Sorry if I kind of vanished this week, I had a week worth's of testing to do. So, has payment here are some sketches for my Lego au I been working on. 👍 And I most likely be gone for another 1 week, due to Spring Break. I also may be posting more about this au too.

Decided to throw this quick sketch together of Rotten's Shattered Dream.

I decided to make the tree, guardian, emotion- ough twins- like- insect based n'such. So, what better way to represent an inky goopy tentacle beast?

A fuckin spider that's what.

The outfit was inspired by Crona from Soul eater. I liked the long ass dress like outfit they wore and said 'Ight Bet'

I've also already started calling this version of Shattered, 'Dreamcatcher' for the sole reason that I think this silly lad would make dreamcatchers in his spare time.

There's also been some religious imagery sneaking in with like- His main room where he's set up his 'Office/Study' area is like the Sanctuary of a church. Dude built his like- castle/mansion type home usin a church as a base lol.

He may look like a sad lil dude but he would not hesitate to have one of his 'children' (Spiders) crawl all up in your business and take control of you.

Okay so, small blurb. Dreamcatcher!Shattered has the ability to produce spiders out of his body. These spiders he refers to as 'his children'. If these spiders manage to get into your body they will quickly overflood your system with toxic positivity. Making you extremely dazed and euphoric. Your soul will then float in front of your chest and there will be a spider symbol on the front. This shows others you're under the influence of Dreamcatcher!Shattered. He can command you to do sorta... Anything.

The only way to get free is to have one of Nighty's butterflies get into your system and chase out the toxic positivity, via flooding your system with negativity.

Both are painful processes but like... Ehh, you get to be free?...

Oh, and Dreamcatcher!Dream's sludge covers his mouth. He's got a Glamrock Chica/Red Guy situation goin on underneath it.

Well, now I'm imagining Clover having a rebellious teenage phase

I think the rebellious teenage attitude probably lasted for five seconds. Doesn't stop Clover from sneaking out or attempting to be more independent and doing things their family doesn't approve of, but I don't think they give Starlo too much attitude (and definitely not Ceroba LOL).

Honestly, I don't think you can take the cowboy out of this kid, they're just as committed to the western bit as Starlo is LOL. Maybe one time the family was going out while Clover was a teenager and dealing with the anxiety of being socially perceived and judged that a lot of teens struggle with that they got a little embarrassed wearing their cowboy hat, and Starlo was so devastated at the thought that it quickly nipped that insecurity in the bud LOL. I think having a dad who's entire job is being a cowboy larper probably helps them not feel ashamed of their interest and commitment to dressing up as a cowboy.

Making a relationships chart for my AU and instead of using the characters wiki images, I went insane and drew head-shots for every (notable?) NPC (off the top of my head, anyway) to use.

Bonnie doesn’t understand why Stupidfrin isn’t moving or why no one can do anything about it. So they take matters into their own hands, sneaking into the tent.

Bonnie squinted at the setting sun. They were still camping at the same place as yesterday. They should’ve still been moving, but Dile said they could wait until tomorrow afternoon, no later. If they waited, the curse might get them. So they should’ve still been moving!

But they couldn’t, because Frin couldn’t.

Za was still distracted talking to Belle on watch, and Dile was reading, so no one was guarding Frin’s tent. They slipped through the cloth barrier as silently as a cat, stopping in the doorway. It was dim inside, but maybe that was better. They didn’t like looking at his face like this, didn’t like seeing him stare at nothing forever and ever no matter whether they were standing in front of them or not. He was still curled up in his sleeping bag, looking almost like he was sleeping but he wasn’t… was he? Not even Dile seemed to know, and she knew everything!

“Frin… Frin!” They whispered, lightly shaking him. He didn’t respond.

“… is this really you?” They said, taking his arm and pulling up the sleeve. It was cool to the touch. “I know you said you’re you and you’ll be back, but you’re not acting like it! You’re all cold and stare forever and won’t move!” Their whispers were verging dangerously close to yells. They swallowed the lump in their throat, eyes stinging. “Why won’t you say anything? Why didn’t you tell us, you- you…” They sniffled, rubbing tears away from their eyes.

More than anything they wanted him to wake up, to be flesh and blood, to tell them they had a nightmare and he never got hurt. They wanted him to move and talk and just do something besides lie there! Anything! Even if it was yelling at them!

“Frin? C’mon, wake up! Wake up, Stupidfrin! Belle said you aren’t cursed, so you gotta get up now!” They shook him a little harder, but nothing.

“… Frin?”

Nothing.

Bonnie bit their hand to muffle their sobs, big fat tears blurring their vision. Desperate for something, anything, they pulled up the corner of the sleeping bag and wiggled in. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, Frin was hard. He was hard and cool to the touch, but it was as close as they could get. They tugged one arm to hold themselves to his chest, feeling their own warmth seep into his clothes, into the sleeping bag, slowly replacing what should’ve been there, but wasn’t. All the while, their tears made an increasingly damp spot on his cloak.

“Please, please wake up…”

Something touched the back of their head. At first they thought they imagined it, but it repeated. Gloved fingers threaded through their hair in a slow, rhythmic pattern, and they held Frin all the tighter.

“Frin! That’s-that’s you doing that, right? I feel it! You’re here! You’re here…”

They didn’t know what else to say, just nestling against him as he stroked their hair. No more words were said, they just held each other until Bonnie fell asleep.

One day, Isabeau suggests giving the Sadness the Dagger.

Odile gives him a dead eyed stare while Mirabelle looks shocked that he'd suggest such a thing. That's Siffrin's dagger, after all! They can't give away their friend's stuff all willy-nilly! And if they start pretending this Sadness could be like Siffrin... or, as most if not all believe, is Siffrin...

But it's hard to acknowledge it, or even bring it up. And Isabeau points out that since the Sadness is capable of fighting for them, a weapon might be useful.

Plus, deep down he's already figured out that this Sadness is Siffrin. He just wants to give it back to them.

[Equip the Sadness with the Dagger?]
