Yoo I'm thinking about the other entities in Pressure that are also humans, is there an Imaginary Friend in Streamer Au? Is she also another good friend of Reader's? Or what about other entities? I can see Pandemonium being a rebellious guy who likes to listen to rock music or Pinkie being a Girlboss (Froger is the same but I think she's a bit of a nerd) and Chainsmoker being a guy who's addicted to smoking. I still don't know what Eyafestation's gender is, everyone says is female but in the game I hear a male voice.

The male voice in the game is actually the Intercom HQ dude that gives us instructions at the start. It's not Eyefestations own voice but they use it to trick the player!

Wall Dweller -

-Wall dweller is the slightly poor neighbour from next door. He will constantly come over to borrow different stuff like sugar or a bowl.

-He has social anxiety and will probably die inside if he has to do long human socialising.

-Steals internet from Seb and Jelly.

Imaginary Friend -

- Sweet co-worker friend of Seb and Jelly. Will take some of your work and even make coffee if you pull overtime during work.

- Best supportive friend possible. Will listen when you wanna vent. Also: Has an own youtube account about mental health and self love.

-Volunteers for mental health hotlines in her free time.

Pinkie -

-Allisons other friend. She is equally wicked and likes to piss people off. Shes rude, sneaky and definitely Nr.1 hater when it comes to Jelly x Solace. Has a hate page dedicated to Jelly.

- Is in a band, playing in a bar few blocks away from Jellys home.

- Once tried to confess to Seb ages ago. They were strangers but she found him hot. He turned her down and she hates on him for that. Also figured out years later that she is a proud lesbian.

Pandemonium-

-Your Nr.1 Conspiracy Theorists that will dedicate his life to his channel about why aliens replaced our president with a robot that runs with lemon juice.

-Paranoid. Will stalk you. No joke.

-Once friends with Seb since they were co-worker. Got fired for not showing up to work.

Frogger -

-Sports streamer. Actually very popular for his jogging marathon vlogs. He joined Solace once for a sports game but figured out that playing digital sport games isn't as satisfied as doing it in real life.

-This person right here is married. He works two jobs and has a criminal record for the most stupidest things possible.

-Things that Solace is his friend, texts him a lot and wonders why he got no reply. He's actually blocked by Solace his mods.

Searchlights -

-A group of child scouts. They sell cookies around the neighbourhood. Jelly once babysit some of them. It was horrible.

-Some live in the same area as Jelly and Solace. Both of them can hear the kids scream in the daylight, making it impossible to relax or work.

- Your worst nightmare.

Lucy -

- One of the higher ups at Urbanshade. No sick days so far, employee of the month and chasing after one promotion after another with less effort.

- Boss of Jelly and Solace. Lucy is chill, almost void of emotions and cool as a cucumber. Would never get angry at anyone. Wouldn't smile either tho.

-Don't disturb her while she is working. She's actually not working but secretly cheering on Jelly and Seb since she ships both of you.

Eyefestation:

-Office Yapper. Stream yapper. Will spam Seb and Jellys chatbox on stream. She is leader of the Jellace / Solly fanclub, shipping Jelly x Solace.

- Solace is scared of her endless energy. She likes to stand in the spotlight and will fight with tooth and nail for it.

- Queen of rumors and embarassing stories. Will tell the chat how Solace once tried to stop a nose bleeding by pushing a tampon in his nose. Where did she got the info? No one knows.

Today's She-Ra Watchthrough Art: Another Messy Glimmer Sketch

Okay so, it's safe to say as of episode 2:

Glimmer is my favorite by a wide fuckin' mile she's so real.

I don't know if it's been made obvious to anyone, but in case you haven't noticed yet. I have a huge soft spot for characters that fit under a very specific aesthetic. Glimmer most certainly fits it.

"But Daniel, what kind of aesthetic is it that you speak of?" I hear you ask?

I find it really funny that when Adora turns into She-Ra she just is like, bigger. Like one of She-Ra's superpowers is being fucking tall.

Like being tall is one of her magical abilities.

I really liked the moment Glimmer actually started sounding like she was about to cry. Phenomenal voice acting right there, that alone says so much.

Just hearing Glimmers' voice breaking & hearing her struggling to hold back crying in the middle of her rant.

It just makes everything she's been saying feel a lot more impactful now. Seeing that it had this much of an affect on her.

She doesn't even specify how many people were lost. Like, fuck she might mean it's not just a few, it's not a thousand it's probably like millions.

Like, they didn't have to flashback or explain it, just that one moment made me go "Oh shit." It tells you more than enough to understand what kind of horrible shit she's been through. Amazing voice acting right there. I love it.

Shadow Weaver is still a cunt. Fuck you shadow weaver.

Also Bow was literally the best this episode he was just like so endearing & every time he spoke I had a big goofy smile on my face. He's so fucking joyful. His optimism is infectious.

How many works do you have on Ao3? 227!

What's your total Ao3 word count? I broken two million this year! :)

What fandoms do you write for? I guess you'd say my "main" fandom is still The Sandman, because that's what really started me writing again, but I'll write for any piece of media that inspires me. I've written for The Terror, the D&D movie, Dungeon Meshi, Supernatural, Sherlock, and Homestuck at various points.

Top five fics by kudos: 1. aulon raid - In which no neonazis are allowed in the New Inn. 2. Curse of the Green Hag - The one where Xenk Yendar is cursed by a hag and he and Edgin have to fuck about it. 3. Ecdysis - Undressing and armor and bathing. 4. That I Should Wedded-Be - This was my first attempt at something longer. It's definitely not one of my better ones at this point but it was one of the first ones so it has a lot more kudos. 5. Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow - The one where Hob fucks Dream on his desk.

Do you respond to comments? I would really like to, but I find that I often don't have the energy, and because I want every response to be unique and thoughtful and just for that person, it means that I feel really bad if I give a simple "thanks!" and nothing else. Inevitably the bad feeling of not responding in a meaningful way outweighs the good feeling of getting the comment, so now I really only respond to comments if they address me directly or ask a question.

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? the long way down maybe? It has a more open "hopeful" ending. I don't usually let things end on a low note!

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Hallmark-Adjacent, I think. Literally ends like a Hallmark movie lol.

Do you get hate on fics? Once or twice it's happened. If it's happened since then I haven't been aware of it. I'm sure a lot of conversation goes on in like, discord channels and such that I don't follow. I'm not particularly interested in debating with people about the intentions or morality of my writing. I try to be as authentic and inclusive and respectful as the setting and story allow me to be, but I'm also human and fallible. *shrug* I grow and learn more every day. Expecting perfection from people is an exercise in frustration and futility.

Do you write smut?

Craziest crossover: Wrote a BBC Sherlock/Homestuck fusion. That was fun.

Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I'm aware of. If it was like Cocoon or Maybe sprout wings I think I'd be really upset about it because I put so much into those, but I don't know if I'd feel particularly devastated if it was anything else. BSN, maybe. I mean it would suck? That's a shitty thing to do, but also, you're not earning any real clout or money by doing it, lol.

Have you ever had a fic translated? Yes! A number of my fics have been translated, mostly into Russian (thanks chainsmoking and Bonniemary!), and one into Spanish (thanks Dhixi!). I'm incredibly flattered every time someone takes the time and effort to do a translation. It's an incredible art.

Have you ever co-written a fic before? Yes, though not recently.

All time favourite ship? Listen I write so much for Sandman but truthfully? Mulder/Scully. Alpha and omega ship. Don't know if anything will ever compare.

What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? At this point, The Whole of Love Contained is so far removed from my current writing style that I would have to restart from scratch, I think. I'm not counting it out forever, but there are other ideas I've had that I'm more interested in pursuing first.

What are your writing strengths? I really like sentence construction. The flow of it. How you can use punctuation to make it stop -- and then carry on, giving it purposeful structure. I've been told I have a talent for inserting life-altering sentences into the middle of things so that they hit you like a punch. Idk I'm bad at listing my own strengths. I like to research things a lot?

What are your writing weaknesses? Pacing, definitely, and action scenes. I always feel like my action scenes have low-stakes feel to them. And dialogue. I think a lot of people struggle to write realistic dialogue, though, so that might not just be me. Keeping the momentum going. Sometimes I'll be so focused on reaching one specific scene that I'll lose track of how to actually get there, and I'll stall out. I feel like I have a lot more weaknesses but I struggle to articulate them beyond a sense of deep dissatisfaction with my own writing, especially in comparison with other writers whom I greatly admire. I feel often like I'm churning out things that are easily-digestible and entertaining, but not necessarily meaningful, or not conveying what I would like them to do. Logically I know that "entertaining" is a value unto itself, and nothing to scoff at, but still. The writer's hubris, maybe.

Thoughts on dialogue in another language? Kind of depends on what you're using it for, I suppose. I tend to stick with one narrator's POV, so it can be useful if the narrator doesn't speak that language, but we, as the readers, can pop the sentence into translate and get the gist. I tend to use that sparingly as a gimmick, though, because I'm not multilingual except in the very most basic of terms and I prefer being correct to being aesthetic, lol.

First fandom you wrote in? If you want to be technical, it was Harry Potter. But the first fandom I wrote seriously for was Heroes.

Favourite fic you've written? I'm still proudest of Maybe sprout wings. Not sure if I'll ever write something like that again, where so much of it just felt right. And it got a compliment from a writer I admired very much in Homestuck fandom, so I reckon I did something right with it.

Ah! I love this so much!! I'm going to put this under a cut, because I haven't sketched since high school (and, like, one picture I drew in undergrad), so I think I'd make a mess of it! So we're working with picture boards, y'all!

CAMP CLOTHES - ACT 1/2

When Tav first is captured by the Nautiloid, she has her standard wizard robes (can't afford anything too fancy) and the clothing she would wear while working on commissions (though she would likely wear the typical camp clothes under an apron/gloves to protect herself from burns). So she has the homely clothes, but they are singed and sweat-stained from working near a furnace.

CAMP CLOTHES - ACT 3

With some convincing, Tav splurges and buys the Solemnity Outfit (purple). Gale and the others urge her to get a nice set of clothes for herself, because the clothing she'd worn up until that point were basically falling apart. She isn't the type to really care what she wears so long as it continues to be functional. So the moment it stops functioning is the moment that she will agree to make any needed replacements.

BATTLE ATTIRE - ACT THREE

By the end of Act 3, Tav has traded her very basic wizard robes for the Potent Robes. She would either keep these their default color or dye them Boreal Blue. These would be what she wears while fighting, and she also wears them while working in Sorcerous Sundries.

PERFORMANCE CLOTHES/COSTUME

After the Netherbrain is defeated and Tav is staying at Ramazith's Tower, she occasionally helps with the performances outside of Sorcerous Sundries. She wears a red costume with gold accents.

Basically, her outfit is closest in color and style to the fourth picture with the long sleeves, but the sleeves start below the shoulder like in images 2 and 3. And then she has lacing in the back like in image 1. The only really difference besides that is she has a straight strapless neckline.

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

I don’t know if it’s my #1 favorite thing BUT I kind of love the fact that he was a troublemaking jerk as a kid. 😂 To think that he used to be a little rascal who, because of a crazy time travel incident (with a time machine he invented, no less), was motivated to become good and to create the perfect little girls that saved him from being thrown into a volcano by a crazed monkey. It’s kind of sweet! One look at him and you’d assume he was always some dorky little square, so I love that he actually went through some significant character development to become the adorable dork we all know and love.

3. Least favorite canon thing about this character?

…ugh, there has to be something I can nitpick! 🤣 He’s honestly a pretty consistent character for most of the show’s run, nothing I can think of that he’s done has been overly offensive to my discerning PPG tastes (at least not off the top of my head at the moment). He seems to truly be the perfect man.

6. What's something you have in common with this character?

we’re both single hotties and it’s absolutely inexplicable 😭 I kid, but gosh, I dunno… I guess at least one thing we have in common is that we’re both motivated to create things in the hopes that they’ll make the world a better place! 💖

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

Someone mentioned a headcanon a while back that I liked that, when he was in college, he was a horrible chainsmoker and would regularly smoke cigarettes to relieve stress from studying. When he got older, he graduated to smoking a pipe.

15. What's your favorite ship for this character? (Doesn't matter if it's canon or not.)

I know it’s a little basic, but I do really love the idea of him being the malewife to Ms. Bellum’s girlboss. I don’t know if I’d ever want it to be canon (I was fearing I’d have to eventually watch it be ruined with that live action show, which I’m glad we were spared from at least) but like most of my other pairing faves, it’s just fun to think about. They’d be cute together! There’s a particular comic that insinuates that she’s at least a liiiiittle attracted to him, but I’ll have to go searching for it. I’ll post the relevant bit of it once I find it!

This took a long while to decide .. partly because there's a lot to choose from but also because time doesn't really... exist for me? lol... so I had to filter my AO3 stats and see what I even wrote 'this year'

Liars' Game is probably the thing that sits heaviest in my heart, it's kind of the whole hinge of their relationship dynamic that I have for them. Plus I'm always excited when little things pay off and doing the extra work to embed chat stickers in the text parts of the work made it more fun I think (if people thought it was cringe well. they can get stuffed 😘)

Though that last Love Potions chapter was a roller coaster and I was really excited to get it posted bc there were a lot of things in there I'd had planned out for a while. Only one left to go but all my RvB brain has evaporated at the moment 💀💀💀 so that's going to be a while.

I got an idea for something im real excited to write just on the way home but I don't expect that to be done in any way until next year lol

Whose birthday did you last celebrate, and what did you do for it? My mom’s. Apart from the decorations my siblings and I placed around the house, I also ordered in Spanish food which she requested. There was a typhoon at the time so we couldn’t really go out.

Do you use an alarm to wake up in the morning, or can you wake up naturally? I can wake up naturally most of the time, but I would occasionally set my alarm if I’m feeling a little unconfident about waking up on time.

Do you use an electric or manual toothbrush? What colour is it? I haven’t had an electric toothbrush since I was like, 5. Mine is blue and white.

Any idea how many mobile phones you've owned, in total? My current one is my 8th, if I’m not mistaken. How long have you had the mobile phone that you currently use? 8 months.

Are your nails usually painted, or not? What colour did you paint them last? They’re never painted. My hands are quite restless in the first place, so nail polish wouldn’t last with me for more than a couple of days.

What brand is the shampoo/conditioner that you currently use? I use Dove shampoo, and my conditioner is a local brand.

How long was your last car journey, and where were you going? It was around an hour and a half. One of the longer trips we’ve taken recently since we went down south to visit my dad’s side.

Have you recently been in any store where music was playing? Did you know/like the song(s)? Well yes; idk how it is in other places but where I live, all stores constantly have some sort of music playing. Most recently I was in a milk tea place and I remember mouthing along to Closer by The Chainsmokers and Halsey. As for whether I like it, I mean it’s not my favorite track and it’s in none of my playlists but I’d hum or mouth to it, which is what I did.

When did you last encounter someone who seemed rude or unpleasant? An hour ago. My mom is in the middle one of her weird tantrums again and didn’t acknowledge my presence upon arriving home until I was the first one to say hi; even then, she seemed super stoic and curt. Funny though how I give less and less of a fuck every year.

^And what was it about their behaviour, that gave that impression? She couldn’t look at me and barely said a word. Unfortunately for her I have bigger things to worry about now, so I just proceeded to being cheery around my dad and siblings.

Do you use Goodreads? If so, what are some of the books on your 'Want To Read' list? I don’t use Goodreads and would never be able to touch my hypothetical account because I haven’t read in years.

Do you own anything that was from a vintage/antique shop? I don’t think so, no.

What was the last item that you 'fell in love with' and decided to buy? BTS sticker sets.

What are your favourite kinds of accessories to wear with an outfit? Never was a big accessory girl. I’d lose them all the time, if I was.

Has anyone ever bought you a gift with your name or initial on it? What was it? No, I think my friends know better than getting me something like that hahaha. I was never a fan of personalized anything.

What type of cuisine was served in the last restaurant you ate at? I want to say largely French...? Italian? Idk, they have a bit of everything though as far as I can tell.

^Would you recommend that restaurant to others? Why or why not? Sure! It’s at the 52nd floor, offers a spectacular view of the city, and they’ve got really attentive staff who’ll make you feel right at home.

What was the last type of dessert that you tried for the first time? Was it good? Randy’s Donuts. It was actually pretty amazing, yeah. I appreciate a good dense doughnut.

The last time you checked the mail, was there anything for you? Not technically ‘mail,’ but the last thing I had shipped to me was a copy of Hobi’s Jack in the Box.

Do you own anything that has an image of a unicorn on it? Nope.

Do you know anyone who is still in a relationship with their first love? Or are you lucky enough to be one of those people? Yeah, I do.

What kind of music did you listen to as a child/teenager? Do you still enjoy any of that kind of music now? I didn’t have much of a music taste until I was around Grade 6, which is when I started paying attention to punk rock – Rancid, H2O, The Misfits, Against Me!, that whole sound – mainly due to being a fan of CM Punk. I kept that up til around high school when my circle of friends grew and my music preferences changed to revolve more around indie and pop rock – so artists like Coldplay and Hozier.

I definitely still revisit punk from time to time; but I have moved on from the artists I listened to in high school (exempting Coldplay because why stop listening to them ever?) because the people who once introduced me to indie are no longer in my life.

Tell me a little about the last photo you liked/reacted to on social media. My friends’ Disneyland photos.

What was the last activity that you tried out for fun, but decided it wasn't for you? Good question. I’m...not sure, actually. I feel like I easily back out from things that I feel from the get-go wouldn’t work for me. I want to be sure I’m super into something first, or that I’m ok to get my feet wet in something unfamiliar, before making a decision; and I quickly say no if I already envision myself being miserable throughout hahaha. Like how I’d never be game for a game of basketball, even if it’s for funsies; or taking theater classes.

Do you have any alcoholic drinks in your fridge at the moment? Yeah we have a ton of wine, beer, and soju in there currently.

What is something that you like to do, to wind down before going to sleep? Put cooling ointment all over my arms and stomach hahahaha
