Shoelace Pose 💗 Speaking of.... I had 99 problems but tying my shoes with a heavy breath isn’t one of them anymore. 💙 The scar tissue I have from beating myself up is now being projected as wisdom since I have spent the last year loving myself, licking my wounds and no longer being stunted by my growth because I didn’t want to leave my comfort zone. ❤️ We all know what we are ‘good’ at and ‘not good’ at and it was solely my responsibility to work on me. I had to succumb to the realization that I was the only one that could do this and that no one else could do it for me. I could find accountability partners and cheerleaders but ultimately it was ON ME! 💛 Things I’m still good at: Being a morning person. Eating the right foods. Proofreading. Cooking. Laughing. Planning. Sharing my love for healthy things. Taking time for myself. Organizing. Crying. Letting things go. Reading. Being more present. Being a beginner. Allowing myself to be more vulnerable. Never being late. (Pet peeve) 🖤 Things I’m still not good at: Heights. June bugs. Elevators. Math. Trusting. Coordination. Keeping surprises a surprise. Breaking down my walls. Scary situations. Clutter. Using knives without cutting myself. Flying on a plane smaller than a 757. Winning anything I enter myself in. When my kids are upset. 💚 I’m working on some of these things.
