In the middle of the night feeling quilty turned into feeling furious. The little baby being just so happy and ignorant. She didn't look an inch malnourished, for all those sips of milk she'd been missing out on. She had no idea something was wrong.

No, she, she alone had to bear it. Know it. Survive it, for the both of them. It was stupid. Stupid!

Madeira kicked and pushed some sand. She screamed. Did someone put a curse on the women of her family?! Were they destined to suffer? The moment they stood up for themselves, and really did the right thing, that curse took a shovel and hit them back down real hard -

Raging, screaming made her tired. A few moments she slept, but in the morning it began again.

Stupid! It was stupid! She had made the right decision. She had sought employment with the right family, a respectable family, with only one little daughter and the lady of the house too old to conceive any more. And they had been right to take her. All her life, she would have done everything to help that little girl grow up comfortably and happy. And she would always, always be grateful for that family to have taken her abroad, to where her sister supposedly had gone.

And now, there was nothing. She got smashed down. That family got away in the longboat, and she was stranded here, with that little screamer.

And it never stopped raining.

I build a alcemy store for my Dragon Valley ~

The smaller more fancier looking building is the actual shop and the bigger one just has some like alcemy tables. I think i still want to like redo the way the bigger house is. I like that it's siple compared to the other one, but also i think i kind of need more space. 🤔

i have more like old inside pictures that are dark (since i haven't fixed the dark picture issue yet)

I have changed some inside elements of the food area since then, but it was nothing major ':D

The ladies of the Sánchez family gathered to celebrate Ana Lucia’s birthday. The men were away on a business voyage and, regrettably, missed the occasion. Magdalena and Isabel devoted themselves to making Ana Lucia’s day extra special and succeeded. While Ana Lucia inherited many of Francisco’s features, her mother’s emerald eyes were unmistakable.

Andrea Beatriz also missed Ana Lucia’s special day. As she readied herself to depart, she was hit by an intense wave of contractions. In a matter of moments, she was gazing upon not one but two tiny newborns! The unexpected arrival filled the hearts of the children with joy and delight. Carabi and Andrea, however, felt a little overwhelmed. Now, the house was filled with the cries of two newborn babies. The couple had hoped for another daughter but were blessed with two additional sons. Ultimately, what they wanted most was to ensure their children were healthy and happy.

It's deliciously sad that no matter in what iteration or adaptation, this little girl will ALWAYS get the drop on Lestat, like...dang, dude. 🤣

Claudia's murder plot played out in the movie like a frikkin jumpscare--WOAH, she's a savage, queen, SLAY! 👸🏼🔪 But on the tv show she's a stone cold tactician EXTRAORDINAIRE. It is outright told to us that Claudia has all of these chess moves she's laid out. But the real suspense comes from how she'll pull it off; when it'll happen.

Then out of nowhere effing Antoinette pops up like a herpes flareup, and this grown effing adult is bigger & stronger than "built-like-a-bird" Claudia, grabbing Claudia by her hair and tryna force her to drink the twin's poisoned blood. And you might think oh no, all is lost! But YE OF LITTLE FAITH!

That's what happens to homewrecking side-chicks who put their 9-fingered hands on someone else's CHILD. THOU 👏 SHALT 👏 NOT 👏 COVET 👏 LOUIS' 👏 MAN--it never ends well, just watch Fatal Attraction! 👀 Now look at you--curb-stomped! Look at Lestat--poisoned! And Lestat, this is all YOUR fault, for cheating & beating on your husband, clown!

"Antoinette will be MUCH more agreeable to our life together--" are you HIGH!? The copium must've been hitting HARD, for him to think LOUIS--let alone that jealous nasty Antoinette--would be happy living comfy frikkin cozy in his Brides of Dracula harem, meanwhile Louis' daughter was dead. Antoinette's death was Lestat's fault from the start, dragging her into his mess.

In the book, Lestat's male sidepiece Antoine also got burned a bit after Louis set Lestat on fire, but Antoine got away & survived, even though he was hella messed up for like, years. But I'm glad AMC put all that crap to bed, and made sure Antoinette's butt was cooked, once and for all.

Cuz Claudia takes ZERO prisoners. 👸🏽👑

Unfortunately for her, however, LOUIS certainly does.... >_>

Charlie was walking through town with Lewis one day when the two of them saw some local boys smoking by the shops.

Charlie felt a strange feeling come over him while looking at one of the boys. His stomach felt funny and a blush crept into his face.

He walked towards them slowly, with Lewis behind him asking what he was thinking.

Charlie asked the blond boy for a cigarette, much to Lewis' dismay. The boy handed him one and introduced himself as Anthony.

Lewis was angry with his cousin for being reckless, and began walking back home.

Speaking of bars... this corpse prop I used for the operation theatre is placed on two functioning bars, which means Sims would summon a bottle from his chest area and pour themselves a drink...

I considered including this anyway because it kinda looks like medical science.

Welcome back to Chestnut Peak! It has been a while, but we are finally back with our third family in the third rotation, the Powell family. Warning: This chapter does deal with death of young children.

We start the round off with a little bit of woohoo. Harry wants lots of children and so he really wastes no time in trying to expand the family. Ariana is not going to complain about it either. As long as they are able to provide for their family, she is happy to continue having children.

Harry then invites over a couple people to help get through the winter. He first invites Clark to buy some more firewood. Unfortunately, he is low on stock and so he is told he will have to forage the rest of the winter in order to keep his family warm. This worries him, but he will do what he must. Then, he invites Archibald around to collect the ash and clean the gong pit. He earns himself another $50 for his services.

Working outside with the hogs in the dead of winter causes Harry to fall ill. He spends a lot of time in bed. Unfortunately, little Charity also catches his cold. Ariana does her best to tend to her ill family.

Soon, she discovers she is expecting their third child. They are happy to be welcoming a new child into the family, but Ariana worries about the wellbeing of her daughter and husband during this illness.

Unfortunately, while the family sleeps, Charity passes away. The illness becomes too much for her little body and she stays asleep. Grim comes to collect her and it isn't until morning that the family truly begins to mourn her loss.

Harry is still ill, and blames himself for the loss of their daughter. He does his best to occupy his time and pour his grief into spending time with his son. Elliot is doing well and has avoided the illness, as has Ariana.

Harry remembers an old recipe that his mother used to make when his family fell ill, and decides to try his hand at making it. Unfortunately, the first batch doesn't do the trick, and he still feels quite under the weather.

A few weeks overdue, Ariana finally goes into labour with her third child and second son, Reynold Carlisle Powell. He looks very much like his older brother and is born healthy and strong.

After another dose of the soup he has made, Harry finally starts to feel better. He goes to the park to collect branches in order to keep his family warm during the rest of the winter. It has been cold and they have had to use all they have in store.

As per usual, Harry doesn't wait long after Reynold's birth to try and expand the family once again. The loss of Charity has only strengthened Harry's want for a large family and now hopes to have 10 children.

Though he does keep himself busy with the pigs, there has been a lull in the store and farm as they wait for the piglets to be old enough to slaughter and thus sell. Therefore, Harry spends a lot more time with his sons than he would usually. Everyone is pleased by this despite the lack of income.

With winter coming to a close, the piglets have finally reached maturity which means Harry is able to slaughter and butcher some while keeping two to add to their own farm - a sow and a hog. Then he opens the business for the first time in months and earns $477 simoleons plus a $1000 grant given to him to add toward opening a future store.

Elliot is well on his way to learning to walk and continues to fair well overall. The family is pleased that their heir seems to be thriving despite the cold winter and the loss of his sister.

With spring in the air, the couple try once again to add to their family. Ariana is hopeful for another daughter though Charity will always be missed and cherished.

And that is all for the Powell's winter round! Despite only earning a small amount of income, it was enough to cover their rent and taxes and then some. The family is doing well despite the loss of their eldest child, and things seem to be looking up for their spring round with much in stock to sell remaining.

End of Round Stats:

Harry and Ariana are now 29, Elliot is 2 and Reynold is 6 months.

The family started the round with $1405, they opened the store for one day and earned $477.

The business ranked up to level 2 earning them a grant of $1000.

After paying for Archibald's services, buying firewood, paying their rent and taxes, the family is left with $2688!

Charity Claire Powell passed at the age of 3.5 due to illness.

RIP beautiful Charity. We shall miss you.

They fished, chopped wood. They secured the last of the goods from the waves.

The little writing-desk from the surgeon's quarters was so heavy they barely got it ashore, and then it disappointed again. While they hoped to find books in it, or medicin, or stationery, all of the drawers and cabinets were empty, some were even missing.

The big chests which Remi recognized being from manufacturer Leighton & Sons were another disappointment. Tightly secured with iron and locks, they couldn't be opened and these too, were too heavy to move. Still, Remi and Lorck ran along with Moize to the far end of the waterfront to collect boulders that would prevent the chests being taken back to sea at high tide.

And it was fun to speculate with the children about their contents. Remi pointed out to them that the chests were locked like that for a reason, that they probably held new machinery or new inventions, and that sparked their imagination so greatly, they couldn't stop talking about it.

"A machine that makes toys!" Moize shouted. "Or a machine that makes parts of toys," Hannah suggested. "Yeah! You put a block of wood in it, and out comes a wooden soldier! But only his legs! On leg after another! Millions and millions of them!"

Laughing they went on, until the sun went down, until Jaromir and Lorck came back with a stone suitable to light their first campfire on.

Magdalena found herself swamped these days, juggling the demands of two toddlers and a newborn. She poured her heart and soul into nurturing her little ones despite her exhaustion. While the household pitched in to help, their own duties often pulled them away, leaving Magdalena to bear much of the responsibility alone. With the need to travel to more distant places to carry out their business, the men were often gone for days, leaving the women to manage the farm and household on their own.

Amidst the chaos, Andrés emerged as a pillar of support. With meticulous care, he tended to the animals, ensuring they were fed and their living spaces clean.

He also went beyond his duties to embrace his role as a big brother. His bond with Ana Lucia was undeniable; he spent hours entertaining her with boundless energy and affection. Yet, connecting with Manuel Francisco, displaced as the household’s youngest member, proved challenging. Feeling overlooked and craving his mother’s attention, Manuel Francisco struggled to adapt.

Thankfully, Ángela Cristina, ever the nurturing aunt, had the perfect solution to bring back the spark in Manuel Francisco’s eyes.

Loads o' Laundry 2.0

2 years after the release of Loads o' Laundry, we now present: Loads o' Laundry 2.0: a much-improved version of the Laundry mod and system!

Several gameplay features have been improved and many annoyances bigger and smaller have been resolved! A large number of new objects have also been added for your enjoyment. Sims 3 and 4 players may see some familiar things... Overall, it represents a marked improvement over the original version.

Furthermore, the Laundry Mod now comes with full language support for Dutch, French and European Portuguese with more coming soon... Edit: Polish has been added!

Gameplay Overview

Your Sims will now generate laundry if their hygiene is low enough. This requires the Laundry Global Mod (offered separately from the objects) as well as a Laundry-related object being present on the lot.

Sims may store their laundry in a hamper. Sometimes automatically if it's close enough and your Sim is inclined to be neat....

Wash and dry your clothes: a variety of both historic and modern, manual and mechanical ways to wash and dry your laundry are included.

Tired of the laundry piling up? Simply place a "Laundry-Begone-Box" on your lot and your Sims will no longer generate laundry!

Laundry Global Mod

The global mod is the backbone of the laundry system. You will need it in order to have your sims produce laundry. As it is a Global Mod, it is in its own rar. The Laundry Mod also has various trait-related features for you to enjoy:

Support for the Nevernude, Neat and Slob trait

Support for the following custom lifestates: Ghost, Mermaid & SkeleBro

NEW: Support for @anachronisims' Nudist trait

NEW: Hamper magic! If your sims are neat enough, they may automatically put their dirty laundry in the hamper (if there's one in the room)

MAC-compatible!

You need to have the file "SunMoon-Laundry_Hamper_Wicker_Round-REQUIRED" in your folder in order for the global mod to work!

Washers, Dryers, Tubs and Lines

Your Sims may wash their laundry using a wide variety of both manual tubs and modern washers. Both of these require detergent to use. Of course, after your laundry has been washed, you can dry them using either a dryer or a line. Just make sure not to hang your laundry outside on a rainy day. Just a small overview of the features offered:

Laundromat mode: run your own laundromat business at home or on a community lot! Sims will actually wash their dirty laundry! Of course, it works for visiting Sims too!

NEW: @anachronisims Big Spender Trait now effects the likelihood of a Sim using a laundromat machine

NEW: Stock your washer or tub with a detergent of your choice; no longer will you need an entire box of detergent for a small load, now one detergent will last multiple loads!

NEW: 2 extra detergents have been added. You can now choose between a Box or Bottle of detergent, Soap Solution or even a Baggy of Soap Nuts!

NEW: The fabulous @jellymeduza has created a fantastic little ceiling rack for drying your laundry

NEW: Many more washers and dryers straight from the Sims 3 and 4

NEW: Modern laundry detergent vendor. You can still access any laundry product still despite its looks.

Custom sounds and animations: not only does laundry come with custom (Sims 4) animations courtesy of @mortia, there are also some custom sounds!

Color Controller

This set also comes with a "Color Controller". This object allows you to choose the look of not only your newly-spawned laundry, but also how the fabric on your drying lines looks like! Use only ONE per lot.

Bonus

Another new feature is the (optional) support for @lazyduchess Laundry token: players with FT installed, have the option of downloading his laundry mod and getting the same slower motive decay for comfort when changing into different clothes using our fresh outfit object. Players without FT and/or this token will get a small bonus to the comfort motive instead. This is NOT available for MAC-users! You will need the following files from his mod should you want this feature:
