“Grandmother is visiting,” Damian suddenly said with no warning and with his usual not-quite demanding tone. 

“Who?” Tim wasn’t the only one to startle, seeing as Bruce had practically froze, a downturn to his lips in a silent show of confusion. 

Damian scowled. “Are you deaf Drake? Grandmother is coming to Gotham to, quote, make sure I am being properly cared for.” None of them had known that Ras was with anyone actually. At least Tim was pretty sure that would have been in the files. 

“Oh?” Dick didn’t quite crouch to Damian’s height but it was a near thing. “She-” “He,” Damian corrected, interrupting him. They all exchanged a glance before Dick continued. 

“Is he coming to the Manor or…” 

Damian scoffed again, a tiny bit of a flush against his face. “No, Grandmother will most likely be staying with Akhi-”

I love how mqf's oficial description is something like: a good heart who wants to help others but then you read the novel and his reaction to lqg trapping ten infected men who are crying in panic is "great now I can start to work in my experiments with decomposed people to find a cure" and gets out a lot of needles, which makes the man cry even harder.

Even if we only get bits of the other Cang Qiong sect leader's we can reach the conclusion that no one there is normal, sqq is just biased.

At it again redesigning some ladies

I don't dislike Feixiao's design, I think it's pretty neato and her animations really bring together a really rad personality. Still, I dont love the white jacket + White hair combo and I think women deserve real pants. 👍Also I gave her some wrinkles, this woman should NOT look my age. For Ruan Mei I stuck with the overly formal look the game gave her, but tried to make it a little bit more... ~I'm a scientist at an event~ instead of I'm just some random Xianzhou lady. 👍👍 I like the contrast of her vibe compared to Serval's redesign. I think those two would hate each other.

there are, of course, so many reasons to love gideon as a person. but her taking a moment to -- in the middle of a life or death situation -- mentally give 'a private prayer of thanksgiving for service rendered' to her rapier and knuckleknives as she's dropping them even though they've all this time kept her from her beloved longsword that she's finally about to pick up again... is one of the Most reasons for me personally
