When there are literally 15 seasons and 325/327 episodes that have down right not even acknowledged the depths of their relationship aside from "I'm the one who reached down and pulled you from perdition" shit.

Dean and Castiel are toxic to one another. Dean thinks the entire world revolves around him and Castiel thinks he keeps making the right decisions when he fucks up literally everything he touches. Also he seems to forget he's an angel half the fucking time and gets thrown across the room by a goddamn werewolf like he's a cum rag.

Sure, Castiel may have been crushing on Dean hard (but also that's because Misha Collins has no boundaries and continually sexualizes Jensen Ackles in panels and touches him inappropriately) but it was not reciprocated.

Yeah, maybe they acknowledged it in the musical episode, and how did Dean react? With disgust.

The SPN writers also failed the entire fandom.... BY LISTENING TO THE FANDOM.

Sometimes, fan service will absolutely destroy a series. Actually, most of the time. Castiel was supposed to die at the end of season 5 but because the fans loved him so much, they kept him in. The show was supposed to END on season 5, which would have been a perfect ending... I mean, how can you top Lucifer versus Michael and the apocalypse?

They then continued to bring back every character who had ever died and made us feel something in their deaths... which in turn, cheapened everything. For fan service.

They made Chuck the big bad guy, even though it literally makes no sense and the Chuck in season 5 that vouched for the boys' "Free Will" was not the same Chuck that was so wholeheartedly against it he destroyed worlds. Fan service.

Then, at the very end of Castiel's appearances, he confesses to Dean he loves him. Dean says nothing. Destiel fans everywhere just DIE.

And there is literally nothing in the world to back it up.

Destiel is not canon. I don't care. You won't change my mind and Misha Collins continually sexualizing his coworker is just weird and would get someone sent to HR in every other environment, but the whole fandom supports him cause "GAAAAY" like, no. There are plenty of gay ships that are consensual and NOT TOXIC and they're much more sexy. Destiel was dredged in fan service, battered in digging at the bottom of the barrel, and fried in Misha Collins' wet dream.

Jensen is a dick too and don't even get me started on how he treated Jared.

TLDR; Misha is a creep. Jensen is a dickhead. Destiel is NOT canon.

Supernatural ran itself into the ground and is the perfect example of how a fandom can ruin a series.

Maybe I am jumping the gun early. But I am sad that they're setting Jack Doohan up to get fired mid-season. Alpine have little to no faith in him, and that sucks. Rookies are already under immense pressure and the amount of articles coming out that his contract is on a race-by-race basis doesn't help.

Yes my cousin Franco should be on the grid next year. But I want him in an environment where he can thrive. And by thriving I mean he should be protected. Like if the car is a tractor don't put all the blame for underperformance on him. There's hundreds of people working on these cars, and accountability would be nice to see. I'm not sure if Alpine is the place for that. What we have seen of Alpine in Drive to Survive doesn't inspire confidence. (Actually I think it's the most dysfunctional F1 team currently on the grid but that's a conversation for another day.) Alpine have fumbled Oscar, Fernando, and Esteban, all accomplished drivers. If Franco were to go there, would he be screwed over due to politics like other drivers?

I know I don't have the right to be picky. There aren't many seats on the grid to begin with. In the couple of years i've been following F1, I've never seen a rookie get so popular in such a short timeframe. That's why I consider Franco to be more special than the other upcoming rookies. I don't want Alpine to take him in, and then ruin what's special about him. A nurturing environment would be the best, and I'm not sure that they're capable of doing that. I know Alpine would seek him out due to the potential money and fans he could bring in, not just for his racing skills alone.

Adrien’s a sentimonster now, but he wasn’t always. Here’s a list of things that wouldn’t have happened if Adrien was a sentimonster:

Chat Blanc

Epehemeral shows us what happens in a world where Gabriel Agreste learns his sentison’s identity. Chat Blanc shows us what happens in a world where Gabriel Agreste learns his human son’s identity. If Adrien was a sentimonster in season 3, then Chat Blanc would have ended with Gabriel winning just like he did in Ephemeral. But it doesn’t because season 3 Adrien was a real boy.

Gabriel: I don't know. But he's hiding something for sure. Since his bodyguard has failed to keep an eye on Adrien, there's only one way for us to uncover his secret.

Yeah, put on one of the slave collars and say, “Adrien, tell me what you’re hiding from me?” Problem solved! Except Adrien wasn’t a sentimonster yet, so Gabe had to use an akuma instead.

As of season 4, Felix and Amilie know that the Agrete’s wedding rings are amoks, so why were they so obsessed with getting their hands on them back in season 3? What were they planning to do with Adrien? Why did Amilie think that was a reasonable request? There’s no way that she’d hand over her son’s ring! Easy answer: the twins cousins weren’t sentimonster yet and the rings weren’t that special. That’s why that plot goes nowhere and why Felix’s actions don’t match his actions after they decided that the boys were sentimonsters.

Origins

Adrien keeps sneaking out of the house to go to school and Gabe just yells at him, never using the slave collars. Plausible, I guess, but still hard to buy given how controlling he is. Why wouldn’t he use one of the rings? He already doesn’t care what Adrien wants and Gabe does not get meaningfully more controlling as the show goes on (it’s part of why season 5 completely fails to make him feel worse in my book).

Cataclysms drive Sentimonsters insane, but kill humans, so Chat Noir probably should have gone insane here. Along similar lines, the fact that akuma powers work on him like a normal human is super weird because Adrien isn’t a true human. Can he break his bones? Does he even need to transform to fight? Do all sentimonsters have the ability to use miraculous? I have questions that this show will never answer because the answers don’t exist. That would require competent, well-thought-out lore.

cressida's storyline was genuinely shameful tbhhh it's like they started rewriting it in the first half of the season then completely forgot about the changes they'd made to make it fit the book plot and it just ends up making everyone else look bad😐 every character in the second half got a "penelope did nothing wrong" lobotomy so we ended up with eloise completely ignoring cressida being sold off to an horrible man (when she made every effort to support her in the first half of the season) and for some reason resenting her for pretending to be lady whistledown? Then they somehow frame her ignoring colin's offensively bad pleas as it being her turning away from redemption when all she's trying to do is escape being trapped in the country with her likely abusive aunt... and it ends with her meeting her horrible fate and it still being framed as tragic only to immediately juxtapose it with the bridgerton family winning the idgaf war while gleefully seeing off francesca and her future dead husband. The bridgertons were the villains of the season frfr
