Today in four photos. This week has been slow because I’ve not been feeling well. I’ve been feeling disappointed with how little I’ve done, but I’m trying to make peace with it. Today I finally read a couple of chapters of my non fiction book, walked my dog and admired how much I love this patch of land, got emotional looking at how sad my raccoon felt, and I started to journal about how a slow/bad week isn’t a setback, and how it doesn’t affect my recovery in the long term.

Days are now long and slow yet tiring and tedious. Fog blankets the surroundings almost completely.
