Alex Law from Shallow Grave as portrayed by Ewan McGregor! I was making myself some stickers and practicing chibis and decided to do a bunch of tiny Ewans. This is the first of many. Shallow Grave is one of my favorite movies that I was probably way too young to be watching at the time. Might sell him as a sticker, keep an eye on my shops.

Okay okay I love the idea of the "young Obi-Wan pictures" so I'm also suggesting that one look in Shallow Grave where he's in like the shirt + the undone bowtie at the party? I'm so sorry but that whole scene is just engraved in my brain + it's fancy clothing so it's reasonable there would be pictures of it (as opposed to him the morning after when he's taking care of his bloody face, which is a Look too but less likely to have been photographed)
