David, Esmeralda & Aladdin - The Slackers 😝🥱🎧🚬🍺

David Kawena is a skater boy who often sleeps in class. His passion is surfing, skating, swimming and hanging out with his friends. He’ll sometimes smoke to look cool but he actually hates the taste of it. He lives in Sulani and has a part time job as a life-guard.

Aladdin doesn’t care at all about school, thinking it’s just a waste of time. While in class he’s the class clown and prankster, most times he’s just ditching. He has to work to pay for his tiny apartment in San Myshuno, although most times he has to resort to stealing because he spends too much on weed. Actually, he’s been caught so many times stoned in class that he actually got kicked out of school!

Esmeralda doesn’t care too much about studying because her dream is to become an actress. She’s already in the Drama Club. She truly cares about the wellness of her friends and even joins Pocahontas in her protest against injustices. Her and Aladdin have been a couple for such a long time, and when he got kicked out of school, she decided to support him and quit as well to fully focus in her acting career. Unlike David, she is addicted to nicotine.

Last song: It's a Sin - Pet Shop Boys.

Favourite colour: I've always been a fan of a nice deep purple, my taste in colours are more on the gothic side of the spectrum, red, black. However, since rekindling my love of Pottah there's been a not so subtle uptick in green clothes purchases.

Last movie: Shaun of The Dead. It's a classic and one of my favourite comfort films, if you've not seen it, watch it - Edgar Wright has some stunning cinematography and almost every line of dialogue is genius.

Last TV show: Supernatural - I tend to watch things in the background while I work and am on my first re-watch of the entire series.

Last book: I'm going to name a fic - "Oh God, Not Again!" Which is about a reincarnated Harry fucking with everyone, including paying Fred and George to toss as many snowballs as possible at Quirrel.

Sweet/savoury/spicy: Sweet! Which is a massive problem with the braces, my toothbrush and I are more than well acquainted.

Last thing I googled: "How old are the characters in Ice Age?" I may have spent the entire day bed rotting yesterday and watched all five of them. The lack of aging in this kids film franchise frustrates me to no end! Oh and I feel stupid, when I was a kid, that cave painting scene led me to believe Manny was the baby mammoth, but now my one braincell has grown in size, the truth makes more sense with his depression.

Current obsession: Dramione, Podficcing...DODM? I've had a second wind with my love of Dramione after introducing my closest friend to the fandom, she has been sending me whole podcast length voice notes about her first fic - The Disappearances of Draco Malfoy. I had to start her off with one of my favourites!

Looking forward to: This year continued the pattern of shite events from last year, so I'll keep it to small things that keep me going. As a massive fan of the Jurassic Park franchise, I'm excited for the new film coming out in July, as well as the live action versions of How to Train your Dragon and Lilo & Stitch. In March there's a museum sim game I've had my eye on since the announcement, and coinciding with that, I'm taking the entire month of March off work to concentrate on podficcing, relaxing, reading and hopefully, blowing the cobwebs off my WIP again. Last but never least, I'm really looking forward to recording Book 4 of Lionheart, catching up with the current chapters, continuing to share fics with my friend and watching her own podfic hobby grow.

I have a lot of games that I haven’t played through yet, because I have too many fucking hobbies and jobs and not enough time 🙈💀😂😭 One example is that I own BG3 and just … am never home to play on my PC so I haven’t gotten far AT ALL.

Music

This probably shouldn’t even be a category because I am not about to make a list of music I like. That would be even more absurd than making a list of books and shit that I like. I love music so much, I cannot imagine living without it. Genre couldn’t even begin to limit me or my musical interests, and I often listen to music while I draw or walk or paint or work or drive or even read or sleep. It is the backbone of my existence. I scrap along playing piano and guitar, and if I could get my hands on other instruments I would. I played trombone in elementary school briefly, and wouldn’t be mad if I still had access to one to play (alas, I do not). I struggle to read music, but I can play something if I learn it and set it to memory.

Du coup, mes réponses ! ⌨️

Mon pseudo "sushis4kalyo" veut dire "Des sushis pour Kalyo" ... parce que j'adore ça !

Je suis quelque part dans le sud de la France, dans l'Hérault.

J'ai eu plusieurs comptes Tumblr mais je partais toujours au bout de quelques mois parce qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de francophones (ou vous étiez bien cachés !) Du coup, je dois avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience Tumblr cumulée.

Mes passions, je dessine, je commence l'aquarelle, je joue aux jeux vidéos, j'aime lire, j'aime le cinéma, je joue un peu du kalimba. Je commence à cuisiner ... je fais plein de trucs !

J'écoute un peu de tout. Ça dépend surtout de ce que je fais. Team Lofi et Jazz pour bosser ... sinon ça va des chansons Disney au hard rock !

LA série qui écrase toutes les autres jusqu'à maintenant, pour moi, c'est Game of Thrones.

Niveau livre, il me reste des tomes à lire mais j'apprécie vraiment Le Cycle des Robots d'Asimov.

Mon plat préféré ... les sushis ! Vous ne l'auriez jamais deviné n'est-ce pas ?

Mon dessert préféré ... hmmm ... j'aime beaucoup les pâtisseries à la crème. Éclair au chocolat ou au café, tropézienne ...

Côté boisson, j'aime bien les cocktails avec du curaçao juste parce que c'est bleu ! Sinon, j'adore le jus de litchis !

Alors, sur PC, je joue aux Sims 4. On m'a offert Cyberpunk 2077 qu'il faudrait que je commence. Je joue à Guild Wars 2, Minecraft occasionnellement ... et sur Switch c'est principalement Disney Dreamlight Valley, Mario Kart et Stardew Valley. J'ai finis par lâcher Animal Crossing New Horizons faute de nouveau contenu ...

Mes Disney préférés sont Atlantide, La Planête au Trésor, Lilo et Stitch et La Reine des Neiges.

... une ... ou deux ... j'ai vraiment perdu en anglais. J'ai totalement décroché en espagnol ... sinon je parle Yaourt. Vous savez ce truc qu'on parle quand on essaie de chanter la macarena par exemple ? ... Comment ça ça compte pas ?!

J'aimerais bien améliorer mon anglais et apprendre à coder en PHP et javascript.
