I'm sorry but it is absolute Bullshit to have Yuno be a secret prince when being a peasant is the largest thing he's overcome to earn his spot. and his magic was special Because he wasn't a royal. As well Clover kingdom is his home and giving him a responsibility to another kingdom creates unneeded ooc conflict that he's probably going to grapple with where he belongs when Yuno wouldn't.

He should have been the son of the magic spirit guardian Smurik (who he is identical to) and accidentally been carried away in the wind to Hage which would have been so funny I'd have let it slide

Headcanons for what everyone did while training in the heart kingdom?

Hm, now there's a thought! We really don't know what the Cloverians did while in Heart Kingdom, do we? For all the filler we got in the anime, they didn't expand on the time spent in Heart Kingdom. (Not to shade the anime but it's true!)

To be clear, for these headcanons, I'm going to discuss the characters shown to be training within Heart Kingdom based on the anime. Not all of the blurbs are the same length. The headcanons are just what I come up with.

Thanks for the ask, anon! Thank you for giving me something to think about! Hopefully, you enjoy the headcanons I came up with.

Asta: While in Heart Kingdom, Asta is as sweet as ever. He would write plenty of letters to Hage talking about how beautiful the land is. He'd include crude drawings of the cool magic and environments he sees in Heart. He might also try writing to Yuno to invite him over. Asta wants to see his #1 rival more often and believes Yuno would thrive if he trained in Heart. Aside from that, I can imagine Asta going on nature hikes through the jungles because, well, Asta does have a tiny bit of "the child that wanders off in the grocery store" vibes. I'm not saying that to be mean, that's just what it is!

Noelle: I see Noelle as someone to take it easy when not training. She's not completely lazy though. She's a princess so she'd probably occupy her time by learning about Heart Kingdom's history. It's founding, legends, and other local traditions. I can also see her dropping loads of cash on souvenirs to her family, the Bulls and her blood family. For the Bulls not in Heart, she she'd want them to be able to enjoy it indirectly. And although she isn't close to her siblings, she's trying to mend their broken bond and small gifts might be a good start.

Luck: This battle addict would've been asking the Spirit Guardians to fight him throughout the six month time skip. Gadjah and Smurik ignore Luck. Potrof and Sarado tell Luck that they're strong but it's to protect, not fight. Floga almost goes for it but then he spies one of his colleagues in his periphery, shaking their head disapprovingly. When not looking for a fight, Luck is probably looking for fun things to do with Magna once they finally reunite. Secret groves to brawl in, daring food to eat, anything that would be fun to do with his closest friend.

Charmy: Charmy being herself, she would've spent her time sampling all the delicious fresh food found in Heart Kingdom. But she's also sociable. When she gets something to eat, she probably has a lengthy conversation with whoever is sharing with her. A gourmand and a chef, she would compliment the taste of the fresh ingredients and ask questions about local recipes. She'd also be willing to share cooking techniques from Clover, whether or not asked.

Secre/Nero: I think when it comes to free time, Secre would make trips to Clover. She's watched time fly in the kingdom but she never got to experience much of it being stuck as a bird. She would visit old places she went to with Lumiere. She'd want to see what's changed and what's stayed the same, to finally reconcile the different world she's now living in.

Finral: This good man wasn't just banging his head against any available surface to prevent himself from flirting with other women while in Heart Kingdom. A part of me imagines Finral as a poet, making observations to include in his next piece. He might try to pick up some new skills to distract him from girls give him more ways to kill time and have something show off to the others when he comes back.

Mimosa: Mimosa is enjoying the distance between her and Kirsch. She's free to enjoy Heart Kingdom her way instead of having to be dragged along by her brother. I could also see her getting involved in community betterment projects. Like, say, clearing out a section of forest hit by some plant disease to keep it from spreading. She is a giving and friendly person so I think she could easily get caught up in Heart's sense of community.

Leopold: Lots and lots of letters to Fuegoleon and Mereoleona. Correspondence with his brother is frequent. His sister, not so much. He might also be like Noelle and get souvenirs to bring back. Maybe or once or twice, Leopold might try to sneak a conversation with Lolopechka and Undine to talk spirit stuff in Fuegoleon's place.

Charlotte: Since it's shown that Charlotte has a garden, at least at her squad's base and probably at her family manor too, I think she'd pick up some gardening techniques from the farmers in Heart. I think Charlotte gardens as stress relief and a practice in patience and observation. The flowers are like her squad, they rely on her attention and care to bloom to their full potential. But unlike her squad, they don't push her into confronting her feelings for Yami. So to have a better garden, Charlotte would pick up tips like how to keep soil rich or learn which plants grow best when placed together.

Rill: Heart Kingdom is a drop dead gorgeous place to be in. The land is no replacement with his heroic muse but it would be a lie to say Rill wasn't inspired by the place. With permission from Lolopechka, Rill gets to painting various locations and creates an art collection from the finished works. He gets a gallery cleared out in Clover so people can appreciate the beauty of Heart Kingdom without having to travel all the way over. It keeps his artistic skills sharp and gives him something to do other than train and check up on his squad.

Black Clover chapter 308

The bad news is that Langris got stabbed. The good news is it looks like it might be through his left shoulder so it’s possible that Zenon missed any vital organs.

Nice to see Patri is also involved in this battle. I’m curious if we’ll get to see him reunite with Vangeance or if Vangeance will also die when Yami does. So far we’ve gotten a lot of imagery to suggest Yami is going to die in this arc. What we don’t know yet is if he’ll survive the ritual only to die another way or if both Yami and Vangenace will die from the ritual before everything is settled.

Back during the Elf Reincarnation Arc, I was curious why Yuno didn’t need a new grimoire like everyone else. I reasoned that it was because the elf he was the reincarnation of was never born, therefore never had a grimoire. I also thought that that was why Yuno was able to snap out of the possession so quickly too since he was basically possessed by a baby. I hadn’t really considered that all this time Yuno was just using his past life’s grimoire.

It’s interesting though that Yuno’s grimoire was always in Spade since Yami managed to receive a grimoire despite being from somewhere else. However, in Yami’s case it seems that he comes from somewhere without such magic so perhaps that was why he could find a grimoire in Clover Kingdom without needing to be a reincarnation of anyone.

What I’m curious about now is what kind of magic Yuno might actually have and how strong his magic might be. We know from the Reincarnation Arc when the elves collected new grimoires, frequently their magic was very similar to their host’s magic (Gauche’s elf had mirrors, Charlotte’s elf had vines, etc…) so I’m looking for Yuno’s magic to be related to wind but not literally wind since it seems like Spade’s forces are expecting something other than straight up wind magic. Like for example, Yuno could have weather magic, which is how he can part the clouds and also retain a wind element throughout his spells.

What I would like to see towards the end of this arc is for Yuno to give up the wind grimoire like everyone else had to give up their elves’ grimoires. It would be nice for Smurik to be involved when the time comes because I highly super highly suspect he’s the surviving twin. If Yuno does give up the wind grimoire, it’ll be interesting to see what Sylph does since she latched onto him due to the deceased twin’s magic.

Also, personally I think Yuno giving up the wind grimoire would fit with how he seems to represent Kantianism, so he should reject using someone as a means to an end by the end of the arc.

So the wind mage from the Heart Kingdom looks like an older Yuno and he also looks like he could be an elf. Smurik also just happens to be a mage who lives in the same kingdom as the survivors of the elf tribe. A lot of people have posted the possibility of a familie connection. Tetia was also a wind mage so her descendants may also have wind. Smurik also used his magic to form Blades similar to Yuno’s wind sword which is in Homage of Lichts sword magic.

I posted before over the possibility of Yuno’s lineage being mostly of ice mages but theirs a possibility that the various royals and nobles of the continent are interrelated like the real world. Many of which could have married certain magic types to certain kingdoms during times of peace or political gain.

Heart Kingdom opens its borders for the royals and nobles for Tutoring or other resources if they marry off their strong water mages to the royal heart family.

In exchange of resources spade marries of their nobles or royals who are born with rare magic to places like diamond and clover for Ice mages and maybe a few fire and plant mages given the frigid environment.

We know very little of diamond but they would probably value mages who could use water and plants for better chances to produce their resources.

What I’m trying to say is Yuno maybe more then just reincarnation of Lichts and Tetia’s son he may also be the descendant of the other child. He maybe a hybrid like charmy. Or at least the descendant of a hybrid since he initially has one magic type.

Yuno and the Uborn child are the same soul just two different spirits inhabiting the same soul and body. If the reincarnation spell was never casted Yuno could have ended with the theorized ice magic but because of the spell and the magic stone he has two magic types and it just took awhile for the other to awaken since the wind magic was more dictated by the spell.

I don’t think he’ll have two grimoires forever I think the two will merge into one.

Yuno with normal ears still looks very elf like,he along with Asta, Lichtia and Allen all look like they could be descendants of the more human looking elf/human hybrids.
