Weirdly specific, but ive been thinking of creating a small and friendly atla discord group for adult queer folks 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ who like/draw/write straight ships content. Mlm/wlw allowed, obviously, just not the focus.

I'm enjoying the fandom experience a whole lot, but at the same time, I'd also love to get in touch with more people like me as well.

I insist on small and friendly. If the interest is high and beyond my expectations, I'll look for a suitable mod to take over for better organization.

i did a tierlist a few days ago but i also wanted rarepairs but not have to put every ship in a category or add categories so here’s ones i actively ship/my otps etc/canon ones

if anyone knows an artist who draws atla (ships) art pls let me know, especially if they also like rarepairs and have made art of rarepairs

i always get so happy i shake and stim but i get so disappointed when i can barely find anything of them, not to mention i crave art of them, not necessarily fics 👀

at the moment i’m craving some tylaang, teoph, mai x june, smellershot, hama x kanna, zhaozai, mako x jinora, ty lee x longshot, jintara, jin x jet, mai x jet, songko, jetzula, maikka, teokka & mako x opal

and possibly some aangji and pemalin

not to mention the other ships that weren’t even on there and the poly ships

(btw azula is a lesbian but jet does fit her, they would just never meet or date)

Hello! As I'm not done with LOK yet, my ask only concerns ATLA. I'm curious about your favorite rarepairs from Aang's era. Do you have an absolute favorite, or some that catch your attention?

ATLA rarepairs, huh? Glad you asked!

Toko is my absolute favorite (I'm actually working on another oneshot for them right now).

Also, I do love me some Aang rarepairs-- IMHO, Aang is clearly the most shippable character in the show. My favorites are Yuaang, Maiaang, Azulaang, and Sukaang. (I've never been able to get into Ty Laang or Taang.)

Some of my other favorite ATLA rarepairs include JetLee, YueLa, Songru, Sokkla, and Smellershot. I'm also vaguely intrigued by numerous others, and am generally willing to try new ships.

I had this idea and sketched it after I almost fainted (I have a chronic fainting condition) and decided I wanted ice cream (never got it), and then went home from campus day dreaming about this piece of art I really wanted to create! IT CAME OUT PRETTY GOOD FOR ME! I am the original artist of this! And I did well for someone who did this by idea and last brain cell 🫢♾️😭🤧 I love longshot and smellerbee. They are so cute like ugh wtf. Anyways! I liked sketching this art and felt daring by shading it! lol (I need to honestly take an class on this!) so yeah! Enjoy my art!
