Thoughts on Madoka magica walpurgisnaught rising Trailer 2
AAAAAHHH OMG WE'RE SO BACK! Oh my god juat look at my 2 Lovebirds ^^ not even 2 minutes in and Already the animation Looks absolutely Beautiful and I can't stress this enough but just seeing Madoka and Homura dancing again hand and hand just makes me all warm and Fuzzy inside AHHHHHH ^w^
What's this, NEW Characters!? 👀 I'm guessing these are probably either magical girls who almost became witches or people from the side series Madoka magica Record, either way this is already looking to be the most Unique outta the franchise, Also yay Cheese/bebe/Nagisa is back ^_^
Can we all just appreciate how Madoka magica Never fails to make its scenery ABSOLUTELY Beautiful, Like I don't even know what this is but just WOW, I already get the feeling we're going to be getting some more biblical or symbolic representations here, And all for it >_<
Uh oh, Looks like someone didn't heed Homura's Warning, I'm guessing that's probably why She looks like that, knowing her she probably either tried stopping Homura and tried fixing things back to way it was, and as punishment got Seriously messed up, word of advice Sayaka, Next time don't MESS with Homura ^^
YOOOUUUU!? Why is HE back!? OMG NO Get this mother f$%ker Outta her NOW! GET OUT! GET OUUTTT!! I already get a bad feeling with him being around, I get that Homura Needed him to whatever the hell she needed him to do but No I just can't with him and judging from what I'm seeing, he's looking pretty better than Last time!? What the hell man!?
Omg I SO can't wait for this movie, already 2025 is Looking like a good year, and I gotta feeling I know how this Thing is going to end, and it I'll be with be with me crying in a theater for 10 EFFING MINUTES, that and maybe Homura and Madoka MIGHT end up becoming Gods together, because I feel like that's the only way this movie can end; Homura's whole deal is that she believes that Madokas whole sacrifice Wasn't what she Really wanted, she believes that even though Madoka sacrificed herself to save everyone else, it isn't what SHE really wanted in the end, if ya wanna know what I'm talking about check out rebellion and watch the scen with Madoka and Homura having a heart to heart, the part where she's braiding Homura's hair ^^ Anyway with Homura having that mindset now We get to the point of where we are now, but the thing IS, yes while what Madoka said is True, it wasn't really the mindset she had going in when she sacrificed her existence, to Save all magical girls; she was Fine with doing this and being alone if it meant saving her friends, ESPECIALLY even Homura, Because what she was doing with Time travel previously, was technically Cursing her, basically Madoka sacrificed herself to save Homura, not just the other magical girls, in the end, it was all for Homura.
Homura believes that what she is doing, is for Madoka's sake, when in reality, it's actually hers, Because she couldn't handle being Alone, she ended up going against Madoka's wishes, and Reset the world once again, with the excuse "That it's what Madoka would've wanted" Homura's whole character arc is that she's Selfish, she'll do ANYTHING to be Madoka, even if it means Destroying the world, *sigh *I wish I could word this better but I think the Only way this series could end, is if both of them end up becoming "Gods" let me explain. Since neither of them is willing to give the other one up, and pretty much always ends up sacrificing themself for each other, i think the only way we really could see this series end on a "Happy" ending, is if the 2 of them both end up becoming Gods, and remake the world into THEIR Image; that way none of them is Alone and they don't have to suffer anymore, they can BE the creators of their New world and have each other by their side, since they basically represent 2 halfs of Yin and yang, from the colors of their outfits, (Madoka's being light, Homura's being Dark,) to their personalities, (1 being Selfless the other being SELFISH,) they can basically act as the Law and Order of their New world, and run things how they see fit, both being the embodiments of Oder and Chaos. I think that would be a pretty good way to send things off and in my opinion, would really be a cool ending for these 2 character's arcs, Since they've already been through so much it would only make sense for this would be their ending, It would be an ending that's not completely Heartbreaking, but is just Bittersweet, they won't get to live together in the real world, but they WILL have each other, and I think the thing that really proves this and that sent me down this rabbit hole to begin with, was the end credits of Rebellion, Where it depicts 2 girls, (That look VERY similar to Madoka and Homura) walking hand and hand off into the Abyss, which to me is a metaphor for the afterlife or where ever the heck magical girls when they're taken by the Law of cycle, possibly representing those 2 becoming GODS together, basically Sharing the same fate and running the world as they see fit.^^
Anyway yeah, Totally can't wait for this Movie , Oh i feels SOO Good to be back baby ^^ See ya in 2025

TV Life, 8/2/2024 Issue (No.15) ft. Kamen Rider Gotchard Cast Members (translation below)
Publication: July 17, 2024
The film version for the currently airing "Kamen Rider Gotchard" will finally release in theaters! We heard alot from the six main cast members on the highlights of the film and each other's future!
"What were your thoughts after reading the script?"
Motojima: I was very excited, as it felt like a side story to Kamen Rider Gotchard. In this film, the process of how past Houtaro became Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak is carefully depicted, so please pay attention to it.
Matsumoto: It was so moving, that tears would start flowing every time I read the script. I did my best to convey those emotions into my performance so that those who watch feel the same way.
Fujibayashi: When I first read it I thought, "Huh? Is Spanner even here?!" (laughs), but as I kept reading, it wasn't like that at all. In this film, I play a double role, which I think doubled the highlights, and personally, I felt a great sense of accomplishment after filming.
Abe: As it's a story that goes back and forth between the past and future, I found some parts to be alittle difficult to follow. However, as Reiyo-chan said, there are many scenes that moved me and gave off an intense feeling that only a film can give.
Tomizono: I also want to see this film on the big screen in theaters. I think one of the highlights is seeing how the characters who also appear in the TV series will affect the future in which the film takes place.
Kumaki: That's for sure. Those of you who have seen the TV series will recognize some things that'll make you think, "That thing from back then!," and I'm sure that you'll enjoy the film while reflecting on these various things.
"This time, DAIGO-san will make a guest appearance as "future Houtaro," who transforms into Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak."
Motojima: I was nervous before we even appeared together, but he was very kind to me. I could feel how much he cared about the character of Ichinose Houtaro. I was really happy that we were able to create this one role together.
Matsumoto: While they play the same Houtaro character, his personality and way of thinking are slightly different in the present and future. As Rinne, I was saddened at times by these differences, but I was able to empathize with him because I got to see Motojima-san and DAIGO-san's passionate performance up close. The two of them inspired me, and it also made me want to work harder, so I'm very grateful.
Fujibayashi: Ah! Junsei looks embarrassed!
Motojima: I didn't know you thought that way…that makes me happy!
"Now then, the theme of this film is related to the future. Please make a prediction about each other's futures."
Abe: I think that Kumaki-san will appear in a period drama.
(everyone but Abe & Kumaki): Oh~!
Abe: He's got a stern face, and I feel that a kimono would look good on him.
Kumaki: Oto-chan is both an actress and model, and her expressiveness is powerful, so I believe that she'll eventually become a top actress. With how sexy she is, it's hard to believe she's only in her early 20s, and I think she'll become an even more attractive actress as she gets older.
Fujibayashi: Well then, I'll talk about Rikiya. Even now, I think Rikiya has an androgynous aura to him, and I actually think that's precisely his strong point. That's why I hope he'll challenge himself to continue moving forward as he is now and become a one of a kind actor.
Tomizono: That makes me happy. I'm gonna make a big assumption that Yasu will continue to be an actor, and that he'll probably be traveling around the world (laughs).
(everyone but Tomizono & Fujibayashi): We can see that happening!
Tomizono: I think he's the type of person who always wants to try new things, so regardless of the country or location, he should be a globally active actor.
Motojima: I think that Reiyo-chan's crying performance is appealing. Her smile is cute, but her worried facial expression is also wonderful, so I'd like to see her play a two sided role that evokes the positive and negative of her character.
Matsumoto: When we were filming the scene where I become possessed by Zukyumpire, I thought about how Motojima-san would also be a good fit for 2.5D productions and roles, so I definitely want to see you challenge yourself to them!
Motojima: I might give it a try. I look forward to all of our futures!

Ngl, Éngel probably is very slightly luckier than Lawfully Kidnapped Wifey, because in the grand scheme of things, all she has to do is to hold her breath and outlive König The Heretic and she'll regain her halo and wings after a little while of repenting and then she's back to enjoying her life again being spotted in random forests. While IOFAB darling has to deal with König of The Flesh and Blood (I'm having fun with doing Arknights Alter names) for the rest of her life.
I can't imagine being stuck inside the house forever, man 😭😭😭 No amount of forest walks, garden walks, and touching grass will replace ACTUALLY being outdoors and talking to your friends about your hyperfixations for HOURS. The helper can't take care of me in that way cuz they can't even understand me.
Imagine being able to have somewhat financially stable adult money and still not be able attend cons and watch theater musicals live on stage or plain shopping random shit u like because some extremely selfish middle aged man decided that “yea I want that. She my pet wife now” I'd summon Mahoraga on him fr fr😭 My dreams of watching Wicked live on stage is going to come crashing down like how that building fell on IOFAB reader .
Y can't IOFAB König have a much more normal more enjoyable hobby? Like Gundam models or Figurine Painting
So yea, Éngel gets it very slightly easier cuz heretics will always face judgement unless reincarnation before redemption is a thing wherein she has to live a human life before going back to her celestial body...
Imagine if IOFAB König is just reincarnated Heretic König where his crippling addiction for angels turned into extreme ruthless selfishness and Éngel reincarnated as IOFAB darling. Soulmates in a twisted Legend of Zelda way (Nina/random murdered Fay for the third part of the reincarnation trio)
Sorry for the random long dump 😅
Zero, you really went from anon to the no. 1 theorist of IOFAB XD That's quite a character development you have there, I'd say.
I don't think any of them is luckier 🤔 she's an Angel, so she's like, a conglomerate's daughter who's taken away from the comfort of her home. Not to mention the religious guilt she suffers, and the fear of falling from grace. Angel isn't immune to earthly pleasure, so there's a chance that she can't go back to where she's used to.
I mean………. at least you have a loving husband…….? But dw, he doesn't exist <3
(Out of curiosity, did you talk to your friends about your hyperfixation? Like, did you tell them about COD fandom, and all the fics that you read? Did they know about my or other writer's fics? 🤔)
He does have hobbies, which is collecting guns and weapons, reading books (esp the psychology one, bc you know why), impregnating his wife, and hunting.
While reincarnation AU is interesting, I feel like a parallel universe makes more sense. Idk, I haven't think about it that much 🤔
Sorry I don’t get all of the game references you used 😅 I don't even know legend of zelda, except for the meme about breath of the wild speedrun.

“if we weren’t in public right now i’d have my head between your legs” and “i love the way you look with my fingers inside you” could pair together nicely with Terzo? (That second part with makes me think about the Cirice microphone stand thing 🫠)
Thank you very much for the ask, and you're right. They do go together quite well. Figure I'd add getting caught in the act to it as well, just as a little treat.
Rated R (Terzo x Reader)
Terzo x Reader || Public Sex || Fingering || Caught In The Act || Exhibitionism
You keep your face still, betraying nothing of what is happening besides that the movie is the best in the box office even thirty minutes in. Terzo's attention span, however, left twenty-five minutes ago. Or perhaps it was never there to begin with. Maybe this was his plan all along. You should have known to be suspicious when he showed off those romcom tickets with that boyish smile.
You bite your lips and try to stifle a moan. Glancing around the movie theater, gauging the crowd, it seems nobody has noticed has noticed you. Then again, the movie theater wasn't that full. There were more people sitting in front of you and behind you rather than in the row beside you. There was a single lonely woman at the end of the row, but her attention was transfixed on the movie and chewing away at a large bucket of popcorn. If anyone was going to notice you, it would be her.
"I think it would be more suspicious to see someone looking around and away from the movie instead of watching it." Terzo whispers, snickering from beside you. You take deep breath through your nose. The man glanced in the direction you were looking to see you eyeing your long-distance neighbor.
He smirked and pressed his lips to your war, whispering hotly.
"All she needs to do is glance over, and she'll see." You shake your head and try not to believe it, paranoia rising because he's right. One errant glance in your direction, and she'll notice. Despite how much you hate it, how flushed and embarrassed you feel, it sends zips and shocks of tension to your core.
"Stop it." You weakly whisper back, bite with no teeth. It fails to be threatening to him, especially when he angles his hand just right and causes a ripple of shakes to move through your body. He'll admit, he is rather impressed with you. You're normally very vocal in bed, and he's amazed that you haven't made a peep yet before soft sighs and hitched but quiet gasps.
With his free hand, he takes a gulp of his drink and smacks his lips. Clearly, he needs to up the ante.
One of your hands holds the arm rest in a white knuckle grip as the other keeps the popcorn bucket settled in the middle of your lap. It's your is the best chance and only chance at hiding Terzo's hand as it delves between your legs.
He watches your face with a side smile. There is the smallest white of teeth as you bite your plump bottom lip and chew. Your eyes are half-lidded, and pupils blow wide enough he can hardly see the beautiful color of your iris. They stand out so well, despite the dark, because of your makeup, which looks fantastic. You really dolled yourself up for the night. Despite the work you went through to put yourself together, the plaid skirt and spaghetti strap tank top, the cute shoes and leggings, he'd much rather see your clothes on the floor and mascara running.
It will be a challenge for later today, once the movie is over and you're back home. Or maybe perhaps he could convince you to detour into the handicap stall.
"I love the way you look with my fingers inside you." He admits. Then he curls his fingers and your walls clench as he strokes that hard spongy spot inside of you. You bite back a curse and turn your head and gaze upwards, praying for strength as his palm grinds against your mounds, and he plays you like a fiddle.
"Dammit." You squeak and your legs clap closed as his fingers persistently lick at your g-spot. You're close, you've been trying to hold it off, trying to act uninterested but he just took it as a challenge and kept at it. He's winning, damn him.
His foot hooks around yours and pulls your legs back open and you take a deep and uneven breath as you hear the wet slide of his fingers while he curls and thrusts them inside of you. He slips them out for a second, spreading slick across your drying folds, before sliding them back in with a squelch that barely audible above the loud action of the movie, but to you it might as well have been as loud as a gunshot.
"You know, if we weren't in public right now, I'd have my head between your legs." You suck shallowly for air. Then, hiccup as your lower stomach trembles. You toss your head back when he twists his fingers, pressing harder against that delicious bundle in your cunt before he scissors them apart and repeats it.
You're getting close too quickly.
"We have an audience." Terzo smiles when he catches her, his voice not rising much higher than the whispers of a dramatic kiss in the movie. His admittance has your head jerking to your neighbor, who stares at you, catching you in the act, with her eyes wide and mouth hanging open in shock.
It stricks the match, sparks the flame, and then the fire engulfs you. You come hard. Your mouth opening in a silent scream, breath halting as you catch and ride out the tide while your cunt throbs with the waves of your orgasm, slicking around Terzo’s fingers even more.
It bubbles through you like soda fizz and spills over every nerve. You whimper as your walls clench down on his forceful digits and sucks them in and Terzo hides a mean smile in your shoulder before he pulls out his fingers and then begins to roughly stroke your clit, a button he's been avoiding that he now attacks to help guide you through your oragsm and wrings out every bit of pleasure he can. He's smug, managing to get you off without touching your clit once before now.
Your back bows forward in reaction, and your teeth chatter as your body shakes from the force of your climax. You hode your face in his hair, all the while he's expertly milking your climax from you.
Finally, the shocks wear out, and you're left to catch your breath and weakly slap his hand away, like you should have done at the beginning. You shyly peak back at your neighbor to see her gone, likely to go make a complaint and get you kicked out.
Terzo chuckles beside you, finally granting you mercy. He glances at his fingers, parting them, and looks transfixed at your wet slick, linking them together. You certainly did a number on him. The pads of his index and middle are pruned from your juices and how long he was going for. He hums at the sight before stuffing his fingers in his mouth, hollowing his cheeks as he flicks his tongue against the tips, licking all the residual cum.
He pops them off, darting his tongue out to lick it once more while he looks you dead in the eye and gives you a thousand dollar smile. Then, he adacously starts watching the movie.
"Fuck you." You groan, in post orgasm bliss you don't bother holding back your disdain or your volume.
You earn a loud shush from the back row and slide back in your seat in defeat.

Graydale - Outskirts of Pixie World - Morning
====
She hears his voice just north of the worst of times; it drifts in from the front counter to where she's working in the back: "Will you ask Tas-pri d'vixil if she'll speak with me after her shift?"
"Blitz you," says the girl at the counter, who probably didn't even look up. She's a teen; she's always like this with everyone. At this point, Vixil's the only one willing to lend her a job… and she did, of course, because she was that kind of girl once upon a time. She smothers her laughter as Eskel's voice tips up in confusion.
"I beg your pardon?"
"You want to drag us into a war with the Pixies, right? Well, get your sandwiches somewhere else."
"I want to avoid another war," he says, so bewildered now that Vixil does laugh, "and I'm not here for a sandwich. I need to see Vixil."
"What, are you gonna blitz her on the food prep surfaces or something?"
"No? I need her help, woman; I suggest you mind your tongue."
"Are you threatening me?"
That's enough. Vixil wipes her hands dry on a towel and heads out front to greet him. "Aw, hey, High Count! Really been missing you lately. You should come around more often; I could make your favorite sandwiches half-price. Not for free. That'd be cutting you down a lot." And to the girl, who's floating there looking salty, her hair cascading down just one side of her head, she adds, "You can take your break, hon. I'll help him; we can't keep the boss waiting."
One frumpy look later, she'd gone and they're alone. "So what's up?" Vixil asks. She glances across the empty sandwich shop. They only have three tables. It's not lunch yet… "Is this private Count business? You can step in the back. It's just me today. Good to see ya."
"Yeah… Hey." Eskel says it real casual, swaying just a little on his heels so one arm flops. He swings it high to scratch behind his neck, following her to the back room. She shuts the door tight. "It's, uh… Well, it's been quite a while, hasn't it? How've you been? … You look good. Is the jacket new?"
How has she been? Vixil purses her lips, tapping nails against her thigh. "I've been keepin' busy. We had some holiday events at the shop." Her ex came a'lurking a couple times this week, but Eskel won't wanna hear that. She don't wanna tell him, either- It ain't none of his business. It could be, if he came around and tried to be her friend (or even just be social). It'd be a start. Why don't he come? Maybe he just forgot she cared. Vixil leans one hip and elbow on the counter, stretching out her legs just enough to put her back end out there without him calling her fast. She is, he knows, but they're playing pretend. "You ain't lookin' bad yourself. Shed the suspend-ies like a rattlesnake, huh? Or do they go all the way up underneath?"
Eskel's eyes flick to her rear, lingering a few beats longer than they probably should (If he really were polite). But he draws his focus to her face again before he speaks, which is close enough to looking at her the whole time. Technically, he was looking at her. "They're… present. My mother thinks I'm less likely to tumble into trouble if I dress in buckles and modern flair."
"Well, are ya?"
"You know who I am," he softly says. With his head tilted forward, his green eyes look ghostly peeking out beneath his night-blue hair. Yeah, that's the color of trees when they're lit with lightning that's not yet struck. Vixil's arms prickle up. Oh. She plays it cool though, gliding one hand along the counter. It's just whatever, y'know… that he's here. He never visits enough. She moves her elbow back, prepared to turn away, only for Eskel's hand to close over her knuckles like a mousetrap. He catches her eyes in those flytraps of his. Really, traps is the best way to describe him. You better learn this fast if you think you can steal him away.
"Hey."
He doesn't move the hand away. "I still think of that night, if I'm honest… How electric the air tasted in those moments before you'd so much as laid hand on me."
"I remember you din't brush your teeth and ya tasted like cheese and jam."
Eskel's grimace dances in the corners of those shiny-lit eyes. "Yes, well… Perhaps I was a mite hasty to follow on your heels like a drooling hound to bed, but don't pretend you didn't enjoy it. When I kissed you past the point of sentient thought, you groaned hard enough to snuff every candle in the room."
"Mm… Yeah, I did. You were pretty good at that. Whatcha want? Why'd you come?"
His face slides back into practiced professionalism; he clears his throat in his hand. Vixil watches that, barely trying with her own. She pulls her fingers through her ponytail and lets the rest fall where it may. "Ah, yes… I'm afraid I do have a motive for showing up unannounced after all these years. Have you seen our son? He didn't make it to school."
Oh. He's only here because he's looking for Eskel-ju. Vixil flits her thoughts towards Pixie World, caressing it the way she's always wanted to, but rarely gets to try. She was in disguise the first time Eskel ever crossed her path. It was at the greenhouse. She's quite certain her pixie disguise turned out less flawed than his; she studied those whose culture she sought to infiltrate before she took the plunge. Pixies are not nearly as crisp, clumsy, and charming as he.

I'm forever grateful for this fandom
I've been meaning to post something like this for a while. I debated doing it during my next follower milestone (which is very close) but today just felt right.
I've been in a funky place these last few weeks due to a lot of things going on, and this time of year is always a struggle for me. I'm feeling better now, putting aside how today makes me feel, and some things have happened that are going to continue to make things improve slowly but surely.
Today marks twelve years since my mom's death. She died of colon cancer, which the diagnosis for came on rather suddenly and traumatically (that's a story in itself) and she fought for two years before finally succumbing to it on August 14, 2011. I was only 15 when it happened, sitting across the room from her when she took her last breath.
She and I were very close. I was a surprise child, born about 20 years after my siblings so I was raised as an only child. My mom was everything to me since my dad took on the more stereotypical gender role of working all day. (I was close with my dad but not nearly like I was with my mom.) My mom was the glue that held our family together and her getting sick and then ultimately passing really took its toll on my family, and me.
My mom was the one that introduced me to Star Wars. She loved the movies. She went and saw the original trilogy when they came out in theaters, and she instilled that love into my siblings and I. I still remember the day when she finally let me watch The Phantom Menace. I think it sticks out to me because if you had known her, you wouldn't have thought Star Wars would be something she was into. We went and saw the two remaining prequel trilogy movies when they came out in theaters and even the Clone Wars movie (the last one to come out before she got sick) and it was just so special that we shared this thing as a family that we all loved.
I didn't watch Star Wars for ten years after she died.
I rebuked anything and everything that had to do with Star Wars. Every new movie, every new show that came out, all I could think was how much she would have loved it (even the sequel trilogy.) I tried so hard to hate Star Wars because every time I saw anything related to it, it just brought up all those horrible feelings. The pain and grief of losing my mom and in a way I felt like I was betraying her because she'll never get to watch Star Wars again.
I don't really know what changed my mind. I honestly couldn't tell you what switched, what caused me to risk dipping my toe back into the world of Star Wars. Maybe it was all the Baby Yoda memes.
I decided early last year that I was going to watch The Mandalorian. It felt like a safe place to start since there were no emotions attached to it like other things. Also, I've been in love with Pedro since Game of Thrones so that also helped. Watching it, it didn't really feel like Star Wars, but at the same time, it reignited the feelings I used to get watching it with my mom. It took me a long time to watch the first two seasons (the only two that were out a that time) but I'm glad I did it. I went back after I finished those and rewatched the prequels and decided I was going to watch the Clone Wars show. I never really got into it when it was on TV, since I was reaching that stage of pubescence where I was trying to distance myself from anything that felt too childish.
Well, long story short, here I am now. The Mandalorian helped me ease myself back into the world of Star Wars, and the Clone Wars dunked me in head first.
I still think about it, I still think about her when I watch things. It's less painful now and more bittersweet. There's a sense of melancholy underneath everything that just kind of sits there. It never goes away, but sometimes it gets buried enough I don't feel it.
I certainly don't regret coming back to Star Wars. I certainly don't regret getting involved in the fandom side of things. When I decided to watch Star Wars again, I was sort of flailing between fandoms. That awkward spot when you leave one and have to find something else to occupy your every waking (and sleeping) moment. I had just left Marvel due to a toxic friendship (that's a whole other thing in itself) and had briefly jumped into Kpop (I still love Kpop but yikes at the fandom side.) I needed something and Star Wars decided to be that thing.
I didn't plan on getting so involved with the clones. I originally started this blog as a Mando blog (hence the name) and my first Star Wars fics were Mando fics. A lot of them have never seen the light of day and probably won't and that's okay. I hadn't realized, even when I first started getting into the fandom, that there was such a community centered around the clones. I remember when the Clone Wars movie came out, I desperately searched for any fics related to the clones, and there was nothing. So to return fourteen years after searching to find an entire fandom based around the clones...it was a bit unbelievable.
I'm so glad I found this place and eventually became active within it. Y'all have helped me more than I can ever say. I went from debating quitting writing entirely to enjoying it again. I'm writing like I did seven/eight years ago. It no longer feels forced, like I'm forcing myself to write so I don't lose my ability. I like what I'm writing. I'm proud of it. Y'all have helped me get over the impostor syndrome, the hatred I used to have for my writing. I can look at my works and feel confident in them because I know that they're good and I believe that they're good. That confidence and positivity has translated into other areas of my life. I still struggle sometimes, I still question myself, but it's never to the end of "I should quit because this is utter garbage" anymore. (When I say my writing is trash now, it's coming from a joking place, not a serious one.)
A lot of that growth has come from me and the work I've been doing, but you all have had a hand in it. I'm so grateful for all of you, from the silent readers to the dedicated commenters. You've helped me in so many ways. I'm not going anywhere, no matter how bad things get. I may have to take breaks but I'll always come back here because I have a reason to. You're stuck with me for the long haul.
I'm so glad I found my love of Star Wars again. I'm so glad I decided to engage in this fandom space. You're all so special to me and I love each and every one of you and I am so thankful for you. I can only continue to repay you with my writing and my unhinged thots.
#this is really long i don't blame you if you don't want to read#just know i love every single one of you#tw illness and death#also grief

Always Worth It | Ralph Penbury x You | Series Masterlist
Keeping Us Awake Summary: You and Ralph receive a pair of tickets to the Nutcracker Ballet as a Christmas gift, an event neither of you really wants to attend... how ever will you stay awake through such a spectacle? Words: 1.2k
"Oh, no," Ralph groans.
"What's wrong, pup?" you ask, looking up from your knitting at the other end of the sofa. He's holding an envelope like its contents are going to infect him with something nasty.
"My mother has sent us tickets to the Nutcracker ballet."
"How despicable of her," you tease. "We should remove her from our Christmas card list at once."
Ralph chuckles and tosses the tickets aside with the rest of the mail.
"Victoria had a phase where she wanted to be a ballerina, so I had to suffer through many a production. Mother knows I hate it."
"Then why send you tickets to it?"
Ralph leans forward and rubs his temples.
"We don't have to go, Ralph."
"She'll ask about it when we see her at Christmas," he sighs.
"We'll tell her I was ill, and we couldn't make it."
"She won't care."
"Ralph, you are an adult. If you don't want to go to the ballet, you do not have to go to the ballet."
He leans back to rest his head against the sofa. He closes his eyes and sighs, then turns his pretty face just enough to pout at you.
"Maybe it won't be as bad now that I'm older?" he suggests hopefully.
"How old were you the last time you went?" You set your knitting aside and make yourself comfortable, putting your stockinged feet in Ralph's lap. His hands come to rest on your ankles.
"It was well before I went off to school, so probably… five or six?"
"What was so bad about it?"
Ralph's face darkens suddenly, and you can see him trying to fight his way out of the memory. He starts rubbing absent-minded circles on your leg.
"It was boring. I was so little, I couldn't see much from my seat. But fidgeting was frowned upon. If I fidgeted, I'd get one warning before I had to spend the rest of the production in my father's lap. And there best not be fidgeting once I was there."
"And Victoria?"
"It was the only time she was ever able to stay still and be quiet." Ralph sighs. "Did you go through the ballerina phase?"
"I did not," you smile.
"Really?" Ralph asks with an air of shock. "I thought all little girls must go through that."
"Not all of them." You can feel your own mood dampen with a resurgence of childhood memories.
"How long has it been since you last attended the ballet?"
"I've never been," you confess.
"Never?" Ralph asks, lifting his head from its resting position.
You chuckle and summon your best imitation of your mother: "I'll not pay good money to watch half-naked trollops prance around on stage!"
Ralph grins. "In that case, darling, we must go. Just so you can tell your mother you went to watch the half-naked trollops."
"We don't have to if you don't want to, Ralph."
"I want to go with you," he smiles.
"You're sure?"
"I don't have any good memories of the ballet. I suppose it's time I made one."
"Right this way, Mr. and Mrs. Penbury."
You and Ralph follow the usher up the stairs of the theater and into a private box. He exits with a bow and leaves you alone. You walk to the edge and look down at all the seats filling up below.
"Your mother really went all out," you observe, turning back to Ralph. He hovers by the door uncomfortably.
"Penburys don't mingle with the common folk," he says with a roll of his eyes.
"Are you alright, Ralph?"
He nods. "I'm remembering things, now that I'm back here."
"Things like what?" you ask. He scans his surroundings like he's afraid. "Ralph? Come sit down, you look like you've seen a ghost."
You take his hand and lead him to the cushioned chairs. You each drop into a seat, and you take his hands in yours.
"I used to have nightmares about the mice," he mumbles.
"The mice?"
"There's a big battle with a bunch of men dressed as mice and it's terrifying. Always covered my eyes, but every time I checked to see if they were gone… they weren't."
"Men-sized mice definitely sound like something worth being afraid of."
Ralph sighs.
"We can go anytime you want to, pup," you remind him with a squeeze to his hands. "You can even tell your mother you came. Because you did. You don't have to stay through something that scares you."
"I'm not a child anymore," he says stubbornly.
"Everyone feels fear."
"I'm more afraid of falling asleep," he smirks.
"I'll keep you awake," you whisper, leaning in to kiss his cheek. He blushes, and it's the first time he's looked anything other than pale all night.
"Do you think anyone else is coming?" You look around, counting four other chairs. "Surely it's not just us up here."
"She probably gave Victoria a ticket too, but I haven't talked to either of them. It wouldn't surprise me if they both came."
"I actually kind of hope Victoria makes it," you say. Ralph looks at you in confusion. "I've never seen her still and quiet before."
You share a mischievous smile and return your attention to the crowd below as you wait for the show to begin.
No one else had arrived by the time the lights dimmed; it was just you and Ralph in that lonely little box nestled into the side of the theater. You couldn't see the boxes on either side of you, but the ones on the other side of the theater weren't very crowded. Perhaps London's elite had better things to do tonight.
Ralph was right. The ballet was incredibly boring. How could anyone expect a child to sit still through this? You leaned your head on Ralph's shoulder and wondered if falling asleep would be the worst thing you could do…
Until you had a better idea.
Ralph was shifting and sighing and struggling to stay awake himself. With a quick scan of your surroundings, you confirm that you're quite alone in your little box, hiding high above the crowd.
You start with a hand on his knee.
You lean your head on Ralph's shoulder again and rub light circles on his thigh with your thumb, slowly creeping up his inseam. You're just inches away from your target when he finally whispers, "What are you doing?"
"Keeping us awake," you whisper in his ear. He huffs out a breath through his nose, and you smile. Your fingers reach their destination and massage gently. He melts into your touch. When you slowly unfasten his trousers and let the cool air seep in, he whimpers.
"Shh," you whisper, reaching up with your free hand to turn his face toward yours. You draw his eyes away from the mice-men prancing onto the stage and capture his mouth in a kiss to swallow his pretty sounds of pleasure.
Ralph Penbury isn't leaving this theater without a good memory of attending the ballet, and neither are you.

Arlecchino theater anon here, glad you liked that idea! I also thoroughly enjoyed the Arlie gf texts you made, particularly her and Bina putting together a list of banger plays to take reader to.
This time I'd like to talk about Sandrone, since I find it utterly risible how little love she gets. I HC that one of the reasons Sandrone is known for having a bad attitude is because she's only really talkative when it comes to her work, and as a massive perfectionist she's notoriously difficult to work with. She insists on building/repairing all her automations by hand instead of relying on mass production to maximize quality (notice how the factory in Liyue was Dottore's and not Sandrone's!). Having absolutely zero tolerance for incompetence, she'll likely prefer working alone whenever possible.
Now, imagine a reader who is well-versed in engineering (maybe a Kshahrewar student expelled for dabbling in mechanical lifeforms, or a Fontaine mechanic) drafted into a team to assist with Sandrone's work to speed up production a little. Everyone was ecstatic to collaborate with a genius of her caliber, but the experience was quite different from what you imagined. When it was time for everyone's work to be inspected, after just a once-over Sandrone launched into a tirade pointing out every last imperfection and the exact impacts they would have on automation performance, with no shortage of harsh words sprinkled in. The others looked like they either wanted to cry or argue back, but not you. You weren't even the most talented or driven of the bunch, but you instinctively understood this was the rightful arrogance of a master and also found her voice and angy face really nice. Thus, it was easy for you to smile and nod, and work on what she pointed out. As time went on, the others steadily resigned, unable to take the repeated hits to their egos from the scathing criticism. Only you remained, steadily improving in your craft. Was it just you, or were Sandrone's criticisms getting gentler as they became less frequent? You eventually came to miss them after you got to the point where they stopped completely, so you would intentionally make little, easily fixable errors just to hear her sweet voice more. She's far from stupid, and would catch on pretty quick.
"Spare me this foolishness. Such a frivolous error is unbecoming of your ability. What is the meaning of this?"
Knowing you were busted, you'd just bashfully smile and tell her that you love her voice. She'd probably short-circuit for a good 5 seconds or so, then turn around and continue working with ears cutely tinted red.

HI ARLECCHINO THEATER ANON!! OR NOW 🎭 ANON!! <3 Hehe I'm so glad you enjoyed those texts you really inspired me 💓 And WOW my ears are wide open for Sandrone thoughts... mhm (Also i love what you did there- "utterly risible" Sandrone says that in the trailer 😭💞)
Now... I'M IN LOVE WITH YOUR HC. It makes sooo much sense considering how engrossed she is only with her research :) So it's own natural that she wants things to be done her way, since her way is the best way as she spends copious amounts of time on her Automatons. And when she has to work with people who don't have the same skill, interest, intelligence etc as her she gets rather annoyed since they're messing her work up 😭
Ahh yes, reader and the group of newbies, so naive and thrilled to be working with such a revered Harbinger and researcher. So excited to present their little inventions to her and hopefully impress her. Sure their creations may not be perfect, but it still something right? WRONG. Sandrone walks over to each and every person and points out every flaw, internal, external, and even aesthetic wise about their creation. It's enough to have some people on the verge of passing out before she got to them.
Yes it was harsh, but she was right- even the littlest mistake could have a detrimental impact. Which is why you admired her unwavering dedication and attention to detail for her craft. (And also the way she would close her eyes and scoff and huff at how lackadaisical these people were honestly kind of cute... not to mention how elegant she looked perched on her robot... like the queen she is ) So you stayed. You stuck through it. Others tried to follow your example, but the numbers dwindled until you were the only one left under her wing. Even though she could be cruel, it wasn't without reason. Sandrone could actually explain to you what you were doing wrong, how to fix it, ways to prevent it in the future, etc. She actively made you grow, in her own little Sandrone way.
It got to the point where she didn't even need to criticize you anymore, and if she did, it was not like the scalding tone from before. Now she would simply take a look at your work and give you a small nod. On very rare occasions you might even get a "Good work"! Which of course you were delighted that she was finally satisfied, but you wanted to hear her talk more! The lab was always dead silent, only the sound of metal and tools filling it. But damn messing up on purpose for that? You know that most people would die for doing something as dumb as that? Luckily Sandrone has a soft spot for you that she doesn't exactly realize yet but will soon discover quickly <33 Omg I can just imagine her face morphing into surprise, her jaw hanging open trying to form a response to that, but she just closes it and turns around to pretend nothing happened 🥺
Off-topic but I find it interesting trying to talk to Sandrone about stuff outside of her research. Like i can just imagine her realizing she really doesn't know what else to say since she absorbs herself in her work all the time. After she gets a crush on you would she get jealous at how other people can easily hold a conversation with you? 🤔 Would she try to learn about the art of "normal conversation" and then fail halfway? Well it's okay since you can talk enough for both people :)
#smooches talks#🎭 anon#sandrone love notes <3#IM EATING SOOOO GOOD ON THIS FINE DAY DAMNNN#yea sandrone is heavily underrated 😔 my bb girl dw youll get your fame eventually#would she practice having a convo with her robots...?#anyway thank u will be brainrotting abt this <333#sandrone x reader

Crossroads (2002)
I don’t often go to Karaoke, but when I do, at least one of Britney Spears’ songs plays. She may have retired, but she’s still got fans. Her 2002 movie Crossroads? Not so much – most likely because even those who saw it in theaters have forgotten it. How could you not when the story is comprised entirely of overused ideas and every attempt to say something serious leaves the screen as quickly as possible?
Ten years ago, Lucy (Britney Spears), Kit (Zoe Saldana) and Mimi (Taryn Manning) made a promise to stay best friends. Unfortunately, growing up has broken them up. Kit is the most popular girl in school, Lucy is an introverted valedictorian whose father (Dan Aykroyd) is pushing towards becoming a doctor and Mimi doesn’t seem to have any future after becoming pregnant and then breaking up with her boyfriend. When the girls nonetheless open the memory box they swore to open on graduation night, they decide to rekindle their friendship with a trip to Los Angeles. How will they get there? By getting the enigmatic bad boy Ben (Anson Mount) to drive them.
Let me dig deeper into these characters and I’ll bet you'll figure out the movie’s biggest problem. Stuck-up Kit is engaged to Dylan, who proposed before leaving to study at UCLA. They haven’t seen each other in months so the trip is her opportunity to surprise him with a visit. Mimi wants to go to Los Angeles and enter a singing contest. If she wins, the prize money is her ticket to freedom. What’s going on with her pregnancy? We’ll get to that in a bit. Lucy has some minor musical inspirations but singing doesn’t fit in the bright future her father has planned for her. He’s very possessive of Lucy since her mother (Kim Cattrall) left them 16 years ago. As for Ben, he’s a musician who just recently got out of jail and there are rumors it was because he killed someone.
Let me spell out the clichés for you. Kit’s fiancé, Dylan? He’s cheating on her. That’s why he hasn’t been visiting. Ben? He’s no murderer. He was jailed but it was because he stood up to his abusive stepfather. Lucy’s mom? She doesn’t want anything to do with her daughter and has a whole new family. There’s a twist surrounding Mimi’s pregnancy. She wasn’t impregnated by the boyfriend she broke up with; she was raped after having too much to drink at a party. Who’s her baby's father? It’s Dylan. Don't worry, the film will have her miscarry before the end credits so the question of what she'll do with her baby is a non-issue. Kit now has two reasons to break up with her boyfriend. Poor Mimi isn’t only a victim; she’s got no chance in this movie because when she gets on stage, she turns into a mouse while Lucy has everyone cheering. The sexual assault means the movie has no reason to get Mimi back together with her boyfriend and while she’s technically single, there’s only one romantic prospect in Crossroads and he’s going to fall for Lucy. It only makes sense; he’s the musician and she’s the singer who doesn’t know she has what it takes to be a star.
I’m working my way to some compliments but first, I have to bring up another significant flaw in Crossroads. This movie was made for die-hard Britney Spears fans, which is to say teenage girls (and the boyfriends they’re dragging to the theater). As such, the film dips its toes into relevant/serious issues: teenage pregnancy, losing your virginity, finding your own way after graduation/growing up, broken familial bonds, friendships that fade over time, etc. The story by Spears (brought to life by Shonda Rhimes, who writes the screenplay) doesn’t address these matters. It gets worse the further along we get, with Mimi’s baby plot getting wrapped up so fast it’s insulting.
I don’t know whether to criticize or praise the film for trying to be more than a light-as-air musical road movie. By trying to be both, I don’t think it’ll leave many people satisfied… except maybe the aforementioned boyfriends forced to come along. There are a lot more shots of Britney Spears in lingerie than you’d expect.
So what’s good about this movie? Well, Spears. She’s not great (her accent slips in at least one scene) but I’m surprised she didn’t pursue acting further. She plays a teenager convincingly, particularly in the scenes where her character is emotionally vulnerable. She comes off as instantly likable and sweet. Crossroads doesn’t quite succeed with its dramatic ideas, but it occasionally hits the mark, particularly when it comes to Lucy’s plots and you have to praise its ambition. In the music department, the numbers are well-woven into the story and prove why Spears is one of the world's best-selling artists.
At best, Crossroads is “fine”. I can't give it any more than that, not with all those predictable storylines. It also isn’t memorable, except maybe in how shoddily it resolves the bulk of its stories. To its credit, I expected much worse. Thankfully, as far as popstar film vanity projects/vehicles go, this is no From Justin to Kelly. (October 9, 2024)

Fake Wedding Event - Roger Barel (premium end)
This is in Roger's POV
Suddenly, like dominoes, the followers collapse on the spot one after another. The only ones left standing are Roger, Kate, and the guru.
Roger tells the guru that he had drugged the followers' breakfast with strong sleeping pills and assures him that they're not strong enough to kill. He lets the guru know that he's a former doctor so he knows how to give the right dose. The guru turns to Kate who reveals that she's a former postwoman who's never dated a boxer. Roger can't help but laugh at Kate's assertion of that.
The guru cackles and asks if the two are police. He's noticed some snooping around lately. In that moment, Roger's ears picks up a sound; there's two sets of footsteps coming from the second floor. Their location...he spies the men on two sides, hidden behind a pillar pointing their guns at them. While he takes out the gun hidden in his pocket, he knows that even if he manages to shoot one, the other will fire his gun. Either way, there's a chance that Kate will get shot so he'll have to risk getting hurt.
When Roger makes his decision and fires, Kate announces that she'll take the one on the right. To his surprise, she pulls out a gun strapped to her garter belt and shoots at the other guy. Roger shot his target in the heart while Kate shot the other one in the foot. The man remaining points his gun at her with a look of frustration, but Roger's not going to let him shoot. He tells Kate that she did a good job and shoots the guy.
The guru's baffled and asks how they knew about ones hiding in the shadows. Unfortunately for the guru, Roger has good hearing. And his bride's the best. But she's his so the guru better not fall for her. Roger stalks toward the man who's now cowering on the floor. What, is he unarmed? After gaining a following, he never expected to be cornered like this, huh? Did he believe he was a heavenly man? The guru cries for help, offering money. Roger's disgusted by how the guru equates money to human life.
Roger: You gotta be kidding me, that's the money you stole from the couples.
He points the gun at the guru's forehead
Roger: Suffer even in death
The familiar scent of gunpowder's unfitting for a church. Roger tells Kate that Crown will retrieve guru's body along with the ones in the basement later. Kate asks what'll happen to rest of the followers. Roger can't believe that she's worrying about others at a time like this. They'll be taken to a hospital that William supports. It'll take some time for their minds to recover, but as long as they continue living on, they'll manage. Roger notes the contradiction in how he's talking about those followers living on when he just took a life. But he's resolved to walk down the path of evil. But he never expected Kate to shoot a gun. It's hard to believe that she's the same girl who not too long ago reminded him of a puppy that couldn't tell right from left.
In that moment, Roger notices Kate's fingers trembling a bit. He pats her head and thanks her for her help on the mission. Now he can get that beer, though it's a pity that she's not getting anything.
~~~~
Luckily Kate didn't get blood on her dress so he's able to take her out. Getting back to the castle was a pain, but Roger also wanted to see her in it for just a little longer. Where he wanted to take her was...
~~~~
A theater?
Roger apologizes for not being able to get the best seats. They take their seats and Kate asks why he brought her here. This little lady really wants everything explained in words, he thinks. However, he's not the kind of guy that goes into every little detail. Roger tells her that it's her reward. He laughs inwardly at her childish pout.
There's one thing Kate needs to know first, though. Like he said before, he's not interested in the arts so he won't really be able to give her his thoughts after the show. Kate smiles and says that she'll give him full points for not sleeping through it. Hearing that brings Roger some relief. But he's wondering why the play hasn't started yet. Kate explains that waiting for the curtains to open was one of the best parts of a show. Roger doesn't get it.
As he looks forward, he notices Kate looking down at her hands. The one that fired the gun's not trembling anymore. He knows she's not tough, but he also knows she'll never let her weaknesses drag her down. Not only did she not let her weakness get the better of her, she even tried to help him out. That in itself is strength, but Kate must be feeling regret. She's still not strong enough to take another's life. Okay, she's still a lost puppy.
Roger: I've told you about what kind of woman I like, right? There's one more thing to the list along with one who can think for herself and looks good when she cries. One who tries to be strong. Truly.
Kate blinks at him and her voice shakes.
Kate: Is it alright to not be strong? Roger: Yeah
Being able to kill is not strength, Roger thinks. Besides, blood doesn't suit Kate.
Roger: I think people who want to get stronger and are able to continue on are really the strong ones.
To himself, he adds that he'll always recognize her strength, so go ahead and smile. He thanks her for trying to help. Kate bites her lower lip and nods. Her timidness at the moment makes him want to take care of her. Damn, she really does make a cute bride. A smile spreads on her face as the lights dim and the curtains rise.
Roger's ears pick up on the sound of Kate being moved to tears but he pretends to not notice. It'll stay a secret.

Hi Vera<3
I had a dream.
It started out in a normal town where Steve Rogers found a store with very strange little passages that led to an otherworld where everyone was sick. With his analysis Steve drops a letter from the original world into the mailbox of the other world, restoring both worlds to normal.
Then it's Steve who arrives at a very religious church, (a multiplayer game this time), where the high and mighty Pope assigns everyone positions for pieces (White Queen, Black Queen, Knight, Bishop, Pawns, etc.), but they walk into the church to find that there is no chess board, it's a movie theater. The reader is the White Queen and Steve is the White Bishop, but Steve observes this movie theater and realizes that their seats are fixed, seated in the order of the board, and that the only way to change seats each time is to follow the rules of where the board goes. The Pope snickers that It's so hard to come by a smart guy who ends up reaching out and disrupting the board, and in the end it's the reader who gives steve a hint that she doesn't need to knock out the opposing team's pawns, she just needs to explain her marching patterns to the Pope to get through the game.
The next game is in a small village. The people here enjoy fishing and cooking fish for dinner. The game seems to be self-contained with no broken logic. The reader is the one who winks at him and points to the ground while walking by, and Steve wakes up to the fact that everyone in this village likes to fish, but it's actually a feud between fish and humans. Below the village is an underground river, and there was a big fish that grew a spirit because it ate a human and cursed the humans to die if they ate the fish, but the humans caught and ate its descendants, which amounted to half a fish, and so the hatred and resentment glued itself together until now. After Steve's statement to the village sheriff, the fish spirit (boss) breaks out of the ground, and it's the reader who pulls Steve so he doesn't fall down the pothole into the river. All the people in the village ran to fight with the fish spirit, Steve and the reader quietly hid, the reader told him that only people with unstable mental conditions will come to this game, and go through the various games, the lucky ones will be awakened back to the real world, the unlucky ones will die in the game permanently fall into coma.
Steve asks her which one are you then, and the heroine says she'll tell him next time we meet.
This time it's Shanghai in the 1920s, Steve, because of the blonde hair and blue eyes his identity is an influential businessman. The reader incarnation of his mistress (in fact, this mistress did not exist but because the reader arrived, the game automatically planned a npc spot). Steve asked her what the criterion for passing the game was, and she told him it was to find out which of the players was a spy.
Steve realized and said you're not a player, but you're not an NPC either, what kind of being are you? The reader smiles and says this game is run by her in a mental world, she's been given coma-inducing drugs by a mental hospital because her powers are so strong she's always putting people around her into hallucinations, and she sleeps except for her normal meals and activities. All the "villains" are avatars of parts of herself (the disease-ridden town, the condescending, chess-loving Pope, the fish spirit trapped underground, and the villain of this game).
Steve: I should hate you for dragging me into the game, but nevermind, you're a miserable person too. But what about me? Was I in a coma in the original world?
Reader: You fell into a slumber, but I can feel you waking up soon. This game is also the hardest - I hope I can see you in the real world.
Steve gradually discovers that the deputy sheriff of the police station is in the revolutionary party, that the secretary working for the Japanese is actually sent by another regime to steal intel, and that the operations department member of the military intelligence is a double agent, just to name a few. He analyzes it with reader and says: technically, all seven of us players are spies, because although I control half of the rented world, my secret is that I was sent to infiltrate and bribe the government. Everyone is a spy, how is this going to work?
That is, until Steve discovers that there is another player who is a college teacher, but he doesn't have any double identities. Steve deciphers that the "spy" in the game is actually the one who has no secret identity.
After the decryption, the city of Shanghai begins to crumble, and Steve asks the reader why this is happening, to which she says it's because your body is fighting me for control of your spirit - and then pushes him aside into a lake as soon as he's done so.
Steve woke up. Steve thinks he's forgotten something, but the nurse in front of him and the 1941 baseball game playing by the window make him feel out of place in the world. He runs out and realizes it's 2011.
(so yeah I dreamt of this :l now my brain is turned into scrambled eggs trying to remember and writing down the details
….the hell did you take before you went to sleep😂😂😂
What??? That’s just one dream???? How
Omg
So much happened there
And the ending like him after waking up from the ice???
What if that’s what had been going on in his head while he was frozen?:0
Omg
That’s so a new wip
Steve having weird dreams from the time he was frozen/in a coma
😂😂
I mean you even had a role for reader in it. That’s a new wip
He dreamed of her and then meets her after waking up from the ice

Hii! Congrats for your 1.5 followers, I’d love to join your celebration event! Could I request a 🐚 for the Grishaverse? <3
my pronouns are she/her and I’m asexual biromantic (so any gender is fine). I’m an ESFJ and a Gemini. I have green eyes and brown hair, I have a mullet with blue strands. I dress with vintage/fairy grunge clothes. Long skirts and corsets are my fav type of outfit I wear lots of rings and nekclaces and love to exchange them with others.
I’m the mom friend of the group, always there for everyone and my friends say that I’m really good at comforting people. I’m also calm and responsible, I usually am the one that takes care of other people. I’m very optimistic, I always try to see the good in everything and I often put other’s needs before my own. I love making others laugh to lighten the situation. I’m not afraid to stand up for myself or for someone else but sometimes it’s hard for me to say no to things. I also dislike when someone is too serious and really can’t take a joke as I tend to use humor as my coping mechanism. All my friends tell me I’m very smart, I get very good grades and I do well in school. I also try to help my friends with study and school as much as possible.
My love languages are, receiving, physical touch and words of affirmation and giving, quality time and words of affirmation.
I absolutely love listening to music, it helps me relax and I really like reading. I also love watching horror movies even though it’s impossible to scare me. I also play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends anytime I can. also, I absolutely love musicals and I’m definitely a theatre kid.
I really hope I did this right, have a great day and congrats again for your milestone! :)
ohh I think you would pair exceptionally well with someone who is very dear to me... the one and only nina zenik.
oh, so you like recieving words of affirmation and physical touch, you say? well get ready, because nina will shower you with compliments until you quite literally don't know what to do with yourself, or what corner of ravka to hide.
she's so generous with her praise, and though it comes out in a teasing way, too, you can tell it's different when it's directed at you, like her pride is shining through the words.
"you're doing such a good job at killing the bad guys, maybe we'll make an actual ravkan soldier out of you yet?"
and of course, physical touch is paramount for nina, especially as a heartrender. she loves skin to skin contact, whether it be tracing abstract patterns on your wrist or involuntarily drumming her fingers to the racing beat of your heart on your thigh.
and when you get scared, or anxious, your hand always finds hers, and it's like your entire being melts. whether that's simply from the natural warmth of her touch or her grisha powers, you're not too sure, and you aren't too keen on figuring out either.
she'll happily sing any musical you want with you!! yes, of course there are musicals in the grishaverse, how else would we get people like jesper epitome of theater kid fahey otherwise? now, we all know nina's prowesses in singing are... doubtful at best, and no one knows this better than the crows, but you don't mind. her enthusiasm is key, and she gives you great feedback when it comes to the acting and emotion!
she'll even mock cry when you hit a particularly challenging high note, or breeze through a difficult run, and then will pull you into her arms for a loving peck.
"you're my little singing bird, you know that?"
she'll absolutely try to scare you by every means possible, never discouraged by the fact she oftentimes ends up scaring the other crows instead. kaz HATES this (because he's the one who's always startled from nina's antics, and he has reputation to uphold!).
don't worry about her being too serious or not taking your jokes well—sometimes it's you who has to pull her back into line because she's being silly. but at least it means there's never a dull moment when you share a life with her <3

Thoughts on vanilla BG2 companions?
these are pretty surface level, but thoughts nonetheless!
edwin: i've never actually traveled with edwin, i can never really justify taking 2 dedicated wizards and my limit is one mean person per party (that slot is usually taken by viconia). i can see his selling point though so i've been meaning to take him along
imoen: i feel the need to bring her along for story reasons but if i'm honest i don't see the need for a thief/mage, especially if i have aerie :'I also the way that they established a canon dynamic for imoen & charname in the bg2 intro always rubbed me the wrong way. in my head imoen regularly skipped class and still got top marks, and radri attended class dutifully and just isn't as good sefjkfsen. like--imoen's a scamp! she's a trickster! what do you mean she was content to sit in lessons listening to stuffy tutors all day?? she always struck me as someone who's kind of effortlessly, deceptively smart and learns on her own schedule
jaheira: i also feel the need to bring her along for story reasons loL but unlike imoen i genuinely like having her. she's obviously dealing with a lot in bg2 but i find her attitude refreshing & am touched that she'll defend charname against the harpers :')
minsc: he's always on thin ice with me, he's just too loud lmAO but i keep him anyway until someone better comes along. when the missing boo quest started (the one added by unfinished business, i think?) i very nearly sighed and ejected him because i didn't want to use my brain on the clues, but at the last minute i found a walkthrough that spelled it all out for me, so. he's still in the party. sigh.
viconia: i don't know what it is about her but i like her T_T i also think radri sees kind of a connection with her & gives her plenty of chances because of it, even though radri barely survives talking to her. i don't think anyone else actively likes her in the party configurations i choose though so i do feel a bit bad whenever i bring her along
aerie: i was a little over her at the beginning but now i think she's cute! seeing her make all those missteps around jaheira really made me feel for her. i like viconia and anomen equally as much as her though, so i've never dedicated myself to traveling with her for extended periods of time
anomen: if xan didn't exist i'd be interested to delve into what his whole deal is. i think he has an interesting personal quest with interesting outcomes, though i think the decision making on the player's side could've been more subtle
cernd: i… never spent time on him… in my current paused playthrough i didn't even take him temporarily to do that whole animal trouble quest, purely because it's just a hassle to move equipment around to dismiss people. and maybe i've just let my dao experience color my impressions but i've always been a little underwhelmed by shapeshifting
haer'dalis: i don't remember anything about this guy either lmAO i'm sorry but i'm immune to tieflings and bards and i'm not into theater
jan jansen: i can see why people like to bring him along, but i'm already playing a thief, imoen is already a thief/mage, i can't justify the thief oversaturation. pass. also his other thing is he's talkative, right? i unfortunately already have a guy dedicated to talking my ear off
keldorn: i always recruit this guy, and i'm always sad when i have to let him go to reconnect with his family ;_; but it's the right thing to do
korgan: i'm sorryyyy i can't tolerate chaotic evil in my party. pass
mazzy: i've never taken her, but i should! honestly i should swap minsc out for her
nalia: i've never been interested in taking her because, once again, thief/mage. oversaturated. pass
valygar: the last time i traveled with this guy was back in 2014, and i remember nothing about him?? i should bring him along again
yoshimo: thief, oversaturated, pass. i would say something about his "betrayal" but i'm not there yet in my current playthrough and don't remember anything about it from 2014. i'm sorry yoshimo... i must've found you so inconsequential
bonus, sarevok: ok i said no chaotic evil but he's the exception. i can fix him

hello hello! sorry this isnt any of the ask game questions in particular, but could we get some headcanons abt little mai and caregiver haruka? mai seems to have a kind of volatile emotional state so i was thinkin mayb stress causes her to regress sometimes? it was prolly a bit of a shock when haruka first found out abt mai’s regression, too, back in their ASRUN days but she’s def been supportive since then (sorry for letting my own thoughts slip out haha)
That's a really cool idea! I probably can't add too much since I'm not that knowledgeable on the side characters, but I have to commend you for how big brain this is!
(I couldn't really fit this in the hcs anywhere, but for the sake of this Mai's little age range is about 5-6!)
-Haruka probably wasn't the most sure as to what age regression was when Mai first explained it to her. She was glad her fellow idol had a way to help deal with the stress of the industry, but what if this information leaked out to the public? She wanted to support Mai in any way she could, but the idea of this causing either of them to lose their grasps on their dreams...
-Haruka definitely still helped Mai when she was small, but in more subtle ways than full-on being a caregiver for her (not just out of her own fear, but from Mai not wanting her biggest inspiration to fully see her while she was regressed). She started to recognize the little signals that Mai was slipping (slight errors in her singing, fidgeting, an even more wide-eyed look than usual), and she would cover for her to make sure their fellow idols or bosses wouldn't notice. She knew Mai had a bit of little gear in her dressing room, so she would take her there and simply tell the others that Mai had a headache or something. It was an unspoken agreement between the two, one that Mai was overwhelmingly grateful for and gave Haruka a sense of routine and stability.
-Once Mai was forced to quit being an idol, and Haruka was made to believe that it was her fault, their bond came to a crashing halt. Mai was left without anyone to look after her while small, even though she'd been basically alone while regressing beforehand this felt so much worse. Haruka's feeling that she failed Mai was made worse by the fact that she wanted to look out for her, and it lead to her wanting to be a full-on caregiver for the other little one now in her life: Minori (sorry for putting another hc in here put I feel like it fits-). While her drive to be a good CG for her was primarily caused by her genuinely caring and wanting her to be happy, a bit of it was from a desire to redeem herself from her previous failure.
-However, this rift didn't last forever, and once the two managed to repair their bond and Mai started her new endeavor of theater, the topic of Mai's regression eventually came up again. Mai confessed that she was still little sometimes, and Haruka offered to be her caregiver for real this time. Mai felt like she wasn't worthy of this, but Haruka reassured her that she was, and now she can finally get the care she deserves <3 Since they don't see each other in person that much, most of Haruka's caregiving is done over phone or Nightcord calls, though when they occasionally meet up in real life it's not that uncommon for Mai to end up regressing.
-Since Mai is naturally somewhat childish, it's not immediately obvious what's different between her big and small selves, though there are some distinctions. She's even more gung-ho and passionate about the things she loves, to the point that Haruka has to remind her often to take breaks from what she's doing. She's even more of a starry-eyed Haruka fan, akin to how Minori was early in the main story, she'll follow her everywhere and do anything for her! She's somewhat of a hyper little thing was well, a little sparkler full of new ideas.
-Usually when Mai's little she and Haruka sort of just end up talking about various things, whatever comes to her mind Haruka is absolutely willing to listen. If they're on Nightcord it's common for them to have nights where Haruka puts on a cartoon or movie for Mai, and they'll watch it together <3
-Whenever they're together in person, Mai loves to put on little shows for Haruka, usually being "plays" based on stories or shows she likes. Haruka will never not be impressed by these, her little one did so good! She also likes dancing for her, even though she can't sing anymore she can still do that! Sometimes she'll have Haruka perform with her, and the two of them always end up quite happy ^w^
-Sometimes Haruka sings for Mai, be it to cheer her up when she's sad or as a lullaby, and she always ends up mesmerized when she does. Mai feels a bit sad that she can't sing too, but Haruka's always there to reassure her that it's alright ♡
-Haruka's put together little playmates for Mai and Minori at least a couple times, and they always go quite well! Two little idol fans together, watching cartoons or playing while talking about whatever makes them happy. There have been a few incidents where they ended up "arguing" over which of them Haruka loves more, but Haru's there to show them that they're equal, nothing could ever change that!
#project sekai agere#i couldn't find any good images for mai no-#haruka kiritani#mai project sekai#minori hanasato#mine ♡

Idk if you've reblogged it yet, but can I get a Duo Interview Hog for Elmondreda & Neville? 🐷🦇🐷
Eyyy!
(In this ask game, the two characters are answering for each other, so the answers are less fully true and more insight into the characters' perceptions. good shit)
😇- What's their best trait?
Neville: she has pretty hair.
Elmindreda: (Mindy): His gallant heart is tied with his craftsman's hands
👿- What's their worst trait?
Neville: I hate her entire personality lately but if I had to be specific it's her inability to cope with not getting her way.
Mindy: His lack of forgiveness.
⚖️- Are they a good person?
Neville: Maybe she was once.
Mindy: Too good for his own good.
👁️- Do you really know them?
Neville: Yes. I don't think Mindy ever lied to me, and I was forced to stick with her through her transformation.
Mindy: Yes. I met him before he felt the need to hide away.
👥- What are they to you?
Neville: the person that made me afraid to trust.
Mindy: the person that made me want to live.
❤️- What are you to them?
Neville: her obsession.
Mindy: his once and future girlfriend.
🐺- What animal do they most remind you of?
Neville: it's easy to say spider since that's her vampiric bloodline, but genuinely she is like an orb weaver to me.
Mindy: A raven. Most people think they've seen a raven but they haven't. You don't know until you've seen one.
😘- Are they your type?
Neville: -long suffering sigh- We dated when I was 13-14, I think she made my "type." Long dark hair, beauty marks, etc. But Personalitywise, I'd want to date someone who's the complete opposite of her. Or maybe like she was in the sweet spot, after she'd started coming out of her shell but before she started mesmerizing me.
Mindy: This may surprise you but no. If I ever love again it would have to be someone very unlike Neville, I think. If they were too similar I would compare them, and the new person would have to come up lacking.
😨- What's their greatest fear?
Neville: She used to be really afraid of people. She seemed to grow out of that while we were dating. Now, I don't know, I think she might be afraid of being vulnerable.
Mindy: I know he's afraid of lots of things. I think he might be afraid of me, now. But I can tell he's getting his courage back.
🧠- What's your best memory with them? Worst?
Neville: my best memory would be the time I brought her to a Christmas showing of The Nutcracker at my grandpa's theater. Neither of us celebrate Christmas, but it's a great show, seeing it on the day made it special. She held my arm, eyes wide, and then we had Chinese takeout with my family in Grandpa's office.
Mindy: my best memory is either the day we met or any of the times he brushed my hair for me. At first I was just a messy child and didn't really know how to take care of it, but didn't want to cut it. It was like a cloak and a curtain from the world. He showed me how to take care of it properly and would help me brush my hair. At first I would pretend like I was just bad at it, but sometimes I would just ask him, "will you brush my hair for me?"
Both: my worst memory is the breakup.
👣- How long have you known each other?
Neville: we met in middle of the first semester in freshman year. We met on a wet day like any other.
Mindy: It feels like it's been forever.
🫂- How has your relationship changed recently?
Neville: I feel like I can finally talk to her again, not that I want to, but I can do it without bolting, unless I'm really not in the mood for it.
Mindy: we're making great progress toward reconciliation!
🫡- Are they a good leader?
Neville: well she can certainly get people to do what she wants. I don't think that quite qualifies as leadership though. She'll probably abandon ship once things get rough.
Mindy: I think Neville can do anything he puts his mind to. The question is whether he wants to be a leader, and I know for a fact that he would never wish that for himself.
