The lipstick cases from dollar tree are perfect size for mini tajin bottles. I added ribbon and a clasp and an initial from left over diamond painting gems and now the nibblings can carry a tiny tajin bottle to school for flavoring fruit and veggies and whatever they want. Or they can carry chapstick or anything else small enough to fit.

A sweet and easy Dollar Tree DIY
This DIY is so easy to make, and it’s mostly from the Dollar Tree. I had the cutting boards. The gray felt containers, peat pots, and greenery are from the Dollar Tree. The directions are just too easy. Glue the felt boxes to the breadboard. Divide up one bunch of greenery among the peat pots Glue in the greenery in the pots. Put the pots in the gray felt boxes, glue to the cutting boards,…

Let's make a cotton flower together🌼
I realized that I lack props for my photos - this is such an important element for beautiful and cozy pictures. That is why I want to introduce a small section where I will share the props that I make myself, and I assure you that it is not difficult to make them.
To create such a flower you will need:
cotton wool egg carton Paints (you can use brown paint, but if you don't have it like I do, I'll show you how to mix it) Thread for sewing Needle I showed all the details in the video. It takes about 15 minutes to make one flower, not counting the time for the egg carton to dry from the paint. I left it to dry for a day, but on the video it took only 10 seconds.
I hope you can make these wonderful cotton flowers too. If you do the same as me, tag me in your posts. I would like to see your cotton flowers!🌼🌸🌺 linktr.ee/QZYA

The hellsite is eating my posts again. We'll see what gets through.
Edit: this one made it! You've asked for a house tour, I hope this isn't boring. There's some rooms that I don't include because I'm working on stuff and don't want to show the mess. This is still not that tidy but it's... tolerable mess. The audio is just Clair de Lune, no narration. I can answer questions if you have them; I'm always happy to talk about my million hobbies and the house is...definitely one of them.
I could also do a photo post for anyone who doesn't want to watch the whole thing.

If you need at most 1A, 7812, 7912 would be the easiest option.
Help! I was doing some research and convinced myself that making a ±12V power supply isn't that hard
(everything downstream of the transformer, I'm definitely not touching mains power)

(not as professional and aesthetic as some but it kept me busy during my insomnia)
Also, I focus too much on the details so appreciate how there are 7 round beads on each side and that the dark side for Crow is on the left, the bright one for Azi is on the right

I really want to learn how to sew, but I'm very overwhelmed. I'm afraid of practicing on most things for fear of messing them up and wasting them. I'm really the kind of person who needs someone teaching me and available to answer my questions, but I don't have anyone for that and there's several reasons I'm apprehensive about finding a class (the most rational of which are my lack of income and COVID, but social anxiety is also a factor).
I know there's guides and videos online, but I always get so overwhelmed and usually don't know where to start because all my ideas are abstract, abstract to me specifically (because I don't know how fabric construction works), or difficult and/or risky enough to scare and/or confuse me out of wanting to do it.
Does anyone have tips for teaching yourself to sew? How do I practice without being wasteful?
