that. Yuu looks to him but Bakugo said nothing before........the groups wince seeing Bakugo punch Yuu in the face hard that she was looking to the left feeling blood drip from her nose and chin. Bakugo didn't want to do that but she would have pushed him on and made him mad.

She slowly looks back to him but Bakugo saw her cheek bruised.Their was a purple bruise there and it stung like hell. "G..good?"

"..........*sighs* Yeah. Sorry about that-"

"I told you not to say sorry dumbass.." She grumbled but Swan quickly rushes to heal her cheek carefully but helps her sit down without her stumbling from the punch. He hits pretty hard.

"Bakugo!? Did you have to do that-"

"Hey! She said and I did it! I mean come on, it's only for that time so get off my back!" he shouted at Midoriya but Ren clears his throat to get their attentions.

"Alright, enough. That leaves one more person still...." Now the boys looks to Navarro who was nervous but he stood up to look seeing Mouse getting up but walking over.

"As for Navarro; Ink's punishment for him is to live with us under one roof in a apartment so he can work on getting our forgiveness and accepting it. I think she said Fosh found one for us to stay in during that time right?" Ren said seeing Fosh nod.

"Y..Yes; it's big and has enough room for you guys. You can live there till this taken care of." Fosh said but he was holding the bag with the new laptop in it. Even if his one he got cut in half was sparking still.

"Right. Also, she wishes for you to have this with you.." Mouse shows the document to Navarro but he looks at it. "During your stay with the boys, you are to work on gaining their forgiveness but when they do, they are to sign their signature and stamp in the box." she said to him.

"When you get all signatures, You are to get one more that is Ink's own along with her stamp. Only then when you got all of that; your forgiven." Ren said simply to look at him.

"The boys were given their own stamps by Mr. Dazai earlier last week so when you fully got their forgiveness, they stamp the square showing it's done." Mouse said.

"I still think you better really work on trying to make it up to us." Rin said to Navarro.

"Yeah, it's going to take a while but..I'm sure you can work on that." Atsushi said with arms crossed. "We are still upset you did it but....not as much."

"Your lucky we don't wanna rip you apart for it." Denji warns seeing Navarro tense up.

"Even if it was wrong of you.....still even getting your team involved and others too.." Midoriya said with Bakugo agreeing.

"With that said, you understand the terms of this punishment?" Ren asked Navarro as he was trembling.

"..I...I understand.." he said but he heard.

"Good. Was their any questions or disagreements to what we said to you all?" Rin asked seeing everyone shaking their heads. "Then that's it for now. We will say thank you DBT for apologizing...but we are also sorry for our behavior.." Ren said seeing them nod understand.

"But we do have one more thing.."

"A..And that is?" Jaron asked seeing Denji get up but he was cracking his knuckles.

"You guys get one bonk on the head as a added bonus." he said simply.

"Huh!?" Rust was shocked seeing the members tense up.

"Wa..wait! I thought the added punishments were enough!?" Fosh cries out.

"That is true but this was another hidden punishment. Something of discipline. It will only hurt for a moment...." Ren sighed as the DBT sweatdrops.

".....Can Taz and Gerald be excused from this?" Maggie asked nervous.

".....they were already being excused." Ren said.

"But can't we get a say in this!? We said we were sorry!" Oblivion said but yeah..it was not sliding.

"You can but this will be over soon so..."

In a few moments, everyone watching on the side sees some of the DBT members get bonked on the head rather hard leaving yelps squeaks and cries of pain. The few sweatdrops but yeah..that had to hurt.

The DBT were on their knees looking down but had huge bumps on their heads twitching. Denji looks at them but only looks to the guys. "Well, that's everything now right!?" he said as some was wincing in pain, crying or bitting their bottom lip.

"Owwwwww..." Rust was rubbing his head.

"Fucking damn it.." Shdwkyz hisses rubbing his head with one eye open and the other closed.

"That stinks.." Ophelia whines rubbing her head.

"He really hits hard..." Fosh mutters rubbing the swollen bumb on his head.

"A..at least they said we were forgiven in a way.." Hellmare mutters eyes closed bearing the punishment.

"Y...Yeah, speaking as much.." Maggie grumbles rubbing her head.

"Ow ow ow ow ow.."Navarro was rubbing his head but he got two swollen bumps but eh.

"Geez, that fucking smarts.." Oblivion hissed rubbing her head.

"Y...yeah, that really smarts.." Jaron said rubbing his head.

"Well, that's over with much! Hope you guys live up to your word and the punishments Ink has prepared for you." Denji said to them as they were looking up.

"Did you have to hit that hard though!? That really stung-"

"I'm sorry what??" Denji asked Rust but both Shdwkyz and Jaron covers his mouth.

"He said nothing.." they said but Denji sighed.

"Then we are done..." Ren sighed but the boys looks to Navarro. "And we will see you next month Navarro..good luck trying to gain forgiveness.." he simply said this before the boys got up and goes to head out to do something but they will prepare later in the next month for the month. The others look to the DBT and helps them sit while swan treats them using her quirk.

In some way it worked, they were being punished but they only got a bonk on the heads. As for Navarro, he was hoping he can do his best to ask for forgiveness from them.

But especially from Ink.
