My undiagnosed ADHD brain is being a pain in the neck, back, hips, knees...

Sitting, cross-legged and hunched on my bed doing school is destroying my body but I also can't sit normally to save my life.

I need to be writing a 1,000 word essay for school (save me, please, I am begging you) and instead my brain has decided we will now be hyper-focusing on finding the best, reasonably affordable, recording equipment and software to use for making my own atmospheric/aesthetical music for the vibe I want for my room and for any streams or videos I might do in the future because I am terrified of copyright claims.

is it weird to tell my friend I miss having music conversations like we did at uni
