Imagine if post-Mersault(aka post S5ep 11) soukoku just slowly but surely add Nikolai and Sigma into their relationship. They encourage and help Nikolai get over Fyodor, Sigma joins the ADA and is alive. And they all live together while soukoku is just full on flirting with Sigma and Nikolai and at this point all four are practically dating but those two are just waiting for Sigma and Nikolai to notice.

They do, they get and all that fun stuff. Now here comes the angsty crack, Fyodor managed to survive somehow and was both completely saddened and insulted that his lovers got together with his rival/crush.

From here on out he tries to break them up but each attempt fails and the quadruple use this opportunity to get Fyodor into their polycule, even if things between Chuuya and Fyodor are platonic but he has never been able to deny his lovers.

ok, i’m so annoyed with some (not all) skk shippers. i saw a sigzai post on pinterest and all of the comments were about how they ship skk instead. it’s really, really annoying. i’m also saying this as a souheki shipper who has gotten hate on my other platforms for being a souheki shipper. my real point here is…not everything has to be your otp. i don’t go around on skk posts saying ‘tHiS iS cUtE bUt I sHiP rAnPo WiTh DaZaI’. if you’re one of those skk shippers please stop hating on people shipping other ships. it’s not the end of the world. if you don’t do this and ship skk i’m completely chill with you. just stop hating on other non problematic ships. i don’t hate skk or the non toxic skk shippers. this has been lou. i don’t hate any of the ships mentioned in this post. this is just basic fandom etiquette.

Dostoevsky looks up. "Oh, good for you."

Dazai is still shaking his head, unable to keep eye contact with Dostoevsky. "Couldn't these people pick a more tasteful person? I mean I wouldn't mind if I were to be paired at Kunikida at least."

"It's not a someone. It's the internet, a community of a kind, something that I reccomend you to stay away from"

"I am aware of what the internet is" Sigma says. "I just don't get it?? What romance is there between us? Had I just not noticed?"

"Oh believe me, you don't need that in order to have people create a ship for us"

Sigma raises an eyebrow. "A ship? They built a ship for us?" he questions, thinking of the boat kind of ship. "Why does that have anything to do with all this??"

"Oh Sigma."

Sigzai week day 4~ beverage

Sigma wasn’t one for alcohol, he preferred something simple like hot chocolate or tea after a long day. But this day wasn’t just long, but a huge pain in the ass. So he decided it was time for him to actually give alcohol a try. He wanted to have an avid drinker as his guide, his roommate Dazai. And that’s how he ended up here, glaring at Dazai as he giggles at his own jokes.

“Aren’t you too young to drink alcohol?” Dazai asks, giggling to himself. “I could go to jail if I let a three year old such as yourself have alcohol, not to mention my morals!” He snickers and slaps his knee. “Come on Dazai, when have you ever cared about the law or morals?” Sigma huffs, stomping his foot a bit in irritation. “Okay okay, I’ll teach you my ways.” He hums, calming down his laughter and standing up and walking to the door. 

“Um Dazai?” 

“Yes Sigma?”

“Could we stay home and drink? I don’t feel comfortable at a bar.” He admits, looking away. He wanted to drink, but he didn’t want to be around drunk people. Sure he dealt with it at his casino, but it was different there. At his casino, people respected him, and if they didn’t he had the safety of security to deal with anyone who was disturbing the peace of the casino. But at a bar, he didn’t even want to think about it, way too much stress. 

“Hm? Of course we can.” He says, throwing off his shoes and rerouting himself to the fridge. He pulls out a couple different alcohols and sets them on the counter, smiling at Sigma. He explains the different alcohols and the strength of their effect, then which one he recommends first. It was dizzying all the information he was getting, and he honestly just wanted to pop open one of those bottles and down it.

Soon enough, Sigma had a few more drinks than he anticipated, and was now sitting on the couch with Dazai, having an array of conversations he can barely keep track of. One minute he’s laughing about something funny he saw the other day, the next minute he’s complaining, the next minute he’s extremely grateful for everything under the sun, and so on and so forth.

“Y’know ‘Samu, I don’t hate you.” He mumbles, going for another drink of the whisky he's holding, until Dazai takes it out of his hand and chuckles. 

“A-A-Ah, that’s enough for you Mr.” He scolds jokingly.

“Heeeeyyyy….” Sigma whines, leaning on Dazai to reach for the whisky, but his limbs weren’t working the way he wanted them to.

“No no, you’re too drunk to have anymore. I don’t want your first hangover to be too awful.” He says, chuckling to himself. Sigma whines and leans on Dazai fully, then looks up at him pouting. “Dazai pleeeaasseee…” Sigma mumbles. His adorable pouty face mixed with his intoxication made Dazai’s heart skip a beat. “Please Osamu.” Sigma pleads, grabbing hold of the hem of Dazai’s shirt, pulling on it to get Dazai to look down at him. 

Without a word, Dazai hands the bottle back to Sigma, who sighs happily and takes another drink from it. “You’re gonna hate yourself tomorrow.” Dazai muses, leaning on his arm, looking at Sigma closely. Sigma shrugs, then suddenly falls back onto Dazai’s lap, smiling up at him. Dazai’s face turns bright red as he looks down at him, his hair all sprawled behind him, exposing the entirety of his neck and face. 

Sigma giggles and pokes Dazai’s cheek. “Your face is aaaaallll reeeeedddd…” he says happily. Dazai chuckles softly and runs a hand through his hair, in effort to calm himself down. 

“I love you Osamu.” 

Dazai’s eyes widened and he looked down at Sigma, who was smiling softly up at him. “No Sigma, you’re drunk.” He sighs, attempting to brush it off as he pets Sigmas head. “No I do!” Sigma huffs, sitting up and turning to face Dazai with a serious, almost irritated expression on his face. “I love you very much, and I want you to love me back.” 

Dazai laughed a bit, “You’ve had too much alcohol. You barely know me Sigma. Maybe it’s time for yo-“ 

“I barely know you because you didn’t tell me anything! I want to know you Dazai, I want to know if the bad things you’ve done. I want to know everything that’s happened to you. I want to know where you come from and why you’re so hell bent on killing yourself. I want to know why you always push me away! Why you always push everyone away!” Sigma says, cutting Dazai off. Tears form in his eyes as he speaks with burning passion that Dazai can only stare dumbfounded at. 

They stay silent for a moment, Sigma trembling from his own passion and Dazai stunned into silence as his fragile heart processes everything Sigma had said. Eventually, Sigma sniffs and looks away, wiping the tears from his eyes. “Sigma..” Dazai starts, but he doesn’t know what to say. He doesn’t know what he can say. He wants to joke and brush it off, retreating to the safety of his facade. But another part of him, a quiet fearful part, wants to reach out and takes Sigma's hand. Wants to tell him every in and out of his being. 

But he’s too scared to. 

“I really, really love you Dazai. And it makes me so angry. Angry at you, angry at my own heart, angry at this world for ruining us…” Sigma says, looking down at the floor. “I don’t understand you Dazai. I don’t know whether you love me or if you’re just in it for something else. And I can’t wait forever. My heart will grow weary, and I’ll have to let you go.” They go silent again, until Sigma stands up to head to his room. But unfortunately, or fortunately, the alcohol had other plans. Because when Sigma stood up, his legs gave out and he fell onto Dazai’s lap.

They look at each other in awkward surprise. Sigma was so close. He could smell the alcohol on the other man’s breath, feel the warm caress of his gentle exhales on his lips, a feeling that made Dazai’s heart thump violently in his chest. Everything Sigma had said, the way he said it. The passion and love is his voice. Love that was for Dazai. Everything was too much, but everything he needed. 

“Dazai..” Sigma starts, but then stops as Dazai leans forwards, hesitating for a moment. 

“May I kiss you?” Dazai whispers, his heart thundering in his chest. He wasn’t just asking permission for a kiss, he was asking for so much more. He was asking to bring Sigma along on his shitty life. To bring Sigma along as he tries to figure out his own emotions. Asking to hold Sigma's hand as he opened himself up to an idea once so foreign and terrifying to him. 

“Yes.” Sigma whispers gently, softly intertwining his fingers with Dazai’s. This was all he needed ,closing the gap between them, he opened up his heart to be hurt, to be vulnerable, but also be loved, and cared for. He was terrified, but oh so electrified.

This.. this was the start of something beautiful.

Fyodor please let them breathe for a second!! Seriously, first drowning, then setting the special water on fire, now they’re falling

And the chapter ends with Dazai saving Sigma!! Normally a drop like this would kill someone, but I really doubt Dazai’s gonna die to fall damage, he’s got a plan, but I wonder what Sigma’s gonna do now that he’s alone

Overall thoughts on the chapter: a lot happened in such a short period of time, I doubt this entire chapter was more than two minutes in their time, which is pretty cool. Also, it’s longer!! It’s 24 pages!! I’m not upset that the previous chapters were so short, mainly because I would rather have short chapters than a stressed and overworked author and artist, but this chapter’s twice the length of the last one, which is really nice.

I’m just curious as to what’s gonna happen next. Where’s Dazai gonna end up?? Back with the floating cells?? Or somewhere lower?? Maybe he’s gonna meet new locked up Ability Users or something. Or maybe there’s gonna be another PoV change and we’re not gonna find out until a few months later. I mean, there’s a lot going on

omg.. sskk is truly my number 1 i am so annoying about them. the way they carry the narrative. the way they’re silly. it’s about the good in the evil and the evil in the good. it’s also about atsushi calling akutagawa a lawnmower. they go for each other’s throats. they’d take a bullet for the other. they’re only together bc of dazai. they learn to grow outside of his influence. in another life (cough beast) they would’ve been best friends. i want to put them in my pocket

RANPOE 😭 i don’t think the fandom truly grasps how Batshit Crazy they are. poe canonically obsessed over ranpo for years bc he beat him one (1) time. poe tries to kill him and then gets worried that ranpo will die. ranpo sees poe as an equal which is an insanely high position. they’re ‘rivals’. ranpo shares his sweets with poe and invites him to ada parties. poe actively writes novels to try to impress ranpo. are u joking. they’re so obsessed
