I actually hate when ppl call Laios stupid. It drives me insane. He’s literally one of the most intelligent characters in the series, if it wasn’t for his expertise on monsters the whole crew would’ve been DEAD.

Ppl keep wanna shove him into the “dumb himbo” corner so badly and I don’t get it. He just can’t read others as well that’s where he’s lacking and why he isn’t the best leader, but that doesn’t mean he’s stupid.

It’s literally shown how Kabru is a great with understanding others and how they tick, making him a great leader and protect them from criminals, but they literally keep dying on the high floors. Why? Bc he doesn’t understand monsters, not like Laios.

And yet Laios, who brought the team down to the lower floors once before and does so again, is the idiot?

anyways YEAH megumi def inherits toji’s protective ass attitude so you bet he’s taking over when his dad isn’t around.

he's seen his dad walk around with you, the terrifying guard dog on high alert as his green eyes glare at anything that moves near you. megumi has noticed the way people hesitate to approach you bc of toji, and how toji seems to enjoy that. and soon enough megumi understands why—it's a fantastic way to keep you to himself. so absolutely he's gonna follow in his father's footsteps.

megumi will get grumpy at anyone who has your attention, glaring over your shoulder as you walk through the supermarket if he notices their eyes on you. especially if it’s a man. what can he say, his dad has raised him well. it just…doesn’t usually have the desired effect. most of the time he’s met with soft coos and squeals when he tries to mimic his dad’s aggressive behavior.

it irritates him, because he wants to be like toji in this regard.

but when he’s competing with his dad??? oh all the loyalty is gone. the two of them are always clinging to you, eager for attention like the big puppies they are. megumi has inherited toji's aggresiveness, but he's much more casual about it. even as a lil baby he will find sneaky ways to pull you away from toji, and that just irks the older wolf.

he tries saying anything and you're just like ????? which is exactly what megumi wants LMAO :33

toji just has to sit there and sulk bc obviously gumi is your lil baby and you're gonna show him all the attention he wants. just don't be surprised if your bigger wolf ends up grumpy and brooding—he hates sharing. it's so funny though bc they're both so sneaky so you'll just be caught between their schemes to get you to show them affection.

i know the acosf court of nightmares scene has already been analyzed to death but something i don’t see mentioned quite enough is the fact that elain is mentioned to be wearing pearls in this scene — which lucien gifts her that same solstice. the very same scene where it goes in depth on how much black, the color of the night court, sucks the life out of her. its so clearly a subtle way to show how lucien sees her even when she’s drowning and hidden in the night court and i just love the symbolism of this scene so much <3

To ME, OdyPen truly are likeminded and equal in almost every way.

Both are basically "tied to one another". Both can be reckless and when one is being reckless, the other will "pull them back". Both keep each other in check most of the time. They balance one another when the other needs it.

They're also "tied to one another" in how they both will also run into a situation together and think the same thing. Whether it's something fucking stupid is for Athena to decide.

Basically this except OdyPen are holding hands and will occasionally pull the other back. When both are running into something stupid, Athena grabs them both by the scruff.

Robin is so fucking smart. She translated a russian code even though it is not one of the languages she knows (and she knows 4 languages!).

She then went and solved the code.

Then in s4 she finds reefer rick by using the movie database, she finds the right article by looking into cryptid shit and manages to not only lie her way in and act her ass off in front of a doctor so she and Nancy can see a patient nobody else should be able to see. But she also manages to make the connection between music and escaping Vecna's curse.

And the way Nancy and Robin's brains function so well together bc the moment they started going on the same wavelength they were locked in and solving shit on the fly.
