Why do I have this screenshot of Shouri? What was going through my mind when I saved this?

Does shouri actually have a brother complex?

I know I’m the anime he does but I’m not sure about the novel or the manga

(I’m still trying to finish them)

Absolutely. The brother complex is novel canon. We start learning about Shouri in novel 10. Here's the author's description:

Novel 10, Chapter 1 "A gentle demeanor, excellent grades, currently studying at Hitotsubashi University as a model student who is even praised by his neighbors. That is Shibuya Shouri's public face. According to his brother's description, he's smart, but he's a bit of a weirdo who likes dating games. In any case, he is 180 degrees different from the passionate baseball boy second son.

(to Murata)“Even if you want to search the room, you have to wait until Yuu-ch… until my brother’s around. About that, where is Yuu-chan? Don’t tell me you threw him in a strange place and then ran back by yourself."

And he has an extreme brother complex. "

Note: It's kinda cute knowing that Shouri is a copy of the author's own brother who is apparently also super protective and good with computers. -> Info from afterwords and interviews (Miko too is based on sensei's mom. One could almost assume Yuuri is based on the author, too. Since she also happens to be a huge baseball fan, Seibu Lion fan, etc. Might be why she hates to call him 'majesty', 'heika' ... since he's based on her XD)

We couldn't find a Dice-like way to say "get serious," so we took the opposite of "half-assing" something and got "whole-ass." Blame Prom.

Since Hifumi’s name is also a pun of 1-2-3 and gigolo is a pun of 4-5-6, this line could also mean that “1-2-3-4-5-6, I earned my all one step at a time”

A reminder than Frankenstein is the name of the doctor and not the monster!

‘Matenrou’ is written with the character for ‘wolf,’ thus Dice’s diss about wolves going extinct.

Kyou Kara Maou! S images

So, they announced last year in January that MaruMA was getting a new manga series called "Kyou Kara Maou! S" that was supposed to come out last summer but it never did, I don't think they ever said why it just didn't happen? I haven't been playing enough attention to this series though. They've just published a few pictures on comicbushi and I swear I was looking at the past pictures a few days ago when they posted chapter 0 for Yuuri's birthday that I just translated but now they've taken them down so I had to search the internet to try to find backups of them... I think I found them all? lol

They might not be the best quality anymore but I didn't think about downloading them when they were still up a few days ago. Since I didn't see that they were going to expire and they had been up for months.

Maybe now that they've published chapter 0 they'll actually start publishing the series.

There's also a short story from Takabayashi that they published for new years that I've been meaning to translate up on the comicbushi website but I saved that months ago I just need to work on it lol.
