I was very sick about 3 weeks ago couldn't out of bed almost and also without energy worked at studio, … and then my mom, younger sister, son same illness at home but they've not serious flu more than me, I didn't want families to come just for taking care of me, to stay sick both side non stop. anyway I went to see the doctor three times got medicines and injection finally I'm fine now, so yesterday we're having shabu shabu at lunch with my old classmates of high school, Women talked very passionately and bustling with noise, I don't seem to be used to it, XD so I am a listener who can only laugh! LOL

I never get sick since very time ago till this time, It makes I remember what about illness and weak I do. ha! too bad. :))) and I could take a night walking again to the port. how's happy!!! 💪🦕 Lan~*

LE MINESTRE DI CARNE: DALL’ORIENTE UNA PREPARAZIONE PERFETTA PER L’INVERNO

Non è lesso, non è brodo, ma tutto questo insieme e ancora di più. L’uso orientale di consumare minestre con carne inizia a farsi largo anche in Italia, con la preparazione di piatti golosi e di gran gusto. Tra le più famose ci sono il ramen giapponese, lo shabu shabu e la Pho Soup vietnamita. Anche in Thailandia e nelle Filippine esistono piatti simili, come il brodo del Wattana Panic e la Sinigang. In generale, nella cucina asiatica, molte zuppe e minestre con carne sono veri e propri piatti nazionali, come potrebbe essere la pasta in Italia, ma altrettante sono ricette fusion, senza una reale origine. Probabilmente sono preparazioni dettate dal saziare la fame unendo tutti gli ingredienti a disposizione, senza utilizzo alcuno di condimenti a base grassa. Il brodo, che fa bene alla nostra salute e che rappresenta l’elemento che unisce le verdure e gli alimenti ricchi di proteine animali, come carni e pesci e, a dare aroma, le spezie. Un modo per riattualizzare il consumo di carne, portando sulle nostre tavole piatti più leggeri, che arrivano da culture a noi lontane. Una contaminazione che fa bene al corpo, alla fantasia e al cuore. Un modo come un altro di viaggiare, ma con le papille gustative, aprendo nuovi orizzonti tutti da coltivare.
