Tää tulee ehkä vähän pusikosta, mutta on oikeasti niin ilo ollut seurata teikäläisen sarjakuvien ja taiteilun kehitystä ihan yleisestikin jo 10 vuoden ajan. Tyylissäsi on sitä jotakin, ilmeikkyyttä ja energiaa etenkin, että on vaikea olla inspiroitumatta itsekin piirtelemään jotain aina blogiasi hetken selailtua ja lämmöllä yhä muistelee Pahantekijän päivitysten jännäilystä tullutta iloa. Kiitos, että jaat taidettasi täällä ja lykkyä tuleviin projekteihin, mielenkiinnolla niitä vartoo \o/

Olivia/Juni:

when I started shipping it if I did: When it was first brought up, honestly… sooo, last year?

my thoughts: Olivia is way too hot for Juni tbh. But! I guess personality counts for a lot so Juni is forgiven for not being a hotbabe.

what makes me happy about them: I love how they’re kind of similar in some aspects but at the same time pretty different! Like how they’re both highly compassionate and trusting, but due to past happenings they view these traits very differently; Juni embraces them while Olivia kind of views them as a hindrance, and so on. Not to mention that they’re just, like, really cute together and I honestly can’t wait to see how their dynamic is going to develop in the future!

what makes me sad about them: All the bad stuff that’s gonna happen to them B’) Gotta be sad before you get to be happy wooo

what makes me happy about them: That they’re such good friends even after the trial and that Trucy is such an inspiration to Bonny and continues to support her! ; v ; Oh and I’m also glad that Bonny didn’t turn out to be the murderer bc somehow MY FAVOURITE IS ALWAYS THE MURDERER lmao

what makes me sad about them: That Bonny will probably never be seen again……

my thoughts: These three made such a perfect team in ZTD, I doubt I would have liked Carlos nearly as much if he had been teamed up with anybody else!

what makes me happy about them: Their awesome dynamic, I loved all their interactions in ZTD ahaha

when I started shipping it if I did: I can’t remember anymore ahah. Way back when December was introduced? ;0

my thoughts: They’re so good for what they are, I think having a slowly developing, light-hearted ship like this really balances out all the more… dramatic ones, haha

what makes me happy about them: They’re just two ordinary sweethearts living their ordinary lives and being happy most of the time. It would be boring in any other universe but works so well for these two! : v ;

what makes me sad about them: Nothing really!

I was a bit hesitant to put both Arlee and Juni up there because even though they’re my current loves, I’m not sure if they’re actually top five material? But for now yes, they are, and they totally could be in the future as well! Arlee has gotten a ton of backstory within the past couple of months and is such a good character now (and very different from what she was supposed to be!), while Juni is still the best thought-out of these two and has a very special place in my heart always.

Liese was a no-brainer, she’s one of my all-time faves for sure. I’m surprised her sis Valeria ended up in my top five too, but eh, maybe that one RP marathon boosted my love for her. ;> Gotta love them Finkels.

I knew from the get-go that one of my PU characters would take one of these spots, and I wasn’t 100% certain if it should be Viira or Charlotte. I definitely RPd as Lotte a lot, lot more, but by the end of the day, when I look at Viira’s story arc as a whole, I couldn’t not go with her. She just breaks my heart. ; O ;

@snaketti and I have this cool BoF-inspired skype RP going on and these are our characters so far - well, technically Arlee (top left) is there twice because the tiny blob on the bottom right is her dragon form (totally not inspired by Mutant/Pygmy, no sir). We don’t have 12 characters yet, so I needed a placeholder to have an excuse to post this.

Anyway! This is a fairly new RP so we’re not that far yet (we haven’t even met like ~60% of these guys!) but I’m loving it so far. * o * There are extremely OP dragons, overly dramatic and tragic backstories, fights with satan fairies and all kinds of bullshit that is just... an absolute joy to RP. I’ve been in many RP groups over the past ten years, and for the first time there’s this world with like... zero rules in it. We can do whatever we want and make it work haha.

This just goes to show that you shouldn’t limit yourself too much. Write your characters however you want them to be, and have fun! We sure as hell will.

Elämä on aika bullshittiä taas mutta pitää kyllä nyt yrittää; ois kuitenkin luvassa joko tosi rento työ pienellä (mulle just sopivalla) palkalla tai melko raskas normityö TOSI ISOLLA palkalla, jos sattuis niin hienosti että jommankumman noista tänään hakemistani paikoista saisin. 2. A game that has influenced you creatively? Writing, drawing, etc.

Ohhh my god there are so many (like, Pokemon would be the most obvious choice, but)!

I don’t think Rockman is the series that has influenced me the most, but it is one of the earliest major influences for me. I enjoyed playing the good old NES games as a wee seven-year-old, and got super into them when I was like twelve. All thanks to them, I got very interested in robots and all that crap, and to this day I enjoy all kinds of stories that have to do with robots/androids. As a middle-schooler I wrote some dumb fiction about androids, looking at things from their perspective, and how wrong it was to treat them badly only because they were man-made and shit. I was a weird kid. B’)

But yeah, to this day I’m super fascinated by robots and stories that have robots in them, especially those with human-like AI and all the problems and grey morality that come with it. I can’t believe I only have like one android OC so far though, that’s so wrong lmao (but I do love her very much and have lots of plans for her!)

When I was a kid I had at least five android OCs though but those don’t count

14. Favorite game music?

It’s so hard to choose between the original Ace Attorney trilogy, Ghost Trick, Ookami and Zero Escape, but maybe ZE due to some of the most heart-wrenching tracks ever. Thanks, Blue Bird Lamentation.

20. Game that you know like the back of your hand?

Rockman 3. :D I mean it might take some time getting used to now that I haven’t played it for ages, but I used to be pretty damn good at dodging all the enemies and shit. I still know how you dodge them etc but I’m probably a bit clumsier than I was over ten years ago lol

21. Game that you didn’t like or understand as a kid but love now?

I love Shadowgate for the NES! Obviously didn’t enjoy it as a kid because I didn’t know English (and my dad hardly ever translated the text for me) and there wasn’t much action, but now it’s like, super fun to play.

I also want to mention Grandia and Breath of Fire III & IV here because even though I absolutely loved them as a kid, I was able to appreciate them a lot more as an adult because I finally understood everything their stories had to offer. As a kid I could only somehow understand the main plot (even though I thought I was totally getting it) so I missed a lot of subtle things that made the games so great.

58. If you can only play 3 games for the rest of your life, which ones do you pick?

Ummm maybe like some Pokemon game (I’d say Sun, but that might be because I’m still so hyped about it) and something I can sink a lot of time into without getting bored, like one of the Harvest Moon games (Magical Melody was a ton of fun imo)? And for the third, Ghost Trick, because I can’t bear the thought of not being able to play it ever again. :’( I really wanted to say Ace Attorney or Zero Escape too, but I couldn’t just pick one game from either series tbh. Same goes for Silent Hill. Ugh, there are too many beautiful games.

67. Do you have a happy gaming-related childhood memory you want to share?

Not 100% gaming-related, but it has to do with video game characters! When I was twelve, I and my best friend had a ton of fun coming up with additional stories about our favourite characters from games like BoF and Grandia. It was kind of like fanfiction, but we mostly just talked about them and never wrote them down. Whenever my best friend came over for summertime sleepovers, we stayed out super late, just walking around or sitting in the swings and talking about all those dumb characters and the stories we came up with. I loved it so much, I really miss stuff like that.

I still get to talk about OCs with friends online all the time which is awesome, but the memory of staying outdoors till 2AM on a summer night and talking about dumb stories, it’s something I don’t think I’ll ever experience again in that exact form.

ufojutuista tuli mieleen, että jos kuunnelmista tykkäät niin Mysterious Universe-podcast voisi olla teikänkin mieleen! 16 kautta sitä olemassa ja itseä ainakin nuo uudemmasta päästä olevat jaksot viihdyttäneet kaikkinen alien/paranormaaliteorioineen sekä muunlaisien pohdintojensa kera ;3c (podcasteista tuli myös mieleen, että oikeussali/rikostoimista on olemassa sword and scale, jos se ei ole entudesta tuttu! kamalia juttuja välillä mutta voisi aa-fanin sydäntä lämmittää :,D)
